As a jury consultant I can assure you that Jurors look at everything- especially when their fellow juror or an alternate is flirting with the defendant. Apparently this  seems to be the case with a dark haired very attractive alternate juror whois flirting with the defendant.

Journalists and everyone else, including attorneys watching the trial can’t help but notice the flirting dynamic between Edwards and one of the female alternates. In fact, the flirting between the two  is so blatant that several reporters have observed it. The Washington Post reported

“One of the alternates, an attractive young woman, has been spotted smiling at Edwards and flipping her

hair in what seems to some to be a flirtatious manner.”

Apparently the juror has been doing it for days and s the one who instigated the exchanges by  smiling at him.  Edwards then smiles back at her as she giggles and he blushes.

Allegedly the flirtation has become so obvious that even Edwards’ attorneys have to work to suppress their laughter at the absurdity of it all.

My first question, is does the judge not see this and if the judge does not see it, why hasn’t someone brought this to the judge’s attention. Why is this woman not removed from the courtroom? In my view it could taint the jury’s vote.

Some of those  the jury who see the flirting may become even angrier at  Edwards,  who cheated on his cancer victim wife and fathered an illegitimate child. The juror may resent his  present behavior and see his disregard for courtroom decorum as  yet another example of his inappropriate behavior. If the juror is undecided, this may be the thing that pushes them over to the side of convicting Edwards.

The outcome of Edward’s trial is so serious that flirting and laughter should be the last thing on Edward’s  mind. The reality is that he may face the rest of his life in prison. But obviously he is too narcissistic and entitled to realize the consequences. He may actually believe that everything will be fine and he will go about his merry way when the trial is over. In his twisted perception, he may also perceive this flirting as a signal that the rest of the jurors like him and that they will not convict of any wrongdoing.

Edwards is accused of  the serious crime of using nearly $1 million in presidential campaign donations to cover an up affair with a campaign videographer, which resulted in illegitimate  child.

Since Edwards obviously doesn’t have the common sense to conduct himself in a professional manner in the courtroom, one would think that his attorneys would tell him to cut out the flirting or responding  to the alternate’s flirting,  instead of “suppressing their laughter” at the absurdity of the situation.

The bottom line is that this type of body language is not adding to a jury’s  positive perception of  Edwards. As a trial attorney, he should now better than to respond to the juror and to flirt. But as a self entitled narcissist with an out of control ego, he apparently can’t help himself.

John  Edwards is still  up to his manipulative ways as he tried   to make eye contact with each juror as they filed into the courtroom on their fourth day of deliberation before they headed home for the day.

There is an old courtroom adage that jurors who return the defendant’s gaze with a quick smile or a nod may be leaning toward acquittal, whereas those who turn away could be signaling guilt. This is not the case. In the first place all of the jurors know that all eyes are upon them and that this is one of the most high profile cases in the country. No juror would want to place themselves or the trial in jeopardy so I have no doubt that none of the jurors returned Edward’s gaze or aknowleged him.

His behavior once again demonstrates his arrogance. While he may have done this jury eye contact game  as a trial attorney, it won’t work when he is the defendant.

Most of these jurors are no doubt petrified to leave any stone unturned. May are tense and in knots at knowing that their decision can potentially put the defendant behind bars for life. Therefore it would be very difficult at this point in time to get an accurate  reading  body language, facial expression and  and demeanor.

As proof that this jury is taking their job extremely seriously,  they asked for office supplies and a stack of trial exhibits that included copies of handwritten notes from the 101-year-old heiress Rachel “Bunny” Mellon, one of two wealthy political donors who provided the nearly $1 million used to help hide the Democrat’s pregnant mistress as he sought the White House in 2008.

Only when the jury comes into the room after they have made their decision, can one get a glimpse of what will be in store for Edwards. If they appear relaxed, and they don’t look down as they enter the room, and look in Edward’s direction, their decision will most likely be in Edward’s favor.

If they look tense and don’t look in Edwards direction or have furrowed brows, fidget, bite their lips or have extraneous hand or foot movements, things will not be going in Edward’s favor.

There was also speculation that because  the jury foreman was wearing blue jeans that  a decision was still at least a day away. The thinking on this was that people dress up more when they think they might be photographed. This I not the case. The jurors are not on trial and don’t feel they have to impress anyone, so their attire is irrelevant. For many,   jeans have become acceptable standard attire. This may be the case for those who may have dressed in jeans as part of their daily attire such as the plumber, railroad engineer ad the two mechanics who sit on the jury. The fact The corporate vice president and a retired accountant who are on the jury  will no doubt provide some strong financial and business insight as they make their decision about Edward’s fate..

