Casey Anthony’s Body Language Shows She Is Loving the Attention As She Smirks and Shows Confidence

Saturday, June 25th, 2011

With hr head bumps or as some say devil horns prominently displayed on her temples, her smirk is also prominently  displayed on her face.In the photo above we see her leaking out her smirk as she sits in the courtroom. Look at how the sides of her lips course upwards in a definite smile pattern.

You see her smirk as soon as she enters the courtroom. She is not only thrilled that she has left her cage where she has been house for the past three years. She is thrilled that she gets to hear and see some high drama that revolves around her favoritie topic- HER! There is also no doubt that she is smirking because she knows that no real harm will come to her. After all there is Juror number 4 who cannot judge people. No doubt Jose and team have convinced Casey that there is nothing to worry about.

They have also probably convinced her that there may be a mistrial and that she will have years of appeals. That is why in my view it has been so difficult for Casey to cry genuine tears in court over these past 36 days.

That is also why she an sit  there like she is watching someone else’s trial. She  appears to find the expert’s testimonies  interesting as we see her cock her hear to the side.

That is why she can continue to smile he courtroom as though she has no care in the world.

It is very disconcerting to watch Casey smile in light of the fact that a child has died on her watch.  Casey may even believe she will walk free, arm in arm with Cheney Mason. With  Juror number 4 on the panel, who doesn’t want to judge anyone, it is  highly doubtful that Casey will get the ultimate penalty. So Casey may be feeling relieved, secure, and happy, Hence the smiles.

A Disheveled and Humbled Casey After Seeing Caylee’s Skull and Skeletal Remains

Wednesday, June 15th, 2011

Casey appeared in the courtroom on Day 28 acting  much more humbled. She was more serious than we have ever seen her.

Her hair appeared more disheveled as she wore it in a bun. There was  also much less grooming type behavior than we have seen previously.Perhaps she is  much more concerned with her fate than with her looks.

She also appears to be  experiencing a lot more tension in her body language as we can see int he photo above. In fact, look at the protruding  muscle tension in her lower jaw. There is also tension around her neck area.

There is  still a smile for Cheney and the happy greeting. But it doesn’t last a long as it lasted in her previous greeting towards  him or with Jose Baez.

Reality has set in and Casey appears sobered about the possibilities of what may really happen to her. In her  distorted thoughts there is no doubt that she felt she would be believed and that it would be easy to dismiss the prosecution’s claims.  I am sure that she heard Cheney’s words resonating in her head that they would walk out of the courtroom arm in arm.

But all that changed when she saw the jaw dropping photos and heard her mother turn on her. I doubt Casey  expected to see the gruesome reality of her actions. I doubt she expected to see a the skeleton of what was once Caylee. I doubt she expected to see the horrific looking skull with hair strands across the sockets and Caylee’s molar’s still attached to the skull, or see photos of Caylee’s little bones which were gnawed by animals.

No doubt she had the weekend to digest these photos. This is what I believe caused the change on her demeanor.

It will be interesting to see if she peps up and changes her demeanor and once again shows her cockiness  when the defense begins presents it’s case. www.drlillianglass.com

Cindy Anthony Doesn’t Give Hand Signals To Casey Encouraging Her To Cry

Sunday, June 12th, 2011

Several people have sent me a video clip of Cindy in the courtroom and have questioned whether she was giving signals to Casey to cry. The answer is a resounding NO!  Granted it is odd-looking behavior. But when you consider the fact that Cindy is spending all of her time in the courtroom with her reading glasses on and writing madly to capture her thoughts and impressions for her upcoming book, her behavior makes a lot of sense.

Also she is very far from Casey’s line of  vision. The last thing Casey is doing in that courtroom is turning around to look at Cindy.Ms. Simms  would put a quick stop to that. If Ms. Simms wasn’t there, one of her other minders would not allow it. Casey is rarely left alone at the table.

The way Cindy treated Casey when Cindy testified  by not  looking at Casey and also ignoring her  when she left the stand spoke volumes. Casey had a major meltdown because of it and can never forgive her mother for her lack of support,  and in essence turning on her. Casey would never look at her  mother at this point.

