Casey Anthony’s Second Video Focus IS On Her Appearance Not Caylee

Saturday, January 7th, 2012

In the second video that has just been released on Casey Anthony, we no longer see a blond Casey with a  hair style and color resembling her mother Cindy. Now we see her in a a short  brunette cropped hair do.  The glasses she is now sporting are very oversized as opposed to the last video and look rather comical on her face. Also if Casey was in such need of glasses, why wasn’t she wearing them in the courtroom where she really needed to see things closely and read materials. The glasses obviously seem to be put on for effect.

Casey  still does not mention Caylee , just as she did not mention her in her previous video. In her first video she was concerned where to look . But now she seems to have the hang of it as she is looking directly at herself on video ,where she can examine her newly pieced nose ring and ear piercing at the top of her ear.

While she says he is very excited about her piercings by stating “I just pierced my nose last night, very excited and top of my ear” you would never know she was excited in any way until she spoke those words. Her voice says the opposite. It is in a  dull emotionless uninflected monotone.

Casey also begins the new video with a higher pitched baby girl like voice which is very interesting on so many levels. In essence,  the little girl voice may reflect how she feels about herself subconsciously, especially now that Caylee is no longer a part of her life. Now she can be the little girl- the youngest in the family like she has always been. Now she can resume her role as the baby girl- not Caylee.

The fact that there is no mention of Caylee in a video she knows will eventually be released publicly,  speaks volumes. It is as though she has blocked everything out and is now focusing on herself and her looks and her new image.

The fact that she has changed up her hair style and he glasses and donned a nose and ear piercing in such a short period of time in my view means she is struggling with her image. She is trying to find out who she is now and trying on different images. She clearly got rid of the super long hair courtroom do and now is trying different looks.

It was reported on TMZ that she now dons red hair but this is not evident in this video. If she is trying on various looks in an attempt to disguise herself when she finally is free to go out and about publicly, it is not too smart on her part to be releasing these videos of herself.

Casey has changed a lot physically. For one she has filled out more and become “thicker”.  Perhaps the food at the halfway house or mental health facility where she is staying has a lot better and more appealing food choices than jail, so perhaps her appetite has improved.

This shows in her nose ,which has also become thicker  and more bulbous, thereby making her appearance resemble Cindy more and more.

The one thing which is interesting about this second video is that she cannot stop looking at herself. In essence, she does not take her eyes off of he screen for a moment as he focus is completely on her.

I have no idea if Casey is releasing these videos and photos herself or these are being released by others on her behalf.  But the bottom line is that whomever is releasing them has received a lot of hits which translates into a lot of dollars and cents for them and most likely for  Casey as well.

The fact that these tapes have become such a topic of interest in the media reflects that Casey has become a bonafide celebrity known for her infamy of allegedly killing her child.

In watching these video posts of Casey, the real live reality show of Casey Anthony continues as it did during her courtroom proceedings. The whole thing is so absurd. Her craving public attention will eventually catch up to her in my view.

After what happened to Caylee and all the public  hatred towards her she needed to lay low and try to live under the radar in my view. She needed to reinvent herself not with a nose ring or ear piercing or different hair color but with a solid education and some serious mental health therapy on an ongoing basis. I cannot imagine any therapist condoning these videos to be released.

But as we see Casey cannot help herself and would most likely not heed any advice from anyone let alone a therapist. She craves the attention too much as we are seeing . She craves the limelight and that will in my view eventually  be her downfall. These videos show how much she is focused on  herself and how much  she craves attention. We all heard it and saw it in the  jailhouse tapes but now that she is out of jail, we see it again.

When people crave that much attention, they will do anything to get that attention. They will often  subconsciously make bad decisions in order to get themselves the attention they need. Casey has had a history of making bad decisions so why should anything change now. It takes a lot of therapy and self insight – not self absorption to make significant changes in one’s psyche and in one’s behaviors. So it is highly possible that she will eventually trip herself up and end up like OJ Simpson.

There are  a lot of similarities between Casey and OJ in terms of how much they were focused on themselves and on the attention from others.OJ  was constantly getting in to trouble and having all kinds of high drama situations throughout the years until he eventually ended up where he belonged – inprison for the rest of his life. Since Casey too craves this attention we may see a similar pattern down he road.

Her parents released a statement after the first video that they worry for her safety and that the release of this video was not a good idea. In my view, they need to worry about their own safety  as well when Casey is finally free . They need to hope she stays far away from them as possible because no doubt some of that high drama will result due to the dysfunctional dynamics of this family structure. It is a fact that there has been severe conflict between Casey and Cindy for years. Now that Casey has had some independence and has been away for Cindy for so long it could get very ugly  between them if  Cindy tried to take control or bully Casey.

There are so many mixed emotions with regard to this family. The smallest disagreement could inflame things and create a disaster.  Casey may feel betrayed by Lee’s testimony in the courtroom. Her father may never forgive her for allowing him to be thrown under the bus and having the sexual molestation card revealed in court. There is a lot of resentment and anger towards Casey by her family  and unless they all underwent family therapy it is my view that things could escalate in a very bad way.

I still believe that these tapes are being released because producer  Scott Sternberg’s despicable efforts at selling an interview with Casey   for 3/4 of a million dollars  failed. So now Plan B is in place with the release of these tapes. The timing is uncanny, especially if Casey will be released from her facility next month.

In watching these tapes it was so upsetting to see how Casey was so focused on her new piercings and to  hearing the word “excited” come out of her mouth. Poor Caylee may she rest in peace,  will never  have the chance to experience excitement about anything.

Dr. Phil Interview Part 3-George Anthony Divorces Casey, Cindy Defends Molestation And George Wimps Out Again

Wednesday, September 21st, 2011

In Part 3 of Dr. Phil. George Anthony has essentially said he has divorced Casey as he said he  believes it is impossible to reconnect with Casey.

Shocked by the verdict, said he shook when he heard it. That means that his body language revealed that he was so  angry that he physically could not control what his body was doing.

He also said   he  believes Casey  should be held responsible for Caylee’s death.  This powerful statement to  Dr. Phil shows that George has finally taken off his blinders.

His statement  also confirms the body language that he showed in court  towards the end of the trial as he was leaving the  stand . As you see he  clasped his hands together and he vigorously  rubbed them as though he was  literally washing his hands of Casey. In my view this was the turning point for George and there was no going back.