If Edwards is to be convicted the U.S. District Court Judge Catherine C. Eagle’s instruction to the jurors was that they must conclude beyond a reasonable doubt not only that the candidate knew about the secret payments made on his behalf, but he knew the cover up was illegal and that he went ahead anyway. When I watched Rebekah Brooks, former editor of News of the World, once the most  powerful woman in the Rupert Murdoch  empire present her testimony I observed that he cockiness, air of arrogance and entitlement relayed via  her monotone facial expression and icy tone would not go over well at the Leveson Inquiry.

Even the  dress this  once fashion plate wore- a white peter pan collar in with black bodice , as seen in the photo above,  backfired as it was  obviously worn to manipulate in giving the illusion of appearing  as a soft, meek, innocent school girl.

She has now been charged with the crime of “ conspiring to pervert the course of justice”- a crime which carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

If she presents herself the way she presented herself when she gave her testimony and when she came out in her press conference publicaly attacking by accusing police and prosecutors of bowing to political pressure to find scapegoats for the hacking scandal, this once social butterfly who hobnobbed with Prime Ministers and the crème de la creme of society  will most likely be spending he rest of her days behind bars. She comes across as unlikeable and needs a major image overhaul if she is to gain any type of jury sympathy.

The body does not lie and neither does the voice. In my view she needs to come across more humble and less hostile if she has any chance of presenting her case so a jury will listen to her with an open mind.

In another blatant show of arrogance and manipulation, Rebecca Brooks and her husband decided  to have  their press conference five minutes   before the Crown Prosecution Service had their chance to announce that Rebecca Brown has been charged. The Brown’s  made a calculated move to make  their announcement before s6PM to make sure it would appear on the evening news.

Her husband also did not do his wife any favor her during the presser as he accused the prosecutors of subjecting his wife to a “witchunt” and stated that there were 172 police officers investigating phone hacking, computer hacking and corrupt payments to public officials. He then went on to say  “so it’s no surprise to me that the pressure is on to bring prosecutions, however weak they may be” and

“I have grave reservations that my wife can ever get a fair trial, given the huge volume of biased commentary that she is constantly subjected to.”

Rebekah Brooks did not help her defense as well by

stating that it was “nothing more than an expensive sideshow, a waste of public money as a result of an unjust and weak decision.”

Both Brooks and her husband will appear at City of London magistrates’ court on June 13,  after having been formally charged with tree counts  conspiring to pervert the course of justice after news of a deceased girl’s voicemails were hacked by News of the World and she allegedly concealed documents, computers, and other electronic equipment” from Scotland Yard officers who were  investigating phone hacking and corrupt payments to public officials.

While Brook’s trial is said to begin next year, it was just  announced at the Canes film festival that there will be a film about her life which Producer Gene Kirkwood likens to the downfall of Richard Nixon  will trace her rise to power from secretary to one of the most powerful women in the world. There is even talk of Nicole Kidman  portraying Brooks because of their physical likeness. The project is said to begin when Brook’s phone hacking scandal concludes so the producer will know how the film will end.

According to a Vanity Fair article on which the film will be based, Rebekah Brooks used her “magnetic attraction” to make her way in a male-dominated tabloid world as well as getting whatever she wanted in life.

Her “magnetic attraction” which worked so well for her in the past may now come to an end as she faces a jury of her peers. She will no longer be able to use her feminine charms to manipulate. She will need to come across a lot differently and lose the “attitude”if she has any chance at not spending the rest of her life behind bars.

Seeing John Edward’s parents accompanying him to the North Carolina courtroom was was heartbreaking as hearing about Elizabeth Edward’s reaction to John’s betrayal. His parents looked broken. His mother looked stunned as his father appeared  to hang his head in shame. While John tried to steady his father by placing his arm in back of his father, his father appeared unresponsive. His mother walked ahead of him  as he did not reach out to touch her as seen in the photo above.

As they left the courtroom as you can see in the photo above, his mother walked well ahead of her son as his father trailed behind. This photo speaks volumes to me in terms of his parent;s literally distancing themselves from their son. As the defense rested, they are fully  aware of the possible outcome and they are keeping a physical and emotional distance.

