Joran Van Der Sloot’s Insincere Body Language During Courtoom Confession Lands His 28 Years In Prison

We see a very different looking Joran Van der slot when he was first arrested and frightened after being arrested for killing Stephanie Flores in Peru and paraded around. Then we saw a wide eyed frightened Joran. Today we see a heavier and more cocky Joran. The cocked head to the side and the tight lipped appearance indicate his insincerity.

His shoulder shrugs as you can see int his photo when he spoke the words Yes I want to plead guilty. I wanted from the first moment to confess sincerely. As he states these words you can see many signals of deception. The statement analysis indicates deception as well based on the words he chose. It is not true that Joran wanted to plead guilty from the first moment to confess.He was adamant from the beginning that he was innocent and then claimed he was coerced into a confession by the Peruvian authorities. Also the word sincerely is also significant as there eis nothing sincere about his confession.

Also the repetition of the word ”wanted” speaks to yet another issue- his seeing himself as a victim in all of this. In essence he says that he wanted to do so at the beginning but no one would let him. We clearly know that this is not so based on reports of his actions early on during his arrest and subsequent incarceration.

His monotone voice along with his cocked head belie his words as he continues to say I am truly sorry for this bad act. He shrugs his shoulders looks up, away from the three judges as he cocks his head. Not only does he shrug his shoulder, he keeps it in the same raised position which indicates that he is literally giving the “cold shoulder” to match his cold monotoned voice pattern.

His words indicate the opposite based on his body language behaviors. He is not sorry at all and does not consider this a bad act. he has no feeling and no remorse whatsoever and it shows.

Then he immediately switches up the words and says I am truly sorry for this act. I feel bad. The fact that he repeats his apology as he alters the word order confirms that he is lying about feeling sorry for his “bad act”.

But now he is actually showing signals of honesty when he makes this latest statement. He now focuses his eyes back on the judges as he l looks directly at them as he now bows his head in sorrow. Yes he is sorry, but NOT for killing Stephanie Flores. He is sorry for getting caught . In fact he is truly sorry he got caught. Now he does not call it a bad act as he did initially. Now he simply calls it an act .In essence he is saying that he is sorry he was caught for his act of killing Stephanie Flores which he does not consider bad , but merely an act.

Then he says I feel very bad. This is true based on his body language. He feels very bad because he was caught doing this act that he did not consider bad. Note how the position of the words bad and act have changed in his statement. It is not longer a bad act. Now he feels bad he was caught in the act.

He is still nervous and anxious as she shows signs of this rocking back and forth freighting movements which his legs constantly moving as he sat and waited to speak, through his profuse sweating and itching as you can see int he photo above.

However he cannot help but leak out his arrogance and self righteousness through his erect posture and raised shoulder literally giving the judges a cold shoulder via his insincere confession . He does however feel vulnerable as you can see by his hands clasped over his private area. While he believe he was justified in what he did to Stephanie and feels forced to confess for the reward to a lighter sentence, he is still nervous and frightened by what the sentence will be. Also if you look at the muscle tension of his hands as he clasps them over his groin area you can see that he is indeed exhibiting a lot of nervousness and tension as he is holding on to himself for dear life.

Another change in Joran is that there is a lot of puffiness under his eyes which may indicate he is not getting a lot of sleep in prison and/ or possibly doing drugs. It has been said that for the right amount of money one can get just about anything in this prison.

Joran’s legal defense was that he had Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome from the Natalie Holloway incident because he was hounded by the press for her alleged killing. Perhaps this was the best defense that his attorney could come up with because there was certainly no other defense as to why Joran would kill a lovely Peruvian girl with a bright future ahead of her. This lame defense got him two years less than the maximum 30 years he would have received had he not confessed.

As we see from Joran’s photos, prison life has not been good to him. He looks bad and as he lingers in prison for the next close to three decades, he will look even worse and prison life will be worse to him. Based on his actions during his court proceedings he knows this as well.