Here Cindy looks ahead with her reading glasses on the bridge of her nose,  where they have been most of the day. Cindy is not pleased as she looks at the attorneys during their sidebar. Her hand is clenched in a fist like position. This  indicates anger and anxiousness.

Cindy cranes her neck to see what is going on in front of the courtroom . She is craning her neck because she isn’t seeing well with those reading glasses which do not give a good view for seeing in the distance.

Therefore she takes off her glasses and scratches her nose.  No doubt after wearing those glasses all day, there has been a lack of blood  flow. So  her nose may itch. She scratches it all the way up to  the top of her nose.

Then she uses the ends of her glasses to poke under one of her eyes and  then under  the other eye. I believe she is using the ends of the glasses to scratch herself because her eyes are also  itchy and tired from wearing those glasses.

It is clearly not  a signal to Casey to get her to cry. Casey has Ms. Simms to tell her when to cry and when to show emotion on cue. She doesn’t need that advice from Cindy. Nor would Casey  listen to Cindy. She never has listened to Cindy before and she would never start listening to her mother now.

Also Cindy is so livid that Casey and Team Jose Baez accused  Lee and George of sexually molesting her, that she would never do anything to help Casey at this point.

Perhaps she may soften during the penalty phase and plead for Casey’ life. But at this point,  I see Cindy still as hard as nails. Just because she broke down on the stand when she saw Caylee’s bedroom doesn’t mean she’s  all warm and fuzzy and kind and sweet and forgiving to Casey.

So the bottom line is NO!  There is no signaling and no helping Casey. The only ones who are  helping Casey at this point are Jose Baez, Cheney Mason, and Ms. Simms and some of her male fans who put money into her jailhouse account.  www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony Craves Jose Baez’s Attention As He Ignores Her

Sunday, June 12th, 2011

When Casey first saw Jose Baez as she walked into court on Day 27, she lights up. She has a genuine smile with raised cheeks and horizontal lip action. The fact that her mouth is not  open and her lips are together means that she is trying to contain her joy. Jose has a cordial smile. His cheeks aren’t raised and his lips are also closed which means he is pleased to see her but not overjoyed as we have seen earlier in pre-trial  hearings.

He  keeps his physical distance from Casey and his hand is cupped at the knuckles. This indicates that he is feeling ambivalent and anxious.

Then Cheney Mason comes over and steps behind her. She is all smiles. However, she does not smile back at Masson. Instead, she continues to look at Jose Baez, who is busily at work on his computer and ignores Casey. Casey even leans in towards Baez. Then Mason gives her a quick pat on the back as he walks away and heads towards his seat.

When Cheney leaves, she speaks to Jose and he ignores her.He is busy  working and trying every which way to save her life. She ignores the fact that he has no time to speak to her now. Like a child who demands attention, she leans down on the table and looks up in a further  attempt to gain Jose’s attention.

She realizes that her feminine and cutesy ways aren’t working with Jose and she feels embarrassed. She looks down and has a sheepish tight smile  which  is consistent with feeling embarrassment or shame. Her shoulders are rounded, which   indicates submission and defeat that  she was  not able to get Jose to do  what she wanted him to do at the instant she  wanted him to do it.

Casey is clearly embarrassed and defeated as we see by her rounded shoulders and her looking down. She has distanced herself from Jose and has  literally given him the cold shoulder as she raised her shoulder in his direction. She has also turned her body away from his.

This little interaction speaks to what is really going on in Casey’s mind during this trial and what is important to her- attention and control. Instead of being concerned that her life is on the line, she is more concerned whether Jose likes her or pays attention to her.We can see how Casey has used her flirty act and looked up at some man  and batted her mascara laden eyes to get her way.

Her body language  behavior when she enters the courtroom is disturbing to me. She shows a  different side when the jurors are in the room . She will  fake cry on cue when  her new mother  figure attorney Ms. Simms coaches her to do it.  Ms. Simms was hired on to question the medical experts.  She is supposed to be outstanding at this. But she is now a high paid baby sister for Casey.

