Casey Anthony Fakes Tears Until Animals Gnawing On Caylee’s Bones Were Mentioned

Casey Anthony continued to  bow her head as the doctor on the stand discussed the skull. Casey has a folded Kleenex positioned under her nose which she refused to move.It is so contrived that it is comical to look at.

When the Anthropologist Dr. Schultz arrived on the stand, Casey looked on with objective interest as you can see in the photo above.

It is interesting to note that seeing the skull has no doubt taken it’s toll on Casey Anthony. She looks more gaunt  after she had her anxiety attack yesterday. Most likely she did not feel like eating dinner after seeing photos of the frightening looking skull.

As soon as photos were shown of the skull , Casey immediately tuned away and placed her folded hankie under the nose.

According to  reporter Kathi Bellich the photos of the skull are gruesome. Strands of hair drape across eye sockets. Teeth missing except  for the molars (back teeth) .  The hair matted. Duct tape layered across face. Apparently, Casey had initially stared at the photos and showed no reaction.

As Casey continued to fake cry with her dry Kleenex, Attorney Simms on her team who is known to cross examining experts has now been related to the official role of surrogate mother and comforter  and emotion coach to Casey. As soon as an emotional reaction should occur, she puts her arm around Casey. Casey  then immediately puts a tissue up tp her face.

The jury HAS to see this as  phony and insulting behavior.  Casey does  leak out expressions of upset  and anger periodically. No doubt she is upset that she is being forced to listen to testimony about  Caylee’s skull and bones.

Suddenly the anthropologist mentions that the animals gnawed on Caylee’s bones.  For the first time, we see Casey break down for real. She is beside herself  and the veins in her neck pop out. She turns red and is flushed. Suddenly the Kleenex is crinkled.

This is no doubt the very first time that Casey Anthony has had to see the consequences of her actions. She now saw the consequences of putting duct tape over the child’s  nose mouth and throwing her dead body in the woods.  For the first time ever, she saw and heard the consequences of what happens when a body is thrown away-animals ea tit and gnaw on the bones.

I believe that those horrific words and that visual of seeing what animals did to Caylee’s remains will haunt her for the rest of her life. There is no one to soothe her when these images begin to surface in the middle of the night. Ms. Simms won’t be there and neither will her parents or Lee. Casey will be left all alone to deal with the consequences of her actions, which   may be  her worse torture yet. www.drlillianglass.com

Credible Yet Nervous and Scratching Lee Anthony Ignores Sister Casey

Gone are the “I love you’s” for CMA. Gone are the bright smiles towards Casey. When Lee took the stand, Casey smiled but brother Lee ignored her.  How could he look at someone who literally ruined his life forever? How does he prove that he didn’t molest his sister? He will have to carry that burden for the rest of his life.

We have seen from Lee’s depo tape and from his pre trial behavior that he inappropriately  laughs a lot when he is nervous or uncomfortable. That is why it is important to do a baseline analysis before you read a person’s body language to find out their particular body language quirks.

When Lee said that he came over to his mother’s house because she asked him to  and then laughed as he said it, it was a passive aggressive way of saying “you do what Cindy says.” It was also odd that Cindy did not tell him that Casey was  not saying where Caylee was .It showed that the communication between mother and son isn’t that great.

While Lee only laughed a handful of times out of nervousness, he certainly scratched himself a lot while he was on the stand.

  He scratched his neck.

He scratched his right cheek.

He scratched the side of his nose.

He scratched his lower jaw.

He scratched the top of his head.

And he scratched the left side of his head.

When someone has a case of the itchy scratchies it usually means they are experiencing anxiety or nervousness. The autonomic nervous system causes more blood flow so there is often an accompanying itching sensation. Depending on the context of what is asked or said, it can also reflect deception. But in Lee’s case it appeared to be a signal of nervousness.

The bottom line was that Lee sounded credible and forthright when he spoke and has clearly broken his bond with his sister and will no longer protect her.

POLICE TESTIMONY SPOKE VOLUMES ABOUT GEORGE

Perhaps the most powerful aspect of today;s testimony in my view came from the police officers who came to the Anthony home as a result of Cindy calling 911. Cindy said it smelled like  there was a dead body in the car and that is why the police showed up in the first place. Even though the lead officer smelled a  strong foul odor from the open trunk, he did not order  the CSI Unit to do an investigation on the car. Surely a senior officer would know how a dead body smelled. Did he slip up and make an error?

The other interesting thing was hearing both officers describe Cindy’s , George’s, and Casey’s demeanor. Cindy was understandably wild and angry and upset while both George and Casey were cool, calm and collected.

According to Lee, George didn’t even come into the room when Cindy and Lee were trying to get information out of Casey. He was distant and detached. That seems odd to me. It makes me wonder if he knew something. Did he know Casey was dead all along?