His slovenly appearance shows that he did not care how he looked or came across. He may have been told by his attorney that his confession would result in less prison time. because of his arrogance he may have interpreted this less prison time to be only a a few years. That would explain why he was visibly angry when the judge ordered him to 28 years in prison. He was reported to have cursed out loud as she was also ordered to pay $75,000 in reparations.

But Under Peru’s laws, however, van der Sloot could get out after serving half of his sentence. This means the 24 year old could be out when he is 38. That means he would have a long life ahead of him to live freely. With book, film and TV interviews he could be a very wealthy man, continue his gambling lifestyle and life like nothing ever happened.

But that will not be the case if the US has anything to do about it. He may be extradited to the US for extortion in the Natalie Holloway case. If found guilty, he would be put away for more time and serve it in the US.

It is unclear to date whether Joran will stay at Castro Castro prison where he has been isolated from the other prisoners or whether now that he has been sentenced, he will be among the general population there. it is unclear as to whether he will be transferred to a more harsher prison in Peru and placed int he general population.

If placed the general population Joran will be a walking dead man as there is fierce loyalty even among prisoners when it comes to a national hero- Stephanie Flores’ father.If another prisoner does not kill him, disease such as TB and AIDS may do it, thus making it doubtful that we will see Joran on the streets of Aruba, the Netherlands or any other place int he world.

If by some fluke of nature he does come out of prison alive at age 38, he will no doubt suffer the same fate as OJ and so many others where they commit another bad act to land themselves in prison for life.

While nothing can bring back Stephanie Flores, justice was finally served as she can now rest in peace. Let’s hope the same justice can be served for Natalie Holloway so she too can rest in peace and so her loving mother Beth can also have some peace.

George And Cindy Anthony At Odds About What Casey Did to Caylee Which May Eventually End Their Marriage

George Lies About River

As George Anthony appeared on the second installment on the Dr. Phil Show, he lied once again, about his relationship with River Cruz (Crystal Holloway). Dr. Phil asked him point blank Did you have a romantic relationship with River Cruz? George says No sir and smiles his goofy fake Stan Laurel of Laurel and Hardy fame smile. He also swallows hard, which is a major signal of deception, especially in the context of what was asked.

Dr. Phil then told him that he didn’t want to play the semantics game and asked George if he had an intimate relationship with River. Once again he swallowed hard and blinked a lot indicating deception.

Dr. Phil then showed George the video of River’s testimony. He clearly looked very uncomfortable. Phil did not let him get away with it.

After speaking to River (Crystal) for several hours I strongly believe that she and George were sexually intimate based on the details of what she shared with me. Yes, she initially lied to law and didn’t want their affair to be made public. Just because she lied initially, that does not mean she lied subsequently with regard to their affair. I questioned River extensively and she was always consistent with what she shared. Her voice and speech tells showed no signals of deception whenever I spoke with her about that issue.

The jury even felt George was lying about not having an affair with River.And he was obviously lying now based on his tells of deception.

George Gets Real For Once

Even though George was a liar about River, he did reveal the truth at one point during the interview with Dr. Phil. He said I blame my daughter for Caylee not being here.

In my view that is huge. He is not in denial. He did not bullshit. He told it like it is. He said that he couldn’t grasp the fact that his daughter put Caylee in a laundry bag and put her in the woods. He said I can’t comprehend my daughter doing that to my granddaughter.

So George clearly has open eyes here. He gets it. In essence, he is saying between the lines, that he knows Casey killed Caylee.

He asks how Caylee could have ended up at the end of their street.

Dr. Phil bluntly says You know what happened to Caylee don’t you! (yay Dr. Phil) George says that Casey may have given her too much Xanex or choloroform and he is convinced Caylee was in the back of the car. He even mentioned that Casey may have used these substances as a chemical babysitter.

It is interesting to note that when George is alone without Cindy he seems to tells the truth. During the police interview he said how he could never forget the smell of a dead body and smelled it in the car. He seemed forthright. He also seemed to be afraid of Cindy as he told police that he didn’t want his wife to know he was there an talking to them.