Casey will use a folded non wet  Kleenex and wipe a non wet spot under her eye oe cheek. She will breathe heavily through her mouth and widen her nasal alae muscles on the side of  her nose which then  gives it a red appearance. It gets red because pulling stretching  the alae causes more blood flow.  Hence,  the red appearance.

The times she does genuinely cry appear to be for herself and not for Casey. I do believe seeing the animated version of what Caylee looked like  with and without duct tape on her skull was shocking to Casey and her emotion was genuine. Like most sociopaths, she didn’t bother to think of think of the consequences of her actions of leaving a body in a bag.

Other times she co the cocks her head to the side and looks angry. She is  not angry at testimony given about her personally. Instead, she exhibits a cocked head and angry face when experts are trying to explain factual data of what they discovered at the crime scene.

They are poking holes in her defense and she is angry about it. She is angry that she got caught and that the body was found. After all she thought she was smarter than everyone else. Now she is coming to find out that there are some very very smart people out there who will prove what she did to Caylee.

In it’s 27th day, this trial is getting more and more upsetting by the day. As I watch her body language and observe her so carefully, I  see a bona fide sociopath, who is both  sickening and frightening . www.drlillianglass.com

Seeing a Distraught Cindy Anthony Elicits Sadistic Pleasure For Casey

Thursday, June 2nd, 2011

There was nothing more heart wrenching than seeing Cindy Anthony’s agony as she heard the 911 audiotape in the courtroom.

What was  even more shocking was Casey’s reaction to her distraught mother. She looked curiously at her mother with sadistic pleasure at her mother’s pain. The curiosity  can be seen by Casey’s cocked head to the side.  There was no empathy and no facial reaction. It was  a detached look  as though a stranger was observing at another stranger in a bad car accident.

She even tries to mimic Cindy’s emotion but can’t seem to get it right. She furrows her forehead but the rest of her face hasn’t quite caught up with the emotion. If you cover Casey’s forehead and look at the rest of her face, you see the incongruity. It is as though she cannot synch up the right facial expression with the corresponding and proper emotion.

As Cindy cried  on the stand, Casey  gave  mixed looks of  curiosity , anger, and annoyance as we can see above.

As her mother is genuinely  distraught, Casey tries to mirror her mother’s emotion but fails miserably.

Casey attempts to  cry as well . But there is no facial expression to indicates sadness . She merely wipes nothing under her eye. Actually, she sticks her thumb under her eye. There is no liquid and no tears. This convinces me that Casey is not capable of genuine empathy.

As Cindy buries her head in her hands,  Casey looks on with an odd curiosity.

She appears to enjoy the pain she sees her mother experiencing. We see her cold icy stare as she studies her mother on the monitor located  in front of her.

Cindy leans away, looks down. and holds her hand over her mouth to hold back her emotions as she hears how rude and nasty Casey was when she spoke to her friend Christina and urged her to give Tony’s number.

Cindy and the jury heard how  rudely Casey  spoke to Cindy and how nasty she was to Lee and to  friend Christina. Even though she called her friend many terms of endearment, Casey’s  tone was anything but endearing. Instead, it was monotone, cold, and agitated when she didn’t get what she wanted. There was no sympathy at all when it came to any discussion of Caylee.

In light of what Casey is accused - killing Caylee, this particular tape will be one of the most damning pieces of evidence in my view.  Her voice on the tape along with her words show a cold, calculating, selfish, manipulative, heartless creäture. It shows how ugly she spoke to her mother and how disrespetful she was to Cindy. This will not endear her to any jury member.

Hearing those tapes int he courtroom shook Cindy to the bone. Not only did she have to relive her own pain and panic in  listening the 911 tape,  but listening to Casey’s  jailhouse tape gave her new insight into her daughter. As Christina cried about Caylee and showed emotion, Cindy  heard the opposite when Casey spoke. She heard a  cold and heartless person who cared more about boyfriend Tony’s phone number  than she did about her missing child.