His words during the interview  with Dr. Phil  where he stated  that he feels he was “played” by his daughter’s lawyers over the past three years of  thr trial mirrored his past body language  when he finally went eyeball to eyeball with Jose Baez at the end of the trial andliterally glared Jose down while  he walked off the stand.

As George was being interviewed  by Dr. Phil in the presence of Cindy his posture was different than it  had been in the past. He showed more of a self confident posture as  though as he was beinging to finally  stand up for himself against Cindy and notallow her to bulldoze and railroad his thinking.

If this is the case , it  may very well be the beginning of the end of their relationship as Cindy Continuest o deny and defend.  If  Cindy welcomes Casey in their home George could never set footin that  home again as I see it. His strong conviction concerning Casey and opening his thoughts about the matter to Dr. Phil is a step in the right direction if he ever wants a chance at an inkling of happiness in his life as I see it. It was also a first step in his independence from Cindy and being under her thumb as I see it.

But if he does leave Cindy, chances are high in my view he will  most likely end up with another Cindy like character as he doesn’t seem to have enough moxie (balls for those of you who don”t know what moxie means) to be a real man in my estimation. As you read on you will see why I say this. It has everything to do with his statement to Dr. Phil where he doesn;t voice HIS opinion about Casey as a baby sister and leaves that opinion up to his son and Mallory.

Was George a liar in the past in his interviews and on the stand when he spoke of River Cruz and their affair? The answer is YES. But did he lie to Dr. Phil now as he was discussing Casey? The answer is NO.

There  is the  misnomer that “once a liar, always a liar.” That is simply not true. One can lie about one thing and tell the truth about about something else. While George lied about River Cruz as the jurors even stated, he was not lying about his feelings to Dr. Phil.

And please don’t waste your time and write me that you don’t believe River Cruz and George had an affair. I spoke to River at leangth. After learning the very very graphic details from speaking to her personally,  I am  completely convinced that they did have sex. Maybe George didn’t see it as a romantic relationship, but River  certainly did.  He came to her condo as surveillance tape confirms,  during an emotionally needy time. River began to care for George as he unloaded about Cindy and about the accident snowballing out of control.

George now  said the same thing to Dr. Phil as he said that what happened to Caylee was the result of a chemical babysitter gone awry. So it is highly plausible that he told River th same thing. Actually when I spoke to her a year before the trial she told me  George said what  happened  Caylee was an accident that snowballed out of control. She used those same words to me that she used on the  stand. So while River lied  to police about her affair out of fear, she did;’t lie about the snowballing as George is now admitting it to Dr. Phil.

CINDY’S AMBIVALENCE ABOUT MOLESTATION ACCUSATIONS

When Dr. Phil asked Cindy if she is sure that  George did not molest Casey, while she spun it  verbally and said all the right words. Something about George’s demeanor was disconcerting.

As Cindy tried to defend him, George looked  away. He appeared disconnected as he and Cindy looked  in opposite directions. His  micro expressions as Cindy spoke  were also disturbing to me . Usually when someone is defending you when you have been accused of something so  serious, you tend to look at the person attentively. But George does not do so. He seems to be thinking about something else.

Now READ THIS CAREFULLY!  I am NOT saying he molested Casey NOR  am I saying that he did not molest Casey. I am sayingthat  ONLY CASEYAND GEORGE KNOW FOR SURE!  Even Cindy knows this deep down as her body language reflects this during Dr. Phil’s questioning.

As Cindy tries to explain away why George could not have molested Casey, her  body language does not seem reflect her confidence in what she is spouting forth. Her rounded shoulders and bowed head and looking away says that deep inside she may be  unsure.

She then tries to spin it that when she was seprated from George it was Casey’s opportunity to tell her what happened, and to keep George away for good.

WHAT??? Casey NEVER told  Cindy anything about herself that was personal. She never told Cindy she didn’t graduate, that she no longer had a job, and most important of all that she as pregnant! So why would Casey tell her George molested her? Since Cindy appears to have ” selective believing”, she most likely wouldn’t believe Casey anyway.

According to reports,  Casey was apparently disturbed by her parent’s breakup and separation  and wanted them back together. So why would she add fuel to the fire and tell Cindy George molested her?  It does not make any logical sense. So once again Cindy’s spin and distorted reasoning shows.

As  Cindy says she is convinced George did not molest Casey, George does not look at her. That bothers me. Once again, I am not saying he did or he didn’t molest her , as only he and Casey know the answer to that.

And for those of  you who want to be contentious and say how you don;t beliveGeorge molested Casey, I say to you You do,not know and neither do I. But we both know that there are  people who were molested by a parent and you could swear that this seemingly  upstanding person ot pillar of society  could never do such as thing to their child, when in fact that did and are now  incarcerated for their actions.

However,  I will say that it is known in the psychological literature that when  a person is as promiscuous as Casey had been, chances are  they have been sexually molested . Casey not only accused her father of  sexual molestation, but accused Lee as well.

Cindy clearly has her head in a pipe when she says that she is convinced Casey feels remorse for  what she put George through. WHAT??? Remorse! Cindy needs to go back and look at the jailhouse tapes to see how much remorse Casey had for anyone other than herself. Throughout these three years she only cried and sighed when it was about HER  and never about CAYLEE!

CASEY AS A BABYSITTER!  HIDE YOUR CHILD!!

Then  Cindy says she would have no issue if Casey was  babysittingLee and Mallory’s child. Dr . Phil was stunned! So was the world.  The thought of letting this irresponsible and  selfish creature alone  witha baby   is chilling. I am sure that even Jose Baez, who defended her staunchly would never leave his baby with Casey to babysit.

Then when George is asked this question he goes back to his wussy wimpiness as he said   it would be up to Lee and Mallory as to whether they would let Casey babysit the child.

What a passive agressive  TOXIC creature!   Here is a man who just told the world  he has cut Casey out of his life, yet he has NO opinion that he can voice like a real man. He suddenly cannot take a stand against his OWN future grand child and say “I would not like that to happen“or I would not feel comfortable about it. Instead,  he is back acting  like the clueless   little boy with no opinion of his own.

This is what sickens me about George. He is a TOXIC wimp with no spine in my view based on  his behavior. He reverts back to this behavior and smiles his goofy  Stan Laurel of Larel and Hardy fame stpid and goofy smile.  Whereas s ironic is that Stan Laurel’s character always would always cry  becuase he never knew what to do.  In Stan Laurel fashion, George doesn’t know what to do or say either.

