It does’t matter if it is a coffee mug, sheets, underwear, pillows, a keychain, a shirt, pajamas,  a dress or a tie , polka dots make you feel happier. If they are colorful they especially put you in  a better mood.

To go along with my Toxic People book,  get an Everlast Cardio Punching bag. They stand upright and you can punch away as you use my fantasy technique which I describe in my book Toxic People.

Just  fantasize who’s head you would like to punch off. Never use  actual physical violence on anyone because you don’t want to ever get yourself in any trouble. You have to water them and keep then out of the direct sunlight. I love them.  the purple ones are gorgeous and there are others a well with all kinds of beautiful patterns.

They last all year long if you care for the and they create an elegant addition to any room in any home or in any office. But they aren’t cheap and can run up to $100 with a nice vase attached but they are worth it. I have several orchid plants around my home and one  in my office.  They make me happy to look at  as they are so visually pleasing.

1o. Colorful Wall Clocks

The best way to add some fun and excitement to any room is with a colorful wall clock. They don’t have to be expensive. They just have to be colorful. Ikea one of my favorite stores and  favorite places to eat ( I love the Swedish meatballs and lingen berries and mashed potato lunches for $5) has them in various colors. You can put different colored clocks in very room and  the colors will make you happy.

A lot  has been written about the psychology of color and I am a huge supporter of this theory. I have experienced it on a personal level. That is why my office and my home are decorated in specific colors to bring out the various moods I want in each  living and working area.

Here is a little  color gift for you. If you are dieting or don’t want to eat a lot,  keep your kitchen blue . If you have a red or orange kitchen it tends to stimulate your senses as well as your appetite.

So there you  have it.  The best gift would be to get yourself all of these gifts I suggested. Maybe you can get yourself one each month so every month is a holiday  for you except for the real holiday months of November and December.

McDonald’s Beating Victim’s Is Stunned At Attacker’s Age And Angry At Being Filmed And Outed

In watching the interview of  victim Chrissy Polis  who was attacked at a  Baltimore McDonald’s,  she appeared to be very level and calm as she described the incident of what happened to her in detail . She maintained her calm and even showed compassion in her tone  as she spoke of her  surprise at the age of one of her attackers 14.

Her tone changed to anger and disgust when she spoke of the person who videotaped her during the ordeal, but then changed back to gratitude when she spoke of the one woman who came to her rescue.

A 14 YEAR OLD AND 18 YEAR OLD WITH THAT MUCH HATE????

I believe that everyone was as stunned as Chrissy to find out the  ages of her attackers. What  happened in these two young girls lives to fill them with such violence and hatred towards another person? Who raised them? Were their parents absent? Did they have to fend for themselves? Were they severely abused and beaten in their own young lives? What was it to cause them to fight  wild animals and almost kill an innocent person?

Did they have such hatred towards a person just because they are a different color then they are? Did they have such hatred because the woman may not have looked odd to them?  Did they have that much insecurity as human beings that their “boyfriend” couldn’t even speak to another woman without that woman being harmed? Where did they learn that it was OK to put a hand up and beat up on another person?

Chrissy  Polis was minding her own business innocently  trying to use the bathroom when allegedly a man  who was allegedly one of the attacker’s boyfriends just said  said “how’s it going? “ Chissu politely answered “ fine” and   did not engage in conversation with him. Her concern was getting to a toilet. Allegedly on the of attackers saw the interaction  and asked Chrissy if she  was talking to her man and began to pull Chrissy’s hair and brutally beat her.

Now  the violent 18 year old  attacker  Teonna Monae Brown  as seen above has been charged with one count of first-degree assault and two counts of misdemeanor second-degree assault as she is being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center on $150,000 bond.

Her accomplice , a  14-year-old girl  who will be tried as a juvenile, also faces charges, according to investigators.

In the state of Maryland First Degree Assault can get a person a jail sentence of a maximum of 25 years. Second degree assault is a maximum of 10 years.  Because of the nature of the crime and who the crime was perpetrated upon a transgendered individual , there may be Hate Crime added and more severe consequences to Ms. Brown and her 14 year old accomplice punishment.

If a jury finds them guilty Ms, Brown and her 14 year old will be middle aged women when they get out of jail if they serve the maximum sentence. I believe they will be serving the maximum sentence to prove a point that this type of behavior will never be accepted.

As we have now learned,  this is not Ms. Brown’s first experience with violence at the same McDonalds. She was apparently arrested and charged with two counts of  misdemeanor assault  last year for  assaulting a  38 year old woman Danielle Dower, 38, and Dowe’s daughter  last July. In October, a Baltimore County judge ruled that charges would not be further pursued against Brown, according to court records because that the criminal counts against Brown were dropped at the victim’s request.

 Essentially Brown’s life and the 14 yer old’s life are ruined forever. that That combined with the national attention that this has received, they will never be the same.

 CHRISSY  POLIS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER BEING OUTED AND HER PRIVACY INVADED

 After working with transgendered clients during the early part of my career, I can assure you that they  suffer greatly. They have been born in the physical embodiment of one sex and yet mentally and emotionally, they feel as though they are the opposite sex.

Some people who have “gender  dysphoria”  continue to live in a depressed state. They do whatever they can to  suppress their thoughts and feelings about living as a member of the opposite sex. For those brave souls who do come out of the closet and make every attempt tolive as another  gender it is not and easy decision that they  took lightly  or an easy process to undergo.

For many, their decision cost them their relationships with friends and family and work colleagues. For some their jobs and livelihoods have been jeopardized.

The process is not an easy one. They undergo serious psychological testing before they fully commit to  surgical intervention to become a man or woman physically. They must live, act and dress as a woman or man  for at least a year wearing the clothing of that particular gender. This is a must for those who seek surgical intervention for sex reassignment.

They do whatever it takes to become acclimated to their new identity. Perhaps that is what Crissy was doing- becoming acclimated to dressing and living as a woman. The last thing she needed was to be beaten up for it.

This will scar her  emotionally forever. She even mentioned on the tape that she is now afraid to go out of the house. This is a tragedy for her that was caused by the hatred of these two teenagers and further exacerbated by the employees at McDonalds, who I believe need to be held accountable as well.

Chrissy said that the national attention makes her feel as though she had to  “come out of the closet all over again.” The national attention and the invasion of her privacy is what has added insult to injury, continuing to upset her the most.

THE SADISTIC  MC DONALD EMPLOYEE / VIDEOGRAPHER WHO SOUGHT HIS OWN 15 MINUTES OF FAME NEEDS TO BE FIRED, FINED AND SENTENCED AS WELL

While it  is great that this horrific incident  was videotaped for the .world to see, the intention of why this video was made is egregious. It was not made to document the woman’s injuries. It was not meant to document the incident so law enforcement could have a visual record of what went on. It was not videotaped as part of McDonalds procedure.   It was videotaped for some fool’s entertainment that he put up on his personal youtube account.

