Body Language of Casey Anthony Shows Fear As She Sobs Genuine Tears After Listening To Charges Against Her As She Wears “Mendendez Style” Sweater

In looking at this new mug shot of Casey Anthony,  there is no doubt that her facial expression screams “fear. ” With her wide  bulging eyed appearance, you can see the whites of her eyes as an  indicator of fear.

No doubt reality has set in that she is on trial for the murder of her little daughter. Her fear continued to be pervasive in the courtroom as she consistently  had her hand up to her face to cover her mouth.

There also  appeared to be some deep breathing as indicated by her  raised shoulder movement as she  took in air and exhaled,  which indicated that she was oxygenating herself in order  for her body to compensate for the nervous activity it was going through. 

 Casey even appeared  bite on her fingers as they  were  near her mouth. She also  could not help herself from her grooming behavior which she continued to do before the jury came in. This may also been due to her nervousness.

Then there was hr usual flirting behavior and smiling with Cheney Mason as you can see above. The  most striking thing about Casey’s court appearance was that she wore a  pastel soft looking sweater that was reminiscent of the type of sweaters that the infamous Menendez Brothers wore to soften their appearance . No matter how soft and fuzzy it made them look,  it didn’t work. The Menendez brothers were accused  of murdering both of their parents and are now serving life sentences. 

So her soft sweater look may not work either. While a dark  suit  and light blouse would look more respectable as she fights for her life, frankly I believe when a jury hears all the evidence against her, it will matter what she wears. 

Her long hair cascading down her back  is a reminder  of how long she has been in jail without a haircut.

As soon as Judge Perry began speaking about Casey, her tears flowed like clockwork. The only difference is that this time, those tears were real as she cried when the judge spoke of the charges leveled against her.  The tears were motivated out fo self pity and not for remorse  for what happened to  Caylee.  Since we have seen how manipulative Casey tends to be, no doubt those tears were to garner some sympathy from all of those potential jurors.

Afterwards Judge Perry told potential jurors to ignore Casey’s emotional display. As soon as he said that, like clockwork, Casey immediately stopped crying. Usually when you are filled with real  and non manipulative emotion, even of someone tells you to stop crying, you can’t stop. You continue to cry if your tears are genuine. If you stop immediately, they most likely are tears of manipulation.

Casey’s  tears were a wrong move in front of her audience of  all of those potential jurors. They did not endear her to jurors. In fact it may have disturbed them even more. They felt uncomfortable being there as it was and her tears may have added to their stress and discomfort levels.

It was surprising to hear Jose Baez speak up because there were only three Hispanics and two African Americans in the jury pool and that it was not representative of jurors of Orange County.  But since he has such an uphill battle,  no doubt, he  felt he had to do something so  he could  use that information on  his appeal.

When people came back from the break Casey changed up her hairdo as it was now  in a bun , She kept her hands clasped to herself as opposed to over her mouth,  sat up straight and looked like a ballerina .

Casey looked serious until she encountered one of the male  jurors who point-blank said he thought she was “guilty.”  Immediately a flash of anger came across  Casey’s face as her lower jaw slightly protruded forward as she cocked her hed to the side while she glared at the juror . Hearing this may have been both an eye and ear opener for her as it was a reality check that jurors may very well find her guilty.

The female  guard in the background was on high alert as this was occurring as she kept a watchful eye on Casey.

There was one woman who said that her religion did not allow her to judge people and that she would be uncomfortable doing so. This is the type of woman that the defense no doubt wants on their side as she may be so angry that she was forced to participate that she may vote that Casey is not guilty. Also if she is very religious she may not want to vote.  for the death penalty for Casey. But if she is chosen for this jury I believe it may do a lot of psychological harm to her.

If someone is that ensconced in their religion, they may not even look at the facts of  the the  case. Like the gentleman who said he already had a view that Casey was guilty, without hearing all of the testimony,  the same holds true for this woman . Casey Anthony Jury Consultant Suddenly Quits Last Minute

Until jury consultant Richard Gabriel just quit being the consultant on the Casey Anthony case a few days before jury selection was to occur, I was very concerned. The reason is that he is one of the top jury consultants around. He has represented some of the most high profile cases and he has even written the book on the topic.

So why would he bail ship at the last minute? It is such an unprofessional thing for such a seasoned professional to do. I believe that there are  several reasons that may be possible. While it is merely speculation, below are some possible reasons.

