Rebekah Brook’s Body Language May Not Sit Well With Jurors

When I watched Rebekah Brooks, former editor of News of the World, once the most  powerful woman in the Rupert Murdoch  empire present her testimony I observed that he cockiness, air of arrogance and entitlement relayed via  her monotone facial expression and icy tone would not go over well at the Leveson Inquiry.

Even the  dress this  once fashion plate wore- a white peter pan collar in with black bodice , as seen in the photo above,  backfired as it was  obviously worn to manipulate in giving the illusion of appearing  as a soft, meek, innocent school girl.

She has now been charged with the crime of “ conspiring to pervert the course of justice”- a crime which carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

If she presents herself the way she presented herself when she gave her testimony and when she came out in her press conference publicaly attacking by accusing police and prosecutors of bowing to political pressure to find scapegoats for the hacking scandal, this once social butterfly who hobnobbed with Prime Ministers and the crème de la creme of society  will most likely be spending he rest of her days behind bars. She comes across as unlikeable and needs a major image overhaul if she is to gain any type of jury sympathy.

The body does not lie and neither does the voice. In my view she needs to come across more humble and less hostile if she has any chance of presenting her case so a jury will listen to her with an open mind.

In another blatant show of arrogance and manipulation, Rebecca Brooks and her husband decided  to have  their press conference five minutes   before the Crown Prosecution Service had their chance to announce that Rebecca Brown has been charged. The Brown’s  made a calculated move to make  their announcement before s6PM to make sure it would appear on the evening news.

Her husband also did not do his wife any favor her during the presser as he accused the prosecutors of subjecting his wife to a “witchunt” and stated that there were 172 police officers investigating phone hacking, computer hacking and corrupt payments to public officials. He then went on to say  “so it’s no surprise to me that the pressure is on to bring prosecutions, however weak they may be” and

“I have grave reservations that my wife can ever get a fair trial, given the huge volume of biased commentary that she is constantly subjected to.”

Rebekah Brooks did not help her defense as well by

stating that it was “nothing more than an expensive sideshow, a waste of public money as a result of an unjust and weak decision.”

Both Brooks and her husband will appear at City of London magistrates’ court on June 13,  after having been formally charged with tree counts  conspiring to pervert the course of justice after news of a deceased girl’s voicemails were hacked by News of the World and she allegedly concealed documents, computers, and other electronic equipment” from Scotland Yard officers who were  investigating phone hacking and corrupt payments to public officials.

While Brook’s trial is said to begin next year, it was just  announced at the Canes film festival that there will be a film about her life which Producer Gene Kirkwood likens to the downfall of Richard Nixon  will trace her rise to power from secretary to one of the most powerful women in the world. There is even talk of Nicole Kidman  portraying Brooks because of their physical likeness. The project is said to begin when Brook’s phone hacking scandal concludes so the producer will know how the film will end.

According to a Vanity Fair article on which the film will be based, Rebekah Brooks used her “magnetic attraction” to make her way in a male-dominated tabloid world as well as getting whatever she wanted in life.

Her “magnetic attraction” which worked so well for her in the past may now come to an end as she faces a jury of her peers. She will no longer be able to use her feminine charms to manipulate. She will need to come across a lot differently and lose the “attitude”if she has any chance at not spending the rest of her life behind bars.

George Zimmerman’s Monotone and Lame Apology To Trevoyn’s Parents May Hurt Him and Gives Insight Into Zimmerman’s Character

Today George Zimmerman gave an apology to Treyvon Martin’s parents. But that apology I believe hurt him and did not help him. The tone was monotone and  sounded unemotional . It  did not sound heartfelt. In addition his body language was cold . Just as he did not show signs of vocal animation which would reflect sincerity  and contrition, he he did not show any signs of physical animation in his body language.  Vocally and physically his actions  looked and sounded robotic and insincere.

The lack of sincerity in the tone to me seemed like he was doing this to improve his image with the public.  I am not the only one who thought  this as the prosecuting  attorney immediately asked if he was apologizing because the press was present. George denied it.

The analysis of his statement and words were as telling as his monotone voice. A person who is sincere would have said things a lot differently than George  did. He would have also shown some genuine emotion when he spoke. His voice would have reflected sorrow, which it did not

He would have said   “I’m sorry for the loss of your son,” and  left it at that. He  would have said it with an emotional tone and with an upset look on his face. He would not have added

“I did not know how old he was, “I thought he was a little bit younger than I was and I did not know if he was armed or not.”

If  Treyvon’s parents are upset with Zimmerman’s apology I believe they have every right to be. This “apology” appeared self serving to me.  Is Zimmerman saying that if Treyvon was 19 or 25 or even 40 it would have made a difference that he was shot?

Why is he talking about not knowing  that Treyvon was armed or not during an apology to the parents? This information is what needed to have been discussed in the courtroom during a trial not  during an attempt to apologize to the parents.

Zmmerman has  a new attorney. I can’t imagine his attorney allowing him to say this in court as it may come back to haunt him during the trial. Just his monotone face and voice alone could be used against him. The prosecuting tourney can show this to a jury and see that he was not sincere.

This leads me to believe that George Zimmerman is a loose canon who does not listen to anyone including the dispatcher who told him not to follow Treyvon or to his former attorneys.

His former attorneys gave a presser last week stating that George was not in contact with them and  said that he did not heed their advice. In essence George passively aggressively dropped them without speaking to them directly and telling them he wanted to seek other counsel. The attorneys at their presser were not supportive of Zimmerman’s actions and behavior in relation to how he dealt with them.