This fool  Vernon Hackett was also an employee of McDonalds. He had been an employee in the same location as the incident since 2009. He should  have known better than to film the video, taking credit for it  on his Facebook account, which he has since taken down.

At one point in the video Hackett  can be heard laughing hysterically at the violence in front of him, he is apparently enjoying the incident as thought it was some type of live entertainment for him.

As I see it, I consider that he is also an accomplice  as he is heard telling the young teenagers ont he tape  to get  out of there because someone was calling the police. In essence he was protecting the criminal and aiding and abetting their egregious act.

During Chrissy’s interview she commented on how she told this man,(Vernon Hackett)  to stop filming her and to get the camera out of her face when she was being beaten and afterwards. He had no sensitivity as he sadistically shot footage of her for his own selfish reasons.

Chrissy said “  I told the guy to stop,”The y didn’t help me. They didn’t do nothing for me.”

Even when Polis is repeatedly kicked and punched until she had a seizure, he still  sadistically filmed her failing her arms due to her seizure. 
To further show his hate and ignorance,  he had the nerve on his facebook page to say  “that was not a female that was getting beat up… that was a man… He was dressed lik [sic] a woman.”

Who cares what she was dressed like or if she was a manor a woman. It was inhumane on Hackett’s part not to assist the person or at least call for help.

THE ONLY WOMAN TO COME TO  HER RESCUE IS A PATRON BUT WHERE IS MCDONALD’S ROLE IN ALL OF THIS?

 Finally, one older woman had enough of this  scene. She was the only one who came To Chrissy’s aid. She tried to break things up but was punched in the face as well. Even though she is a hero in this tragic saga, why is she the only one who came to a crime victim’s aid? Why didn’t others speak up or yell out or place  their fingers on 911 to call the police?

Where were the other McDonald’s employees? For their doing nothing they too should be fired  and fined in my view. They need to be taught a lesson in humanity and respect for others lives.

Where was McDonald’s in all of this? Don’t they have a panic  button that goes right to the police station when there is a crime? If they don’t they should have one along with video cameras as well. They can well afford it.   I believe they need to be held liable as well and I hope that Chrissy gets herself  a good attorney so that she can be compensated for her damages. They no doubt have liability insurance in case someone slips and falls or has an accident on their property .  This is certainly a sitution that needs to be covered by their liability insurance in my view.

WHERE HAS THE HUMANITY GONE?

What happened to us as a society and as a people when there are those who can sit around  as though they are being entertained and casually and videotape or refuse to speak up or at least call 911 when something horrific like this happens?

Have we become so immune to violence that it is now   form of entertainment to many? Kids in grade school need to be taught that if they see violence  to report it immediately0 to dial 9ll. They need to learn early on that if they see it live in front of their eyes it is not a video game or a TV show or a movie. It is serious and they need to take action in the form of reporting it  or calling 911, no matter how old they are.

I believe there needs to  be consequences for those who sit by  and idly watch. To me they are  just as much to blame. We need to stick together and help one another, not leave one another to be  maimed and even die at the hands of those who act like wild animals. www.drlillianglass.com

Child May Be Psychologically Traumatized Forever By Toxic Teachers Abuse Calling Boy Pig and Encouraging Other Students to Do The Same

Everything which happens to us in our childhood has a lasting effect on who we grow up to be and what happens to us in life, especially if it is tramatic and abusive. As a communications and  body language expert I cannot begin to  tell you  just how many private clients I have seen in my life who had public speaking problems and who were terrified of speaking in front of others- no matter how small the group, just  because some insensitive  ignorant teacher humiliated them in front of the room.

I have seen grown men- CEO’s of major corporations break down and cry in my offices knowing they had to present the annual report for their company. I have seen beautiful women shake with fear and dread also cry when they had to go on an interview or speak at a presentation.

Consistently  in all of these cases it appeared to  stem back to a teacher who humiliated then in front of the classroom. They suffered a lifetime of  emotional  trauma as a result.

I also know of  someone   who hates anything to do with athletics every since  they  were traumatized by their  first grade  gym teacher who screamed at then for not knowing their right from their left  when they marched in the opposite direction during a class exercise.  As it turned out the boy who was dyslexic .Not only was his academic progress challenged, so was his athletic progress because of this ignorant  teacher.

So when I read that yet another ignorant and insensitive  teacher was guilty of causing psychic trauma to yet another student, I was livid.

This kindergarten  teacher Debbie Hayes at Bowers Elementary  was nothing more than a paid BULLY in my view. She had the audacity to tell the other students to encircle  their classmate and call him a pig while making pig noises and oinking at the boy simply because he had a messy desk. This BULLY needs to be fired and never be allowed to teach again.

Apparently Debbie Hayes, is a veteran educator who should have known better as she had taught kindergarten for 38 years in Roane County. Who knows what other harm  this abusive bully in my view  did to other children in her close to four decades as an educator.  In fact Dr.Toni McGriff the director of Roane County Schools, called the March 16 incident “simply unbelievable”

In her reprimand letter, McGriff told Hayes she was “appalled with the actions in this situation.””It’s a black eye on the profession,”. “It’s a black eye on our schools.”

Apparently another educator walked into Debbie Hayes’ classroom March 16 and saw kindergartners encircling their crying classmate.”The students in the circle were ‘oinking’ and making pig sounds at the little boy,”

A teacher  who witnessed the incident told Principal Candace Lett that afternoon. Hayes and Lett met the next day in McGriff’s office to discuss the episode.

During that meeting, Hayes said she was “tired of the student’s messiness and had repeatedly warned the child to be neater , However, the students in the classroom told authorities teacher   Debbie Hayes told them to encircle the child “and call him a pig and make pig noises,” according to the reprimand.

Hayes only received  one received a  one-day suspension from her job.

This is horrible, in my view. Hayes needs to be  fired for causing  abuse  and potential of lifetime psychic  trauma to this boy. She also needs to be sued by the boys parents and she needs to pay all of his psychologists bills that he will no doubt need to recover from this abusive trauma, if he ever recovers.  This  incident may have long lasting traumatic effects on this child for the rest of his life.

In essence this bully of a teacher taught the other children how to bully and she needs to be held accountable.

All this ignorant creature teacher needed to do was send a letter home with the boy or have a parent child conference or find out why he was being so messy. Oftentimes messiness is a sign of creativity. It may also be that this is how he lives at home in a messy environment. So he many have thought it was normal to be messy.

Apparently Hayes was  forced to  apologize to the students. Personally, I don’t think her apology is enough. It means nothing in the scheme of things. She traumatized this poor child to the point that he was crying. She needs a taste of her own medicine and needs to be ostracized from her school community and lose her pension that she worked so hard to obtain all of these years. She needs to see how she would like it if she was cut off  from ever working at a teaching job again.

She is the real pig in this situation.  The real messy person who messed with a  child’s psyche , That is worse than any messy desk or messy room.