Here is a man who has proclaimed that Caylee was the love of his life and  even had a tattoo put on his chest to honor her.  How is it that he had not seen his grand daughter in 31 days,  and now retreats? Apparently he had never been away from Caylee for a day and now she is gone 31 days and he doesn’t put in his two cents and ask one question of his daughter or insist on knowing Caylee’s whereabouts ?

Something doesn’t make sense to me here. I don’t buy it that he retreated because Cindy was loud and emotional and Lee was there . Why was he so uninvolved? Could this information about George’s uninvolved  behavior create reasonable doubt with some of the jurors?  Will they wonder if Jose Baez’ theory  is true- that  George knew about the drowning of Caylee?  After all, this is an ex policeman. You would think that he would at least ask a question of his own daughter. Was he intimidated by his daughter? Did she have something over him like a sexual molestation secret? Will any of the jurors wonder about that? If I was on the jury I would be upset by Georges uninvolvement  and lack of communication and  his   not trying to get to the bottom of Casey’s story.

The more a jury hears  about everyone’s demeanor and body language, the easier it will be to reach a proper conclusion as to what really happened to Caylee. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Ex Beau Ricardo Morales Slept In Same Bed With Casey and Caylee

Ex Boyfriend Ricardo Morles’  body language where he consistently leaned back in the chair and spoke in a  monotone delivery and gave  curt,  staccato,abrupt answers indicated that he clearly  did not want to be there.  Thus far, his testimony appeared to be  one of the most shocking testimonies thus far. It may be jaw dropping to any juror to hear  his description of  his  sleeping arrangements with Casey and Caylee. Apparently Casey slept next to him with Caylee in the bed as well.

Sleeping on the same bed your new boyfriend and your  little girl  shows that Casey had absolutely no boundaries. Casey  could have made Caylee a  small makeshift bed on the floor with pillows and sheets nearby. She did not need to put the toddler in the bed next to her and her new beau.

Hearing this speaks to Casey’s  motive in getting rid of Caylee. Caylee was clearly a burden to her sex life. While Ricardo Morales was open to including Caylee  in the bedroom, her subsequent beau, Tony Lazarus would have none of it.

In fact he was not too keen on having Caylee around. When he was on the stand his body language clearly revealed to me the discomfort when Caylee was there. At first he was being personable and allowing Caylee to swim in the pool with them. But I am sure he drew  is the line at Caylee being in their bed and doing a sleepover. That is why Casey never spent the night with him in the initial stages of their courtship. She began spending the night when Caylee was no longer around.

The visual of a little  girl in the same bed as a young twenty something man is beyond disturbing. Morales  did manage to  make it clear that Caylee was never next to him and was only next to Casey.

If Casey was busy cuddling up to her new man or having sex with her new man there is no doubt that Casey wasn’t paying that much attention to Caylee.  If they were engaged in the sexual act and they were coupled together, Morales would indeed be next to Caylee. He would be way too close for comfort. The fact that she may have  had a child  see her   engaged in a sex act or hear any strange sounds from her mother and a strange man may have upset or frightened Caylle.

What if she wet the bed? What if she needed to have a drink in the middle of  the  night? This does not create an ambiance for a good sex life with a boyfriend , let alone a new one.

Another thing that Morales said that raised eyebrows was  that he was aware of the date a photo was taken because of the bruise under Caylee’s  eye.  Did Caylee fall down or hit herself in a non- baby proofed home where young men and women lived? Was Caylee punched or slapped?

After hearing Morales on the stand, the bottom line, jurors may have a hard time believing the defense’s argument  that Casey was a good mother. www.drlillianglass.com

Netanyahu and Obama’s Body Language Show Mutual Disdain For One Another

After looking at the body language of  President  Obama and  Israeli Prime Minister  Benjamin Netanyahu,  it is safe to say that there is no love lost between them as they show signals of mutual disdain for one another.  We usually see world  leaders act more diplomatically and  hide their true inner feelings when they appear in public. But this is not the case with the American and Israeli leader.  

The expression” if looks could kill ”certainly applies to the above photo.  Obama’s  veins are literally popping out of his forehead in anger as he gives Netanyahu a steely gaze with furrowed brow.  Obama also has his hand on his lower jaw. He  contorts his lip in a snarl, much like an animal does when they are angry and ready to attack.  This facial expression  is an expression of intesnse disdain towards another person. 

The visible  persperation and shiny skin  quality to  both the President and Prime Minister’s  forehead and midface  also  reveal the intense negative emotion they must both be experiencing.

In the above photo you can see the shiny persperation on Netanyahu’s forehead indicating the emotional toll this is taking as he hears President Obama speak. The fact that Netanyahu’s head is cocked to the side indicates that he is in doubt of what Obama is saying and doesn’t agree with him or believe him. The slight jutting forwrd to Netanyahu’s lower jaw indicates that he is angry.