This new incident of Zimmerman speaking like he did court and saying what he said makes me wonder how much control his new attorney has over him. Perhaps he told his new  attorney he wanted to apologize  to the parents and the attorney thought it was a good idea. But I am sue that there is no way Zimmerman shared the rest of his  apology  with his new attorney  about making  a statement about Trevyvon’s age and whether or not he was armed. If he did, I am sure that his new  attorney would have prohibited him from doing so.

This action may very well give us more insight as to Zimmerman’s personality and character of being hot headed, doing what he wants to do and ignoring others who are in charge.   His actions today have turned off a lot of people, including myself. It showed a lack of compassion and a lack of sincerity.

I agree with the prosecutor  who stated that it was “really aggressive,” that Zimmerman made the statement to Trayvon’s parents, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, who were sitting in the courtroom. What was aggressive was that he was in essence justifying his actions and pleading his case.

Upon further questioning by the prosecutor  ,Zimmmerman said that he had asked his previous lawyers to express his sorrow to the Martin family. But what about his current lawyer? He needed to have his new counsel be his spokesperson and express sympathy to the young boy’s parents. Joran Van Der Sloot’s Insincere Body Language During Courtoom Confession Lands His 28 Years In Prison

We see a very different looking Joran Van der slot when he was first  arrested and frightened after being arrested for killing Stephanie Flores in Peru and paraded around.  Then we saw a wide eyed frightened Joran. Today we see a heavier and more cocky Joran. The cocked head to the side and the tight lipped appearance indicate his insincerity.

His shoulder shrugs as you can see int his photo when he spoke the words  Yes I want to plead guilty. I wanted  from the first moment to confess sincerely. As he states these words you can see many signals of deception. The statement analysis indicates deception as well based on the words he chose. It is not true that Joran wanted to plead guilty from the first moment to confess.He was adamant from the beginning that he was innocent and then claimed he was coerced into a confession by the Peruvian authorities. Also the word sincerely is also significant as there eis nothing sincere about his confession.

Also the repetition of  the  word  ”wanted” speaks to yet another issue- his seeing himself as a victim in all of this. In essence he says that he wanted to do so at the beginning but no one would let him. We clearly know that this is not so based on reports of his actions early on during his arrest and subsequent incarceration.

His monotone voice along with his cocked head belie his words as he continues to say  I am truly sorry for this bad act. He shrugs his shoulders looks up,  away from the three judges  as he cocks his head. Not only does he shrug his shoulder, he keeps it in the same raised position which indicates that he is literally giving the “cold shoulder” to match his cold monotoned voice pattern.

His words indicate the opposite based on his body language behaviors. He is not sorry at all and does not consider this a bad act. he has no feeling and no remorse  whatsoever and it shows.

Then he immediately switches up the words and says  I am truly sorry for this act. I feel bad. The fact that he repeats his apology as he alters the word order confirms that he is lying about feeling sorry for his “bad act”.

But now he is actually showing signals of honesty when he makes this latest statement. He now focuses his eyes back on the judges as he l looks directly at them as he now bows his head in sorrow. Yes he is sorry, but NOT for killing Stephanie Flores. He is sorry for getting caught . In fact he is truly sorry he got caught. Now he does not call it a bad act as he did initially. Now he simply calls it an act .In essence he is saying that he is sorry he was caught for his act of killing Stephanie Flores which he does not consider  bad , but merely an act.

Then he says I feel very bad. This is true based on his body language. He feels very bad because he was caught doing this act that he did not consider bad. Note how the  position of the words  bad and act have changed in his statement. It is not longer a bad act. Now he feels bad he was caught in the act.

He is still nervous and anxious as she shows signs of this rocking back and forth freighting movements which his legs constantly moving as he sat and waited to speak,  through his profuse sweating  and itching as you can see int he photo above.

However he cannot help but leak out his arrogance and self righteousness through his erect posture and raised shoulder literally giving the judges a cold shoulder via his insincere confession . He does however feel vulnerable as you can see  by his hands clasped over his private area. While he believe he was justified in what he did to Stephanie and feels forced to confess for the reward to a lighter sentence, he is still nervous and frightened by what the sentence will be. Also if you look at the muscle tension of his hands as he clasps them over his groin area you can see that he is indeed exhibiting a lot of nervousness and tension as he is holding on to himself for dear life.

Another change in Joran is that there is a lot of puffiness under his eyes which may indicate he is not getting a lot of sleep in prison and/ or possibly doing drugs. It has been said that for the right amount of money one can get just about  anything in this prison.

Joran’s legal defense was that he had Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome from the Natalie Holloway incident because  he was hounded by the press for her alleged killing. Perhaps this was the best defense that his attorney could come up with because there was certainly no other defense as to why Joran would kill a lovely Peruvian girl with a bright future ahead of her.  This lame defense got him two years less than the maximum 30 years he would have received had he not confessed.

As we see from Joran’s photos, prison life has not been good to him. He looks bad and as he lingers in prison for the next  close to three decades, he will look even worse and prison life will be worse to him. Based on his actions during  his court proceedings he knows this as well.

His slovenly appearance shows that he did not care how he looked or came across. He may have been told by his attorney that his confession would result in less prison time. because of his arrogance he may have interpreted this less prison time to be  only a a few years. That would explain why he was visibly angry when the judge ordered him to 28 years in prison. He was reported to have  cursed  out loud as she was also ordered to  pay $75,000 in reparations.