Apparently the  school principal offered to transfer the abused  child  to another classroom, but the mother declined. I think the mother  did the right thing.  In the end , the teacher was made to look like the fool and the boy may come out to be  a hero. I also think that every child who called him a pig and surrounded him needs to be made to personally apologize to him, look him in the eye, say I am sorry and shake his hand. This way the boy will feel better and the other kids will now see him in a different light- someone they can respect.

I do hope that the parents of the boy don’t minimize this egregious act. They need to understand that this incident can have lasting repercussions. It is bad enough when one student bullies another but when the whole class is made to bully a child by a disturbed teacher it is a different matter. They need to lawyer up and sue the teacher, the school board and the school system in their community because there is no doubt that they  will need the money to pay for this boy’s psychological care int he future.

The boy cried which showed that he was upset and traumatized. Those tears run deep and can course through his psyche for a lifetime. Shame on this Bully Debbie Hayes who must never be allowed  teach again. Expert Witness Psychiatrists for Defense May Only Say What Casey Told Them But Do They Also Have her Psychological Test Results?

Casey may have  manipulated the defense  psychiatrists like she has manipulated everyone else with whom she has been in contact  to date in my view. Did  she and her defense team concoct something for her to “reveal”  to the psychiatrists that  would help her case ? Sis she think  of it on her own?

 Did she tell them that:

 George and Lee molested her or molested Caylee? Did she tell them Caylee drowned in an accident when Zanny the Nanny was at watching  her and that she was protecting Zanny? Did she say she was afraid Zanny would kill her and that is why she didn’t come clean in 31 days? Did she say that she did research in renting the movies about a killer and kidnapper  so that she could glean some insight in her own investigation as to whom may have taken Caylee?

What ridiculous story did Casey most probably  concoct to both of the psychiatrists?  Needless to say that if  she told them anything, it would have to be  written in their notes and as part of their assessment.

 

THE  REALITY  ABOUT SOME  EXPERT WITNESSES

 Now let’s talk about Expert Witnesses. These  psychiatrists are expert witnesses for the defense. They are paid by the defense team and are retained by the team ONLY  because they offer something that could be valuable to the case or help to discredit the other side.

Some expert witnesses are more credible than others. Some expert witnesses like myself will NEVER take on a case just for the money just to say what the attorney wants in order to help win their case.

I have turned down numerous  cases because I refuse to play that game. I live with myself and in my own conscience and could NEVER compromise my dignity for money or fame or anything else. I never have and never will do such a  thing. 

Unfortunately there are others whom I have seen who are not as discriminating or forthright. Their motivations whether it be financial or otherwise are such that they will do whatever is wanted for whatever their reason , They may not believe in the case or in  the client,  but if the money is right, they will often do it.

WHAT ABOUT ANY  PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING DONE ON CASEY ANTHONY?

 Aside from  what Casey may have revealed to the psychiatrists on the defenses side,  I want to know what tests were given to Casey., Was she given the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality test) to help get a real look into her psyche. Was she given a battery of  other psychological testing such as projective tests, or tests to analyze her  perceptual and cognitive abilities, neurolinguistic test, other tests. This  is essential to know.

If the defense has offered up  their psychiatrists I believe that the state needs to have their own experts in the field to see if their views differ from those of the defense. Chances are they will differ greatly,

 If the psychiatrists has videotapes their sessions with Casey, I would love to  see Casey’s  sessions  so that I can pick up any body language cues to see if she as manipulating them or lying to them. I don’t know if  many of the psychiatrists would recognize these signals since  most are not trained in that arena.

 If they do offer  up a tape, audio or video, the state  definitely needs to check those tapes and do  a behavioral analysis, looking  for  signals of deception throughout the tape. They need to  offer up the results from someone like me to help refute the testimony on the defense psychiatrists.

THE MMPI

If the defense didn’t do a battery of tests on Casey, the state definitely  needs to do it and offer up those results to the jury. The MMPI is the most comprehensive form of testing and measures so many variables. It is  a long and exhausting test that can give a complete picture of a person  fromHypochondriasis concern with bodily symptoms, Depression Depressive Symptoms,  Hysteria Awareness of problems and vulnerabilities , Psychopathic Deviate Conflict, struggle, anger, respect for society’s rules, Masculinity/Femininity Stereotypical masculine or feminine interests/behaviors, Paranoia Level of trust, auspiciousness, sensitivity, Psychasthenia Worry, Anxiety, tension, doubts, obsessiveness ,Schizophrenia Odd thinking and social alienation, Hypomania Level of excitability, and even  Social Introversion, just  to name a few of what is examined in the testing. There are also many other variables which I have not mentioned here.

 Because the test is so well researched and so highly reliable, and provides an objective measurement of a person’s personality, it is often used in court cases to give personality assessments of defendants where psychological information is  important to the case.

 I believe that it is  certainly is important in the Casey Anthony case and therefore must be offered up in court in my view since it provides valid descriptions of a defendants problems and characteristics in clinical language.

I hope that the state wins the motion to not allow any of the information of the defense’s so called psychiatric experts . To me it will be a waste of time especially if there is no formalized testing from Casey to back up what she told them. The state said they were concerned about the impact of what the two psychiatrists would reveal if they were made public. As expected,   the defense  objected to this motion.

 The state’s Jeff Ashton said that   since the defense’s  experts claims rely on what Anthony told them, it would be impossible to verify the claims without having Casey herself take the stand. This is definately the case in my view. Frankly I think Casey should take the stand. I would love to hear things from her mouth and to see how he story has changed over time. I would lloe to see and hear her body language nuances as she testifies ont he stand.

So this Friday we will find out what Judge Perry has to say as to whether or not we will be seeing the two psychiatrists taking the witness stand in the near future.  www.drlilianglass.com

Body Language of Casey Anthony in Blockbuster Surveillance Tape Displays Her Cool Calmness And Sexuality As Caylee Went Missing

 A jury will now see  surveillance video of Casey and her ex boyfriend TonyLazzaro at the video store which the state will present .  Looking  at the screen shot of the tape of Casey and  Tony, you see her hand placed strategically on his butt which indicated strong sexuality on her part.  He leans into her indicating sexuality as well  on his part. But he rarely looks directly at her and their movements are rather awkward when they are together. It seems that the only thing they do have in common is sex.  According to police reports, the salesperson, at the video store reported that she rented a film about a kidnapper and a killer called Untraceable and another film called Jumper about a mother who abandons her five year old child. In my estimation this is  damning evidence as the films reflect her psyche and state of mind.  To even choose such films out of the thousands of films in the  store validates that the issues  of kidnapping, abandonment  killing were in the forefront of her mind in my estimation. No doubt,  in her sick sociopathic mind, the films were soothing to her as she watched actors carry out what she most likely did in real life,  kill, abandon, and try to pin what she allegedly did on a kidnapper (Zanny the Nanny). When interviewed by police the clerk, Johnny French said there was” no emotion or tears” as she rented the films. She appeared as  any other customer. When you look at the surveillance tapes  it confirms what Johnny French reported, Casey seems as though she does not  have a care in the world. She showed no outward signals of anxiety when deep down she knew that her daughter was dead. As I see it,  a jury cannot help but see Casey as cold and heartless and calculating, after  the viewing of  this video and screenshots.  Knowing that your child is dead and acting so nonchalantly will shock jurors . Should  Casey stick by her claim that someone  kidnapped Caylee, the fact that she still acted so cool, calm, and collected in the  surveillance video speaks volumes. What mother  in the world would act so calm when they knew their  child was missing?  The answer is,  only a  mother who wanted her daughter to be gone and out of her life would act that way.  Seeing this tape will  give the jury a much  clearer  and comprehensive  picture of who Casey really is and what she most likely did to Caylee. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony Flirts With Lawyers As They Flirt Back With Baez Sticking Out Tongue, Cheney Touching, Casey Getting iphone Lesson and Her Acting As Assistant