  1. Maybe he already got what he wanted- notoriety and name recognition. He got the best press possible in on the highest rated 48 hours where he performed a focus group of people who ended up acquitting Casey. Mind you it was a focus group and not a mock jury trial which many viewers were lead to believe. In any event he got his name known and maybe that was why he took on this high profile  case to begin with.
  2. The feedback from this show  and his involvement was extremely negative so maybe he wanted to get out before he actually began work on the trial. Many called him a manipulator of justice which may have had an impact on him.
  3. He may have discovered something about the case  as he was doing his work that made him realize Casey was guilty and  therefore he may not want have wanted to be involved with helping to get a guilty person off.
  4. He may have developed a conscience as he worked on the trial and felt that he couldn’t live with himself if he helped her in any way.
  5. He may have received threats and such vile emails and feedback and calls from passionate people who believe Casey is guilty. Andrea Lyons and Jose Baez have both reported receiving threat and hate mail because of their defending Casey. He may have been frightened away from continuing to assist in  Casey’s  for fear that something might happen to him or to his family.
  6. If he did succeed in manipulating the jury pool in  Casey’s favor and Casey was found not guilty the hateful repercussions towards him would be enormous.
  7. Perhaps he found out the secret location where the jury would be pooled from and realized it would be a losing battle.
  8. He may not have wanted to have such  a significant loss on his  pristine record.
  9. He may have realized that he would never get paid even if he was promised payment at the end.
  10. He may not have had the  three months to devote to this trial and work for free if he received a paying job during those months.
  11. Perhaps all the press he received from the 48 hours piece increased his business from attorneys to the point that he has become overwhelmed and now needs to focus on his new high paying clients.
  12. Maybe he had arranged with Jose all along to  only conduct a focus group that would show Casey in a positive light  for the pre trial publicity so that both he and Jose could benefit. Maybe he never had any intention of actually engaging in  the jury selection process.
  13. Maybe he couldn’t stand working with Jose Baez or Cheney Mason and found it unbearable to continue working on the case with them.
  14. Maybe Casey tried to manipulate him as she has done with every other man with whom she has come in contact and it
  15. He realized that picking a jury will be a losing task and he may not be successful in picking a jury, especially with the Sunshine Laws in effect in Florida
  16. He may have believed that the media has tainted the jury pool to the point that he could never chose a jury for Casey.
  17. He may feels that that he has been stifled in how to properly vet potential  jurors they have a bias on the case after  Judge Perry would not allow him to use  a questionnaire to ask jurors what they feel about the case and what they heard about the case which could take one hour per juror.

Whatever the reason he is no longer on the team. Initially I was very concerned that there would be an unfair playing field with him at the jury selection helm because the prosecution had no jury consultant on their team.  Now that he is gone, there is a much better chance that there will be a fair trial for Casey Anthony in terms of what jury has been selected. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony’s Phoney Crying And Cheney Mason’s Lengthy Touch

As Casey Anthony entered the courtroom even though she tried to stifle it the obnoxious raised eyebrow  smirk was still there.  As she was walking into the courtroom she was even grooming herself and making sure her shirt was tucked in to her pants at the back. Cheney Mason pulled out her chair for her and pushed it back in.

Casey did her ritualistic grooming where she dusted off her hands ike people tend to do when they are lying about something or guilty of something, In essence it is a subconscious move to dust away the “dirt ” of the problem that is on the person.

It continued on to her lap as she dusted off herself.

CASEY DID NOT CRY REAL TEARS AS  WRONGLY REPORTED IN THE MEDIA-  THEY ARE FAKE TEARS

Before Judge Perry had something significant to say and actually denied the press’ request, Casey was  fake boo hooing it for the cameras.It was  clearly  a fake boo hoo, so when I read the headlines from the media covering the trial it is obviously reported by someone has no clue about body language and deception.

Perhaps Casey thinks she will find her fake tear in the palm of her hand.  Usually, tears do not  form in the palm of  a person’s hand. If a person is  really crying, their tears would be dry by the time the palm of the hand was even a consideration.

CHENEY TOUCHES CASEY’S BACK FOR THREE  FULL MINUTES

 

  •  Casey shows no more tears or any indication that she is crying or upset. Her facial muscles indicate that there is no crying behavior whatsoever, Yet Cheney Mason continues to hold on to Casey’s back as if he is comforting her. Maybe he is comforting her in a sense considering she has had no human physical contact for the past few years. Maybe he thinks he is doing her a service just by holding her back and touching her.

Casey has absolutely nothing to cry about and she doesnt feign crying or do any real crying for that matter for the rest of the time Judge Perry speaks. Casey looks on in all seriousness with undivided attention.By the way, Jose has never looked so serious in th courtroom as well.

Judge Perry said that this case  has garnered more attention than the OJ case and he wanted nothing in the way of picking a jury for Casey as that was his number one concern.

But Casey can’t seem  to help herself as Judge Perry speaks. here we see her grooming herself once again as she straightens out her collar.

At this time, there are of course no tears, Casey is now busy grooming her hands and brushing them off.

Right before Judge Perry ends his speaking, there is Cheney Mason’s hand on Casey;s back. Why is he feel so compelled to touch her all the time? Jose steers clear of her and keeps his hands to himself and rightfully so.

As we see in this photo Casey needs no comforting for her fake crying so why is Mason still comforting her? It seems very inappropriate in my view. It makes no sense body language wise. You touch and comfort someone when they appear to be in emotional need which was clearly not the case here. Cheney was touching her just to touch her it seems.

Also in this photo Casey reveals her true emotion as a flash of anger appeared on her face as you can see by the leakage fo the furrowed muscles in her brow area.

If we are all wondering why Cheney is touching Casey so often and  supposedly comforting her when it appears she needs no comforting a jury will wonder the same thing. Also a jury  who will spend every day with Casey for the next three months or so will definitely  pick up on her fake tears and ritualistic  and aberrant behaviors. www.drlillianglass.com

Royal Newlywed’s Body Language Is Refreshing Amidst Toxic World Events

In these days of tsunamis, earthquakes radiation leakages, tornadoes, fires, wars, killings, kidnappings and murder, and a world filled with Toxic hate from bullies who make others lives miserable until they commit suicide  there was nothing more welcoming to refuel our souls than to see two genuine people in love  Kate and William Wales. It was so touching to see them exchange their vows

What made most of us shed a tear or two was knowing that the last time William and his brother Harry  walked into that cavernous Westminster Abby they were filled with  with pain and loss. Even though it was different now, they must have had waves of emotion when they thought of their mother and how she could not join them to see this joyous occasion.

Seeing Harry  with his head bowed down as he entered the church  made me think that he must have had some mixed emotions at that moment.