But Under Peru’s laws, however, van der Sloot could get out after serving half of his sentence. This means the 24 year old  could be out when he is 38. That means he would have a long life ahead of him to live freely. With book, film and TV interviews he could be a very wealthy man, continue his gambling lifestyle and life like nothing ever happened.

But that will not be the case if the US has anything to do about it. He may be extradited to the US for extortion in the Natalie Holloway case.  If found guilty, he would be put away for more time and serve it in the US.

It is unclear  to date whether Joran will stay at Castro Castro prison where he has been isolated from the other prisoners or whether now that he has been sentenced, he  will be among the general population there. it is unclear as to whether he will be transferred to a more harsher prison in Peru and placed int he general population.

If placed the general population Joran will be a walking dead man as there is fierce loyalty even among prisoners when it comes to a national hero- Stephanie Flores’ father.If another prisoner does not kill him, disease such as TB and AIDS may do it, thus making it doubtful that we will see Joran on the streets of Aruba, the Netherlands or any other place int he world.

If by some fluke of nature he does come out of prison alive at age 38, he will no doubt suffer the same fate as OJ and so many others where they commit  another bad act to land themselves in prison for life.

While nothing can bring back Stephanie Flores, justice was  finally served as she can now rest in peace. Let’s hope the same justice can be served for Natalie Holloway so she too can rest in peace and so her loving mother Beth can also have some peace.

Casey Anthony’s Second Video Focus IS On Her Appearance Not Caylee

In the second video that has just been released on Casey Anthony, we no longer see a blond Casey with a  hair style and color resembling her mother Cindy. Now we see her in a a short  brunette cropped hair do.  The glasses she is now sporting are very oversized as opposed to the last video and look rather comical on her face. Also if Casey was in such need of glasses, why wasn’t she wearing them in the courtroom where she really needed to see things closely and read materials.The glasses obviously seem to be put on for effect.

Casey  still does not mention Caylee , just as she did not mention her in her previous video. In her first video she was concerned where to look . But now she seems to have the hang of it as she is looking directly at herself on video ,where she can examine her newly pieced nose ring and ear piercing at the top of her ear.

While she says he is very excited about her piercings by stating “I just pierced my nose last night, very excited and top of my ear” you would never know she was excited in any way until she spoke those words. Her voice says the opposite. It is in a  dull emotionless uninflected monotone.

Casey also begins the new video with a higher pitched baby girl like voice which is very interesting on so many levels. In essence,  the little girl voice may reflect how she feels about herself subconsciously, especially now that Caylee is no longer a part of her life. Now she can be the little girl- the youngest in the family like she has always been. Now she can resume her role as the baby girl- not Caylee.

The fact that there is no mention of Caylee in a video she knows will eventually be released publicly,  speaks volumes.It is as though she has blocked everything out and is now focusing on herself and her looks and her new image.

The fact that she has changed up her hair style and he glasses and donned a nose and ear piercing in such a short period of time in my view means she is struggling with her image. She is trying to find out who she is now and trying on different images. She clearly got rid of the super long hair courtroom do and now is trying different looks.

It was reported on TMZ that she now dons red hair but this is not evident in this video. If she is trying on various looks in an attempt to disguise herself when she finally is free to go out and about publicly, it is not too smart on her part to be releasing these videos of herself.

Casey has changed a lot physically. For one she has filled out more and become “thicker”.  Perhaps the food at the halfway house or mental health facility where she is staying has a lot better and more appealing food choices than jail, so perhaps her appetite has improved.

This shows in her nose ,which has also become thicker  and more bulbous, thereby making her appearance resemble Cindy more and more.

The one thing which is interesting about this second video is that she cannot stop looking at herself. In essence, she does not take her eyes off of he screen for a moment as he focus is completely on her.

I have no idea if Casey is releasing these videos and photos herself or these are being released by others on her behalf.  But the bottom line is that whomever is releasing them has received a lot of hits which translates into a lot of dollars and cents for them and most likely for  Casey as well.

The fact that these tapes have become such a topic of interest in the media reflects that Casey has become a bonafide celebrity known for her infamy of allegedly killing her child.

In watching these video posts of Casey, the real live reality show of Casey Anthony continues as it did during her courtroom proceedings. The whole thing is so absurd. Her craving public attention will eventually catch up to her in my view.

After what happened to Caylee and all the public  hatred towards her she needed to lay low and try to live under the radar in my view. She needed to reinvent herself not with a nose ring or ear piercing or different hair color but with a solid education and some serious mental health therapy on an ongoing basis. I cannot imagine any therapist condoning these videos to be released.

But as we see Casey cannot help herself and would most likely not heed any advice from anyone let alone a therapist. She craves the attention too much as we are seeing . She craves the limelight and that will in my view eventually  be her downfall. These videos show how much she is focused on  herself and how much  she craves attention. We all heard it and saw it in the  jailhouse tapes but now that she is out of jail, we see it again.

When people crave that much attention, they will do anything to get that attention. They will often  subconsciously make bad decisions in order to get themselves the attention they need. Casey has had a history of making bad decisions so why should anything change now. It takes a lot of therapy and self insight – not self absorption to make significant changes in one’s psyche and in one’s behaviors. So it is highly possible that she will eventually trip herself up and end up like OJ Simpson.