The  court tape of Casey Anthony  and her lawyers flirting was unreal. Had I not viewed it  with my own two  eyes, I  would have NEVER believed what was going on in the courtroom. I am shocked  by everyone’s  lighthearted happy and joyeous  behavior.

Perhaps   they  actually believe that the magic bullett  wand will be the testimony of the two upcoming psychiatrists  who will explain away  Casey’s PSTS - Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome to account for her not reporting  Caylee  as missing for 31 days. No intelligent  person   wil buy that. What about the years before where she told Cindy she had a job and graduated from high school  ?   Is that PSTS ? These therapists can never  crate reasonable doubt with whatever they say. The police goose chase is not a part of Post traumatic stress syndrome. It is blatant lying  and to me  it spells sociopathy! After lookinmg at these photos Caseys does not look like she has any  PSTS.

 She and her attoeneys were in  happy  aughing spirits as you can see from these screen shots below.

 CHENEY AND CASEY PLAY TOUCHY FEELY

 Cheney Mason not only initiates a touch he actually puts in middle finger in  he crook of her elbow and rubs it as you can see in the photo above.In essence he is fingering the crook of  her elbow which appears rather sexual in nature to me.

Casey is coy here and  looks down and laughs as she continues to have physical elbow to elbow bosy  contact with Cheney.

 Now  Then there is two finger touch where  Mason places both fingers on Casey while their arms touch and physical contact  between them occurs.

They continue to touch . Casey puts her arm over her body and holds on to her other arm as she braces it go that she can maximally extend her other arm which is touching Cheney Mason. She clearly enjoys the physical touch as you can see. 

 

 Still clinging  her arm into Cheney Mason, she maintains  physical contact with him as  she reaches her other had over and places her open fingers on his arm. That is way too familiar of a gesture as she is very comfortable touching him. I can only wonder what touching has fgone on between them during the jailhouse visits.

After removing her hand from him she looks down with a  very self satisfied facial expression and as you can see  Cheney is all smiles.

They are back to arm touching and sitting very close when they don;t ned to as there is no conversation.

And they  continue  that touch so that there is definite physical contact between the two.

Finally Casey  attentively looks into Cheney’s eyes in order to get his attention. It is  a seductive look. 

The bottom line is that Casey obviously craves attention and  physical contact from any man even if that man is old enough to be her grandfather or great grandfather. There was no need for her to be touching him and less of a need for him to be touching her , let alone sticking his fingers in the crook of her arm and rubbing them around.

  

CASEY FLIRTS WITH BAEZ AS SHE LAUGHS, SHOOTS HIM THE BIRD WHILE HE STICKS OUT HIS TONGUE AND IS AMUSED WITH HIMSELF

Jose Baez shows up and stands to the right, in front of Casey and the TV camera. Casey is excited to see him as you can tell from her wide eyed look and genuine raised cheek smile. She knows she shouldn’t be so happy and smiling so she puts her thumb over her lip in an attempt to repress the smile. She clearly adores Jose and he loves it.

Casey is very flirty as she coquettishly places one hand over the other and coyly looks at him wide-eyed wile cocking her head to the side as you can see .

Next Casey mouths the words NO and looks down as she raises her middle finger up to the side of her head at the temple and keeps it there. The other attorney thinks it is funny. So does Jose as he smiles back.

Casey thinks it ois funny too as she looks over at Jose all the while keeping her finger in the vulgar bird like position as if to say “F You” to Jose.  The other attorney thinks it is funny too.

Now Casey has taken her bird finger down and laughs. Cheney Mason is amused as is the other attorney. Casey is loving all of this drama and attention as Jose is smiling too as he has his back towards the camera in an attempt to block th view.

Jose and Casey are clearly flirting ands Casey’s demure hand position with one over the other and her raised eyes and cocked head confirm it/ From the looks of Jose’s raised cheeks he is happy and smiling away.

Casey now shows Cheney Mason something under the table? Are they her hairy unshaven legs because they won;t trust her with a razor blade or is it her crotch? At any rate, Jose looks on as Cheny Mason smiles. Jose’s cheeks are no longer raised as the attention is off of him. He is not smiling but rather looking at Casey and Cheney. Is this an attempt to make Jose a bit jealous in her immature schoolgirl way?

Jose now smirks and turns to the camera, His expression says that he is about to do something mischievous.

He sticks his tongue out to the camera! Why in the world would he do this > Doe she not care that the whole world is watching him? is he trying to be funny and playful> Well here is a new  flash Jose, your client may get the death penalty because she killed an innocent little girl. That is nothing to laugh about  and clown around. This is NOT the place or the time.

 Jose is clearly amused with himself. Why is this man being playful and joking around when his client is in such serious trouble? He needs to take his playfulness out of the courtroom and not act like an immature schoolboy.

  

CASEY GETS LESSION IN iPHONE 101

 

While Jose stares at Casey, the other lawyer gives Casey a tour of the latest iphone G4. No doubt Casey is not up on the latest phone gadgets since she has been in a cage for two years with minimal human contact. So the other attorney is explaining what the new phone can do.

LEGAL SECRETARY CASEY TO THE RESCUE

Casey looks right at Jose and gestures to his with her pinkie and thumb as if she was holding a phone, that Jose has a phone call on his cell phone.

Casey even extends her hand to indicate as an attempt to show Jose the phone  in case he didn;t understand her previous ign gesture language as the other attorney is now involved and reaches out to  physically pick up Jose’s cell phone as Jose with his cocked head begins to process what is going on.

Jose has picked up the phone and put it to his ear while Casey has a self-satisfied grin on her face by doing something useful as his legal assistant and letting him know he had a phone call.

Now Jose checks his  text messages  as Casey looks on with her now vacant eyes. This whole scenario of Casey and Cheney’s flirtation, her flirtation with Jose and his odd behavior is very disturbing, It is obvious that her attorney like her and may be the only two people in the world that two aside from some sickos whoa re enamored with her.