That is why I believe that even  if he does leave Cindy which I hope he does for  his sake , he most likely could  not function in the world without a controlling  task master Cindy type . Let’s hope that George engages in  a lot of solid therapy so that he does not end up gravitating to the same TOXIC type of woman. I a m sure Dr. Phil can recommend some good therapists for George so George can man up for the first time in his life. Apparently he hod behind the badge of the law a police officer for all these years. He hd behind Cindy.  Now it is time he man up and hide behind no one.

Lying and Fake Crying Lee Anthony Puts on Show For The Benefit of the Jurors

Saturday, June 25th, 2011

Lee burst out crying when he said he was angry that he as not told about   Casey;s pregnancy . He  was upset that he was kept out and they ignored him. It seemed a bit contrived  to me, It seemed overly dramatic and as though he was doing it for the jury’s benefit. Why would he cry about not being told about Casey;s pregnancy. Why didn’t he cry about a dead Caylee?  His tears and outburst of a  grunt was done purposely in my view. The tears  were non  liquid and he wiped them just like Casey and Cindy wipe their non tears. This guy has been on the stand for three years and has only giggled and laughed and scratched, He never cried until there was a jury present. And then he cried over such a lame thing. . It sounded unbelievable and a jury will feel like he is trying to manipulate them. No one like to see tears unless they are genuine and that the person is crying for a good reason. There was no good reason for Lee’s  waterworks.

Lee lies on the stand with relation to Casey’s pregnancy. He  admits in court that he said to Casey  ” What the hell is that? in reference to Casey’s pregnancy. Then it was pointed out Ashton by  that he said earlier ” It wasn’t really my place,He  als”o admitted his lie by stating that he  spoke not  directly to her.”  In essence he showed that he lied.

He appeared angry as he said that the parents were over the top about the pregnancy and  and he said he was upset he was not allowed to be involved.    He felt he had supportive role because his smom said to let it go; Why in the world would Cindy tell him to let it go and not speak about the pregnancy and keep him out of the loop?

It is very odd. He is Caylee’s  uncle and you would think that you would want all family members involved. But what if Cindy thought Lee was the father of Caylee at the time and wanted him as far away as possible?

I am also wondering why the DNA witness said she tested Lee;s DNA indicated he was not the father  did not say that she tested  George’s DNA and that he  was ruled out to be the father. Ia Baez  saving that information for later?  What did George’s DNA find? He certainly acted like he baby daddy by showing up in the birthing room at the hospital. It was also odd that he did not even ask who Caylee’s father was when he found out she was pregnant.

Did he already know who the father was? Was he the father? Did Cindy think he was the father? Is that why Cindy insisted on such control over Caylee? Did George molest Casey as a child and as an adult? Only the two of them know for sure. At any rate, we will soon discover the results of the DNA test and whether George is or is not the biological father.

Lee’s testimony showed us  that his whole sick family is in denial with control freak Cindy at the helm. How can Cindy know Casey is pregnancy  until 7th month? Did Cindy  know? If she told  Lee to butt out when he first asked about the pregnancy when Casey picked him up from the airport  and then months passed and there was no mistake that Casey was pregnant, it shows Cindy MUST have known prior to seven months. Also Caylee was not premature as Cindy said.

Just look at the size of Caylee in the photo above . She doesn’t look like a preemie. Casey can barely hold her she is so big. Maybe Casey lied as to when she got pregnant. Maybe she had no idea when she got pregnant.

When Jeff Ashton asked What was different  about the way the emotion with which you answered  the same question two years ago only this time you answered with  such raw emotion, Lee gave a lame answer. He said that he didn’t believe Caylee was not alive.  Yet he presided over the memorial ceremony and he knew that the bones and remains were Caylee’s. So could he not know?

TEACHING CINDY A LESSON FOR SAYING CASEY WAS A BAD MOTHER BY KILLING CAYLEE

When Lee shared that Casey said Zanny told   her  that she  was taking Caylee because she wasnt a good mother and  that she was going to teach her a lesson. Casey was revealing a great deal about what was going on in her own mind. In essence she was parroting back the exact words Cindy said to her about not being a good mother. She also was going to teach Cindy a lesson . To me that speaks volumes as to motive. To me it says Casey got rid of Caylee to teach Cindy a lesson because Cindy kept telling Casey what a bad mother she was.

Perhaps Casey purposely drowned Caylee and convinced herself it was an accident. Perhaps she chloroformed her.  Perhaps she broke her neck. Perhaps she smothered her. Whatever she did, she did something to teach Cindy a lesson because Cindy kept telling her what a bad mother she was. Now she would make sure she was bad mother by killing Caylee.

When Lee  described  Caseys description of  Zanny it wa shockingly similiar to River Cruz- dark complected, long hair, Hispanic, average height. That makes me wonder if George, knowing about Casey’s description set forth to find a Zanny type to pin the murder on. That may be why George sought out River and had an affair with her.Perhaps he was trying to set her up. We will find out more when River Cruz testifies. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey’s Computer Internet Drawing Shockingly Similiar To Caylee and Bear Photo

Sunday, June 12th, 2011

When I initially saw the drawing which  Casey had in her computer it spoke to what was going on in her mindset in terms of  knowing right from wrong. The statement on the drawing reads  ”Why do people kill people, who kill people , to show people that to kill people is bad?

It shows that Casey  knows good from bad and that killing people is bad, not right, and wrong. When someone can distinguish right from wrong  you cannot use the insanity plea. The above photo points to the fact that she knew what she was doing with Caylee.

Casey selected this drawing out  of all of the millions of drawings  and sayings on the internet because there was something which attracted her to the drawing. If you look closely, the girl in the drawing resembles Caylee. From her tiny little nose to her lips to her large eyes, to the  the  hair, the feature’s of the  girl in the drawing look eerily similar to Caylee.

Like the little girl in the drawing, Caylee also had an affection for toy bears with her Winnie the Pooh sheets and bedding and numerous teddy bears strewn across her bed. Even pieces of her beloved Winnie the Pooh blanket was found at the crime scene.

In the photo above Cindy can even be seen posing  in  a photo next to Caylee’s bed  with one of Caylee’s favorite bears.

Early on, Cindy even carried Caylee’s favorite bear with her when she was with George.