Obama’s curved fingers as she expresses his thoughts signify anger. His lowered  eyelids continue to  reflect  his anger when he speaks as well.

When it is  Netanyahu’s turn to speak we see that his open handed gesture and wide eyed look  indicate that he is being open and communicative. Obama on the other hand is not receptive to what he has to say as he hold on to his lower jaw in anger . You can see the degree of  Obama’s anger as you observe the indentation in the skin made by Obama’s pointer finger.  He also  literally gives Netanyahu the “cold shoulder”  as the shoulder is sharply  pointed in Netanyahu’s direction.

Obama’s finger point is an extremely hostile gesture.  His cupped and shows  continued anger as does his steely eyed gaze. You can also see evidence of Obama;s outward anger as you can observe his vein and muscles s popping out on the side of his neck. Their heads are mirrored towards one another, indicating that they are literally going “head to head.”

Netamyahu returns the steely glance but tries his best to contain himself  by holding on to his hands. But his anger leaks out as he subconsciously points his pointer  finger towards Obama as if to mirror Obama’s admonition.

This photo reveals the most awkward handshake two leaders have ever given one another. It is an angry  handshake which indicates that neither side will budge. Ther is a stiffness of the hands and fingers and the upward thumbs indicates that they are both vying for power.

 Neither one wants the other’s  thumb on top, which is an indication of power. Netanyahu’s curved fingers and extended pointer finger on his other hand indicates how he really feels about having to shake Obama’s hand. He is angry and  cannot stand to do  it.

The same holds true for Obama who stares down at his hands in anger and hostility. Both have tight jaws and forced smiles with lots of tension in the jaw region which screams of anger towards one another.

This photo says a lot about posturing as they attempt to gain their composure. They both are seen grooming themselves, straightening up their pants and pulling up their belts and buttoning jackets, This  is often a signal of  discomfort.  They have so much animosity towards one another that they cannot even look at one another. When people look in opposite directions it usually means that they are not like minded. This is definately the case here. these two are clealy not like minded.

They can’t seem to get further away from one another as they are turned away from one another . Netanyahu even turns away his head in disgust and gives Obama the cold shoulder  as Obama tries to contain himself by clasping his hands together. However  Obama’s  rage leaks out through his extended   thumbs. Obama’s feelings are clealry mirrored in his his tight lipped sneer as he gazes downwards.

Body language wise these photos are extremly disturbing. They show the intense hostility each one of these world leaders  feels towards the other on a very personal level.  This will make any discussion  between them extremely painful  and  most likely  fruitless. Casey Does Not Shed Tears As Reported By Press Ans Wears Black For First Time In Court

The defense team finally dressed Casey in black. Now  in my view,  the jury won’t be distracted by her manipulative outfits in baby colors to give the illusion of innocence. Black  says she is in mourning( even though it is not for Casey but for herself) and says she is taking this  seriously and is no  longer the little party girl. But they missed the fact she needs black pants not gray. Gray is a horrible color for someone to wear who is  on trial for their life. It is drab and depressing. So her teams  needs to go get her black pants to go with the black top .

She also needs to lose the swishy butt swager when she walks into of  and out the courtroom especially if she wants to rid herself of the part  girl image.

Also she needs to loose the Snooki do.  Snooki do says party girl and subconsciously that will be picked up with her hair do in my view so she needs to stop with the  hair teasing in front.. She needs to stick to one hairstyle and leave it at that. When a jury sees her changing up her do they won’t like it and think she is being too self absorbed with her appearance.

As soon as the proceeding began for jury selection on Day 9, Judge Perry was very friendly to Jose Baez. He seemed very happy to see him and had a warm lilt in his voice and a smile directed towards Baez. So any talk that the judge doesn’t like Baez  and is being biased isn;t accurate. He seemed genuinely happy to see Baez.

As soon as Baez opened his mouth he didn’t sound like his peppy self on Day 9.  He seemd a bit monotone which was out of character for him. When attorney Fryer got up in court and told Judge Perry that he couldn’t swear in the jury separate  from the alternates, he let her have it with his brilliance and knowledge.He was very polite to her whens he finished and complimented her on having done a good job.

While Jeff Ashton is an accomplished attorney, he needs to slow down when he speaks and flow out his tone and  stop speaking in such a staccato tone.  Even the judge tells him to slow down all the time. When he sounds so choppy it is alienating. That is no doubt why one of the perspective male 42 year old  jurist,  got so defensive with him. The juror  did not get defensive towards Linda Drane Burdick. If Jeff Ashton doesn’t want to alienate jurors and witnesses,  he needs to change his tone and only use his staccato and hostile sounding tone when he wants to stress a point. Otherwise it does not make him likeable. He needs to use that tone  with Cindy Anthony when she starts her shenanigans or with George ans Lee.