William  was excited and nervous as one could tell from his lip licking due to his  “cotton mouth” when he first entered the church. But his nervousness subsided when he approached friends and family and felt   their warm embrace. He complimented some of the female guests and told them they looked lovely. Seeing people he loved and who loved him back was the best thing that could have happened to him as he headed  down the aise  of the church to wait for his bride.

 

As soon as Kate stepped out of the  Queen’s Rolls Royce and  on  the red carpet to begin her journey,  you could see immediate signs of a future Queen with a straight and regal posture. Even though she no doubt had twinges of  nervousness, one would never know it. She seemed like a seasoned professional royal.

As she walked down the aisle with her father it was the most beautiful sight. No casting agent for a Hollywood movie could have done a better job picking the right Princess or father of the Bride than the reality we were seeing thunning people in front us. As soon as Kate walked in, Harry looked back to give his brother a rerassuring thumbs up.

William obviously  agreed as he saw his bride in her gown for the first time as he told her she looked  stunning- beautiful. She was beaming when her almost husband acknowledged how fabulous she looked – words which most every woman would love to hear from their man.

During the ceremony there was lip licking  on both of their parts indicating nervousness. But as soon as they were pronounced man and wife all of that nervousness subsided.

This photo above speaks volumes . As soon as they became man and wife we can  see how loving and supportive William  is towrds Kate . Look how he leans in towards his towards his bride. He is protective and helps guide her through the day with all of its specific royal requirements. No doubt he will help guide her through her duties as the newest member of the royal family.

 Kate’s question to William, “ Are you happy? as soon as she entered the carriage spoke volumes. It showed that she was concerned about her man and his emotions and feelings. It was not all about her. It was very telling in terms of their relationship and how genuine it is. It showed how caringand loving she is towards him.  When a couple matches their facial expressions  as you see here, it means they are in total synchrony and like-minded.

 Then there was the most important moment of the entire wedding- the kiss. At first William gave her a very short millisecond unexpected kiss,   which was much of disappointment to those who waited and waited to see the expression of their love and romance. Later on, he turned to her and said “OK now let’s kiss.”  as he gave her a much longer and heartfelt kiss which was more like what the public was waiting for and  wanted to see. Right after William kissed her, he began to turn a different shade of pink as blushed after  his public sharing of what was usually their private moments.  One could feel the love between them.

Apparently, it was reported that the two of them never left one another;s side for one moment during the celebrations which took place afterwards.  It clearly indicated that they were now a team.

That is how  a successful marriage must be in order to survive in this day and age. The couple must be best friends and they must be a team.They must take time to really get to know one another as William and Kate did. They learned about one another through the seasons,  through their highs and lows and they know what they can expect from one another in the future.

William’s brother Harry said it best during his speech as best man. He said that brother William had inspired him. He showed him what true love was all about. McDonald’s Beating Victim’s Is Stunned At Attacker’s Age And Angry At Being Filmed And Outed

In watching the interview of  victim Chrissy Polis  who was attacked at a  Baltimore McDonald’s,  she appeared to be very level and calm as she described the incident of what happened to her in detail . She maintained her calm and even showed compassion in her tone  as she spoke of her  surprise at the age of one of her attackers 14.

Her tone changed to anger and disgust when she spoke of the person who videotaped her during the ordeal, but then changed back to gratitude when she spoke of the one woman who came to her rescue.

A 14 YEAR OLD AND 18 YEAR OLD WITH THAT MUCH HATE????

I believe that everyone was as stunned as Chrissy to find out the  ages of her attackers. What  happened in these two young girls lives to fill them with such violence and hatred towards another person? Who raised them? Were their parents absent? Did they have to fend for themselves? Were they severely abused and beaten in their own young lives? What was it to cause them to fight  wild animals and almost kill an innocent person?

Did they have such hatred towards a person just because they are a different color then they are? Did they have such hatred because the woman may not have looked odd to them?  Did they have that much insecurity as human beings that their “boyfriend” couldn’t even speak to another woman without that woman being harmed? Where did they learn that it was OK to put a hand up and beat up on another person?

Chrissy  Polis was minding her own business innocently  trying to use the bathroom when allegedly a man  who was allegedly one of the attacker’s boyfriends just said  said “how’s it going? “ Chissu politely answered “ fine” and   did not engage in conversation with him. Her concern was getting to a toilet. Allegedly on the of attackers saw the interaction  and asked Chrissy if she  was talking to her man and began to pull Chrissy’s hair and brutally beat her.

Now  the violent 18 year old  attacker  Teonna Monae Brown  as seen above has been charged with one count of first-degree assault and two counts of misdemeanor second-degree assault as she is being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center on $150,000 bond.

Her accomplice , a  14-year-old girl  who will be tried as a juvenile, also faces charges, according to investigators.

In the state of Maryland First Degree Assault can get a person a jail sentence of a maximum of 25 years. Second degree assault is a maximum of 10 years.  Because of the nature of the crime and who the crime was perpetrated upon a transgendered individual , there may be Hate Crime added and more severe consequences to Ms. Brown and her 14 year old accomplice punishment.

If a jury finds them guilty Ms, Brown and her 14 year old will be middle aged women when they get out of jail if they serve the maximum sentence. I believe they will be serving the maximum sentence to prove a point that this type of behavior will never be accepted.

As we have now learned,  this is not Ms. Brown’s first experience with violence at the same McDonalds. She was apparently arrested and charged with two counts of  misdemeanor assault  last year for  assaulting a  38 year old woman Danielle Dower, 38, and Dowe’s daughter  last July. In October, a Baltimore County judge ruled that charges would not be further pursued against Brown, according to court records because that the criminal counts against Brown were dropped at the victim’s request.