So when we look at the drawing which has a bear with a noose around it’s neck and the child  looking up at her bear, we can again see why Casey was so attracted to the drawing.

But when we look at the drawing along the side of a photo of  a sleeping Caylee with her beloved bear it is clear that Casey saw Caylee in the drawing. Looking at the drawing and the photo of Caylee, who is sleeping sitting up is even  more disturbing. Knowing what we know about Caysey’s involvement with chloroform, all kinds of thoughts race through one’s mind such as “Was Caylee chloroformed in this photo?”

If Casey took this photo of Caylee which is most likely the case in my view, it speaks volumes about Casey’s mindset  in relation to the now infamous drawing.

If she took the photo of Caylee and her bear  before she downloaded the drawing it clearly speaks to why she was so attracted to  the drawing and how she  identified the little girl as being similar to Caylee.  If Casey took the above photo after she downloaded the drawing,  then it points to  premeditation in my view. In essence, she was re-creating a real  life  view of the drawing.

Casey may soon find out the answer to the question on the drawing as to  “Why do people kill people, who kill people , to show people that to kill people is bad?” www.drlillianglass.com

Credible Yet Nervous and Scratching Lee Anthony Ignores Sister Casey

Thursday, June 2nd, 2011

Gone are the “I love you’s” for CMA. Gone are the bright smiles towards Casey. When Lee took the stand, Casey smiled but brother Lee ignored her.  How could he look at someone who literally ruined his life forever? How does he prove that he didn’t molest his sister? He will have to carry that burden for the rest of his life.

We have seen from Lee’s depo tape and from his pre trial behavior that he inappropriately  laughs a lot when he is nervous or uncomfortable. That is why it is important to do a baseline analysis before you read a person’s body language to find out their particular body language quirks.

When Lee said that he came over to his mother’s house because she asked him to  and then laughed as he said it, it was a passive aggressive way of saying “you do what Cindy says.” It was also odd that Cindy did not tell him that Casey was  not saying where Caylee was .It showed that the communication between mother and son isn’t that great.

While Lee only laughed a handful of times out of nervousness, he certainly scratched himself a lot while he was on the stand.

  He scratched his neck.

He scratched his right cheek.

He scratched the side of his nose.

He scratched his lower jaw.

He scratched the top of his head.

And he scratched the left side of his head.

When someone has a case of the itchy scratchies it usually means they are experiencing anxiety or nervousness. The autonomic nervous system causes more blood flow so there is often an accompanying itching sensation. Depending on the context of what is asked or said, it can also reflect deception. But in Lee’s case it appeared to be a signal of nervousness.

The bottom line was that Lee sounded credible and forthright when he spoke and has clearly broken his bond with his sister and will no longer protect her.

POLICE TESTIMONY SPOKE VOLUMES ABOUT GEORGE

Perhaps the most powerful aspect of today;s testimony in my view came from the police officers who came to the Anthony home as a result of Cindy calling 911. Cindy said it smelled like  there was a dead body in the car and that is why the police showed up in the first place. Even though the lead officer smelled a  strong foul odor from the open trunk, he did not order  the CSI Unit to do an investigation on the car. Surely a senior officer would know how a dead body smelled. Did he slip up and make an error?

The other interesting thing was hearing both officers describe Cindy’s , George’s, and Casey’s demeanor. Cindy was understandably wild and angry and upset while both George and Casey were cool, calm and collected.

According to Lee, George didn’t even come into the room when Cindy and Lee were trying to get information out of Casey. He was distant and detached. That seems odd to me. It makes me wonder if he knew something. Did he know Casey was dead all along?

Here is a man who has proclaimed that Caylee was the love of his life and  even had a tattoo put on his chest to honor her.  How is it that he had not seen his grand daughter in 31 days,  and now retreats? Apparently he had never been away from Caylee for a day and now she is gone 31 days and he doesn’t put in his two cents and ask one question of his daughter or insist on knowing Caylee’s whereabouts ?

Something doesn’t make sense to me here. I don’t buy it that he retreated because Cindy was loud and emotional and Lee was there . Why was he so uninvolved? Could this information about George’s uninvolved  behavior create reasonable doubt with some of the jurors?  Will they wonder if Jose Baez’ theory  is true- that  George knew about the drowning of Caylee?  After all, this is an ex policeman. You would think that he would at least ask a question of his own daughter. Was he intimidated by his daughter? Did she have something over him like a sexual molestation secret? Will any of the jurors wonder about that? If I was on the jury I would be upset by Georges uninvolvement  and lack of communication and  his   not trying to get to the bottom of Casey’s story.

The more a jury hears  about everyone’s demeanor and body language, the easier it will be to reach a proper conclusion as to what really happened to Caylee. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony Throws Angry Tantrum When Mom Leaves the Stand

Tuesday, May 31st, 2011

Ca

On the stand we see  new and improved Cindy Anthony. Gone is the hostile hateful, belligerent, and defensive Cindy who tried to come to Casey’s defense at all costs. Now Cindy speaks clearly,  respectfully  and softly and answers the questions posed to her in a proper manner. She has not exuded the hate she once had towards the prosecution. She cried genuine tears and was emotionally distraught whenever  she spoke of  little Caylee who was no doubt the love of her life.

Has the 2 million dollar movie deal  softened her? Is it what she heard in Baez’ opening arguments about Casey having to go to school when she was eight years old after George would place his penis in her mouth and knowing that it is a lie? Whatever it is, Cindy has done a 180 degree turn in terms of her demeanor and body language. She actually  appears as a  sympathetic character for the very first time.

As Casey watches her mother’s testimony,  she is angry, You can see  this from her tight jaw and her  furrowed forehead.

Casey’s  lower jaw literally dropped as you can  see from the photo above. She cannot believe that Cindy is not looking at her and  most of all,  saying things which will not help her. She hears the change on Cindy’s tone and Casey is stunned by it.

Cindy’s  tears are genuine as she sees photos of Caylee’s playhouse and mailbox and play area. Her feelings towards Caylee are genuine. They are not manufactured.  She even asked if a slide of Caylee could  be taken down. This does not look good for Casey. A jury will feel for Cindy’s loss of her granddaughter.

Casey tries to hold it together in the courtroom when the jury is there. She even fake cries when Cindy cries. She tries to mimic Cindy’s tears so that the jury will feel that she is sympathetic as well.  But when there is a break, all hell breaks loose with Casey.