There are  a lot of similarities between Casey and OJ in terms of how much they were focused on themselves and on the attention from others.OJ  was constantly getting in to trouble and having all kinds of high drama situations throughout the years until he eventually ended up where he belonged – inprison for the rest of his life. Since Casey too craves this attention we may see a similar pattern down he road.

Her parents released a statement after the first video that they worry for her safety and that the release of this video was not a good idea. In my view, they need to worry about their own safety  as well when Casey is finally free . They need to hope she stays far away from them as possible because no doubt some of that high drama will result due to the dysfunctional dynamics of this family structure. It is a fact that there has been severe conflict between Casey and Cindy for years. Now that Casey has had some independence and has been away for Cindy for so long it could get very ugly  between them if  Cindy tried to take control or bully Casey.

There are so many mixed emotions with regard to this family. The smallest disagreement could inflame things and create a disaster.  Casey may feel betrayed by Lee’s testimony in the courtroom. Her father may never forgive her for allowing him to be thrown under the bus and having the sexual molestation card revealed in court. There is a lot of resentment and anger towards Casey by her family  and unless they all underwent family therapy it is my view that things could escalate in a very bad way.

I still believe that these tapes are being released because producer  Scott Sternberg’s despicable efforts at selling an interview with Casey   for 3/4 of a million dollars  failed. So now Plan B is in place with the release of these tapes. The timing is uncanny, especially if Casey will be released from her facility next month.

In watching these tapes it was so upsetting to see how Casey was so focused on her new piercings and to  hearing the word “excited” come out of her mouth. Poor Caylee may she rest in peace,  will never  have the chance to experience excitement about anything.

Producer Scott Sternberg’s All Time Low Peddling Casey Anthony Interview for Three Quarters of a Million Dollars

I can’t think of anything more repulsive than hearing anything out of  liar Casey Anthony’s mouth besides producer Scott Stenberg trying to cash in on the action and make a quick  buck off her back and the back of a dead baby. If he sells it I am boycotting it and him to boot.

Acquitted or not, no one deserves to make money off of  a dead baby- Caylee Marie Anthony. We have wasted enough time  dissecting this case. We have heard ALL that Casey Anthony has to say with her body language and repeated verbal and vocal  lies.

We have  even heard her repulsive mother  Cindy lie repeatedly  on the stand and in the media. We have heard the same lies from her father and brother.  It is over! Let this precious baby rest in peace.

If Scott  whom I happen to know personally sells this sleeze for the quarter of  the quarter of a  million he is asking for  it, Casey doesn’t deserve to get a cent and neither does he. As far as I am concerned it is nothing more than blood and death  money. Scott obviously knows its sleazy  otherwise he would be pitching the show openly and not” quietly” as  the Hollywood Reporter quoted.

While Scott asks for his hefty sum of up to  $750,000  for a promised no holds barred Casey Anthony interview, thankfully no  network is touching his offer. They know  that it will be a disappointment  mainly because the know  Casey will never tell the truth and they will receive severe backlash from the public and national outrage news

In fact, according to the Hollywood Reporter Anthony’s pariah status has already spurred divisions to publicly disavow the common and age-old practice of licensing personal photos and home video from interview subjects as a fig leaf to paying outright for interviews. And ABC News, CBS News and NBC News all have stated adamantly that they would not pay for an Anthony interview specifically.

Any advertiser who would put their product in a show featuring Casey Anthony would run the risk of having their products boycotted as well just by the negative association.

And what does  Scott Sternberg have to say about all of this?  As the Hollywood Reporter quotes “He declined to comment. ” To me that says it all!

Conrad Murray Devoid of Emotion But Sweats and Breathes Hard As Jury Is Read- Is He A Suicide Risk?

Conrad Murray found guilty in death of Michael Jackson

Just before the verdict was read, the only thing which gave Conrad Murray’s emotions away  as he awaited his fate, was  his upper chest breathing. You could see the heaving of his chest and his heart no doubt beat double time.

However his facial expression belied the anxiety he was really experiencing. He wore the same  mask like facial expression that he wore throughout the trial which I am certain did not further endear him to jurors.

As the word Guilty was read there was a slight movement however the facial expression did not change. He showed no emotion whatsoever.There was no forehead crinkling, no tears, no lip pursing or eye movement. There was nothing. He was void of emotion. But there was profuse sweating in his temple  and upper forehead region.

He was also void of emotion as he was remanded into custody. He looked as though he was in a state of shock as he was cuffed and lead away. No doubt this was surreal for him.

When you see someone who shows absolutely no twinge of any emotion whatsoever, it is often a red flag for a suicide watch. The trial has obviously taken a physical toll on Murray as seen by the hollowed out appearance under his eyes and the puffiness  in his midface. He may very well have been medicated during the trial as his eyes looked at half mast often and he appeared to be nodding out.

Oftentimes people do this when the information and truth is too much to handle emotionally. Thus it could be safely said that Conrad Murray appears to be the type of person who keeps his emotions in check and does not wear them openly.

But when the medication wears off and the reality sets in, emotions may take a tool on him and he may react self destructively in the form of a suicide attempt.

As he finally realizes all that goes along with his being a convicted felon in killing Michael Jackson, life may be too hard to handle. The public vitriol, the  loss of his medical license, and financial troubles may force him into a state of hopelessness.

So being remanded into custody may be saving his life for the time being as he will no doubt be placed  on a major suicide watch. But if he is intent on killing himself, his being a physician and knowing what to do to end his life may make suicide watch a futile process.