Now when he was alone with Dr. Phil who was not going to let him get away with lies and spin, he appeared to come clean and did not show signals of deception.

This means that George is more of himself and more honest when he doesn’t have Cindy around.

George also comes clean about Casey shovel and realizes that Casey would have used it to bury Caylee in the woods and mentions the neighbor’s testimony.

Cindy Is Full of It!

Cindy is another matter. She is NOT in denial. She is in severe guilt as she knows she is the reason Casey did something to Caylee. After she told Casey that she would throw her out and keep Caylee, Casey left with Caylee in tow.

Cindy bullshits that she believes Caylee drowned while George was making faces as she was talking indicating that he was sick of her lies and was no longer going along with it and that he refuses to drink the Kool Aid any longer . He knows Caylee didn’t drown and let it be known.

Cindy then says that something happened to Casey and she was different after her pregnancy and after Caylee was born. DUH!! Of course Casey was different. She didn’t want Caylee in the first place and didn’t even tell Cindy she was pregnant until she was in her last trimester. Of course she was different. She wanted to party hearty and didn’t want a baby cramping her style. She even wanted to give the baby away to a friend. But Cindy would have none of that and forced her to have the baby and keep it. And even worse, Cindy forced Casey to care for Caylee like a real mother.

Cindy tries to spin it about the shovel. First she said how Casey used the shovel to break into the shed. Then Cindy goes on to spin how she herself shovels in the summer. WHAT???? She shovels all right- she shovels bullshit!!

Then Cindy says something that is despicable! She trivializes Caylee’s death by saying when Casey was judged not guilty, so it was Caylee protecting Casey for something she didn’t do. She says how God wanted Casey to be free and the verdict meant Casey was innocent. WHAT??? This made no sense! It is clearly Cindy’s obvious sick spin.It is maddening that Cindy actually thinks we are that stupid to believe this nonsense.

It is obvious that Cindy is as messed up as Casey if not more in my view. I hold her accountable for Caylee’s death for a number of reasons. She was an enabler and she pushed Casey over the edge when she threatened to throw her out and keep Caylee. In my view this was the beginning of the end. Casey was pushed into a corner. She was the little princess all her life (even Cindy’s brother Rick Pleasea said this) and now Caylee took over that role. Casey was jealous. Caylee was a burden and a competitor . So I believe she did Caylee in either consciously or subconsciously .

Cindy and George’s Miserable Future

As time passes and it is just George and Cindy looking at those four walls, it may be the end of their marriage in my view. When two people don’t agree on a very serious issue like what really happened to their granddaughter, the marriage will usually have a hard time surviving.

As George has more time on his hands to mull over what really happened and becomes more honest with himself as he showed on Dr. Phil, he may end up hating Cindy more and more as she spins the spin to protect Casey and make excuse after excuse. Being honest with himself will make him stronger and less likely to be as henpecked , bullied, and controlled by Cindy. He may get really angry at her attempts to boss him around and even violent towards her.

We have already seen glimpses of his violent side.

Apparently/ George wanted to leave on several occasions but finances held him back. Now that they both share the spoils of the millions that will be coming their way, George will have half of that money when and if he leaves her. He can now support himself and finally get away from Cindy, who was supporting him financially through her nursing career.

It was fascinating to see how meek and weak he was when he was in Cindy’s presence during the Dr. Phil interview and how much stronger and more honest be became when he was not around her and when it was just he and Dr. Phil.

While I am repulsed by George for a number of reasons, I do believe that if he leaves Cindy and gets a lot of therapy, he may have a chance at a more decent and livable life. Of course the money will help but it won’t solve all his problems. He needs to come clean with a therapist and with himself and examine his role in why this Casey nightmare happened. Maybe there will be hope for him to start a new life.