Personally I think there may be a dramatic change in Cindy and George and Lee’s testimony and in their demeanor. I do’;t think they will allow themselves to be used as mitigating factors. I can’t imagine that they will admit to sexually molesting or abusing Casey or Caylee. After George and Cindy hear the details and the other;s testimony as they sit in the courtroom they may have a different perspective.

Casey appeared to have more of  a wide eyed  distant stare today as she listened to the jurors. I don’t know if she is on medication  or not but she appeared to look a little zoned out. At least she was not having an anxiety attack.

While we have all seen the hair of Casey playing with the front of her hair, she has now graduated to playing with her very long pony tail. This may very well we out of nervousness. That is why she needs to keep her hair back in a bun so she can stop fiddling with it an distracting jurors. When she plays with her hair it makes jurors think that she is self absorbed and  superficial as she seems to be overly concerned about her appearance. As we discovered,  that will be one of her mitigating factors- her  being raised to be concerned with outward appearances. If that is the case maybe all the hair grooming will work in her favor. But it can go either way. Jurors may or may not not buy it.

And last but not least Casey was NOT crying  as reported by mainstream media. She simply touched each respective eye  for less than  second after  she stood up when the court was recessed. There were no tears at that time.

Stoic Body Language and Bundling Up Say Casey Anthony Is Nervous on Day 7

In one week Casey Anthony   has gone from  crying, giggling. laughing, and  flirting to being very stoic in her demeanor. Perhaps it is the bombardment of Jeff  Ashton,  Judge Perry, and  Ann Finnell’s taking about her possible death sentence that has sobered her up. Perhaps it is hearing so many of the jurors saying that they thought she was “guilty” that made her stop her aberrant courtroom  behavior.

There is no doubt that this jury selection process has had a tremendous effect on Casey,  not only emotionally, but physically as well.

We constantly see her literally gasping for air as she takes in a huge gulp of air and visibly  heaves her chest as she exhales. Hearing all of the talk of death makes her want to subconsciously hang on to the breath of  life and that is why she is breathing so heavily.

She is somber and there are bags of worry under her eyes. The reason Casey was so happy go lucky in the past was because Jose Baez kept pumping her up and Cheney Mason assured her and everyone else that he would walk out of the courtroom with her arm in arm. She felt bolstered up by the two of them as she sat between them playing touchy feely with Mason and flirting with Baez.

Now they sit away from her and leave her in the middle fo two female attorneys who don’t seem to pay much attention to her as we have seen  over these past few days. The only time Ms. Simms paid her any mind was when she tried to calm Casey down during the  anxiety attack where Casey  had to be escorted away by two marshalls.

Her wiping the spittle from the corners of her mouth also indicates that she is nervous . There is no doubt that hearing all of this death talk as it pertains to her, has given her a case of “cotton mouth.” So  the saliva has dried on the corners of her mouth which she attempts to wipe away.

Casey has  also shown that she is nervous, as her body temperature appears to be dropping. She is getting cold. Casey’s suddenly  getting  cold  may be indicative of  her autonomic system taking over. We have seen people who are nervous,  start to shake uncontrollably. Their body suddenly gets cold.The shaking is nature’s way of helping them get warm and regulate their body temperature.

 Casey wraps herself up  in her white Menendez- type soft sweater to ward off the chill she is feeling. We have never seen Casey this covered up before. Getting all cuddled up in her sweater is  a self soothing device for her, much like it is for a baby who needs their blanky to calm them down.

As she bundles up, we also see her raised shoulders which are indicative of tension and a reflection of her feeling cold. When people get cold, they often raise their shoulders in an automatic  attempt to  physically protect themselves from the cold.

Here we see her wrapping her hands up with the bottom of her sleeve in a further attempt to keep warm.

Now it is more extreme as she completely covers her hands with her sleeve while still managing to rest her fist on her chin. The fist- like gesture also indicates anger on her part. No doubt she is angry at having to listen to people say negative things about her and how they thought she was guilty. Her glaring stare is also indicative of her anger towards what she hears.

 

Casey also appeared to have a shiny nose and what looked like perspiration above her upper lip. That may also reflect her nervousness. Very often she had a flushed appearance which was also an indication of her nervousness as there was increased blood flow  as she listened to what the jurors has to say about her.

While she may appear stoic on the outside, there is a lot of turmoil going on with her on her inside, as we can see from the above photos.

 I have always believed Casey should be wearing a black suit  in the courtroom for a number of reasons. For one, it shows respect and  an impression of  maturity  that the defense team wants to get across in sparing her life. 