 Essentially Brown’s life and the 14 yer old’s life are ruined forever. that That combined with the national attention that this has received, they will never be the same.

 CHRISSY  POLIS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER BEING OUTED AND HER PRIVACY INVADED

 After working with transgendered clients during the early part of my career, I can assure you that they  suffer greatly. They have been born in the physical embodiment of one sex and yet mentally and emotionally, they feel as though they are the opposite sex.

Some people who have “gender  dysphoria”  continue to live in a depressed state. They do whatever they can to  suppress their thoughts and feelings about living as a member of the opposite sex. For those brave souls who do come out of the closet and make every attempt tolive as another  gender it is not and easy decision that they  took lightly  or an easy process to undergo.

For many, their decision cost them their relationships with friends and family and work colleagues. For some their jobs and livelihoods have been jeopardized.

The process is not an easy one. They undergo serious psychological testing before they fully commit to  surgical intervention to become a man or woman physically. They must live, act and dress as a woman or man  for at least a year wearing the clothing of that particular gender. This is a must for those who seek surgical intervention for sex reassignment.

They do whatever it takes to become acclimated to their new identity. Perhaps that is what Crissy was doing- becoming acclimated to dressing and living as a woman. The last thing she needed was to be beaten up for it.

This will scar her  emotionally forever. She even mentioned on the tape that she is now afraid to go out of the house. This is a tragedy for her that was caused by the hatred of these two teenagers and further exacerbated by the employees at McDonalds, who I believe need to be held accountable as well.

Chrissy said that the national attention makes her feel as though she had to  “come out of the closet all over again.” The national attention and the invasion of her privacy is what has added insult to injury, continuing to upset her the most.

THE SADISTIC  MC DONALD EMPLOYEE / VIDEOGRAPHER WHO SOUGHT HIS OWN 15 MINUTES OF FAME NEEDS TO BE FIRED, FINED AND SENTENCED AS WELL

While it  is great that this horrific incident  was videotaped for the .world to see, the intention of why this video was made is egregious. It was not made to document the woman’s injuries. It was not meant to document the incident so law enforcement could have a visual record of what went on. It was not videotaped as part of McDonalds procedure.   It was videotaped for some fool’s entertainment that he put up on his personal youtube account.

This fool  Vernon Hackett was also an employee of McDonalds. He had been an employee in the same location as the incident since 2009. He should  have known better than to film the video, taking credit for it  on his Facebook account, which he has since taken down.

At one point in the video Hackett  can be heard laughing hysterically at the violence in front of him, he is apparently enjoying the incident as thought it was some type of live entertainment for him.

As I see it, I consider that he is also an accomplice  as he is heard telling the young teenagers ont he tape  to get  out of there because someone was calling the police. In essence he was protecting the criminal and aiding and abetting their egregious act.

During Chrissy’s interview she commented on how she told this man,(Vernon Hackett)  to stop filming her and to get the camera out of her face when she was being beaten and afterwards. He had no sensitivity as he sadistically shot footage of her for his own selfish reasons.

Chrissy said “  I told the guy to stop,”The y didn’t help me. They didn’t do nothing for me.”

Even when Polis is repeatedly kicked and punched until she had a seizure, he still  sadistically filmed her failing her arms due to her seizure. 
To further show his hate and ignorance,  he had the nerve on his facebook page to say  “that was not a female that was getting beat up… that was a man… He was dressed lik [sic] a woman.”

Who cares what she was dressed like or if she was a manor a woman. It was inhumane on Hackett’s part not to assist the person or at least call for help.

THE ONLY WOMAN TO COME TO  HER RESCUE IS A PATRON BUT WHERE IS MCDONALD’S ROLE IN ALL OF THIS?

 Finally, one older woman had enough of this  scene. She was the only one who came To Chrissy’s aid. She tried to break things up but was punched in the face as well. Even though she is a hero in this tragic saga, why is she the only one who came to a crime victim’s aid? Why didn’t others speak up or yell out or place  their fingers on 911 to call the police?

Where were the other McDonald’s employees? For their doing nothing they too should be fired  and fined in my view. They need to be taught a lesson in humanity and respect for others lives.

Where was McDonald’s in all of this? Don’t they have a panic  button that goes right to the police station when there is a crime? If they don’t they should have one along with video cameras as well. They can well afford it.   I believe they need to be held liable as well and I hope that Chrissy gets herself  a good attorney so that she can be compensated for her damages. They no doubt have liability insurance in case someone slips and falls or has an accident on their property .  This is certainly a sitution that needs to be covered by their liability insurance in my view.

WHERE HAS THE HUMANITY GONE?

What happened to us as a society and as a people when there are those who can sit around  as though they are being entertained and casually and videotape or refuse to speak up or at least call 911 when something horrific like this happens?

Have we become so immune to violence that it is now   form of entertainment to many? Kids in grade school need to be taught that if they see violence  to report it immediately0 to dial 9ll. They need to learn early on that if they see it live in front of their eyes it is not a video game or a TV show or a movie. It is serious and they need to take action in the form of reporting it  or calling 911, no matter how old they are.

I believe there needs to  be consequences for those who sit by  and idly watch. To me they are  just as much to blame. We need to stick together and help one another, not leave one another to be  maimed and even die at the hands of those who act like wild animals. www.drlillianglass.com

Child May Be Psychologically Traumatized Forever By Toxic Teachers Abuse Calling Boy Pig and Encouraging Other Students to Do The Same

Everything which happens to us in our childhood has a lasting effect on who we grow up to be and what happens to us in life, especially if it is tramatic and abusive. As a communications and  body language expert I cannot begin to  tell you  just how many private clients I have seen in my life who had public speaking problems and who were terrified of speaking in front of others- no matter how small the group, just  because some insensitive  ignorant teacher humiliated them in front of the room.