As for Cindy, I see no hope. She is s Toxic as they come. The continuous lies and spin and obvious lack of therapy will come back to haunt her in a huge way. For one, she has lied in a court of law. She has lied repeatedly. I hope that justice will be served and that she will have to pay the same price that everyone else pays who perjures themselves on the stand. If not, there is karmic justice.

George and Cindy Anthony Elicit Even More Public Hatred While Lying About Seizures And All Else on Dr. Phil

Being a body language expert and watching Cindy and George Anthony tell lie after lie to Dr. Phil made me livid. After watching their lies and deception it is no wonder that Casey is such a mental mess. They may very well be the main reason Caylee is dead as they drove Casey to destruction. With all due respect, after watching these two , in the long run it is my view that Caylee would never have had a chance in life to be a mentally healthy child with George and Cindy raising her.

And for those of you who share Nancy Grace’s opinion that these are just poor grandparents, I say you are misguided or or are kissing up to them so they will appear on your TV show. Watch the interview over and over. If their lying doesn’t make you angry then you are in denial or there is something wrong with you that you are identifying with them.

If anyone had to do the interview with these Toxic People I am glad it was Dr. Phil because unlike so many other interviewers, he did not kiss their asses He continually busted them and didn’t kiss their behinds. He asked hard cold direct questions. But they lied and lied and lied. He continually reduced ugly Cindy to look like a cowering hunched over deer in the headlights. He reduced George to showing what a scared helpless little animal looking for mommy creature he was as he kept looking over to Cindy for the answers.

Cindy’s ugliness on the inside was reflected on her outside as she cried her phony tears< her crying did not elicit sympathy and empathy. Instead they elicited anger.

Dr. Phil asks Cindy why Casey got a tattoo and partied soon after Caylee died. Cindy looks down which is a huge signal of deception as she cannot look Dr. Phil in the eye. She gives some bullshit answer as her voice gets quiet. She begins her bullshit by saying “ Talking to her friends” (WHAT FRIENDS,??? CASEY HAD NO FRIENDS AND JOSE BAEZ CONFIRMED THAT! SHE JUST HAD HOOKUPS AND PEOPLE SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF FOR MONEY LIKE AMY HUIZINGA.

Then this liar stays …one of the girls she was up there dancing did not show up . She looks away. This is a major sign of deception. The reason she is looking away is because she is trying to manufacture something to say.

Then Cindy bullshits “they asked Casey to fill in and reluctantly she did.As Cindy the Liar says this her voice frys which means it chokes off so there is no airflow, which another clear indicator of lying. RELUCTANLY???? When was show off attention- seeking Casey RELUCTANT to do anything that involved her body??

Then the liar says “This was not brought up at trial that Casey’s mood was KIND OF subdued.WHAT???? KIND OF SUBDUED? What does that mean? Jose Baez brought everything up at that trial and if Casey’s mood was subdued he would have mentioned it. Does Cindy think we are stupid as we all saw extraordinary happy smiley Casey partying and dancing in the blue dress? Those photos indicated that she was anything BUT SUBDUED! Liar Cindy then takes a huge breath in and then says Casey’s mood was not subdued when she first got there. This is also a signal of deception. She also frys at the end of sentences as she says this which is yet another a signal of deception.

She further deceives by talking too much and volunteering way too much information she was not asked about as she says I’m not making excuses for her. When a person tells you they are not making excuses for someone, they usually are making excuses for that person.

Dr. Phil knows Cindy is‘ full of crap BUSTS her with regard to her excuses and says I THINK YOU ARE!(yay Dr. Phil) Dr. Phil then asks her if she thought George was hiding something from his family, since he he hid things from her before. Cindy then kicks her foot as she bullshits that he would never to this to his family. WHAT?? Didn’t he hide his alleged gambling, , on line porn and his affair with River Cruz all from his family? As Cindy the lying enabler sits there defending George, like a guilty dog who pooed on the rug, he looks down in embarrassment. He knows full well what they truth was.