Here  we see Casey explode with rage. She is  saying that her  mom didn’t cry for  three years and now look at her, why is she crying! Casey is furious Cindy is crying.

The lower lip snarl, clenched teeth and furrowed forehead scream of rage and hatred towards Cindy. It would not be an understatement to say that Casey despises Cindy at this point.

Now these are genuine tears and a genuine cry. Both eyes tear up. The forehead is furrowed on both sides, not like we have previously seen when Casey has made the expression that indicates  fake tears and fake crying.

The tears are only for Casey and out of frustration that she has lost control over Cindy.  Cindy is no longer defending her and sticking by her. She knows it and she is devastated by it. Look at how her upper lids drop. That indicates genuine crying. It is interesting to note how her attorney has become her new mother figure. She tries to comfort Casey as she looks into Casey’s face. She no doubt  says soothing words to Casey. But she is angry she has to do it. Look at the attorney’s fist like  hand. Oftentimes this indicates anger.

Now we see a full-blown temper with full-blown rage towards Cindy.  The attorney is upset about Casey’s behavior as she has a tightness in her jaw as you can see by her skin fold, as the attorney pulls her lips back.

Casey is crying for herself because she knows it is over. Her one ally is gone. She threw George under the bus and now Cindy is leaving Casey’s bus. Casey is furious about it.

Why, why,  why, did Cindy turn on her ? She  is  shocked by Cindy’s actions for the first time in her life. She cannot believe what Cindy “did to her.” She is taking the victim blame approach. She set out to hurt Cindy by taking Caylee and now it has backfired on her. Cindy has finally hurt her.

Cheney Mason sent yet another female attorney, Ms.  Fryer, over to comfort Casey. She whispered some comforting words from Cheney. It didn’t seem to  work so Cheney came over there by himself and placed his hands on Casey’s shoulders to comfort her. That seemed to work.

The last thing the defense team wants is for the jurors to witness Casey’s out of control tantrum. www.drlillianglass.com

Eyebrow Troubles, Coldness and Ex Beau’s Lust Revealed in Casey Anrhony Trial

Tuesday, May 31st, 2011

When Tony Lazarro was on the stand,  Casey often looked away from him.  She did not focus on him directly. She showed little, if any emotion body language wise. But her upper chest heaving deep breathing reflected  her nervousness  and discomfort .

When Tony said that they hit it off  the only emotion Casey leaked out was contempt. Look at how her angry eyed gaze and how one side of her lip is pulled to the right. It makes me wonder if she ever liked Tony but was simply using Tony for his club connections as a DJ along with a place to stay.

When Tony speaks of how Casey would initially just come over to his house, he was uncomfortable talking about it as you can see by his lip lick leak.

When he talks about how Casey brought Caylee with him when she came over, he appeared to leaked out that he may possibly not have been that  thrilled  about  it as he cocks his head to the side and purses his lip. One has to  admit that it is a bit awkward to begin a social relationship with a two year old in tow. No doubt Tony’s facial expression reflects this feeling.

When Lazarro says that she did  bring her daughter, he  literally jerks his body back . To me it reflects that he was taken aback at someone bringing their child on an initial date. While he may have welcomed Caylee he may have felt that it was unusual.

When asked if Casey stayed over his house during their initial interactions, he was uncomfortable and embarrassed  taking about it as evidenced by his lip licking and squirming It appeared that she may have just come over for a sexual liaison and left afterwards, not staying the night.

When Lazarro speaks Casey usually seems to look  off to the side, but she occasionally manages to sneak a peak. Casey’s eyebrows appear to be  mutilated. hey She may have over tweezed or shaved them. Oftentimes when people feel cornered, pressured or guilt they may “beat themselves up” or even engage in self mutilating behaviors. There is no question in my view that Casey may have engaged in this behavior with regard to her eyebrows. It appeared that she  tweezed or shaved  away of half of her brow on both sides,  giving her a devilish appearance in my view.

As soon as she sneeks a peek at Lazarro, she immediately turns  away from him as we see in the photo above.

Tony leaks out sadness when discussing Caylee being at the mall with Casey while he was there handing out leaflets. His pursed lips indicated that he didn’t want to discuss it as it no doubt brought back a sad memory.

Here we see Lazarro leak out some anger as he talks about how Casey talked to him about  the fictional people at work and mentioned Jeff and Zanny the Nanny. His curled lower lip shows upset at how he was duped by Casey.

When Tony mentions Zanny, Casey looks away and appears expressionless as she stares in the distance.

When asked if he cared for Casey he said he did but the give away was that he exhibited an immediate shoulder shrug. To me this shows that he may have cared for her but not that deeply. He sort of cared for her. He may have cared for her at that time but was ambivalent.

When their trip to Blockbuster was brought up Tony gets a case of the “itchy scratchies” which indicates that he is uncomfortable talking about it. This was the time that Caylee went missing and he was with an alleged murderer  who showed no difference in behavior and demeanor as they checked out movies.

His discomfort continues to be  evident as he discusses how Casey had nor change on her behavior and demeanor at the time they went to Blockbuster. He scratches himself in discomfort and his pursed downturned lips and curled back lower lip  shows that he is both  sad  and  angry about it.

As Tony says that he played hooky from school the next day because he didn’t want to leave the bed, we see him smiling and happy as he recalls his lustful sexual liaison with Casey during that time period. This is significant. Now that Caylee was no longer in the picture, Casey may have felt  more free to express herself sexually. Hence Tony’s intense sexual memories of Casey’s  hyper sexuality at time. It is interesting that he doesn’t express  his lust about her  when Caylee was with her and Casey came over for sex and left. But now that Casey was free of Caylee and  felt more free sexually, her  sexual freedom obviously left  such an indelible impression  in Tony’s mind that three years later as he recalls it, his face reflects the lustful memory.

When Tony is reminded by Jose Baez that in Tony’s deposition  he said that Casey warned Caylee to stay away from the pool, Casey showed emotion for the first time. She showed sadness as you can see above.  But it appears to be contrived sadness as her eyes look tense and sad but her lips are not downturned as one would normally see in a sad expression. To me it appears as though it is contrived.