The defense team  has essentially said that  her young age was a mitigating factor.  If she keeps wearing  those baby pastel  colors and cuddly sweaters it will be hard for the jury to not keeping thinking of Casey as that young girl who killed her baby and not someone who has since  matured. www.drlillianglass.com

Body Language of A More Contained Casey Anthony As She Leaks Significant Information, Especially Around New Defense Team Member

There has been a  major  change in Casey’s courtroom demeanor from Day 1, to Day 2 to Day 3 to Day 4 to now  Day 5.  While she is less frigidity she still leaks out some significant body language cues,. Here she is with apparent “cotton mouth” as she licks her lips and purses them,  indicating nervousness right before jury selection begins on Day 5.

Here we see her touching her throat area which indicates that she is feeling vulnerable.

She holds on to this are which is one  of the most vulnerable areas of the body for a significant length of time as she looks at  the newest member of the team Rosalie Bolin. The fact that she is pressing hard on this area which controls her breathing and airstream is also significant in my view. It is especially  relevant in light of the fact that she is accused of snuffing out little Caylee’s airstream and respiratory  life line.

Here we see Casey with a very happy and genuine full- on toothy  smile. We don’t usually see her with such a broad smile and happy face.

The fact that her fingers are intertwined and clasped together shows she is trying her best to contain herself.   This incongruent body language indicates that she has most likely been told how to act (more contained) . Even so, she can’t help leaking out her real emotions.

lsoThe bottom line is that no matter how coached Casey is to sit still , she  always leak out significant body language tells because  THE BODY DOESN’T LIE! If she gets on the stand,  we will also discover  that her VOICE  AND SPEECH PATTERNS WILL NOT LIE either.

When people hear what you have to say and listen to the tone of your voice, there are such significant tells that people pick up which show that you are lying. So if Casey takes the stand she cannot  help but leak out these signals to a juror. 

 I belive her team knows this and that is why they may not want her on the stand. If she is grilled by the prosecution there may be all kinds of speech, vocal and body  language slip ups on Casey’s part.

While  she may be coached to sit still  making  jurors  less distracted by her ,  over a two month period, seeing her on a daily basis, jurors  will be paying  very close attention to her. As a result they wull scrutinize her every move as they continue to  form their opinions of her.

It is interesting to note that Casey has been in  much better spirits since her  mitigator Ms. Bolin has arrived on the scene.  She is chatty and smiley and happy.

Even though  Ms. Bolin’s personal life has raised eyebrows with her having left her attorney husband and children, only to be married to a man on death row who is  a convicted serial killer, Ms. Bolin project does  manage to project  a warmth and friendliness towards Casey.

This warmth  is  complete with  physcial touches,  pats, and back holding,  for which Casey no dount  hungers.  After being deprived of human contact for so many years, Casey thrives on the warm touch of another person. Ms. Bolin is now  there to fill this role.

When Baez and Mason kept touching her it gave mixed signals and  the impression of flirtation  which could even be misconstrued as  sexual harassment. But now that motherly looking  and acting Ms. Bolin is on the scene to provide touches and caresses towards Casey, it gives an entirely different impression

As the jury sees Casey’s and Ms. Bolin’s warm and friendly interaction, it may reflect a sharp contrast of Casey’s relationship with her own  mother Cindy, whom Casey and her team will portray as “abusive”.   

The bottom line is that  Casey’s  change in body language indicates  that she is extremely happy about the new addition to her team . www.drlillianglass.com

Dr. Lillian Glass’ Blog Makes Impact On Anthony Attorney Cheney Mason

Yesterday I put up a blog which essentially showed how Casey kept dabbing away her non tears. I  spoke about Casey’s lack of emotion.  Cheney Mason, her attorney  who never appears on television, took it upon himself to go on “In Session” today to address Casey’s emotions.

He described Casey as being as “far more emotional” than people see”
, but that jail has “toughened her up” and that she is “very, very likable and very bright.”

 

CASEY EMOTIONAL??

 I have watched Casey for two years now and have yet to see any genuine emotion.I have yet to see her cry genuine tears for Caylee.

Where was her genuine emotion and tears when she was taken into the infirmary to watch TV which showed that Caylee’s body was found? Where were the tears of emotion?  All she said was she had to have her chains loosened because she couldn’t breathe. No crying or tears were reported by those who witnessed her initial reaction.

WASN’T CASEY TOUGH BEFORE JAIL?

 Cheney’s saying that jail has toughened her up” is ridiculous. Casey was tough way before she entered any jail cell.

We saw her  toughness as she lead top law enforcement around on that infamous wild goose chase, refusing to admit to what happened to Caylee or that she   worked at Universal.

We  her toughness as she stuck by her bogus Zanny the Nanny story and  name dropping bogus people.

We saw her toughness in the jailhouse tapes as she got angry at what was happening to ”her.”  

How does Cheney know how  tough Casey was before she went  into her jail cell?

 In jail, she is isolated. She doesn’t have  much human contact except for jail personnel. She has never had to defend herself in a  physical fight with other inmates. So how can he say that? It should also be noted that Cheney apparently only had one jailhouse visit with Casey back on 7/24/10

We saw Casey’s toughness when she refused to tell Cindy what really happened to Caylee and where Caylee was, which lead a frustrated Cindy to call 911.