John was once the apple of his parent eyes. He was their hope and dream. They raised him with proper Southern values. They gave him the best education and provided him with a positive role model. No doubt they were so proud of his success as an accomplished attorney, his marriage to an bright “equally accomplished  wife, his giving them grandchildren, and his venturing into politics as a Senator, VP Candidate, Presidential Candidate and possible President of the United States.

But all of their hopes and dreams for their golden boy vanished when his ego and entitlement and poor judgement got in his way. He cheated on his  cancer stricken wife, lied to the nation,fathered an illegitimate child with a mistress,  and created so much stress in wife Elizabeth’s life that her health suffered as she succored to her cancer.  His actions not only devastated Elizabeth and his older daughter Cate, but as we see in the photos has devised his parents as well.

If convicted of  improper use of  campaign funds, he may be sentenced to prison for the rest of his life. No doubt his parents are well aware of what may happen to their son and it clearly shows  in their body language.

Like any loyal daughter, Cate Edwards, the eldest daughter f John Edwards was willing to stick by her dad  former Senator John Edwards and provide him all the support he needed during this emotion packed  trial which would  decide whether he spends the next three decades behind bars.

It could not have been easy for her to stand by her dad  and learn all the details of how he betrayed her beloved mother via an affair which produced another baby sister. If her father is convicted, she will  become the instant parents to her other two younger siblings, no doubt putting an additional strain on her new marriage.

When there was testimony concerning her mother and how she found out about the affair, it was very humane on the part of the witness who asked if Elizabeth wanted to leave the room. With tears dripping down her cheeks, Cate left the room as her father was heard calling her name “Cate, Cate” as she left the room. It was a great thing that she left the room so she would not have to hear how her mother curled up into a ball on the floor when she found out and how she opened her shirt and showed her father her deformed chest and said “You don’t see me anymore.” This gut wrenching testimony has no doubt left an indelible mark in the minds of every juror.

On that horrible day as John and Cate left the courtroom, he was seen  rubbing her back and heard saying” I wish they hadn’t brought up your mother.”  Cate did not respond and instead stoically entered the waiting car. The photo of the two of them as she heads towards the car speaks volumes about her disdain towards her father as she literally gives him the cold shoulder with a disgusted look.  John, on the other hand doesn’t even look at his daughter but looks ahead with  the look of  a “poor me victim’.

The photo at the top of this blog also speaks volumes. Cate’s cupped fist shows anger as does her pursed lips. She walks several steps in front of her father as if to distance herself from him.

Since the beginning of the trial there has been no connection between the two as you see here. The look of hurt and heartbreak on Cate’s face is devastating.

Cate usually walks ahead of her father, literally showing her back to him.

The emotional pain Cate has to face with regard to her beloved mother’s passing and now  father’s humiliating trial filled with talk about  his mistress and  their illegitimate child  must be unbearable. Thank goodness she is able to seek the  comfort  and support of her loving new husband, surgical resident Dr. Trevor Upton after she leaves the courtroom .

PR machine ,Kim Kardashian has hooked up with another PR machine- Kanye West. After only a few weeks together there is  now talk of merging both of their PR machines with a wedding- complete with cameras and a televised wedding. This would be a dream come true for momager Kris Jenner . It will give their brand more of a storyline as people will want to see the ins and outs of this “marriage” and potential baby.

From a PR standpoint,  Kanye’s marriage into the Kardashan family may indeed  help Kanye’s Toxic and  hateful selfish narcissistic image. It will  also give him more exposure to millions of viewers and help sell his music.

From Kim’s standpoint, marriage to Kanye won’t make her appear like such a loser in love and will get the haters off her back (at least for a while) for her alleged television sham wedding to Kris Humphries.

But no mater how much PR spin is forced down the throats of the public, the bottom line is that these two in my view  may very well be friends but as far as romance goes, it does  not appear to be the case. Body language wise we see the true story emerging. While there may be numerous photos of the two of them holding hands and posing for cameras there, is no love to  be seen.

Just look at the above photo. There is no smiling on Kanye’s face and they are looking in the opposite direction. This is a bad sign as far as romance goes. When you are in love you can’t wipe the smile off your face. Also look at Kim’s hand on Kanye’s neck. It is cupped in a fist like position and it is facing towards her.  She’s not even touching him. This gesture often means anger and being closed off and distant. It is interesting how the fist is pointing back at herself. Kanye’s hand is also in a fist. He appears angry as well. His angry  closed off fist is consistent with his angry facial expression.