Cindy was so distraught that she had to be assisted off the stand by her attorney Mr. Lippman. She fell into George’s arms for comfort  when she reached the back of the courtroom where George was waiting.

What happened next was unbelievable. Casey’s entire team of lawyers huddled around her and essentially told her to show emotion. The reason I am convinced of this is because a stone faced Casey immediately put her finger up to her eye to wipe a non tear as she  she put a Kleenex up to her nose. In essence, her team was coaching her to cry.

Jose Baez was beside himself. We see him looking up to the heavens as though he is saying some sort of prayer like “God, help me!” Or  perhaps he is having  the following conversation: “Why me? Why do I have to defend this sociopath who has no feelings and doesn’t even know how to cry?  I tried to help spare her life but it is  clearly not working. She’s a dead woman walking! It’s all in your hands now.”

Even Casey’s staunch supporter who said publicly how he likes Casey and how intelligent she is, appears to be taken aback by Casey’s response,  or shall I say, non response when Cindy was on the stand. He distances himself from Casey physically as you can see in the photo. Not  only does he sit away from her, he leans away from her.  With his cocked head to the side, he looks at her as  though as she was some type of odd  zoo animal. Cheney has finally seen his client in action and appears shocked by what he has observed.

And poor substitute momma/ babysitter  Ms. Simms has the lovely job of trying to humanize this robotic sociopath.  While she has her arm over Casey’s shoulder in an attempt  to comfort her,  the reality is that Ms. Simms hates the position into which she has been thrust. Look at Ms. Simm’s   angry clenched fist. It says it all!  www.drlillianglass.com

Stoic Body Language and Bundling Up Say Casey Anthony Is Nervous on Day 7

Sunday, May 22nd, 2011

In one week Casey Anthony   has gone from  crying, giggling. laughing, and  flirting to being very stoic in her demeanor. Perhaps it is the bombardment of Jeff  Ashton,  Judge Perry, and  Ann Finnell’s taking about her possible death sentence that has sobered her up. Perhaps it is hearing so many of the jurors saying that they thought she was “guilty” that made her stop her aberrant courtroom  behavior.

There is no doubt that this jury selection process has had a tremendous effect on Casey,  not only emotionally, but physically as well.

We constantly see her literally gasping for air as she takes in a huge gulp of air and visibly  heaves her chest as she exhales. Hearing all of the talk of death makes her want to subconsciously hang on to the breath of  life and that is why she is breathing so heavily.

She is somber and there are bags of worry under her eyes. The reason Casey was so happy go lucky in the past was because Jose Baez kept pumping her up and Cheney Mason assured her and everyone else that he would walk out of the courtroom with her arm in arm. She felt bolstered up by the two of them as she sat between them playing touchy feely with Mason and flirting with Baez.

Now they sit away from her and leave her in the middle fo two female attorneys who don’t seem to pay much attention to her as we have seen  over these past few days. The only time Ms. Simms paid her any mind was when she tried to calm Casey down during the  anxiety attack where Casey  had to be escorted away by two marshalls.

Her wiping the spittle from the corners of her mouth also indicates that she is nervous . There is no doubt that hearing all of this death talk as it pertains to her, has given her a case of “cotton mouth.” So  the saliva has dried on the corners of her mouth which she attempts to wipe away.

Casey has  also shown that she is nervous, as her body temperature appears to be dropping. She is getting cold. Casey’s suddenly  getting  cold  may be indicative of  her autonomic system taking over. We have seen people who are nervous,  start to shake uncontrollably. Their body suddenly gets cold. The shaking is nature’s way of helping them get warm and regulate their body temperature.

Casey wraps herself up  in her white Menendez- type soft sweater to ward off the chill she is feeling. We have never seen Casey this covered up before. Getting all cuddled up in her sweater is  a self soothing device for her, much like it is for a baby who needs their blanky to calm them down.