No doubt, through  Tony’s statement ,  the defense got in their point in of how  great and watchful a mother Casey was and how Caylee seemed to always want to venture into pools by herself.  Now the defense  can easily make the leap that because  Caylee tried to venture into  Tony’s pool alone, she also ventured into the Anthony pool alone and drowned.   .drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony Nods “Yes ” While Linda Drane Burdick Speaks of How Caylee’s Duct Tape Death

Tuesday, May 31st, 2011

Opening Judge Perry addressed   the ladies and gentlemen of the jury and red her charges , we see Casey take a huge breath in to oxygenate  herself as we see her chest heave as she fills up her lungs with air and forcefully exhales as .  Her facial expression is sad and scared. You can see the tension in her forehead  As Judge Perry  reads on  we see Jose Baez  sneaking a peek at Casey to  make sure she is OK.

Prosecution’s  Linda Drane Burdick’s  choice of outfit  during her opening arguments were  very revealing Red.  It was a color of passion and love- passion for being a voice for  Caylee and the  love for pursuing justice for this precious little soul. Linda Drne Burdick  was wonderful in her delivery with the perfect cadence and emphasis to stress important and relevant points. Her use of pause time was excellent as she allowed jurors to process everything she was saying. Her use of gestures for emphasis were also excellent.

When Linda spoke of Casey’s pregnancy at 19, she heaved a huge breath and raised her head and jutted forth her jaw which indicated a signal of anger. As Linda spoke about Father’s day, Casey tried to manufacture some tears, but they simply weren’t coming as she flared her nostrils and opened her mouth.

Then we see her body leaking out the truth. Linda Drane Burdick said No one ever saw  Caylee Marie Anthony  alive again .  Casey shakes her head  NO as Linda says these words. In essence Casey’s shaking her head NO is mirroring the truth truth of Linda’s words that No one saw Casey alive.

Then Linda says the last time a photo was taken of Caylee Anthony was on Dec. 11, 2008. Casey leaks out anger . You can see the microexpression of her curled lower lip as she   vigorously shakes her head No as she mouths the words I’m not gonna listen as if she were a defiant child not wanting to hear the truth.

She immediately feigns crying as she puts her knuckle up to her eye and there are no tears and no facial expression of real crying as she pushes up on her skin under one eye.

This is not the expression of someone who is sad or remorseful. Instead it is the expression of someone who is angry as she leaks out this expression. Casey is no doubt  angry that she had  to listen to the truth.

As Casey listened to what she allegedly looked up on the computer chloroform and neck breaking, she sat there without moving a muscle. She looked cold and heartless as she had no reaction to what was said. She had  no tears for Caylee as Linda described how C aylee was found near a school where she would be this very moment. Casey had no reaction whatsoever. Most people would cry a tear to think that  their child  would be school age had she been alive today. But not Casey. She looked as cold as ice when this was said.

Casey also squirmed around as the bags and duct tape were discussed. She flashed an expression of anger anger that she had to sit there and listen to what she may have done to Casey. Otherwise she was stoic. To me , her constant movement spoke volumes. It screamed that she was uncomfortable being forced to listen to what in my view is the truth.

DOES CASEY ADMIT GUILT BY  NODDING HER HEAD YES?

The something major happened body language wise where Casey  may appear to possibly  be  admitting guilt. It is around  17: 25  Lind Drane Burdick says There is no other reason to put multiple pieces of  duct tape on a child’s   face mouth and nose other than the  other than the specific intent to end  that child’s life.    Casey nods YES twice as Linda says these words! To me that is a huge revelation body languaguage  wise.

Then when Linda says how Casey had access to the laundry bag, the shorts etc.  Casey shakes her head No  and tuns away and says “That’s not true”.

Casey Anthony Didn’t Respond for 31 Days and a Dysfunctional Family Is No Excuse

Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011

The defenses’ argument that Casey Anthony didn’t respond for 31 days due to “family dysfunction” and that Casey  feared her father’s violence and mother’s wrath is completely lame in my view. No jury will buy it in my estimation. Even if that is the case, they will wonder why she didn’t go to brother Lee or to one of her friends or boyfriends.

They will especially not buy that “fear of coming home and telling her parents because she feared their wrath” excuse. After  looking  at the Jailhouse tapes of Casey and her parents, they will clearly see  that it is SHE who runs them, not vice versa. She is the one in control.

Her father George even point-blank tells his daughter she is in control. If they read his jailhouse letters he sent to her, they will see him literally begging for her to see him. This once again indicates that it is Casey who is in control.

GEORGE???

George has been an absentee non- involved father it appears,  based on her comments to him “ Act like a father for the first time in you life.”  If she feared George’s violence, she would never have spoken to him like that.

Yes, George may very well have a temper when pushed to his limit as we saw him on the lawn of his own home when he reacted violently. But under the circumstances, it is not difficult  to understand his outbursts when people were on his property and name calling. All of the shame, embarrassment and trying to keep it all together finally got to him.

Just because he may have shoved a few protesters does not mean he beat up on Casey and that she feared his violence towards her. If that were the case, as soon as she was in the home, he may have let her have it when she refused to say where Caylee was located.

Did he molest her? That may very well be a possibility. But that still wouldn’t account for her waiting 31 days to come home or to tell what happened to Casey. Apparently, when her father encountered her and spoke to her about the gas tanks she said something vulgar to him. If someone fears you, they don’t mouth off to you because they are petrified of what the person  may do to you.

If Casey claims that George beat her and also beat Caylee and she was saving Caylee from George, this will be the lamest thing she can ever say.

Caylee was the one who brought joy into George’s life. He has been the one who has grieved the most for Caylee it appears.   From the tattoo of Caylee over his heart and the sincere body language and communication in terms of how he discusses her, he clealry adored her.  It doesn’t make sense that he would do Caylee any harm. There is no motive in my view. Why would he destroy the only one thing in his life that brought him joy. Since he had no job, it wasn’t his work that brought him joy. It certainly was not Cindy that brought him joy  based on what we have seen of them and what we have heard of their past troubles.

 CINDY???

As far as fearing Cindy, there was no question that  Cindy would no doubt  yell and scream and carry on as we have all seen her do. But Casey was the one  in control in that relationship as Cindy enabled her as Cindy  constantly covered for her,  just as she is doing  now .

Casey  was so in control over Cindy that she manipulated her by not telling her she dropped out of school and didn’t have a job and that there was a Zanny the Nanny . It was a “cat and mouse”  type of game Casey played with Cindy  for years to “get one over” on her.