We saw Casey’s toughness in how she refused to allow her parents to see her in jail.

We saw that toughness when George begged her in his letters to allow him to visit her.

Finally we saw that toughness in the courtroom as she refused to even acknowledge her parents who were sitting only a few feet away from her.

                              CASEY BRIGHT AND INTELLIGENT??

If Cheney  Mason thinks Casey is bright and intelligent, then  his standards for  intelligence and brightness must be very low in my view.

How bright is it to lie to law enforcement and send them on a wild goose chase?

How bright is it to not tell anyone Caylee was gone and to party during those 31 days?

How bright is she that she dropped out of high school and lied about having a job?

 How bright was she to forge a friend’s check?

 

OF COURSE CAYLEE IS LIKEABLE ACCORDING TO CHENEY

 

Casey touches and flirts and flatters Cheney as we have all seen. Therefore it comes as no surprise that Cheney would view Casey as likeable.  He said  “She’s a nice human being,” He even justifies his actions of touching her  by saying.“I’ve grandchildren almost her age.”

Well putting your  middle finger in the crook of her arm and rubbing around  it doesn’t look too grandfatherly according to a lot of people.

Constantly touching her and putting his hand on her for what many thought was way too long a time doesn’t look very appropriate to many.

Casey is a client, not a grand daughter and in my view, she  needs to be treated like a client, sans all the touching.

Mason  then said that he didn’t have the same fondness for other clients. “Casey, I have a very warm spot for.”  

Of course he has a warm spot for someone who flirts with him and touches him and most likely manipulates him as she has done with just about every man in her life. She is good at it.She has succeeded with Cheney. She is a master of flirtation.

 

ANY LAWYER WOULD SAY THEY BELIEVED THEIR CLIENT- WHAT ELSE CAN THEY SAY?

Look at Cheney’s wording as it pertains to Casey’s innocence. Mason said. “I have a great belief personally in her innocence. He didn’t say she is one hundred percent innocent and we will prove it in the courtroom. Instead he couches it by saying he has a “belief” a personal belief”  What about an objective belief based on facts and legal evidence? He neglected to say that.

 

                     IDIOT’S???? WHEN YOU NAME CALL IT MEANS THINGS MUST HAVE HIT  WAY TOO CLOSE TO HOME

When people name call it is usually because people have no other words  to use  in a loosing battle. It clearly reflects their frustration. They have nothing intelligent or significant to say, so like an immature child they retort by name calling .

Cheney states “ I  don’t care what the prognosticators and the idiot bloggers have to say or what the idiot bloggers will say about this.”  

Why would  a professional attorney call anyone an idiot unless they were so threatened by what the blogger had to say?  Maybe Cheney lashed out because so much of what was said in the blogs hit him too close to home.

One thing is for certain. Cheney  Mason obviously cares what my blog said yesterday  or he would not have appeared on camera today to  address and defend  issues of a)  Casey’s lack of showing genuine and appropriate emotion and  b) his own being too touchy feely with his client. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony’s Phoney Crying And Cheney Mason’s Lengthy Touch

As Casey Anthony entered the courtroom even though she tried to stifle it the obnoxious raised eyebrow  smirk was still there.  As she was walking into the courtroom she was even grooming herself and making sure her shirt was tucked in to her pants at the back. Cheney Mason pulled out her chair for her and pushed it back in.

Casey did her ritualistic grooming where she dusted off her hands ike people tend to do when they are lying about something or guilty of something, In essence it is a subconscious move to dust away the “dirt ” of the problem that is on the person.

It continued on to her lap as she dusted off herself.

CASEY DID NOT CRY REAL TEARS AS  WRONGLY REPORTED IN THE MEDIA-  THEY ARE FAKE TEARS

Before Judge Perry had something significant to say and actually denied the press’ request, Casey was  fake boo hooing it for the cameras.It was  clearly  a fake boo hoo, so when I read the headlines from the media covering the trial it is obviously reported by someone has no clue about body language and deception.

Perhaps Casey thinks she will find her fake tear in the palm of her hand.  Usually, tears do not  form in the palm of  a person’s hand. If a person is  really crying, their tears would be dry by the time the palm of the hand was even a consideration.

CHENEY TOUCHES CASEY’S BACK FOR THREE  FULL MINUTES

 

  •  Casey shows no more tears or any indication that she is crying or upset. Her facial muscles indicate that there is no crying behavior whatsoever, Yet Cheney Mason continues to hold on to Casey’s back as if he is comforting her. Maybe he is comforting her in a sense considering she has had no human physical contact for the past few years. Maybe he thinks he is doing her a service just by holding her back and touching her.