There is now talk on other blogs and some news reports that Casey will be dressed differently and there will be a change in her image when the trial starts. While I gave my opinion that she needs to  be dressed  in all black for the whole trial in one of my blogs, of they follow my advice it won’t really make a difference because Casey is bound to leak out who she is – a sociopath and no doubt the jury will feel it. As they say you can put a dress and lipstick and pearls on a pig but it is still a pig.

She has clearly manipulated Jose and Cheney as they seem to be enamored with her and titillated by her. After all she has spent her whole life flirting and manipulating men so why should she not turn on what she knows how to do best with the two men who happen to be around her all the time and give her the attention she craves.

A jury will hate Casey, You can only be on your best behavior for so long until you leak out who you really are.. Even the most accomplished Academy Award winning actor can’t do it for as long as Casey will have to be under scrutiny during all these months during her trial.

Jose Baez ‘Red Bull” Fidgety Body Language- Bounces Around Courtroom, Annoys Linda Drane Burdick With Clicking Pen

After watching Jose Baez, jump around  the courtroom like a maniac the other day, there is no doubt that  the Casey Anthony case  has finally taken it’s toll on his nerves. But Jose’s taking Red Bull isn’t the answer. Normally Jose has been cool, calm, and collected but how he acted in the courtroom was completely  out of character for him.

RED BULL IS NOT JOSE BAEZ’ FRIEND

Since we have never seen him act like this before,  I  choose to blame the Red Bull, one of the most dangerous drinks out there which contains   80 mg of caffeine  and other additives including taurine designed  to give the drinker energy. But it is not safe as studies have shown that it can raise one’s risk for stroke and other heart problems.

While it may be popular among young college students and not affect them, especially after  drinking it to pull an all nighter before an exam, Jose is not a college kid and he is not a youngster.  It is even  considered a health risk in countries such as  that Norway, Uruguay and Denmark, who they  banned the drink.

Jose had his other attorney bring him some red Bull (and not the diet kind either) which he promptly poured into his cup. But  as you can see in the photo above, he poured it into his cup when he needed to be standing at attention when Judge Perry entered the room. Instead, he was crouched over pouring his drink. Had Judge Perry seen that, no doubt Baez would have been fined and called out for this unacceptable courtroom behavior.

Whether it is a health risk or not, there was definitely something in that  substance that made Jose so hyper that he was difficult to watch.

He kept fidgeting and wandering around  as Ashton was speaking. His head was cocked to the side and he couldn’t stop moving.

He was constantly shaking his pen even when talking to Cheney Mason. He was clearly  annoying to  watch and even more annoying to be around.

JOSE’S  ANNOYING PROSECUTOR LINDA DRANE BURDICK

Just ask prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick who is  level headed, cool, calm collected and the ultimate professional.  ce kept clicking his pen incessantly. In the photo above you can see how she is looking directly at Jose’s clicking pen and how annoyed she is by it.

Here she  that she  bluntly tells him  him to stop it! He had no clue that he was so annoying and even leaned over to have her repeat what she said.

He even thought it was funny as he turned around to stare at her. She completely ignored him while he continued to hold his pen in hand and click away.

JOSE HOPPING AROUND AT THE SIDEBAR

Then when he was up at the bench during a sidebar, he was an embarrassment. He was jumping around and walking from side to side.

He was even  looking away from the bench into the courtroom when he needed to be looking at Judge Perry.

JOSE NEEDS TO GET IT BACK  TOGETHER IMMEDIATELY!

Jose needs to get it together and stop drinking Red Bull because he is all that Casey has. If Casey has one iota of having her life spared it will be because of Jose. As I said in my previous blogs, a jury will like him, based on  what we have seen in the past. He is likeable and presents himself well., he is well spoken, has a very soothing and calming voice, and dresses extremely well with well fitting suits, silk ties and matching pocket squares.

While he may not always act professional because of his inexperience I believe that he has done his best in this Herculean task of representing one of  the most hated female sociopaths of our time.

The stink of Casey  and her repugnant has spilled over on to Baez  with his self admitted death threats and barrage of hate mail. He has managed to step up to the plate and handle everything.

A JURY WILL  DEFINITELY NOTICE AN ATTORNEY’S ODD BEHAVIOR

If a jury sees him acting like he did in the courtroom where he constantly fidgets, and shakes his pen and acts moves around disrespectfully during a sidebar (no matter how boring it is) and most of all smiles and flirts with Casey, they will be completely  turned off with him. As a result  he will have put the final nail in his client’s coffin as far as the death penalty goes.

Jose MUST keep it together for a number of reasons. For one, he does not want to mess up in any way shape, or form so that his repulsive little backstabbing lying, sociopathic client will demand a retrial because of her claims that he did not represent her properly.

JOSE  MAY HAVE A PROMISING CAREER AFTER THIS IS OVER

Next, his professional career depends on how well he comports himself in the courtroom. After his “Baptism By Fire” legal experience Jose may wonder if being a lawyer is for him after all. If he decides that the career is for him, then he needs to do all he can to make sure he does not get disbarred. If he gets disbarred for any reason, then his  new career choice has essentially been decided for him.

If he decides being a lawyer is not for him, I have no doubt that Jose  could do well on television as a legal analyst. Heaven knows this experience has put him up there with the big boys. He has lived it all. Everyone in the media  also really likes him a lot because he knows how to present himself very well on camera. Geraldo loves him and could even set him up with a steady gig on his show. He could even get a reality show- “The Aftermath of Hurricane Casey”

While I am against the Anthony’s writing a book and exploiting their granddaughter and this tragedy, I see it differently when it comes to Jose. I think that a book from his point of view  detailing what an  inexperienced lawyer who was suddenly thrust into an  into an emotional hell experience and the behind the scenes details would be an interesting read.  I think it would make a great movie as well- not about Casey’s case as we know that story already  but we don’t know it from Jose’s viewpoint.

While he couldn’t break his sociopath client – attorney relationship, he could certainly present the intimacies from his point of view, Frankly I want to know about all of this flirting. Is he doing it because he really has a thing for her or is he responding to her and trying to appease her so she doesn’t sue him for malpractice down the road or demand a retrial because of his inadequacies.

THE CASEY – BAEZ FLIRTING SCENES IN THE COURTROOM NEED TO STOP NOW!

Whatever the case he needs to STOP it NOW! There should be NO MORE smiling and flirting and nonverbal communication between the two in the courtroom . He needs to distance himself from her and treat her objectively. He did this several months ago and it worked< he really came off more professionally but now he has fallen back into Casey’s web of seduction and it is ugly. A jury will pick up on it and they will HATE it and HATE him.

If he actually has the hots for her,  he needs to keep his flirting with her confined to his jailhouse visits with her so it is done behind the scenes and not in front of millions of people from around the world.

CHENEY MASON NEEDS TO CUT OUT THE FLIRTING AS WELL

Casey now seems to do the flirty act with Cheney Mason who used to ignore her initially.  I wonder what happened there. I hope that he has not succumb to her manipulative sociopathic bs? If he has, he too needs to keep it behind jailhouse visits not in the courtroom for all to see. Maybe he is trying to appease her so she doesn’t sue him as well.