As she bundles up, we also see her raised shoulders which are indicative of tension and a reflection of her feeling cold. When people get cold, they often raise their shoulders in an automatic  attempt to  physically protect themselves from the cold.

Here we see her wrapping her hands up with the bottom of her sleeve in a further attempt to keep warm.

Now it is more extreme as she completely covers her hands with her sleeve while still managing to rest her fist on her chin. The fist- like gesture also indicates anger on her part. No doubt she is angry at having to listen to people say negative things about her and how they thought she was guilty. Her glaring stare is also indicative of her anger towards what she hears.

Casey also appeared to have a shiny nose and what looked like perspiration above her upper lip. That may also reflect her nervousness. Very often she had a flushed appearance which was also an indication of her nervousness as there was increased blood flow  as she listened to what the jurors has to say about her.

While she may appear stoic on the outside, there is a lot of turmoil going on with her on her inside, as we can see from the above photos.

I have always believed Casey should be wearing a black suit  in the courtroom for a number of reasons. For one, it shows respect and  an impression of  maturity  that the defense team wants to get across in sparing her life.

The defense team  has essentially said that  her young age was a mitigating factor.  If she keeps wearing  those baby pastel  colors and cuddly sweaters it will be hard for the jury to not keeping thinking of Casey as that young girl who killed her baby and not someone who has since  matured. www.drlillianglass.com

Body Language of A More Contained Casey Anthony As She Leaks Significant Information, Especially Around New Defense Team Member

Saturday, May 14th, 2011

There has been a  major  change in Casey’s courtroom demeanor from Day 1, to Day 2 to Day 3 to Day 4 to now  Day 5.  While she is less frigidity she still leaks out some significant body language cues,. Here she is with apparent “cotton mouth” as she licks her lips and purses them,  indicating nervousness right before jury selection begins on Day 5.

Here we see her touching her throat area which indicates that she is feeling vulnerable.

She holds on to this are which is one  of the most vulnerable areas of the body for a significant length of time as she looks at  the newest member of the team Rosalie Bolin. The fact that she is pressing hard on this area which controls her breathing and airstream is also significant in my view. It is especially  relevant in light of the fact that she is accused of snuffing out little Caylee’s airstream and respiratory  life line.

Here we see Casey with a very happy and genuine full- on toothy  smile. We don’t usually see her with such a broad smile and happy face.

The fact that her fingers are intertwined and clasped together shows she is trying her best to contain herself.   This incongruent body language indicates that she has most likely been told how to act (more contained) . Even so, she can’t help leaking out her real emotions.

lsoThe bottom line is that no matter how coached Casey is to sit still , she  always leak out significant body language tells because  THE BODY DOESN’T LIE! If she gets on the stand,  we will also discover  that her VOICE  AND SPEECH PATTERNS WILL NOT LIE either.

When people hear what you have to say and listen to the tone of your voice, there are such significant tells that people pick up which show that you are lying. So if Casey takes the stand she cannot  help but leak out these signals to a juror.

I belive her team knows this and that is why they may not want her on the stand. If she is grilled by the prosecution there may be all kinds of speech, vocal and body  language slip ups on Casey’s part.

While  she may be coached to sit still  making  jurors  less distracted by her ,  over a two month period, seeing her on a daily basis, jurors  will be paying  very close attention to her. As a result they wull scrutinize her every move as they continue to  form their opinions of her.

It is interesting to note that Casey has been in  much better spirits since her  mitigator Ms. Bolin has arrived on the scene.  She is chatty and smiley and happy.

Even though  Ms. Bolin’s personal life has raised eyebrows with her having left her attorney husband and children, only to be married to a man on death row who is  a convicted serial killer, Ms. Bolin project does  manage to project  a warmth and friendliness towards Casey.

This warmth  is  complete with  physcial touches,  pats, and back holding,  for which Casey no dount  hungers.  After being deprived of human contact for so many years, Casey thrives on the warm touch of another person. Ms. Bolin is now  there to fill this role.