He appears to love his little child so that may give him some hope and may deter thoughts of his ending his life. If he thinks rationally and maintains his wits he will see that his 4 years may be cut in half and because  of the  prison overcrowding factor he may even get home confinement, according to TMZ.

Personally I believe that justice was served greatly and that it is a wakeup call to all physicians who put money and greed above the welfare of their patient. I have seen the starstruck physician who caters to the patient and does all that the patient wants . Even if Michael wanted propofol  and  insisted on it, he needed to have the integrity and ethics to  say NO!

And if he said YES, he needed to stay by Michael’s  side  to make sure Michael was monitored. If  Murray had to go to the bathroom, he needed to have a cup or a pail in the room as not to leave Michael alone.  And if Michael had a weak system or had drug issues, he  especially needed to be by his side to monitor him.

For the Jackson family, it is bittersweet. It is sweet that Justice was served and bitter that Michael is no longer alive. I know exactly how they feel. When my own precious brother was killed at the hands of an incompetent physician  who intubated him wrongly so that he became a vegetable and died, it was sweet that we settled the medical malpractice case, but it is a bitter pill for me which I have to swallow for the rest fo my life that my Manny is no longer alive.

Just as Michael Jackson was an extraordinary person, so was my brother, he was funny and  provided me with lots of belly laughs (something I have done little of since he was killed). He was warm, upbeat, kindhearted,  really cared about people, highly intelligent, honest, and had a great deal of integrity. He was talented and creative and not just my brother, but my best friend. His death at the hands of an incompetent doctor is unbearable.

I am sure that is how the Jackson family feels about Michael. I  had a vicarious thrill seeing Conrad Murray be cuffed and lead away. I wish that this would have happened ot the doctor who killed my brother . It didn’t . The  cold hearted emotionless doctor who was only a doctor who seven months when he ended my brothers life is now back at the same hospital  in New Jersey practicing as a bona fide physician. It galls me that this is the case.  So it was a catharsis for me to see a physician get what was due to him. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony’s Body Language on Recently Released Jailhouse Tape Shows Extreme Signals of Anxiety Associated With Guilt

In the words of Casey Anthony “ Surprise! Surprise! ” Her body language tells during the recently released  videotape when she  discovered Caylee was found  dead, show a person who is in extreme anxiety and screams guilt!

These body language tells say it all. Casey Anthony’s autonomic nervous system is in full gear as her breathing if affected. You can physically see her chest heaving as she hyperventilate. This is the result of her respiratory system trying to oxygenate itself.

In the above photo we see her first learning Caylee’s remains were found. She is hunched over as though the wind has been knocked out of her, which is the case. Her mouth is agape, indicating surprise.

Look at her mouth. It is wide open. Her jaw has literally dropped as she finds out that she is not so clever after all and that Caylee’s  body was discovered. When people are in shock at a discovery,  the muscles holding up their jaw slacken and the lower jaw literally drops.

The expression on her face suddently turns to fear and anxiety as her jaw now tightens and her brow area tenses. She holds on to her arm for self comfort and self protection and support.

In this photo we see the extreme  extent of her anxiety and her feeling vulnerable as she literally throws her head back and exposes her throat. When someone does that it is a huge sign of guilt.   You often see this position when someone is caught at something they should not have done or they are exposed. It is  a common body language positon seen in failed suicide bombers who are caught in the act.

Casey holds on to herself tightly as if to protect herself. Her feet begin to move as though she wants to get out of there. Her legs are apart and she is hunched over as though she is resigned to her fate. Her facial expression transforms to a very serious one. She also developes a case of the itchy scratchies which means her autonomic nervous system is kicking in once again. Her capillaries  have expanded due to the anxiety. The sudden  blood flow changes create discomfort. Hench the itch and the scratch.

Here she literally  doubles over in cramp like style (which she also pulled early on during her trial). Her digestive juices are increasing, due to the high level of stress and anxiety ,which happens when people have suddently learned of  some very bad news. This often results in their physcially feeling as though they want to defacate.

Oftentimes those who are guilty who are interrogated by law enforcement, will suddently lose bowel and or bladder control. This is what happened to the Underware Bomber when he was interrogated.

Here Casey’s body language retreats into a fetal position. It is the ultimate signal of guilt. Ther person is so overwhelmed thatthey want to escape by wanting to retreat back into the womb and hide. It is a very primative and self protective body tell.

In her fetal position she   begins to self comfort by rocking her self  back and forth.  In doing so she is attempting to sooth the intense physical feeling she is no doubt experiencing. You often see this with criminals who are suddenly left alone  in the police  interrogation room as  as they are observed through video or a two way glass. It is often a signal that they most likely  had something to do with the crime.

Next we see her muscles stiffen but as she is lierally paralyzed by fear. She does not move for a long time.

Here is Casey in true form with angry raised fists  as though she wants to punch or physically  beat on somene. She is pissed off. She is angry in a major way. She is angry that the remains were found and angry at herself or at the person who  helped dispose of the body,  as Cindy has always mentioned. Was that person Lee or George? Was she angry at them for perhaps not doing a better job of hiding Caylee’s dead body?

If the jury saw this this tape Casey would have been on Death row.  This tape angers and sicken me. To me it is clear evidence that Casey is guilty

Seeing these tapes make me detest Cindy Anthony more than ever. She absolutely knew what was going on, yet she lied  on the stand and in the Dr. Phil interview to protect Casey . But what about Caylee? doesn’t her life and her memory  count for something?