Here is another posed and phony photo where Kanye is is ” angry not in love  with Kim”  . He looks sad as well. Look at the downturned mouth. Kim is kissing air and posed. There is also a lot of tension in her neck. Look at the pull of her  neck muscle. She doesn’t cup his head in affection, but  instead poses her fingers on the back of his head as though she was  doing  photo shoot.

While Kanye is smiling, it is not a genuine love filled smile. Kim is not smiling and does not lean into Kanye.She is making sure she is front and center of the camera. Her head is not leaning in towards his head  or  his shoulder  as there is a mask like expression on her face.

Here we see the two of them  posing for cameras with no  genuine love between them. Kim has a non genuine tense smile as he leans away from Kanye. . His body is away from her and does’t face her belly to belly which is a bad sign in the love department. And of course he is not smiling which means he is not happy. Look at their arms as well. They do not touch one another. Their arms are at their respective sides. This is not a good sign either. Also notice Kanye’s posture. It is hunched over. Perhaps he is showling signs of intimidation with regard to the Kardashian PR machine , that he has stepped into.

This shot  says it all. It is not about the two of them  showing love for one another together. It is about each of them showing love for themselves. Kim is preening and her body is pulled away from Kanye. Her legs are crossed and  her hip and legs positioned away from Kanye in a protective stance. Kanye also shows a protective gesture as he crosses his arms and covers his torso . he is hunched over and although he is smiling, he is not smiling at Kim as he looks in the opposite direction.

And finally, this shot says it all as well. Kanye is preoccupied and not paying attention to Kim. They are completely disconnected.. Kim is looking in the opposite direction.

These are only a few of he countless photos I have examined when it comes to Kim and Kanye.It proves once again that the body does not lie. No matter how they pose or try to convince one another  that they are a loving couple, their body and face  language say the opposite.

When Kanye was dating  former girlfriend Amber Rose, there was a lot of genuine affection between the two as they appeared to be in synch with one another  as you can see in the photo above. Kanye  showed more genuine smiles and they even walked in step. There was a lot of passion and heat in photos between the two in so many of their photos.

The same holds true for Kim and Reggie Bush. They were very much in synch and appeared  genuinely in love based on their body language. So she is quite capable of being loved and being loving just as we see in the photo above.

But it does not appear that she has that same chemistry with Kanye’s. Kanye’ body language with Amber Rose and Kim’s body language with Reggie Bush  show the sharp contrast that they have with one another in so many of their photos.

So if they end up together  it is not a great idea in my view.They don’t seem to have much in common and that s a bad thing for any relationship.  In addition, Kanye is super intelligent and highly talented which is the opposite of Kim. Kanye is also very much the controller type which may not work well with Kim and her momager, Kris. Kanye has a mind of his own and to get involved in the Kardashian fray may dwarf his power , much like it did to Bruce Jenner. It may also be a huge distractions career wise as it has been for Lamar Odom .

For the short run, seeing them wed on camera or produce an offspring may work well for ratings but  for the long run it  may very well turn out to be a disaster.If they are having this much negative body language interaction so early on in their romance, it does not bode well for a long term future together.

Today George Zimmerman gave an apology to Treyvon Martin’s parents. But that apology I believe hurt him and did not help him. The tone was monotone and  sounded unemotional . It  did not sound heartfelt. In addition his body language was cold . Just as he did not show signs of vocal animation which would reflect sincerity  and contrition, he he did not show any signs of physical animation in his body language.  Vocally and physically his actions  looked and sounded robotic and insincere.

The lack of sincerity in the tone to me seemed like he was doing this to improve his image with the public.  I am not the only one who thought  this as the prosecuting  attorney immediately asked if he was apologizing because the press was present. George denied it.

The analysis of his statement and words were as telling as his monotone voice. A person who is sincere would have said things a lot differently than George  did. He would have also shown some genuine emotion when he spoke. His voice would have reflected sorrow, which it did not

He would have said   “I’m sorry for the loss of your son,” and  left it at that. He  would have said it with an emotional tone and with an upset look on his face. He would not have added

“I did not know how old he was, “I thought he was a little bit younger than I was and I did not know if he was armed or not.”

If  Treyvon’s parents are upset with Zimmerman’s apology I believe they have every right to be. This “apology” appeared self serving to me.  Is Zimmerman saying that if Treyvon was 19 or 25 or even 40 it would have made a difference that he was shot?