When Baez and Mason kept touching her it gave mixed signals and  the impression of flirtation  which could even be misconstrued as  sexual harassment. But now that motherly looking  and acting Ms. Bolin is on the scene to provide touches and caresses towards Casey, it gives an entirely different impression

As the jury sees Casey’s and Ms. Bolin’s warm and friendly interaction, it may reflect a sharp contrast of Casey’s relationship with her own  mother Cindy, whom Casey and her team will portray as “abusive”.

The bottom line is that  Casey’s  change in body language indicates  that she is extremely happy about the new addition to her team . www.drlillianglass.com

Jose Baez Corrects Mainstream News Reports, Concerned About Body Language, As Casey Seems Focused in Court

Friday, May 13th, 2011

JOSE BAEZ SAYS HE  DID NOT TELL CASEY TO STOP ACTING LIKE A TWO YEAR OLD

On day four of jury selection, Jose Baez got up in court today and said that he did not tell Casey to stop acting like a two year old which was previously  reported throughout the mainstream  the press. If that is the case I accept that and feel that he is owed an  apology as mainstream media reported this as a fact.

JOSE BAEZ BODY LANGUAGE CONCERNS

Jose was also  mentioned that he was concerned about body language experts and  body language analysis.  No doubt he must have read my analysis and viewed my interview on Orlando’s Wesh 2

http://www.wesh.com/casey-anthony-extended-coverage/27875055/detail.html

Whether he likes it or not he must realize is that the jury will be looking at every single body language nuance when it comes to him, Mason, and Casey. His every move is under the public microscope whether he likes it or not Casey will be under the microscope and he needs to make sure she presents herself in a way that gives her an equal  advantage. That means he needs to stop her grooming and fidgeting  and crying and flirting, laughing, giggling,  and touching and carrying.

It also means in my view they will be looking at his interaction with Casey and at Cheney Mason’s interaction with Casey and ter and  the rest of the attorneys interaction with Casey. They will notice laughing and  playfulness, touching and even perceived  flirtations .

The body doesn’t lie! People do form opinions by what they see and what they think they see. Whether they are  accurate or not, people make assumptions based on how others come across body language  wise and communication wise.

CASEY APPEARED MORE FOCUSED AND IN CONTROL

Today Casey appeared to be in a better mood. Her hands seemed to be working  much better than they were on Day 3. In fact they appeared to be working rather well and she used her hands in an animated fashion while speaking to a woman in red outfit and when she was writing.  She was all smiles. It seemed that she and Jose were also  in much better spirits with one another as well. So any  negative looking  issues which may have appeared to be between them appear  to have been resolved.

WAS CASEY COACHED  BODY LANGUAGE WISE ?

Casey was less fidgety and didn’t groom herself as much. So someone  must have finally set her straight. She looks much better when she sit  up, focuses and pays attention without the extraneous body  movements.

This is a drastic change in what we have been seeing of Casey during the past few days  It will be interesting if Casey can keep this up. If so, she has a much better chance of being perceived more positively and thus get a better chance at having a fair trial. www.drlillianglass.com

Is Casey Anthony’s Body Language Manipulative As She Claims Illness or Has Reality of Her Situation Set In ?

Friday, May 13th, 2011

 May 12, 2011 – 39 Responses

Besides her alleged non- tearing crying behavior,  which appeared to me to manipulative and will not work in her favor with regard to the jury pool, Casey has now drawn even more  attention to herself by claiming illness.

Yesterday she was lead away by deputies after she was seen showing one of her female attorneys, Ms. Simms, what was wrong with her hands.

Casey kept opening and closing her hands and  looking at them.  Ms. Simms appeared to be very concerned as she leaned over to Casey and tried to give her some helpful hints and comfort her as we can see in the photo above.

Her illness  even garnered her some additional physical contact with another attorney in Baez’s office Ms. Ruiz  as  she placed her hand on Casey’s shoulder to comfort her.

This is obviously the only physical contact Casey received throughout the day. She certainly did not receive any of her usual touches from Baez or Mason as she has received in the past.