Here is the reality- no juror wants to see Casey Anthony having a good time, laughing, smiling, or flirting. Even if she didn’t kill Caylee (which I believe she did) the fact that a mother can  be laughing, smiling, and flirting when a baby has died is incomprehensible.

Also what in the world do Jose and Cheney have to speak to Casey about, If they need to say something to her, they need to write down their questions or comments on a piece of paper and have her respond that way. There should be NO verbal communication between her and any attorney because she does not know how to communicate with anyone unless she is flirting with them.

FINAL WORDS TO JOSE BAEZ

The bottom line is stop drinking Red Bull . You don’t want to get a stroke and become debilitated or have a heart attack. You are under enough stress already.

Find another way to get energized and to relieve your stress. Get up an hour earlier and do some pool aerobics or have your trainer work you out. Don’t eat junk food, Eat healthy and have your assistants bring you some dietary meals with lots of protein. See a private therapist to help you deal with the barrage of hate that is thrown at you daily. Have a paid professional therapist  you can talk to who won’t spill any of your secrets regarding your feelings about this case.

Stop flirting with Casey. In fact stop talking to her all together when you are in the courtroom. Stop greeting her with that excited facial expression. Hostile Cindy Anthony Explains Away Deposition Inconsistencies While Trying to Protect Daughter Casey

As soon as Cindy Anthony was sworn in and took the stand she gave a slight smile as she look at daughter Casey. As soon as she was told by Jose Baez, Casey Anthony is your daughter, she tightened her lips and pursed them together looked down and closed her eyes as you can see above. This means that deep down she as not very happy about Casey Anthony being her daughter.

Before the questioning began by Baez, we see her literally rolling up both sleeves of her white sweater which she wears to every court  hearing. She knows that this examination and cross examination will be fraught with a lot of tension. So  body language wise she is getting ready and preparing herself for all of the unpleasantness that is yet to come.

Yet she remained as obnoxious and defensive as ever as she tried to protect Casey and not reveal anything which may be construed as being incriminating towards her daughter. She was trying to explain way too much after being asked simple questions.

This indicates that the person often  has something to hide as they feel compelled to give away too much information as a means of compensation. They know what the truth really is but they feel that by over explaining they will convince you towards their point of view. It is an obvious way of trying to cover things up as Cindy was clearly trying to do on the stand.

The prosecution got so sick of what she was doing that they objected. Instead of sitting there respectfully, Cindy obnoxiously throws up her hands  in victim-like form and defensively says ” well he asked me..” referring to Baez’ questioning  her.  Yes, Cindy, he did ask you a simple question but he did not ask you to go on and on and on and on and on and on like you did.

In continuing to be her obnoxious self, as well as trying her best to protect  Casey, when asked what  she retrieved from the car, she said Casey   left one of her work purses in the car—By now Cindy clearly knows Casey was fooling her and that she had no job and was not working. Yet she manages to throw in there  the words Casey and work” in the same sentence  in an attempt to wrongly  plant the impression to the jury that Casey was working when she knows full well that this is not the case.

She then goes on to say how she practically sprayed the whole can of Fabreez (fabric softener into the car to get rid of the dead body smell. Then she goes on to explain way too much about how long the car doors and trunk were  opened and how she left the doors open and shut it again and how after police came  the car was pulled out of garage, She talks way too much instead of answering the simple question.

Cindy Busted By Prosecution As She Is Caught Contradicting Herself

Cindy showed a signal of deception as she said she used a whole can of Fabreeze while she was on the stand ,  but in her  deposition she said  dyer  sheets were in the car . She  now contradicts herself.

When she is busted, she looks down like a kid with his hand caught in the cookie jar and looks away and hems and haws. She finally blames it on the new medication she took while she did her deposition.

Then she BS’s and says she finally “remembered” about the fabric softener. No doubt she “remembered” after perhaps reading what she said in her deposition.

Cindy is forced to admit that the smell she smelled was the worst smell she smelled in her life. She had to add “at the time ” as a means of couching things and making then appear less serious. What does she mean “at the time?” Has she smelled such a horrible odor since then? As she says this her body language reveals that she really doesn’t want to   say  this as she squints her eyes shut and purses her lips together.

Casey seems to appreciate Cindy’s attempt at trying to protect her behind as she gives a tight-lipped smirk indicating that she is pleased with her mother’s performance on the stand.

Casey’s sadistic little smile was also no doubt indicative of  her  delight in  that her mother  was suffering emotionally  by displaying   some  outward distress, inner conflict and turmoil.  www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony Pays For Her Legal Fees By Working As Jose Baez’ Assistant On Her Own Case

While Jose Baez  may lack experience and may have made mistakes, he  is no dummy and no  bozo. He  has cleverly  managed to get some FREE help on Casey’s case, by making  Casey serve as her own legal assistant. She’s now  filing papers, organizing them, and  underlining them , as well as  taking things in and out of  legal notebooks.  Jose hands her papers and she has  obviously been instructed what to do with them.

Doing this, makes Casey actually looked focused for the very first time ever in the courtroom, But I don’t think a jury will like to see this.  In fact they will be distracted by this. They will want to see her paying attention to what is going on, not serving as  her own legal assistant. I refuse to label Casey as a ” paralega”l becuase  it takes a lot of intelligence and formal training to be one. So I will refer to her as an “assistan”t who is given specific tasks and told what to do.

Prior to this we have only seen Casey playing with her hair, fiddling with what she is wearing, grooming herself , and looking vacant at whomever is in front of her, crying fake tears, wiping her eyes, and poking her fingers in her eyes to eek out some tears. And of course, smiling inappropriately and flirting.

Her flirting smile was seen as  soon as Casey walked into the courtroom. This unnerves me  when I think of the torture she most likely inflicted on that innocent little girl. After doing the analysis on how Casey  treated little Caylee when she sadistically ignored the child  on videotape, one can only imagine what Casey did to Caylee when no video was present.

As soon as Casey is seated, she  immediately begins  to search through Baez’ files. Here she is handed a file folder by Jose.

Even though she manages to keep busy, when she has a millisecond or two  of time on her own hands,  she still manages to groom herself as she tugs at the bottom of her form fitting sweater. Her smirk is uneerving as well. She is LOVING her newfound job which has given her a  purpose in life. The smirking indicates that  she is  feeling self satisfied.

As the K 9 officer is asked questions on the stand by Jose Baez, Casey is wtiting away like a maniac. Either  Jose asked her to write down  everything the officer said or he asked Casey to  write down her personal thoughts for an uncoming book she may be writing . Even though she writes and writes and writes, she still manages to sneek in  her grooming, with a pull at her sweater .