Why is he talking about not knowing  that Treyvon was armed or not during an apology to the parents? This information is what needed to have been discussed in the courtroom during a trial not  during an attempt to apologize to the parents.

Zmmerman has  a new attorney. I can’t imagine his attorney allowing him to say this in court as it may come back to haunt him during the trial. Just his monotone face and voice alone could be used against him. The prosecuting tourney can show this to a jury and see that he was not sincere.

This leads me to believe that George Zimmerman is a loose canon who does not listen to anyone including the dispatcher who told him not to follow Treyvon or to his former attorneys.

His former attorneys gave a presser last week stating that George was not in contact with them and  said that he did not heed their advice. In essence George passively aggressively dropped them without speaking to them directly and telling them he wanted to seek other counsel. The attorneys at their presser were not supportive of Zimmerman’s actions and behavior in relation to how he dealt with them.

This new incident of Zimmerman speaking like he did court and saying what he said makes me wonder how much control his new attorney has over him. Perhaps he told his new  attorney he wanted to apologize  to the parents and the attorney thought it was a good idea. But I am sue that there is no way Zimmerman shared the rest of his  apology  with his new attorney  about making  a statement about Trevyvon’s age and whether or not he was armed. If he did, I am sure that his new  attorney would have prohibited him from doing so.

This action may very well give us more insight as to Zimmerman’s personality and character of being hot headed, doing what he wants to do and ignoring others who are in charge.   His actions today have turned off a lot of people, including myself. It showed a lack of compassion and a lack of sincerity.

I agree with the prosecutor  who stated that it was “really aggressive,” that Zimmerman made the statement to Trayvon’s parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, who were sitting in the courtroom. What was aggressive was that he was in essence justifying his actions and pleading his case.

Upon further questioning by the prosecutor  ,Zimmmerman said that he had asked his previous lawyers to express his sorrow to the Martin family. But what about his current lawyer? He needed to have his new counsel be his spokesperson and express sympathy to the young boy’s parents. So it confirms that he is not respecting his own current attorney who trying to  guide what comes out of his client’s mouth before trial.  www.lillianglass.com

While Eden Wood, breakout star of Toddlers and Triars is a physically  gorgeous  doll-like child, her recent behavior on a Fox TV affiliate in Atlanta left a  lot to be desired. The child looked like someone who may have had too much alcohol in their system with her wooziness, sudden inapproriate outbursts  exaggerated movements and slurred speaking pattern. If she was given sugar sticks which many of hte parents reportedy  give their childen to shine and have  more energy when they perform, her mother needs to stop giving it to her immediately.

IFshe  wasn’t given anything then she neeDs to see her pediatrican and  a child  therapist, effectiVe immediately!

There was NOTHING cute about Eden’s behavior as she appeared   on the show to promote her upcomng reality show. If she acts like that on her reality show, while she may get eyeballs watching to see her little hot mess, it will be a tragedy to witness.

On the show her head was bobbing around like a crack addict and she contorted her face constantly.  And I am not saying the child was on crack but to me it looked lik she was on something  and if she was not on something, there is  something very wrong with her

She could barely sit sill which is not the ususal child restlessness, but rather like someone who was so amped up that they felt like to jump out f their skin.

She would burst out into song inappropriately  a ala  exaggerated Ethel merman style as her mother tried to make light of it and laugh it off. But there was nothing funning about seeing this bizarre behavior. If this is a precursor  for things to come, it will be devastating for all involved.

The mother tried to act like this behavior was OkKwith her but clearly it  wasnt as you can see by the photo. Even though the mom was all smiles, they were forced smiles until she leaked out anger. She even reprimanded the child  asking her if they woul have to have a “Come to Jesus” talk” as the girl kept inappropriately  reaching into  her mothers physical space and swaying back and forth,

When asked about the show Eden slurred out that the show was called Eden’s woooold ” The mother immediately interjected that it was Edent’s world . if the child cant say her r sound sat her age, then the mother needs to get her to a speech therapists stat!  As the mom maintained a very serious facial expression throughout, little  Eden was waving her hands and swaying back and forth and continued to sing out her answers like an off key old time Broaday star. Between her Boadway  like belts, she would rap out her answers.