Judge Perry was not the great judge in my view that has been reported by so many. I think he was thinking about his retirement and bending over backwards so there would not be a retrial and he could wash his hands of this case. I have no doubt he is thrilled it is over and he has nothing more to do with it. I find it insulting for him to have released this tape now  instead of during the trial where the jurors could have seen it.

And on the subject of Judge Perry, I am appalled  at his judgement  when he sent that mentally disturbed woman to jail for her outburst early on. She needed a verbal reprimand and then needed to be banned from the courtroom, not put in jail, especially since she had a baby to care for.

Emotional Pain of Seeing Michael Jackson’s Dead Body Language During Opening Arguments

Seeing Michael Jackson’s dead body language in this shocking photo which was  presented by the prosecution  on the first day of the  Conrad Murray is beyond devastating and painful for me. The photo says it all. In my view, it will also  have a lasting effect on jurors just as it has an indelible effect on me and anyone else viewing it.

It shows a helpless Michael Jackson  lying on a gurney covered with a sheet on the lower half of his body. It shows the results of the actions of a doctor who irresponsibly administered propofol when he should have known better than to give it to his patient.

So what if was reported  Michael demanded to have it.  So what of Michael allegedly had a drug problem and drug addiction issues. It was not Michael’s call. Michael was the patient and not the doctor. But unfortunately as we see here,  there are doctors who will do whatever a patient wants  simply because they are a star and can pay big money and they know they will get a lot of perks. Unfortunately this  goes on all the time in Los Angeles doctors who cater to the Hollywood community. In fact there is a vulgar name for these type of doctors who are often referred to as “STAR F***ERS. Unfortunately , this was clearly the case here.

Seeing Michael lying there so helplessly with his mouth agape brings forth a myriad of emotions. For me it brought forth a torrent of tears. It stimulated a personal memory of how sweet Michael was to a homeless woman just days before he died. Having my office on Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills, I was well aware of a sweet  woman who used to hang out in the street.  Many passers by, including myself often watched out for her, giving her food and money.

One day Michael spotted  her after he left Dr. Arnold Klein’s office  a block away on Roxbury Drive. He had his driver stop his black SUV and  summoned the woman to come inside his car where  she later shared that  Michael gave her words of  encouragement and inspiration and was so loving and generous. with personal gifts and money.

Seeing the above photo continued to make me cry as I thought of Paris and Prince having to see their beloved daddy this way for the last time. I thought of Blanket who is still as  traumatized now  as he was since the funeral.

The photo also brought forth anger in me . The anger is directed at Conrad Murray, a doctor Michael  trusted. That trust was betrayed as the doctor left the room to chat up his girlfriend while  Michael was in crises.

While Murray should have never administered the lethal drug outside of the operating room, let alone in Michael’s bedroom, the fact that he wasn’t there to monitor Michael with proper equipment and left Michael all alone is unconscionable.

Had he been there and he seen that Michael was in physical trouble, he could have quickly  revived him or he could have done  immediate  CPR measures to save his life. Michael died because of this doctor’s negligence in my view. Whether or not Michael had other issues or health related issues is irrelevant. In my view Murray’s negligence is what  put the final nail in Michael’s coffin.

Yes, everyone deserves a fair trial but what is fair about leaving a person alone to die by not monitoring them? It screams of incompetence, lack of humanity, selfishness, and sheer greed.

Watching all of the nuances and the verbal gymnastics by the defense is a waste of my  time and emotion. It hurts me deeply to watch this trial on a very very  personal level as well.

I know firsthand  what it feels like to lose a loved one at the hands of an incompetent negligent  doctor who  committed malpractice. My  own very beloved brother  Manny was killed at the hands of such an incompetent doctor who intubated him wrongly so that he became a vegetable and died. The doctor was only a doctor for seven months when he recklessly  and incompetently ended my vivacious brother’s life.

Thus,  I feel very deeply for the Jackson family (except for mercenary and obnoxious Joe). I feel for Michael’s kids the most and for his mother Katherine who not only  had to put up with Toxic Joe all her life, but now  continues to deal with the death of her  precious and loved son.

The doctor who actually  killed my brother due to his malpractice was found liable. Yet this miserable cold emotionless creature who showed no compassion  is still alive and well practicing in New Jersey at the same hospital where his incompetent hands ended my brother’s life. Whenever I think of  this fact, I am livid.

If I allow myself to think of the possibility that Conrad Murray may possibly  get away with Michael’s death and be allowed to resume practicing medicine as though nothing happened, I get sick to my stomach.

Just as my brother did not have to die, Michael did not have to die either. I hope that Conrad Murray is NEVER allowed to practice medicine anywhere ever again and that he spends time in prison for his actions.

If  Murray manned up and said he did wrong and was prepared to deal with the consequences I perhaps  would have a bit more respect for him ( not much  but a smidgen more than I do now). But instead he is blaming everyone else. Sure there are other doctors who enabled Michael. But it was Murray who left him alone to die. That in itself  is reprehensible!

George and Cindy Anthony Elicit Even More Public Hatred While Lying About Seizures And All Else on Dr. Phil

Being a body language expert and watching Cindy and George Anthony tell lie after lie to Dr. Phil made  me livid. After watching their lies and deception  it is no wonder that Casey is such a mental mess. They may very well be the main  reason Caylee is dead  as they drove Casey to destruction. With all due respect, after watching these two , in the long run it is my view that  Caylee would never have had a chance in life to be a mentally healthy child with George and Cindy raising her.