There is no doubt that Casey detested Cindy for trying to control her and Caylee. While you can see that controlling behavior of Cindy’s  in the jailhouse tapes when Cindy says to Casey to look up so she can see Casey’s eyes. But then you can also see Casey’s hatred and sadism towards Cindy when Cindy was crying and Casey was laughing. Caey  says to her father, “What is this one crying about?” Casey was loving that she got Cindy upset. She was loving the control she was having over Cindy just as she loved the control by punishing Cindy for threatening to throw her out and keep Caylee.

Casey made sure that she would have the final control over her not being thrown out and cindy keeping Caylee by taking Caylee from the  home and never returning with her. Casey knew this would devastate Cindy. Caylee had never been away from George and Cindy for less than a day, so for Cindy to not make calls  to law enforcement and try to find Casey and Caylee after 10 days, let alone 31 days speaks volumes. It speaks to Cindy’s  stubbornness and pride and her own disdain towards Casey.

Having said all of this, even though she and Cindy had a dysfunctional relationship, there was no excuse for her to not tell Cindy right away. In fact,  the sooner  she told Cindy, the sooner she would havesadistic joy at seeing Cindy in pain over the loss of Caylee. But it  was Casey’s attempt to remain in control and to figure out what to do to explain away what she allegedly did to Caylee.

LEE?? FRIENDS?? BOYFRIENDS????

Even if she detested and feared her parents, what about good old brother Lee? Apparently she loved him. After all, as she said on her facebook page, he was the coolest brother one could have. Why couldn’t she tell him during those 31 days?  She certainly didn’t fear him as we can see from the jailhouse tapes. Until recently, when she discovered that he had manipualted her for law enforcement, she thought he was her biggest ally.

And then there was her best friend Amy Huizinga and her other friends and the myriad of men. Why couldn’t she confide in them?

It was because she was  in the process if concocting her kidnap Zanny the Nanny story to explain what happened to Caylee and not have anyone point the finger at her allegedly doing away with Caylee. It was to work on the  story that it was someone else’s fault Caylee went missing- not hers.

There was no doubt that Casey  was in her  own world of denial and passive aggressiveness. This wasn’t the first time Casey displayed her denial and passive agressiveness. She definately displayed it when she was pregnant with Caylee and didn’t  tell her mother until she was well along in her prgnanacy. Cindy had no idea Casey was pregnant and even told her own brother Rick Plesea that Casey was a virgin, after  he confronted Cindy about Casey’s weight gain. Casey obviously does not deal with things right away and apprentlhy hopes the problem will just disappear on its own just like she did in this case with Caylee.

The longer that Caylee was  not around, the  longer Casey didn’t have to think about her parents or Caylee . The longer she could spend partying and having fun in the moment. We saw it when she partied and got” Bella Vida”  tattooed without thinking of Caylee.

After all, why should she?  In Casey’s abberant thoughts , Caylee was nothing but a huge burden to her. She didn’t even want Caylee  in the first place and allegedly thought so little of her, that  when she allegedly did away with Caylee,  she threw her  dead body into a garbage bag, just  like a piece of trash.

Her motives to do away with Caylee were strong.

  1. Caylee kept her bonded and connected to her mother Cindy whom she detested.
  2.  Caylee interfered with her social night  life.
  3.  Caylee interfered with her daily life of doing whatever she was doing when she wasn’t working.
  4. Caylee interfered with her sex life, her boyfriends and spending time with them.
  5. Caylee interfered with all the attention that was supposed to go to her.
  6. Caylee was a vehicle to be used to  hurt Cindy.
  7. Caylee was a source of competition which she resented.
  8. All the money that was spent on Caylee. her clothes and toys could have been spent on Casey.

The bottom line is that the defense will not succeed  if they present their theory of Casey’s fear of her parents to a jury. They  will  simply wonder why she didn’t get help from someone else if she was  so afraid of her parents. www.drlillianglass.com

Jury Consultant for Casey Anthony on 48 Hours Did “Focus Group” Not “Mock Trial” Which May Have Found Her Guilty Instead of Her Being Acquitted

Monday, April 18th, 2011

After observing the  48 hours piece on Casey Anthony  andc her upcomi9ng trial. I noticed that the show used a lot of early footage from a previous 48 hours which was done  before Caylee’s bones were discovered. The reason they most likely  aired it  again  in my view,  and just added a few elements like Linda Baden’s opinion and the focus group by Richard Gabriel,  was simple – ratings and sweep season.

Sweep season is the time of year when shows and networks do everything in order to garner huge ratings. If they do get the ratings during April and May, they get top advertising dollar for their show. So in my view that is why viewers saw the show again.

ISNT LINDA KENNY BADEN SUPPOSED TO REMAIN SILENT AS A FORMER ATTORNEY FOR CASEY?

As far a Linda Kenny Baden is concerned, isn’t she supposed to remain quiet as a former attorney for Casey? Aren’t  attorneys supposed to never speak about a client or their case if they are no longer representing the person? Aren’t there some ethics that they have to abide by in this regard? Personally, since she was a member of the defense team in the past, she has no business discussing the case, especially on the air.

I could understand it is she was a legal commentator and it wasn’t a case she was involved with, but to me it verges on being a bit unethical. She admitted that Casey lied and then on the next breath said there was no DNA on the duct tape and that it didn’t have Casey’s or Caylee’s DNA on it. Of course it wouldn’t have anyone’s DNA on it if it was underwater for months and months and eaten by animals and plant growth was on it.

The fact that duct tape was anywhere near Caylee says enough to me if I was a juror.  It wouldn’t matter if it had Caylee or Casey’s DNA on it. Just the fact that it was near her and that the  child was dead would make me put two and two together in  terms of what Casey did with that duct tape in relation to Caylee.

Then when Linda admitted Casey lied and was so nonchalant about it, I found it appalling. She in essence said, so what if Casey lied!  That doesn’t mean that if she lied,  she murdered Caylee. Well,  Ms. Baden, it also can mean that if she lied, she didn’t NOT murder Caylee.  Casey didn’t just lie to a boyfriend or to her parents. She lied to law enforcement which is HUGE! She send them on a wild goose chase which is HUGE!!!! A jury will hate that!