Not only were Baez and Mason focused on the very important jury selection process, there appeared to be  some  tension between Casey and Baez in my view. Baez appered very disturbed about her crying in front of the jury pool and allegedly according to the press  told her to not act like a two year old .

The withdrawal of  his affections may have possibly affected her greatly and added to her anxiety levels. Casey has never before seen Jose so serious faced towards her and so unresponsive. This may  no doubt be  upsetting her internally and having an affect on her motionally and physically.

Previously we have seen Cheney Mason continuously touch her and place his hand on her back and give her lots of attention. There has been  a lot of  back and forth whispering going on as he addressed her every question and concern. But in the jury selection process he has been ignoring her. He is preoccupied and completely focused on picking the right jurors for her trial.

There is no doubt that she misses the physical attention from her two male lawyers. Thus, she may have acted out in hopes that they would come to her rescue and comfort her with a physical touch. Instead, they essentially  ignored her.

The only physical touch she received was when the two officers gave her physical  assistance to lead her into the back room.

We can see in the above  photo that Casey does look a bit pale and she is blowing out large puffs of air as she exhales through her mouth. She does this in order to oxygenate herself.

The furrowed forehead leads me to believe that Casey may very well be in some sort of physical discomfort. But that physical discomfort may have been brought about by the emotional discomfort she is feeling because of her alienation of  attention from Baez and the lack of focus on her by Mason.

While Casey may very well  have been crying out for attention, I believe that she may have also been having a genuine anxiety attack.  With Baez and Mason focused on other things, there is no longer anyone  there to coddle her emotionally. From Casey’s perspective , it may have been a huge mistake  to turn away the only person who has continually shown her emotional support her own mother.

After rejecting her mother’s Mother Day visit, the one person who could now  help her cope with her high  anxiety levels. It is very possible that we may be seeing more of this physial manifetion of her emotional  state as she has no one to turn to for attention and support.  We may be seeing more and more of  her  physical manifestations brought about by her emotional state. There may very well be continued  numbness in her hands and trouble breathing. She may very well feel light-headed and dizzy with a rapid heart beat  with  sharp pains in her heart as her levels of anxiety skyrocket throughout the trial.  www.drlillianglass.com

Fake Tears While Casey Anthony Hears Charges Against Herself Once Again As She Fails To Look At Potential Jurors

Friday, May 13th, 2011

Casey looked a lot better today as she entered room , appearing more refreshed. This indicates that she must have had a shower and more sleep. pont She also spend mort time grooming her hair coiffed into a split ponytail with hair around her face.

Once again she was  not seated between  Jose Baez and  Cheney Mason .  Instead  she was  situated between Ms. Finnell and Baez’ attorney Ruiz with whom Casey has developed good rapport.

While it was reported in the press that that Casey was crying, Casey was  clearly NOT crying real tears! They were not genuine tears.  Instead,  they were her usual manipulative fake non liquid tears we have consistently seen her use for manipulation . The reason I say that they are fake is because there is no liquid coming out of her eyes and that people do not cry one eye at a time.

Yes her nose was red but anyone’s nose would be red if someone wiped it consistently. As the first few charges were read,  Casey does not put her Kleenex up to  her face. She does breathe heavily as she pushes out a burst of air through her mouth. She also shakes her head “No” as the beginning charge is read.

Ms. Ruiz is disturbed about Casey’s alleged crying behavior as she writes frantically on her notepad with her red pen. Casey finally reads the note and stops her fake crying as she continues to look down, away from the jury pool.

Jose Baez gets wind of what Casey is doing as well. He turns over to look at  her and he is clearly annoyed about it.

What Casey does not realize is that she has already began digging her own grave with her negative first impression. She has made all the jurors feel  uncomfortable. They feel uncomfortable enough just being in a courtroom and now seeing Casey look like she is boo hooing it makes them feel even more uncomfortable, therebty adding to their stress levels.

What is even worse is that  by her behavior of not having any eye contact with the jury pool as the charges were read, Casey has essentially told potential jurors  she is” guilty” by not looking at them. www.drlillianglass.com