And for those of you who share Nancy Grace’s opinion that these are just poor grandparents, I say you are misguided or or are kissing up to them so they will appear on your TV show. Watch the interview over and over. If their lying doesn’t make you angry then you are in denial or there is something wrong with you that you are identifying with them.

If anyone had to do the interview with these Toxic People I am glad it was Dr. Phil because unlike so many other interviewers, he did not kiss their asses He  continually busted them  and didn’t kiss their behinds. He asked hard cold direct questions. But they lied and lied and lied. He continually  reduced ugly Cindy to look  like a cowering hunched over deer in the headlights. He reduced George to showing what  a scared helpless little animal looking for mommy creature he was  as he kept looking over to Cindy for the answers.

Cindy’s ugliness on the inside  was reflected on her outside as she cried her phony tears< her crying did not elicit sympathy and empathy. Instead they elicited anger.

Dr. Phil asks  Cindy why Casey got a tattoo and partied  soon after Caylee died. Cindy looks down which is a huge signal of deception as she cannot look Dr. Phil in the eye. She  gives some bullshit answer as her voice gets quiet. She begins her bullshit by saying “  Talking to her friends” (WHAT FRIENDS,??? CASEY HAD NO FRIENDS AND JOSE BAEZ CONFIRMED THAT! SHE JUST HAD HOOKUPS AND PEOPLE SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF FOR MONEY LIKE AMY HUIZINGA.

Then this liar stays …one of the girls she was up there dancing did not show up . She looks away. This is a major  sign of deception. The reason  she is looking away is because she is  trying to manufacture something to say.

Then Cindy bullshits “they asked Casey to fill in and reluctantly she did.As Cindy the Liar says this her voice frys which means it chokes off so there is no airflow, which  another clear indicator of lying. RELUCTANLY???? When was show off attention- seeking Casey RELUCTANT to do anything that involved her body??

Then the liar says “This was not brought up at trial that Casey’s mood was KIND OF  subdued.WHAT????  KIND OF SUBDUED? What does that mean?  Jose Baez brought everything  up at that trial and if Casey’s mood was subdued he would have mentioned it. Does  Cindy think we are stupid  as we all saw extraordinary happy smiley Casey partying  and dancing in the blue dress?  Those photos indicated that she was anything BUT SUBDUED! Liar Cindy then takes a huge breath  in and then  says Casey’s mood was not subdued when she first got there. This is also  a signal of deception. She also frys at the  end of sentences as she says this which is yet another a signal of deception.

She further deceives by talking  too much and volunteering way too much information she was not asked about as she says  I’m not making excuses for her. When a person tells you they are not making excuses for someone, they usually are making excuses for that person.

Dr. Phil knows Cindy is‘ full of crap BUSTS her with regard to her excuses  and says  I THINK YOU ARE!(yay  Dr. Phil)  Dr. Phil then asks her if she thought George was hiding something  from his family, since he he hid things from her before.  Cindy  then kicks her foot as she bullshits that he would never to this to  his family. WHAT?? Didn’t he hide his alleged  gambling, , on line porn  and his affair with River Cruz all from his family?  As Cindy the lying enabler sits there defending George, like a guilty dog who pooed on the rug, he looks down in embarrassment. He knows full well what they truth was.

George makes his usual sickening   goofy pursed lipped face which indicates he is closing off and not telling the truth.

As  Cindy says George would never have put us through those six months of not knowing where Caylee was.

George continues to  looks down like a guilty dog.  To me it says that of course George knew something.

Dr. Phil  bluntly asks  How could you not know after seeing Caylee every day and then  not seeing her for 31 days and think she was with Zanny the Nanny , He goes on to say  you never met her , you don’t know who the father is, you don’t  know who she’s staying with,  you never verified her employment, her car has been impounded, you go pick up the car you say it smelled like a dead body and you go to work.

Cindy is clearly  uncomfortable  with  Phil’s direct confrontation as indicated by her kicking her  toes as though she wants to leave. She breathes heavily indicating discomfort with this line of questioning.

This photo says it all as she tries to hide from the truth. She shifts her eyes and  purses her lips and raises her shoulders and pulls her neck down in turtle like fashion as if to hide. It is like she wants to  sink into a hole and never come out.Also look at the muscle tension in her lip area.

Dr .Phil then  asks her What do you now believe the smell was from ? Cindy

then begins her sentence by pursing her lips which means she is holding back. Then she says the word TRUTHFULLY/ When someone starts a sentence with “truthfully” they are usually not being truthful. Then she says to this day I don’t know as she raises her hand with her fingers spread, also an indicator of deception. She certainly knew when she called 911. That was the most truthful she ever sounded and has never sounded as truthful since then.

Then as the liar purses her lips, she adds the words “to be honest.” When one says “to be honest” at the end of a sentence they are usually  NOT being honest.

Then sickening lying George goes off on a  tangent that has nothing to do with the question he was asked. He was asked if he knew this child was in the trunk. He makes his goofy purse lip face that looks like a constipated Stan Laurel in the old  Laurel and Hardy comedies and hems and haws and then says  says I know Caylee is not with us. He repeats it as he looks down.  These are HUGE signals of deceptions. Of course this miserable cheating liar knew Caylee was in the trunk.