I have seen grown men- CEO’s of major corporations break down and cry in my offices knowing they had to present the annual report for their company. I have seen beautiful women shake with fear and dread also cry when they had to go on an interview or speak at a presentation.

Consistently  in all of these cases it appeared to  stem back to a teacher who humiliated then in front of the classroom. They suffered a lifetime of  emotional  trauma as a result.

I also know of  someone   who hates anything to do with athletics every since  they  were traumatized by their  first grade  gym teacher who screamed at then for not knowing their right from their left  when they marched in the opposite direction during a class exercise.  As it turned out the boy who was dyslexic .Not only was his academic progress challenged, so was his athletic progress because of this ignorant  teacher.

So when I read that yet another ignorant and insensitive  teacher was guilty of causing psychic trauma to yet another student, I was livid.

This kindergarten  teacher Debbie Hayes at Bowers Elementary  was nothing more than a paid BULLY in my view. She had the audacity to tell the other students to encircle  their classmate and call him a pig while making pig noises and oinking at the boy simply because he had a messy desk. This BULLY needs to be fired and never be allowed to teach again.

Apparently Debbie Hayes, is a veteran educator who should have known better as she had taught kindergarten for 38 years in Roane County. Who knows what other harm  this abusive bully in my view  did to other children in her close to four decades as an educator.  In fact Dr.Toni McGriff the director of Roane County Schools, called the March 16 incident “simply unbelievable”

In her reprimand letter, McGriff told Hayes she was “appalled with the actions in this situation.””It’s a black eye on the profession,”. “It’s a black eye on our schools.”

Apparently another educator walked into Debbie Hayes’ classroom March 16 and saw kindergartners encircling their crying classmate.”The students in the circle were ‘oinking’ and making pig sounds at the little boy,”

A teacher  who witnessed the incident told Principal Candace Lett that afternoon. Hayes and Lett met the next day in McGriff’s office to discuss the episode.

During that meeting, Hayes said she was “tired of the student’s messiness and had repeatedly warned the child to be neater , However, the students in the classroom told authorities teacher   Debbie Hayes told them to encircle the child “and call him a pig and make pig noises,” according to the reprimand.

Hayes only received  one received a  one-day suspension from her job.

This is horrible, in my view. Hayes needs to be  fired for causing  abuse  and potential of lifetime psychic  trauma to this boy. She also needs to be sued by the boys parents and she needs to pay all of his psychologists bills that he will no doubt need to recover from this abusive trauma, if he ever recovers.  This  incident may have long lasting traumatic effects on this child for the rest of his life.

In essence this bully of a teacher taught the other children how to bully and she needs to be held accountable.

All this ignorant creature teacher needed to do was send a letter home with the boy or have a parent child conference or find out why he was being so messy. Oftentimes messiness is a sign of creativity. It may also be that this is how he lives at home in a messy environment. So he many have thought it was normal to be messy.

Apparently Hayes was  forced to  apologize to the students. Personally, I don’t think her apology is enough. It means nothing in the scheme of things. She traumatized this poor child to the point that he was crying. She needs a taste of her own medicine and needs to be ostracized from her school community and lose her pension that she worked so hard to obtain all of these years. She needs to see how she would like it if she was cut off  from ever working at a teaching job again.

She is the real pig in this situation.  The real messy person who messed with a  child’s psyche , That is worse than any messy desk or messy room.

Apparently the  school principal offered to transfer the abused  child  to another classroom, but the mother declined. I think the mother  did the right thing.  In the end , the teacher was made to look like the fool and the boy may come out to be  a hero. I also think that every child who called him a pig and surrounded him needs to be made to personally apologize to him, look him in the eye, say I am sorry and shake his hand. This way the boy will feel better and the other kids will now see him in a different light- someone they can respect.

I do hope that the parents of the boy don’t minimize this egregious act. They need to understand that this incident can have lasting repercussions. It is bad enough when one student bullies another but when the whole class is made to bully a child by a disturbed teacher it is a different matter. They need to lawyer up and sue the teacher, the school board and the school system in their community because there is no doubt that they  will need the money to pay for this boy’s psychological care int he future.

The boy cried which showed that he was upset and traumatized. Those tears run deep and can course through his psyche for a lifetime. Shame on this Bully Debbie Hayes who must never be allowed  teach again. Expert Witness Psychiatrists for Defense May Only Say What Casey Told Them But Do They Also Have her Psychological Test Results?

Casey may have  manipulated the defense  psychiatrists like she has manipulated everyone else with whom she has been in contact  to date in my view. Did  she and her defense team concoct something for her to “reveal”  to the psychiatrists that  would help her case ? Sis she think  of it on her own?

 Did she tell them that:

 George and Lee molested her or molested Caylee? Did she tell them Caylee drowned in an accident when Zanny the Nanny was at watching  her and that she was protecting Zanny? Did she say she was afraid Zanny would kill her and that is why she didn’t come clean in 31 days? Did she say that she did research in renting the movies about a killer and kidnapper  so that she could glean some insight in her own investigation as to whom may have taken Caylee?

What ridiculous story did Casey most probably  concoct to both of the psychiatrists?  Needless to say that if  she told them anything, it would have to be  written in their notes and as part of their assessment.