As Eden continued her inapproitae behavior her Mother turned to the camera and told thei ntervier Welcome to my world. Well there wouldn’t be be an out of control little girl in her world if she would set some boundaries and perhaps not allegedly give her something to her to pep her up. if the mom  didnt giver her a go go  juice of Redbull and gatoraide or hunks of sugar then she needs to get this girl to a therapist immediately because something is wrong with Eden.

When the mother told Eden to be serious for a moment and to tell what Eden’s World is all about , Eden  spoke in a sing song tone and exhibited an obnoxious tone and manner as she said “Its about me , lalala, bla bla bla. turning hear head and looking away as though she was bored and couldnt be bothered answering the question.

Her savvy stagemom immeiately took over and tried to tell about the show,  but Eden would have none of that as she interrupted  and mocked everything her mother said. Buy this time her mother’s facial expression changed to  full on anger as she was clearly disturbed by her daughter’s actions as you see below

After the mother explained all the plans  for Eden- to do Broadway and off Broadway and after she  threatens Eden with a Come to Jesus meeting to no avail, she realizes she cannot win here so she backs off and tells the interiwer to talk to Eden becuase she is just the hired hand.

In essence this savvy mom  caught herself in the nick of time before really  letting Eden have it in front of the world. So she backed off and gave a phoney uncomfortable laugh. But the truth was that  her body language said she was “pissed” at little Eden’s antics.

She has HUGE plans for little Eden and if Eden shows who she really is with this bzarre behavior, all these plans may go up in smoke.

Now the mother is put on the spot once agan as the interviwer asked her whats he thinks of mom’s who give their kids go go juice to stimulate them into being lively and performing. She hems and haws and is clearly uncomfortanle by the question. She uses a lot of you know and uhms in contrast to her previously fluent speech. She  is looking away from the camera as she manufactures answer. T he tell tale should shrug as she says how she cant judge others and doesnt want others to judge her. This is from one of the most opinionated mothers on the pageant circuit.

If that behavor and statement doesnt speak volumes I don;t know what does. Perhaps she gave Eden some go go juice or sugar or something else and it now clearly backfred on her. It seems ot me that her words alone were an admission of what she may  perhaps have given little Eden before camera time.

Then she basically admits what she did , by saying it was all right t to give the child somehting stimulating as she says as long as it is done in moderation which causes the exaggeration of the child’s up behavior.WHAT??? No it is NOT all right to give a child ANY stimulant of any kind to get them to perform like a circus animal. There is NO MODERATION of any kind in giving a child excess sugar or go go juice. or Red Bull mixed with Mountain Dew.This is so worng on so many levels.

Suddenly cutel little Eden was not so cute to me.Her ecaggerated facial movements and conturtions were not pretty at all.

As the mother spoke and the attention was on the mother as she defended her actions and mnimized the story of parents givingtheir children the go go juice, Eden could not tolerate the attenton not being on her  so she once again mcke d every word her mother aid. It was sickening to watch.

It clearly demnstrated the extreme  self absorption and how much Eden has to be the center of attention or she cannot fucntion. With a show called Eden’s World and all the attention forcused on her at this young age, her narcissitc needs will be met for now. But what happen when she matures and ther are other Eden’s to replace her? What happens if she doesnt take off and people dont want to watch her? What happens of  they suddenly stop watching her?

She is clearly  not prepared for this and may very well meet the fate of so many other young child performers.

The majority self destructed  when they  suddenly didn’t get the attention. Eden may do the same.  While they are trying to make Eden a star, I  hope they have a therapist in place so Eden doesnt turn into another statistic . She is not pretty is my eyes but rather pathetic, courtesy of her mother.

It is obvious that  this girl isnt ready for what lis ahead of her. If she is lucky things won’t work out so she can go and have a normall childhood, if it is not too late.

Then Eden did something that was highly disturbing on the show  in my view. As e r mother continued to speak, she realized that mocking wasnt gong to get her any attention. So she pretended to take a gun out of a holster and shoot it at the audience. She repeatedly shot and then blew the pretend smoke   off of the the  retend gun barrel  and  placed the pretend gun in her pretend holser. She then took her pretend gun out of the holder and shot again and again.

WOW from a psychological point of view that speaks volumes to me. She in essence appears to want to kill  or destroy anyone who doesnt  pay attention to her .  It is a reflection of her inner anger at not getting the attenton she feels she deserves. The choice of this little girl pretening to shoot off a  gun was also disturbing to me.  And no it is not cute whether she is from Texas or not.