FOCUS GROUP IS NOT A MOCK TRIAL OR A REAL TRIAL

I thought that the focus group was  very misleading to viewers. It  gave the impression that a  mock trial was done and Casey was not found guilty of first degree murder. This was only a focus group . It was was NOT  a mock trial. The focus group evidently acquitted  her of first degree murder. All of  those in the  focus group  gave her involuntary manslaughter. They said it was an accident and that poor Casey was afraid to tell anyone or call her parents.

In a real trial it is essential to know who is on that jury. Who were the people on this jury? Were they  young single mothers who identified with Casey? Were there people who didn’t get along with their parents? Were there any men who may have an affinity for Casey?

JURY SELECTION

During jury selection these perspective jurors will be asked a multitude of questions before they are accepted by BOTH sides to serve on the jury. Baez and Gabriel will want to choose people who were young single moms, girls who like to party or partied hearty in the past, non educated people white single men in their 20’s,attractive young women and men, non religious people, people who have had problems with their parents  in the past and still do, people who have been sexually molested in the past, people who have not been that responsible in their lives.

The prosecution will want scientific type people, educated people who don’t have any difficulty understanding the English language, Latinos (who tend to be very family oriented), strong Black women who are no nonsense, men and women tend to be very family oriented, people with no parental issues, no sexual molestation or abuse issues, responsible people, professionals, single  mothers who work and have a job.

When you do jury selection it is not based on political correctness. Instead, it is often based on cultural  behaviors of certain sex , educational,  racial, and ethnic groups as well as behavioral manifestations. To be a great jury consultant you have to know people from all walks of life and how they most likely think.

Richard Gabriel is a  very good jury consultant as he has done it for many years and even wrote a book on the subject. That is why I am very concerned about him. He will choose the very best jury to benefit Casey, just as he chose the best focus group which acquitted Casey.

The prosecution needs to be up to par with Gilbert or even better and one step ahead of him. Unfortunately the prosecution has decided to not use a jury consultant as they want to do this on their own because of budgetary and who knows what else reason. Those in charge of the attorneys have naively stated that they want to treat the Anthony case just like they treat their other homicide cases in Central Florida and not get caught up in the media frenzy.

Personally I think they are being extremely naive. This is the case of the century besides OJ .  This case requires a LOT of special attention especially since they have Richard Gilbert on the defense team . If they get someone locally do help them out they will be doing themselves a huge disservice. They need someone equal to or savvier than Gilbert who can really read people and who can make sure that someone has not leaked into the jury box who with certain prejudices  which may be harmful to the prosecution and justice being served.

You not only need jury selection expertise who need someone in the courtroom for two months of the trial who is looking at each of the jurors and scrutinizing them when you examine and cross examine the witness to see how they are perceiving you. You need to see which juror is with you and which ones aren’t. Only an astute jury consultant can tell you what is really going on.

A JURY WILL NOT LIKE CASEY REGARDLESS OF THE EVIDENCE WHICH MAY SUPPORT HER CASE

Casey cannot control her behaviors. Her arrogance and aberrant behaviors will surface just as they surfaced every time  she appeared in the courtroom thus far.

We have all seen her up close and personal and frankly she is not likeable. They will also detest Cindy when she gets up on the stand and they will be repulsed by brother Lee. Some may find sympathy for George while others will detest him as well. When they see the jailhouse tapes of him they will see kowtowing he is towards Casey and will not respect him in the least. So Casey’s dysfunctional family which she obviously runs and controls will have a negative impact on how the jury perceives her.

A jury will like Jose in my view who may very well be her only saving grace int he trial. No matter what you think of Jose and his lack of experience  and past behavior a jury will like him more than they like anyone else on Casey’s team.As they say in Portuguese , he is less worse.  A jury will be completely turned off by Cheney Mason if he keeps touching and whispering to Casey and is accepting of her flirtations. They will wonder what is going on between the two of them.

In contrast the jury will love Linda Drane Burdick’s professionalism and demeanor and will respect Jeff Ashton’s bold and direct and no nonsense approach.

Who is on that jury is the key to what will happen to Casey Anthony. Friday Judge Belvin Perry said that he would keep the cameras on when they have jury selection. That will be awesome to see. I can’t wait to watch it.

Having just done jury selection on a capital case in Orlando, Florida last month, since I chose a jury of six plus one alternate. It may be different in Casey’s case but I don’t think so. Everything will rest on what they think and feel about Casey and what they think she did or didn’t do to Caylee.

A defendant may have all the evidence working in their favor and the best attorneys, but if the jury can’t stand you or doesn’t believe you, you can forget about it. To many jurors, fact that Casey lied to law enforcement means that she could easily lie about what she did or did not do to innocent little Caylee.

WHAT ACCIDENT????

When Cindy said that Caylee was not Casey’s  child, she belonged to all of them it spoke volumes to Then when she denied that Casey had a problem with her she was either in denial or lied .  Of course Casey had a problem with her or she wouldn’t be in the predicament she is in. Cindy told Casey that she wad going to throw her out and keep Caylee so Casey left with Caylee. The reason why Casey did whatever she did to Caylee was because of Cindy and their relationship in my view. Cindy was large and in charge and tried to take over. Casey resented it and in her sociopathic passive aggressive way eliminated Caylee from the picture.

‘I don’t buy that it was an accident as some of the focus group attendees said in the 48  Hours piece. Even if Casey gave Caylee chloroform to put her to sleep and then  put the duct tape over Caylees mouth to keep her quiet in case she woke up in the trunk where she was placed so that Casey could party this is not an accident. Even if  Casey was too drunk and accidentally placed the duct tape over Casey’s nose and mouth  instead of  just her mouth, that was not an accident in my view. Even if Caylee drowned in the pool, that was not an accident in my view. How can a child drown in a pool if a parent is there holding the child? If Casey was on her cell phone and left Caylee in the pool by herself that is not an accident. Subconsciously Casey wanted Caylee gone and out of her life and proof of that was her partying when Caylee went missing.

There is no excuse or explanation one could manufacture for that to happen. Deep down Casey resented Caylee and any “accident” was done subconsciously  on purpose in my view. I hope that the prosecution will probe into this so that no juror comes away thinking that Caylee’s death was an accident. When an accident happens there is an immediacy of dealing with it- not 31 days later. And her fear of her mother is bogus. As a jury will see from the jailhouse tapes,  Casey  ran both her father and her mother!  The only “accident” was that Casey considered Caylee a huge  accident when she became  pregnant with Caylee and lost her social freedom. Tragically,  Casey made Caylee pay for that” accident”  with her life.