I usually reserve the word HATE for, Hitler, Stalin and other terrorists. But now George and Cindy Anthony  belong on that to the list. After watching them speak with Dr. Phil and lie and lie and lie and lie and lie and lie HATE is the only emotion that one can have. They did not  elicit compassion or empathy or sympathy. Instead, they elicited anger. A baby is dead and they show no respect for Caylee. They only continue to make excuse after excuse to defend Casey. It is despicable.

The public HATES  liars. Cindy lied on the stand numerous times and so did George and now they were lying to Dr. Phil.

Cindy also bullshitted that Casey may have a brain tumor because she had seizures. This is total BULLSHIT considering that Cindy is a registered nurse and should know that   when there is no medical evidence of a tumor based on  all the tests that were run, THERE IS NO TUMOR! Yet she tried to spin it.

Dr. Phil says that Cindy is in denial. While I think the world of  Dr. Phil and have a tremendous  amount  for respect for him, ny perspective is different.  Cindy is in Bullshit not in denial. She is lying and so is George There is no denial there. She knows exactly what happened and  so does George. Cindy  bullshits so much because deep down she knows she is the reason Casey did whatever she did to that child.

Watching these two on Dr. Phil was even more disturbing when you think back to the lies they told on the stand. Why haven’t these two been  convicted of perjury?

Will Cindy and George Anthony Continue to Lie and Manipulate Dr. Phil?

As you know by now I despise lies, manipulation  and spin. And this week, what we will  likely be getting is spin and manipulation and lies as Cindy and George Anthony appear  on the Dr. Phil Show to reveal “the truth” about Casey  and what really happened in Caylee’s death.
Apparently the  same Cindy  who lied on the  stand, manipulated the press, and mislead law enforcement by destroying evidence by washing Casey’s pants and Caylee’s doll has now asserted Casey suffered from an epileptic seizure while Caylee was drowning.
If is was the case why didn’t it come out immediately? Why didn’t Jose Baez or Cheney Mason  mention it during opening or closing arguments? And why was Casey seizing? Was she on illegal drugs ? If she  seized, why wasn’t rushed to the hospital and  given a brain scan and subsequently monitored   or put on anti -seisure medication like Depakote, which she should have been on during the trial and should be on to this day?
I don’t care if Casey had a seizure in the past. I do care that  now Cindy  conveniently  says Casey had a seizure just when Caylee drowned. I am not buying it! In fact this bogus  explanation  in my view,  to explain away Caylee’sdeath and to make eveything  hunky dory with Casey makes me angry.
Why didn’t  these two liars didn’t reveal this when they were on the stand in a court of law? Cindy’s body language and communication showed she lied repeatedly on the stand. The same is true for George.
After seeing them on the stand, one can understand why Casey turned out the way she did. At least Dr. Phil, whom I know and respect, will demand they tell the truth and will not put up with any of their nonsense.
It is despicable to me that these two liars are now making a reported half-a-million dollars  to be grilled by Dr. Phil. It has been reported that the money will go into the Caylee Anthony Charity Fund for Missing Children.
Who do you think controls the purse strings of this” charity?” Is it  George and Cindy?  Most likely! How are the monies from this charity being spent? Does the money go directly  into George and Cindy’s pockets? Are all of the legal procedures and standards  for having a charity being met?
It also  disturbs  me that  the charity for Caylee is for being a missing child. She was NOT a missing child. She was a murdered or drowned child. Take your pick. We were all duped and lead on a wild goose chase by Casey and then by Cindy and George. I resent that.  I  now resent their being on Dr. Phil to continue to lie.
These two liars made out like bandits as they capitalize on Casye’s death.They are much  better off  financially now that Caylee is dead.Before they could barely make ends meet. Now they are millionaires or close to it. I wouldn’t doubt it if they manipulated some scheme to put any money Casey may earn from books or media interviews  in their “charity” so that  it cannot be attached.
You can bet I will be watching Dr. Phil’s show to look for signals of deception from George and Cindy. The only redeeming factor for me is that Dr. Phil will be doing the interview and will be honest and ststraightforward and not kissing their behinds like Nancy Grace or others who sympathize with these “poor parents.”
In looking at the body language of the promo, Cindy looks like she is  a deer in the headlights when Dr. Phil appears to put her on the spot. She looks wide-eyed and physically turns to George with her hunched over shoulders, indicating that most likely she has been busted by Dr. Phil.
Also in the promo, Dr. Phil point-blank asks, “Do you think Casey was involved in Caylee’s death?
” Cindy hunches over and turns to George who purses his lips together as you can see. This indicates that he doesn’t want to answer the question. No doubt this former policeman knows exactly what happened to Caylee and Casey’s involvement.
Dr. Phil appears to be very direct with Cindy, who is beautifully made up complete with fake lashes in an attempt to make her look attractive, her body language is anything but attractive. She has turtle posture, where she hides her neck and hunches her shoulders like a turtle. People who have something to hide usually demonstrate this posture.

Then in the promo Dr. Phil asks George, “Why did you sit on this information?” George is in his  wimp form where he continues to not man up, turns to Cindy as he looks over at her in hopes she can rescue him from Dr. Phil’s direct line of questioning.
It will be interesting to see if they lie to Dr. Phil or they tell the truth.I believe they will continue to lie because once a liar always a liar in my view
I will be looking for tell-tale signs  of lying such as lip licking, excessive eye blinking, stammering, lip pursing,  stammering, repetition of words, hemming and hawing, looking away, and scratching, to name a few.