Suddently this cute little girl became very uncute to me and downright ugly based on her behavior. Her behavior was ugly as was her state of mind. And yes I am calling a child ugly based on my definition of beauty which is beauty is a beauty does. The most physicially and facially proortional person can look ugly to me if their actions are ugly.

Unless someone intervenes and sets boundaries for this child and makes her realize that all of this attention is just for now and may not last forever and that she needs to develop other avenues like her mind and an unselfish non me me me personality, she will grow up to be a huge mess.

While it may make for great TV and lots of money to see a mess of a child, it is sad to let this happen to a any child.  She is apparently over five and that is not good from a  training point of view.According to child development theory we are pretty much formed at the age of five. So, unfortnatly she is who she is and it is not  pretty, despite the hir extentions, wigs, makeup, and frilly dresses.

After vehemently swearing that she would never pose nude , even after Vivid offered her a million dollars to do so,  Octomom Nadya Suleman went back on her word and posed nude (albeit) semi nude  for a European publication for only 8 K. Worse than the awkward body language in the unretouched  photos,  Nadya Suleman went back on her word and began to rationalize she merely did it for her kids and she is destitute.

She has also been making the rounds of TV shows defending herself for going on welfare an stating that she will be on it for two months, which is ridiculous, unless she knows she will receive a financial windfall very soon.  She states that she is only on food stamps but she is most likely also on Medi-Cal as well  to help pay for her children’s medical bills.

She swore that she would never be on welfare and stated that she is ashamed to be on welfare and that she has received death threats fromt he public  for going on welfare.

This has obviously taken a huge toll on Nadya body language wise as the reality of her situation has finally set in three years later. When we first met Nadya in the media she looked rather glamorous with her flawless makeup.  She was fully groomed Her eyebrows were arched. She had full eye makeup complete with fake lashes every time we say her. her lips were filled with filler and she wore extensions and acryllic  impeccably manicured nails.

She looked very happy and seemed to b enjoying all of her newfound media attention. People compared her to an Angelina Jolie wanna be and she loved that comparison as we always saw a huge smile on her face whenever it was brought up.

But now her body language is telling a different story. She looks exhausted and puffy (and understandably so). Gone are the arched brows and collagen filled lips. Gone is the makeup and manicured nails.

The  reality that she can no longer focus on herslef and her looks when there are 14 mouths to feed. Looking very Groucho Marx like, her eyebrows are not shaped as she has appeared to have grown her thick brows out . Her cheeks seem to have a downward slope to them as do her eyes. The circles underneath  them  reflect how  her lack of sleep has finally caught up with her. And her nails are now cut to a practical length where  she no longer has to worry about breaking a nail as she cleans up after her brood and feeds them.

When she recetly appeared on the Today Show, she looked terribly sad. Unlike her  once confident and somewhat cocky posture as she always seemed to wear  low cut revealing cleavage showing tops, her shoulders were hunched over and she dressed more conservatively with a tank top and  tailored blouse over it .

As she spoke to Matt Lauer she looked intimated, sad, and embarrased as she sat with her hands folded on her lap  for self comfort and  appeared rounded shoulders.

In listening to her interview it appears that she has done a lot of self reflection and has also sought the advice of professionals who convinced her to put her pride aside when it came to going on welfare  and  to think of her children first. It is impressive that she finally listened to them.

Nadya has now realized the realities of her  isemination and  unlike Kate Gosselin she was not able to think on her feet or make good decisions at the time when she was offered some pretty lucrative assignments like a reality tv show. While she vehemently stated she wouldn’t do a reality show because she refused to parade her kids around on TV,  she ended up doing it anyway on Oprah and over the internet for little or not money. While she screamed she would never pose nude when Vivid offered her a million dollars, she ended up doing it anyway for the European publication and doing some porn like spoofs on TV for very little money.

In my view Nadya needs to get stop defending herself  and stop making the media rounds unless sh has something to promote.

She has 14 mouths to feed and needs to figure out a way to make all of ther lives easier. If she does porn or puts her kids on TV  in a reality show, who cares if people don’t like it . Kate Gosselin didn’t care and now her kids all have enough money for allt he rtoys they will ever want, clothes and food and even college funds. The reality show experience allowed her kids to take vacations and experience new things. In my view Nadya would be wise to take a lesson from what Kate Gosselin did to support her kids.