Casey has absolutely nothing to cry about and she doesnt feign crying or do any real crying for that matter for the rest of the time Judge Perry speaks. Casey looks on in all seriousness with undivided attention.By the way, Jose has never looked so serious in th courtroom as well.

Judge Perry said that this case  has garnered more attention than the OJ case and he wanted nothing in the way of picking a jury for Casey as that was his number one concern.

But Casey can’t seem  to help herself as Judge Perry speaks. here we see her grooming herself once again as she straightens out her collar.

At this time, there are of course no tears, Casey is now busy grooming her hands and brushing them off.

Right before Judge Perry ends his speaking, there is Cheney Mason’s hand on Casey;s back. Why is he feel so compelled to touch her all the time? Jose steers clear of her and keeps his hands to himself and rightfully so.

As we see in this photo Casey needs no comforting for her fake crying so why is Mason still comforting her? It seems very inappropriate in my view. It makes no sense body language wise. You touch and comfort someone when they appear to be in emotional need which was clearly not the case here. Cheney was touching her just to touch her it seems.

Also in this photo Casey reveals her true emotion as a flash of anger appeared on her face as you can see by the leakage fo the furrowed muscles in her brow area.

If we are all wondering why Cheney is touching Casey so often and  supposedly comforting her when it appears she needs no comforting a jury will wonder the same thing. Also a jury  who will spend every day with Casey for the next three months or so will definitely  pick up on her fake tears and ritualistic  and aberrant behaviors. www.drlillianglass.com

McDonald’s Beating Victim’s Is Stunned At Attacker’s Age And Angry At Being Filmed And Outed

In watching the interview of  victim Chrissy Polis  who was attacked at a  Baltimore McDonald’s,  she appeared to be very level and calm as she described the incident of what happened to her in detail . She maintained her calm and even showed compassion in her tone  as she spoke of her  surprise at the age of one of her attackers 14.

Her tone changed to anger and disgust when she spoke of the person who videotaped her during the ordeal, but then changed back to gratitude when she spoke of the one woman who came to her rescue.

A 14 YEAR OLD AND 18 YEAR OLD WITH THAT MUCH HATE????

I believe that everyone was as stunned as Chrissy to find out the  ages of her attackers. What  happened in these two young girls lives to fill them with such violence and hatred towards another person? Who raised them? Were their parents absent? Did they have to fend for themselves? Were they severely abused and beaten in their own young lives? What was it to cause them to fight  wild animals and almost kill an innocent person?

Did they have such hatred towards a person just because they are a different color then they are? Did they have such hatred because the woman may not have looked odd to them?  Did they have that much insecurity as human beings that their “boyfriend” couldn’t even speak to another woman without that woman being harmed? Where did they learn that it was OK to put a hand up and beat up on another person?

Chrissy  Polis was minding her own business innocently  trying to use the bathroom when allegedly a man  who was allegedly one of the attacker’s boyfriends just said  said “how’s it going? “ Chissu politely answered “ fine” and   did not engage in conversation with him. Her concern was getting to a toilet. Allegedly on the of attackers saw the interaction  and asked Chrissy if she  was talking to her man and began to pull Chrissy’s hair and brutally beat her.

Now  the violent 18 year old  attacker  Teonna Monae Brown  as seen above has been charged with one count of first-degree assault and two counts of misdemeanor second-degree assault as she is being held in the Baltimore County Detention Center on $150,000 bond.

Her accomplice , a  14-year-old girl  who will be tried as a juvenile, also faces charges, according to investigators.

In the state of Maryland First Degree Assault can get a person a jail sentence of a maximum of 25 years. Second degree assault is a maximum of 10 years.  Because of the nature of the crime and who the crime was perpetrated upon a transgendered individual , there may be Hate Crime added and more severe consequences to Ms. Brown and her 14 year old accomplice punishment.

If a jury finds them guilty Ms, Brown and her 14 year old will be middle aged women when they get out of jail if they serve the maximum sentence. I believe they will be serving the maximum sentence to prove a point that this type of behavior will never be accepted.

As we have now learned,  this is not Ms. Brown’s first experience with violence at the same McDonalds. She was apparently arrested and charged with two counts of  misdemeanor assault  last year for  assaulting a  38 year old woman Danielle Dower, 38, and Dowe’s daughter  last July. In October, a Baltimore County judge ruled that charges would not be further pursued against Brown, according to court records because that the criminal counts against Brown were dropped at the victim’s request.

 Essentially Brown’s life and the 14 yer old’s life are ruined forever. that That combined with the national attention that this has received, they will never be the same.

 CHRISSY  POLIS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AFTER BEING OUTED AND HER PRIVACY INVADED

 After working with transgendered clients during the early part of my career, I can assure you that they  suffer greatly. They have been born in the physical embodiment of one sex and yet mentally and emotionally, they feel as though they are the opposite sex.