In all of my years, I  have never seen a client act like this where they serve as an attorney’s legal  assistant in the courtroom. As Jose has handed her the trial book, Casey  had trouble physically manipulating it. That is probably the only thing in her life she has ever had trouble trying to manipulate. We all know how her life has been spent trying to manipulate everyone with whom she comes in contact.

Casey  is all spread out all over the table.  I can assure you that a jury will HATE  seeing this. They will wonder why SHE is doing this work and not the attorney’s staff. If she continues to do it in the courtroom,  it will defiantely  detract from any  positive  perception of Baez as well.

Casey frantically searches through the pages in the notebooks. It is clear that she has no previous experience in doing this. It is very disconcerting to watch her do this, in light of the fact that she is on trial for killing her daughter. This is not her role. Her role is to sit there and to be defended and not to function as a legal assistant.

Above we see her consult with one of Jose’s other attorneys on some of the deposition papers in one of the  notebooks.

The bottom line is that Jose has  finally put Casey to work so he doesn’t have to hire an extra pair of hands to do what he needs DONE. While I give him a lot of credit for that, I don’t think that Casey should be those extra pair of hands. He needs to get an intern, a law clerk,  or a voluteer, or  even a family member to do the job. He needs to get  anyone else other than Casey Anthony to assist him.  www.drlillianglass.com

Cindy Anthony’s “ Freudian Slip” Refers To Caylee As “Daughter” And Son Lee’s Lawyer Similiar “Slip”

When Cindy Anthony  took the stand wearing  sandlals with a white sweater, she seemed  nervous as as she   twiddled o her thumbs  and spoke in a crackling voice .

Body language wise her thumb twiddling indicated self soothing and a calming of herself.

Then the  real hostile often belligerangt and whiney sounding Cindy whom we all know came to light with her nasty toned  “I’m trying to answer the question!” as she looked in the Judges’s the direction .

  Cindy tried to take charge of the proceedings but soon saw  it was the court she would never be in  in charge.

But the most powerful  discovery of observing her   testimony was her  or slip of the tongue.”  Even though it may seem like an innocent mistake , calling one’s granddaughter one’s daughter, in this case  I don’t see it as a   mistake  at all. I see it as what is really going on in a person’s mind.

 Cindy said the  the following  ont he stand:

My husband and I were cooperating with the police department to find our DAUGHTER  Granddaugher  Caylee.”

 Cindy immediately corrected herself by saying  granddaughter. She very well may have  doubt she has fancied herself as Caylee’s mother. Ever  since Caylee was born  Cindy   she was the first to hold the baby the baby.

She also made it clear on the stand  that she did not knowingly cooperate with law enforcement to help build a case against her daughter Casey.  I believe that this is true since she went out of her way to thwart all efforts by law enforcement, even though she was the one who got them involved  in the first place.  Remember when Cindy gave law enforcement the wrong hairbrush Casey’s instead of Caylees brush?

I also believe that she made a point of saying “unknowingly” so that Casey would get the shout out.

 Casey managed to  give her mother a  quick  glance as we see above, Cindy tried to have some type of communication with Casey. Cindy is feelking subserviant to Casey here. Her back is   hunched forward and  rounded. Casey’s posture ont he other hand  is more confident with  squared shoulders. Body language wise it shows how Cindy appears to be Kow towing to Casey  begging her for her aknowledgement in pleading for her daughter’s attention. Casey clearly has the upper hand as we see .  

 

But  then Casey quickly detaches from Cindy, She quickly averts  her eyes  as she is well aware that she  is the one in control and love it. Sadistically Casey  will not  give Cindy the peace of mind to aknowlesdge her as she dismisses  Cindy as her mom while her mom still  keeps looking at Casey as she  walks out of the courtroom. Casey is int he diver’s seat   and  loves it.

  Cindy  looks like a broken woman to me . She has gained  weight either from antidepressants or other  medication, stress eating,  or both. But who can blame her after what she has been through with a lifetime of living with her sociopathic daughter that culminated in her granddaughter’s murder, which may very well have occurred  at the hands of her daughter. 

 CINDY , HER ANGER  AND BLAME AT EVERYONE BUT CASEY

No doubt that Cindy has gone through a lot. She had no idea that her initial  911 call to Law enforcement would essentially be the end of her life as she once knew it.  We have seen her go through  many phases during these past two and a half years. We have seen her anger, vitriol, lashing out at police and law enforcement, mean spirited,  name calling,  and ugly words as she degraded the real  Zanaida Gonzalez  by  saying that she will never be a 10, which made Zanaida cry.

We have seen Cindy’s  desperation to save Caylee by trying to throw others” under the bus” from  a fictitious Zanida Gonzalez to Casey’s ex friend,  Amy Huizinga  to  ex boyfriend , Jesse Grund. 

We have seen  delusional pleas where she repeatedly stated in the media that she believed Caylee was still alive even after Caylee’s little bones and skull were discovered and they were determined to be  Caylee’s remains.

 We have seen her inappropriate outbursts and witnessed  even more inappropriate behaviors,  where she rubbed her son Lees thigh during an initial interview one  of the morning shows. We also witnessed her  non- stop rubbing of  Lee’s back during Caylee’s memorial service.

We have heard her defensive tones and hostile words as she blamed and lashed out at everyone from detectives to bounty hunter Leonard Padilla to members of the media, even referring to Orlando 9  reporter Kathy Bellich as “witchy poo” in one of her jailhouse letters to Casey.  But Cindy always failed to lash out at the one she  most likely knows in her heart killed Caylee -her own flesh and blood  daughter Casey.

She did lash out  at Casey initially  by stating that the car smells like a dead body  was in it which is perhaps the most honest thing that has come out of her mouth to day. 

But then  Cindy did everything in her power to backtrack and distance herself from what she  knows really happened to Caylee.

 

CINDY ACTED AS CAYLEES REAL MOTHER

In my view Cindy’s aberrant behavior has  a lot to do with her guilt over her relationship with Casey and with what happened to cause Casey to leave the home with Caylee in tow, only to be heard from 31 days later.

My take on the situation was that she and Casey had a miserable relationship from early on. Casey learned to lie and manipulate her mother as  Cindy thought she had Casey under control.

When Casey was pregnant,  Cindy was in complete denial and told her own brother that Casey was not pregnant since she was a virgin. Casey could not even feel comfortable confiding in her own mother that she was having a baby . She had to hide her pregnancy until she could hide it no longer.

As soon as Caylee was born Cindy grabbed the baby and was the first to hold her and bond with her. Cindy  became Caylee’s mother, for all intensive purposes.  which rendered Casey  the jealous sibling.

We hear that jealousy in the jailhouse tapes when Cindy spoke of what Caylee like to eat- bagels . Casey blurts out What about me? I like bagels too.”  That statement speaks volumes as does the one where Caylee said in her jailhouse tapes Caylee is me.

Cindy apparently displaced her out of control daughter Cayey with a brand new “daughter”  she could easily control- an innocent baby version of her  daughter  Casey but in a new and improved form – little Caylee. That is why her slip of the tongue in calling Caylee  her daughter instead of Casey happens to often. So does the confusion of their names.