 

THE  REALITY  ABOUT SOME  EXPERT WITNESSES

 Now let’s talk about Expert Witnesses. These  psychiatrists are expert witnesses for the defense. They are paid by the defense team and are retained by the team ONLY  because they offer something that could be valuable to the case or help to discredit the other side.

Some expert witnesses are more credible than others. Some expert witnesses like myself will NEVER take on a case just for the money just to say what the attorney wants in order to help win their case.

I have turned down numerous  cases because I refuse to play that game. I live with myself and in my own conscience and could NEVER compromise my dignity for money or fame or anything else. I never have and never will do such a  thing. 

Unfortunately there are others whom I have seen who are not as discriminating or forthright. Their motivations whether it be financial or otherwise are such that they will do whatever is wanted for whatever their reason , They may not believe in the case or in  the client,  but if the money is right, they will often do it.

WHAT ABOUT ANY  PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING DONE ON CASEY ANTHONY?

 Aside from  what Casey may have revealed to the psychiatrists on the defenses side,  I want to know what tests were given to Casey., Was she given the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality test) to help get a real look into her psyche. Was she given a battery of  other psychological testing such as projective tests, or tests to analyze her  perceptual and cognitive abilities, neurolinguistic test, other tests. This  is essential to know.

If the defense has offered up  their psychiatrists I believe that the state needs to have their own experts in the field to see if their views differ from those of the defense. Chances are they will differ greatly,

 If the psychiatrists has videotapes their sessions with Casey, I would love to  see Casey’s  sessions  so that I can pick up any body language cues to see if she as manipulating them or lying to them. I don’t know if  many of the psychiatrists would recognize these signals since  most are not trained in that arena.

 If they do offer  up a tape, audio or video, the state  definitely needs to check those tapes and do  a behavioral analysis, looking  for  signals of deception throughout the tape. They need to  offer up the results from someone like me to help refute the testimony on the defense psychiatrists.

THE MMPI

If the defense didn’t do a battery of tests on Casey, the state definitely  needs to do it and offer up those results to the jury. The MMPI is the most comprehensive form of testing and measures so many variables. It is  a long and exhausting test that can give a complete picture of a person  fromHypochondriasis concern with bodily symptoms, Depression Depressive Symptoms,  Hysteria Awareness of problems and vulnerabilities , Psychopathic Deviate Conflict, struggle, anger, respect for society’s rules, Masculinity/Femininity Stereotypical masculine or feminine interests/behaviors, Paranoia Level of trust, auspiciousness, sensitivity, Psychasthenia Worry, Anxiety, tension, doubts, obsessiveness ,Schizophrenia Odd thinking and social alienation, Hypomania Level of excitability, and even  Social Introversion, just  to name a few of what is examined in the testing. There are also many other variables which I have not mentioned here.

 Because the test is so well researched and so highly reliable, and provides an objective measurement of a person’s personality, it is often used in court cases to give personality assessments of defendants where psychological information is  important to the case.

 I believe that it is  certainly is important in the Casey Anthony case and therefore must be offered up in court in my view since it provides valid descriptions of a defendants problems and characteristics in clinical language.

I hope that the state wins the motion to not allow any of the information of the defense’s so called psychiatric experts . To me it will be a waste of time especially if there is no formalized testing from Casey to back up what she told them. The state said they were concerned about the impact of what the two psychiatrists would reveal if they were made public. As expected,   the defense  objected to this motion.

 The state’s Jeff Ashton said that   since the defense’s  experts claims rely on what Anthony told them, it would be impossible to verify the claims without having Casey herself take the stand. This is definately the case in my view. Frankly I think Casey should take the stand. I would love to hear things from her mouth and to see how he story has changed over time. I would lloe to see and hear her body language nuances as she testifies ont he stand.

So this Friday we will find out what Judge Perry has to say as to whether or not we will be seeing the two psychiatrists taking the witness stand in the near future.  www.drlilianglass.com

Body Language of Casey Anthony in Blockbuster Surveillance Tape Displays Her Cool Calmness And Sexuality As Caylee Went Missing

 A jury will now see  surveillance video of Casey and her ex boyfriend TonyLazzaro at the video store which the state will present .  Looking  at the screen shot of the tape of Casey and  Tony, you see her hand placed strategically on his butt which indicated strong sexuality on her part.  He leans into her indicating sexuality as well  on his part. But he rarely looks directly at her and their movements are rather awkward when they are together. It seems that the only thing they do have in common is sex.  According to police reports, the salesperson, at the video store reported that she rented a film about a kidnapper and a killer called Untraceable and another film called Jumper about a mother who abandons her five year old child. In my estimation this is  damning evidence as the films reflect her psyche and state of mind.  To even choose such films out of the thousands of films in the  store validates that the issues  of kidnapping, abandonment  killing were in the forefront of her mind in my estimation. No doubt,  in her sick sociopathic mind, the films were soothing to her as she watched actors carry out what she most likely did in real life,  kill, abandon, and try to pin what she allegedly did on a kidnapper (Zanny the Nanny). When interviewed by police the clerk, Johnny French said there was” no emotion or tears” as she rented the films. She appeared as  any other customer. When you look at the surveillance tapes  it confirms what Johnny French reported, Casey seems as though she does not  have a care in the world. She showed no outward signals of anxiety when deep down she knew that her daughter was dead. As I see it,  a jury cannot help but see Casey as cold and heartless and calculating, after  the viewing of  this video and screenshots.  Knowing that your child is dead and acting so nonchalantly will shock jurors . Should  Casey stick by her claim that someone  kidnapped Caylee, the fact that she still acted so cool, calm, and collected in the  surveillance video speaks volumes. What mother  in the world would act so calm when they knew their  child was missing?  The answer is,  only a  mother who wanted her daughter to be gone and out of her life would act that way.  Seeing this tape will  give the jury a much  clearer  and comprehensive  picture of who Casey really is and what she most likely did to Caylee. www.drlillianglass.com

Autopsy Photos of Caylee Marie May Shock Cindy, George, and Lee Anthony Into Reality So They Stop Defending Casey

The prosecution filed a motion to include images of babay  Caylee Anthony’s remains.When a jury sees them, Casey will no  be sentenced to death in my view (unless of course there is a someone on the jury who will be the lone holdout because they have a crush on her).