Some people who have “gender  dysphoria”  continue to live in a depressed state. They do whatever they can to  suppress their thoughts and feelings about living as a member of the opposite sex. For those brave souls who do come out of the closet and make every attempt tolive as another  gender it is not and easy decision that they  took lightly  or an easy process to undergo.

For many, their decision cost them their relationships with friends and family and work colleagues. For some their jobs and livelihoods have been jeopardized.

The process is not an easy one. They undergo serious psychological testing before they fully commit to  surgical intervention to become a man or woman physically. They must live, act and dress as a woman or man  for at least a year wearing the clothing of that particular gender. This is a must for those who seek surgical intervention for sex reassignment.

They do whatever it takes to become acclimated to their new identity. Perhaps that is what Crissy was doing- becoming acclimated to dressing and living as a woman. The last thing she needed was to be beaten up for it.

This will scar her  emotionally forever. She even mentioned on the tape that she is now afraid to go out of the house. This is a tragedy for her that was caused by the hatred of these two teenagers and further exacerbated by the employees at McDonalds, who I believe need to be held accountable as well.

Chrissy said that the national attention makes her feel as though she had to  “come out of the closet all over again.” The national attention and the invasion of her privacy is what has added insult to injury, continuing to upset her the most.

THE SADISTIC  MC DONALD EMPLOYEE / VIDEOGRAPHER WHO SOUGHT HIS OWN 15 MINUTES OF FAME NEEDS TO BE FIRED, FINED AND SENTENCED AS WELL

While it  is great that this horrific incident  was videotaped for the .world to see, the intention of why this video was made is egregious. It was not made to document the woman’s injuries. It was not meant to document the incident so law enforcement could have a visual record of what went on. It was not videotaped as part of McDonalds procedure.   It was videotaped for some fool’s entertainment that he put up on his personal youtube account.

This fool  Vernon Hackett was also an employee of McDonalds. He had been an employee in the same location as the incident since 2009. He should  have known better than to film the video, taking credit for it  on his Facebook account, which he has since taken down.

At one point in the video Hackett  can be heard laughing hysterically at the violence in front of him, he is apparently enjoying the incident as thought it was some type of live entertainment for him.

As I see it, I consider that he is also an accomplice  as he is heard telling the young teenagers ont he tape  to get  out of there because someone was calling the police. In essence he was protecting the criminal and aiding and abetting their egregious act.

During Chrissy’s interview she commented on how she told this man,(Vernon Hackett)  to stop filming her and to get the camera out of her face when she was being beaten and afterwards. He had no sensitivity as he sadistically shot footage of her for his own selfish reasons.

Chrissy said “  I told the guy to stop,”The y didn’t help me. They didn’t do nothing for me.”

Even when Polis is repeatedly kicked and punched until she had a seizure, he still  sadistically filmed her failing her arms due to her seizure. 
To further show his hate and ignorance,  he had the nerve on his facebook page to say  “that was not a female that was getting beat up… that was a man… He was dressed lik [sic] a woman.”

Who cares what she was dressed like or if she was a manor a woman. It was inhumane on Hackett’s part not to assist the person or at least call for help.

THE ONLY WOMAN TO COME TO  HER RESCUE IS A PATRON BUT WHERE IS MCDONALD’S ROLE IN ALL OF THIS?

 Finally, one older woman had enough of this  scene. She was the only one who came To Chrissy’s aid. She tried to break things up but was punched in the face as well. Even though she is a hero in this tragic saga, why is she the only one who came to a crime victim’s aid? Why didn’t others speak up or yell out or place  their fingers on 911 to call the police?

Where were the other McDonald’s employees? For their doing nothing they too should be fired  and fined in my view. They need to be taught a lesson in humanity and respect for others lives.

Where was McDonald’s in all of this? Don’t they have a panic  button that goes right to the police station when there is a crime? If they don’t they should have one along with video cameras as well. They can well afford it.   I believe they need to be held liable as well and I hope that Chrissy gets herself  a good attorney so that she can be compensated for her damages. They no doubt have liability insurance in case someone slips and falls or has an accident on their property .  This is certainly a sitution that needs to be covered by their liability insurance in my view.

WHERE HAS THE HUMANITY GONE?

What happened to us as a society and as a people when there are those who can sit around  as though they are being entertained and casually and videotape or refuse to speak up or at least call 911 when something horrific like this happens?

Have we become so immune to violence that it is now   form of entertainment to many? Kids in grade school need to be taught that if they see violence  to report it immediately0 to dial 9ll. They need to learn early on that if they see it live in front of their eyes it is not a video game or a TV show or a movie. It is serious and they need to take action in the form of reporting it  or calling 911, no matter how old they are.

I believe there needs to  be consequences for those who sit by  and idly watch. To me they are  just as much to blame. We need to stick together and help one another, not leave one another to be  maimed and even die at the hands of those who act like wild animals. www.drlillianglass.com