While she admits it was a mistake to  have the kids it really doesn’t matter. They are here now and she needs to do what is best for them and  to deal with the situation she created .  They do not need to suffer. Watching her body language was of great concern to me because  she looks very depressed and worn down. if she breaks down, there is no one to care for her kids.

The most powerful aspect of the Today show interview  when Matt asked her if she feared her kids would be taken away from her. While she said that it would never happen, her throat  muscles seemed to close off  as her tones were very creaky as she croaked out her words. This is very telling communication and body language wise as it reflected her true emotion of fear. While her words said one thing, her voice said that this is a reality  that she  greatly fears.

During the Oprah interview , it was very clear to me that Pat Houston’s body language showed a lot of signals that did not match her words.  One of the most disconcerting things we heard was how she tried to blame outside influences for the demise of Whitney and Bobby Brown’s marriage and minimize their issues. Above we see her with cocked head, body pulled back and a monotone breathy voice which may very well indicate signals of deception as she speaks. Throughout the interview her body language and voice showed that she was very guarded in what she said,

Now that we have come to find out that Whitney Houston’s death was the result of drowning suggesting  a heart attack was most likely triggered by cocaine, thereby causing  her to  drown in her bathtub.

Her sister in law, Pat Houston  is the  second wife of Gary Houston who was arrested  in 1996 for possession of crack cocaine.  Right after Whitney’s death, Pat  went to court and had herself named executor, replacing the assigned executor of Whitney’s estate.  Now it makes a lot more sense as to why she may have shown signals of deception. She clearly has Whitney’s image to protect especially since the estate is currently making   more money from Houston’s songs than when Whitney was alive.

When Oprah asked Pat point blank Was drugs an issue for her before her death?

Pat Houston replied “ I don’t think drugs were an issue for her before her death…High, absolutely not. Leading up [to her death]? I would say no.

In analyzing her statement we can see signals of deception here. She gives too much information as she volunteers “High, absolutely not.” She also speaks in fragments Leading up? Also look at the words leading up. Oprah asks if drugs were an issue before her death but Pat get specific and volunteers a more specific time line  by  using the term  leading up as oppose to using before.

How could she says he was so close to Whitney and be her manager and closest confidant and not know she wasn’t doing drugs when acute use of cocaine,  as well as marijuana, Flexeril, and Xanax were discovered in her system.

WAS THE DREAM SHE WAS CHASING RAY J

Pat  was deceptive when she told Oprah that it wasn’t drugs that killed Whitney but that she  was “She was chasing a dream.”Perhaps that is true as she did not show signs of deception s she made this statement. She spoke clearly and directly.

Perhaps she was referring to chasing the dream as Whitney’s having  a serious relationship with  younger man Ray J  Brandy’s brother and  Kim Kardashian sex tape partner, and seeing Whitney’s   confrontation with the  X Factor contestant  over Ray J.

When this was going on we see photos of Pat Houston on TMZ looking very upset and annoyed as she even admits to Oprah she was mad. Yet she doesn’t explain what she was mad.  As part of her entourage and Whitney’s team, it seems she was mad that the X Factor star was allegedly  having designs on Whitney’s man and causing Whitney to get so upset in public.

Did Whitney indirectly die of a broken heart by  trying to feel  good and  numb her emotional pain after realizing that her man may  possibly have not have been being faithful to her? It sounds as though Pat believes this is the case based on her statement about Whitney chasing a dream. All of Whitney’s dreams came true with fame and fortune. So what was left was the dream of love which she may have though she found with Ray J.

Apparently, according to sources,  Whitney had been doing very well and was drug free  when she worked  the  film “Sparkle” after doing intensive rehab with Warren Boyd.There were three months between when  the filming “Sparkle” ended and when she died.

She clearly relapsed. Surely Pat Houston, her alleged close confidant must  have known this but chose not to  share it with Oprah during the interview.

It may be that Pat has attributed Whitney’s search for the “impossible dream” with a younger man as the underlying  cause for her death and not the cocaine.

While Ray J has vehemently denied doing drugs with Whitney. But maybe  Ray J’s presence in her life was the catalyst for her relapse. Maybe that fateful night when she ran into the woman she believed was flirting with Ray J caused her heart to break . Maybe that drover her over the edge towards self destruction.

My only hope is that  Pat does not engage in denial with Bobbie Kristina  and gets her the help she needs, especially now that she is the executor of  Whitney’s estate.