Apparently Cindy may have had a role in naming Caylee. It appears to be a combination of the names of her two children , Lee and Casey. Hence, Caylee.

For all intensive purposes Cindy was the mother of Caylee  in comparison to Caylee’s irresponsible biological mother Casey,  who most likely  wanted nothing to do with  of the baby.  In fact she may have   resented the baby. Cindy paid for the baby’s expenses, insurance, medical bills, clothing and food. She even gave the baby her own room. She was rarely away from her new “daughter” Caylee.

In the analysis I did  several months back when Casey was filming Caylee without speaking to the child and ignoring her need for interaction

 and even  filming Caylee’s  crotch,  we see a sadistic Casey who clearly was anything but a nurturing loving mother, 

 

CINDY’S CONTROL , STUBBORNESS, AFTER ALLEGEDLY PUSHING CASEY OVER THE EDGE

So when there was no  contact with Cindy’s  “daughter” Caylee for  4 weeks the  number one question is WHY? Why did Cindy not try and find Caylee,  whom she had never been apart from for more than a few days? Why did she not try to locate   Casey  and  get Caylee and take her home to sleep in her own little bed?

Why did she wait that long? Why didn’t she call all of Casey’s friends or hire a PI  Dominic Casey after a week of her “daughter”  Caylee being  gone? 

The reasons are  simple to me. They  are because of  Cindy’s  “ I’ll show Casey” attitude and her  self pride, her  anger at Casey, and finally, Cindy’s   downright stubbornness. If she would have taken action when Caylee was away from her for a week, perhaps Caylee would have been alive today.

CASEY’S TRIGGER

While Casey and Cindy  always went  head to head according to brother Lee, Cindy allegedly had a huge fight with Casey the day she left with Caylee.  Cindy said to Caylee ” I AM THROWING YOU OUT AND KEEPING CAYLEE” Apparently she said this to Casey after she learned that Casey took  money from Cindy’s mother Shirley Plesea.

But this was not the thing to say to her disturbed  daughter. These words Cindy allegedly spoke   are what I believe pushed Casey over the edge.

While Casey was a low grade sociopath with lying and stealing in a cat and mouse game to evade and to “  get over” on her mother,   I don’t believe she was ready to murder anyone until Cindy pushed her fatal button.

In fact there are reports from Casey’s  friends that Casey was a “sweet girl”and a” nice girl” even though she was reported to have issues with the truth and lied constantly.

 In fact I spoke to Casey’s ex boyfriend  Jesse Grund’s minister  father who reached out to me. I asked him what Casey was like. He said  to me that Casey came from a  troubled family,  but that she adapted quite well into his family – the Grund family  as everyone loved and accepted her.

After hearing that from Mr. Grund  as well as the accounts of her friends, of which she had many, it confirms my thoughts that Cindy’s words and actions are what must have  pushed Casey over the edge.  

 

MY TAKE ON WHAT CASEY PROBABLY DID WITH CAYLEE AND WHY 

In my view, Casey took Caylee and most likely put tape over Caylee’s mouth and chloroformed her so she would sleep and not make any noise in case she woke up after  Casey stuffed her in the trunk  while Casey  went out partying.  When Casey opened the trunk  the following morning,  Casey found that Caylee was dead. Instead of telling someone , Casey  kept it to herself and concocted the Zanny story. This is my view.

Casey had absolutely  no feelings for Caylee because she never bonded with the child. To Casey,  Caylee was a” troublesome sibling”  who got in her way of partying and her love life. When her latest boyfriend let Casey  know that he didn’t want kids, Casey may have felt justified in her actions with Caylee,  in order to keep her man. 

Casey was desperate. She felt she needed her new man because after all he gave her a roof over her head now that Cindy finally kicked her out of the house for good.

Casey was no doubt feeling great  that  she had a man, a place to live,  freedom to come and go without Cindy’s watchful critical eye, and best of all- no and burdensome Caylee to hold her back. Now  she could have a Bella Vida- a beautiful free life.

Even better was that she knew her mother Cindy would be pissed when she discovered there would be no more Caylee . Sadistically it is my belief that Casey  was thrilled about the pain and anguish she knew would lie ahead for Cindy when Cindy  discovered that “ a nanny stole Caylee”.

There is no doubt that Casey thought she could get away with her concocted story. Why shouldn’t she? After all she got away with telling her mother so many concocted stories like she had a job  and  a babysitter for Cayleee  when she had neither.

 I believe there was no doubt in Casey’s mind that she could have her cake and eat it too. She felt she  could have a new life with her boyfriend and that everyone would believe her fake  story about what happened to Caylee.

Casey was so arrogant,  entitled,  and manipulative that she thought she could “get over” on law enforcement, just  as she “got over” on her mother all these years. That is why she sent them on a wild goose chase and had no remorse  whatsoever in doing that.

She stuck by her Zanny story and never wavered.  Why shouldn’t she? She always got away with lies in the past,  so why wouldn’t Casey  think she could get away with this one?

But now she is beginning to see the walls begin to close in on her. The shock of her life was discovering during her brother Lee’s testimony that he  was not the loyal brother she once  thought. The person she never thought would betray her was apparently the first one in line to do his sister in. He played both sides of the fence trying to get  information for law enforcement,  while making his sister think that he was one hundred percent loyal to her.

 

LEE’S ATTORNEY’S FREUDIAN SLIP IN CALLING CAYLEE LEE’S “DAUGHTER”

Lee’s attorney also  once  publicly made a “slip of the tongue”  as well when he referred to  Caylee as  Lee’s “ daughter” not his “niece.” Casey also made  numerous  accusations  that Lee sexually  molested her. Whether it is true or not we do not  really know at this point .

Apparently  it may have been revealed to the public  that George and Lee are not the father of Caylee.  But the question remains as to what type of testing was done to prove that point.

After  tests were done to determine George and Lee’s paternity,  only  recently, according to a recent article in USA Today, discuss the reach that came out of Baylor College of Medicine regarding  new and improved gene tests that  can now reveal children born of incest without the need to test for either parent’s DNA, doctors have recently  reported. Having read this , it may very well be possible that the tests done on George and Lee may not have been as up to date  or as sophisticated  or accurate as this recent test which is now available.

I am NOT saying that George or Lee are the biological  father of Caylee. I AM saying that there are now  more sophisticated tests available to determine whether a child  was born of an incestuous union than there were when George and Lee were tested a few years ago.

 Since it has been recently discovered that one does not need the DNA from either parent any longer to determine if a child was produced by incest,  I am simply  asking if   these new tests were conducted on George and Lee? 

Was the child’s remains investigated with these new and improved genetic testing techniques?  If not, perhaps it might be interesting to conduct such testing.   

No matter what the result,  suffice it to say that  in my view, we are clealry seeing that  the Anthony family members are extremely TOXIC. www.drlillianglass.com