That is the only thing that concerns me  and makes me wish I was doing jury selection for the prosecution.

If Cindy sees the autopsy photos of Caylee,  perhaps she will finally   stop saying that she thinks Caylee is still alive.

These  photos will give her the reality check she so desperately needs. They may  help her to get in touch with her real feelings towards Casey and out of denial.

She will no doubt hate Casey for getting back at her by killing Caylee so that she couldn’t have Caylee.  While Cindy  should hate herself for pushing her aberrant daughter over the edge by saying I will throw you out and keep Caylee, she is too narcissistic and controlling and self-absorbed to be that introspective in my view.

Like Casey, Cindy  has shown that she loves all the media attention and has tries to manipulate it to her end since day one.

The photos may  also  shock her into reality in terms of her  being such a “stubborn mule”  and not trying to locate her allegedly beloved Caylee.   Cindy  had never been away from Cayleee for that long- 31 days But to show Casey a thing or two, Cindy’s  pride got in the way. She refused to try and contact Casey,  thinking that it is Casey who needs to come crawling back home and apologize , not Cindy.

Well Casey did come back home  31 days later,  without Caylee. If Cindy had not been so stuck on being prideful and stubborn,  perhaps Caylee might still be alive.

George needs to see the autopsy photos to stop defending Casey and realize what a she devil he spawned or created, especially if he sexually molested her, as Casey  has repeatedly claimed.

If he sexually molested Casey or Caylee for that matter,  he needs to rot in hell. He needs to never show his face in the courtroom unless he is the defendant for his alleged egregious acts.

If  he did not molest Casey as she said, then these photos will shake him up so much that he will see how evil Casey is and how she has no soul.

He will see that she coldly killed her baby and coldly accused her own father of molesting her, especially  if it is not true. That is when he should never show up in court except to on the  last day to hear the words” Guilty” and “Sentenced to Death by Lethal Injection or Electric Chair.”

Whether or not he molested her, those explicit photos will shake him to the bone in terms of  how he non- parented Casey, and let her get away with so much. Casey’s words “Act like a father for the first time in your life” will resonate loudly when she sees those autopsy photos.

Lee needs to see the photos  as well. He needs to see what CMA, the sister he loves so much in every way did to an innocent soul. He needs to get that he can’t play two sides of the fence and coöperate with Law enforcement for his own selfish needs to become a PI and then sit in a courtroom and inappropriately mouth the words” I love you, like some star-crossed lover.

If he  actually molested Casey  as she said  on numerous occasions. he needs to see how his actions contributed to her deviant actions.

And of course Casey needs to see it. These images need to be etched into her brain forever. She needs to see what she  allegedly did  to this innocent baby.She needs to see the actual fruits of her labor.

When Casey  last saw Caylee, Caylee has skin on her body and was a whole intact person. She also last saw Caylee with duct tape over her nose and mouth.

Now Casey can see how Caylee’s body morphed into bones and a skull with hair with the  duct tape over what used to be Caylee’s nose and mouth, but are now only bones.

Of course Casey  will cry,  but not for Caylee.  Instead, she will cry because she got busted and is now in big trouble. She will cry because of what Caylee did to her by messing up her life and being born in the first place.

Caylee will never accept responsibility for Caylee’s death. A sociopath she can only blame others and can never look at themselves. They are not capable of feeling remorse or guilt.

We will no doubt see some crocodile tears or a look of anger when Casey views Caylee’s remains.But rest assured that we will never see remorse, or genuine emotion for anyone other than Casey.

Ex Presidental Candidate John Edwards Selfishly Threatens Suicide If Sent to Prison -Organ Donation Should Be His Final Unselfish Act

Former Senator and VP and Presidential Candidate John Edwards may  face criminal charges for  violating   Federal campaign laws. He allegedly removed some of his  campaign  funds  to pay for  mistress Rielle Hunter and their baby’s expenses. There is evidence put forth by his  former assistant Andrew Young who confirms what he did, saying   he lied for Edwards in a cover up where he claimed to be the babydaddy.  The FBI and IRS have done extensive probes, leaving no stone unturned.

That was why Edwards kept denying that he was the babydaddy. But I figured out he was the babydaddy anyway and was the first to call it publicly in the media. 

 

WHY DID HE HAVE TO USE CAMPAIGN FUNDS WHEN HE COULD HAVE DONE SOME SPEAKING AND RAISED THE MONEY?

I don’t know what this Toxic Man didn’t sell some of his assets or do a few speaking gigs to pay for his mess. He made millions and millions of dollars when he was an attorney. He could have spoken to his money manager and worked things out. But in sick mind he may have believed that the mess he got himself into occurred while he was campaigning, so why not have the campaign funds take care of this!

 He  could no doubt get  50 to 100 thousand dollars  per talk and a few talks could have taken care of his financial woes instead of  his doing something illegal.

If a jury finds Edwards  guilty, could end up being cellmates with Bernie Madoff. It might not be such a bad thing since he is one of few people in the world with whom Edwards shares so much in common. They sociopaths in my view-  both liars, heartless, cheaters, soulless creatures who have no feelings of remorse. They even  both lost their  sons.  

CRYING AND SCREAMING SUICIDE BEFORE HE WOULD GO TO JAIL

Apparently, last month, his , legal team told him there was a strong chance he could be indicted. According to sources he “completely lost it” and sobbed non stop and said  .”I won’t go to jail. I’d kill myself first.”

Edwards has allegedly mentioned it over and over again that he would rather do  himself  in than go to prison. This wimp would probably get a maximum of five years and he would be 62 when he got out. He would probably do less time for good behavior so he might even be 60 when he got out.

PRISON MAY NOT BE SO BAD FOR HIM AFTER ALL WITH A MEA CULPA BOOK TOUR TO SATISFY HIS EGO AND POCKETBOOK

 Also I am sure they would isolate him so he wouldn’t have to worry about being shived or beaten or being someone’s girlfriend.

 He would have plenty of time to relax, work out and exercise, and write his” mea culpa I found Jesus ”  book in prison . They might even give him  a prison job like picking up trash, cleaning toilets or picking  weeds just to humble him a bit. He may even do some jailhouse consulting with other inamtes on their cases. But he has to never have their legal papers in his cell or he will get additonal jailtime.  

 Since he has no conscience, he wouldn’t be spending anytime crying over Elizabeth or the past. His tears would only be for himself and his predicament. His anger would not be at himself but rather at those horrible people who did this to him.  He could never accept any accountability for his actions.

POST PRISON FAME

Also when he got out, there would be the mea culpa tour to feed his ego and put him back in the limelight to promote the book he would have written in prison. He will no doubt have found Jesus and become a minister of sorts and  preach the gospel of forgiveness on his media tour.

Then could  convince himself that he is loved  by the public and that all is forgiven. Even though the reality is that most  will hate him, his kids – legitimate and illegitimate will probably forgive him and love him. It might be harder for the oldest daughter though as she was old enough to see what torture he put her mother through.

He could get 50 to 100 K a pop for lectures on the  lay speaking circuit  or the religious  speaking circuit, He could be  speaking about how bad he was and  how he destroyed so many lives by his cheating and how Satan made him do it. He can say how Satan made him break Elizabeth’s heart which killed her. He can then say how now that Jesus is in his life full-time  he is a changed man . He can tell us how being in prison made him take a  good hard look at himself and see the light.It may sound repulsive but there are many public speakers out there who have been cheats and swindlers who have written books on how bad they  once were and  ended up in prison and now make a good living at telling the world to give them a second chance int he world. 

Characterwise they are often still the same and just found another way to manipulate people. Edwards is no doubt the same type.    

HE MAY EVEN GET A REALITY SHOW – WHY NOT? OTHER BADLY BEHAVED PEOPLE HAVE IT SO WHY NOT JOHN?

Who knows, he may also be offered a reality show. Look at how bad behavior  appears to be rewarded  these days from Charlie Sheen to Kate Gosselin.  The teen moms can beat up on their babydaddys and all sorts of drama can occur complete with jail time and they still have a show.

 Kate Gosselin  can beat up on her husband, verbally abuse her kids and lie all over  the airwave,  be obnoxious and still gets rewarded with a show, a DWTS appearance, and co-hosting the View. The same thing can happen to Edwards. Having a show would feed his ego and his pocketbook. 

POLITICAL ADVISOR?

Since he has had so much experience as a politician, he could be a political advisor to some up and coming candidates and share his knowledge with them.

READ HANDS ON DAD AND NOT JUST A PHOTO OP ONE

Most important of all when he gets out, he could be a real hands on father not just a photo op for political pictures dad. He can go to  recitals and plays and ball games with his kids, who will still be of ball game  and recital age. He can make amends and do right by them- especially with his oldest  and already grown daughter.

 He could help the kids with their homework and watch them grow. He may even decide to have more babies with Rielle or with someone else he finds more fetching and more “Christian” now that he has a new image to uphold.

NEEDS TO THINK THROUGH  HIS FINAL ACT

But obviously Edwards is too small minded to think these things through. He obviously  has a pattern of not thinking things   through like his cheating with Rielle and how it would devastate Elizabeth and  his not admitting the baby was his, which will have last repercussions on the baby as she matures.

 Clearly he is not thinking through his suicide plan either. Suicide is not the answer. If he is depressed then he needs to get some antidepressants and a good shrink to work things out.

He actually could turn his life around. While it will be an embarrassment for his kids to have a dad who is a convicted felon, who fell from grace, if he lives they can at least say they have a dad.

It will be even more heart wrenching for them to know that they had a weak coward of a dad who was so selfish that he did himself in  during hard times, rather than have a future with them.

Edwards may want to meet with Reverend Jim Baker  of  Jim and Tammy Faye fame, who had a similar fate. He went to prison, came out, got  remarried, started a new family, lectures and is doing quite well these days.

IF HE KILLS HIMSELF HE NEEDS TO LEAVE HIS ORGANS TO OTHERS

But if Edwards insists on being his selfish stubborn foolish TOXIC self and makes good on his  suicide threat when he is indicted, I hope that at least he will do one unselfish act for once in his life-give his organs to others.

Each of his kidneys , heart, lungs, corneas, pituitary gland, ear bones, jaw bone, facial skin, body skin, heart, and other organs can be used to save or better someone’s life.

 Maybe then can he not only get some of the respect back from others but some self-respect, if there is any after a person commits suicide. www.drlillianglass.com