George makes his usual sickening goofy pursed lipped face which indicates he is closing off and not telling the truth.

As Cindy says George would never have put us through those six months of not knowing where Caylee was.

George continues to looks down like a guilty dog. To me it says that of course George knew something.

Dr. Phil bluntly asks How could you not know after seeing Caylee every day and then not seeing her for 31 days and think she was with Zanny the Nanny , He goes on to say you never met her , you don’t know who the father is, you don’t know who she’s staying with, you never verified her employment, her car has been impounded, you go pick up the car you say it smelled like a dead body and you go to work.

Cindy is clearly uncomfortable with Phil’s direct confrontation as indicated by her kicking her toes as though she wants to leave. She breathes heavily indicating discomfort with this line of questioning.

This photo says it all as she tries to hide from the truth. She shifts her eyes and purses her lips and raises her shoulders and pulls her neck down in turtle like fashion as if to hide. It is like she wants to sink into a hole and never come out.Also look at the muscle tension in her lip area.

Dr .Phil then asks her What do you now believe the smell was from ? Cindy

then begins her sentence by pursing her lips which means she is holding back. Then she says the word TRUTHFULLY/ When someone starts a sentence with “truthfully” they are usually not being truthful. Then she says to this day I don’t know as she raises her hand with her fingers spread, also an indicator of deception. She certainly knew when she called 911. That was the most truthful she ever sounded and has never sounded as truthful since then.

Then as the liar purses her lips, she adds the words “to be honest.” When one says “to be honest” at the end of a sentence they are usually NOT being honest.

Then sickening lying George goes off on a tangent that has nothing to do with the question he was asked. He was asked if he knew this child was in the trunk. He makes his goofy purse lip face that looks like a constipated Stan Laurel in the old Laurel and Hardy comedies and hems and haws and then says says I know Caylee is not with us. He repeats it as he looks down. These are HUGE signals of deceptions. Of course this miserable cheating liar knew Caylee was in the trunk.

I usually reserve the word HATE for, Hitler, Stalin and other terrorists. But now George and Cindy Anthony belong on that to the list. After watching them speak with Dr. Phil and lie and lie and lie and lie and lie and lie HATE is the only emotion that one can have. They did not elicit compassion or empathy or sympathy. Instead, they elicited anger. A baby is dead and they show no respect for Caylee. They only continue to make excuse after excuse to defend Casey. It is despicable.

The public HATES liars. Cindy lied on the stand numerous times and so did George and now they were lying to Dr. Phil.

Cindy also bullshitted that Casey may have a brain tumor because she had seizures. This is total BULLSHIT considering that Cindy is a registered nurse and should know that when there is no medical evidence of a tumor based on all the tests that were run, THERE IS NO TUMOR! Yet she tried to spin it.

Dr. Phil says that Cindy is in denial. While I think the world of Dr. Phil and have a tremendous amount for respect for him, ny perspective is different. Cindy is in Bullshit not in denial. She is lying and so is George There is no denial there. She knows exactly what happened and so does George. Cindy bullshits so much because deep down she knows she is the reason Casey did whatever she did to that child.

Watching these two on Dr. Phil was even more disturbing when you think back to the lies they told on the stand. Why haven’t these two been convicted of perjury?

Body Language of Rep.Weiner Shows Shame, Anger and Deception

When Rep. Anthony Weiner gave a press conference about tweet where he sent a young college girl a photo of his

his visible private parts in his underwear, he showed a great deal of shame and embarrassment. He consistently looked down and never made eye contact with the audience and members of the press.

His expression of shame was consistent as he continued to look down when he spoke. Then his shame turned to

sadness as you can see by the downturn of his lips. He also had extreme anger as you can see by the muscle tension in his lower jaw. He is so angry that the muscle literally bulging out.

His anger continued as he refused to answer questions . He was asked point-blank if he sent the tweet to the college student and refused to answer. He was even pressed to just answer yes or no . He refused to do so and became angrier as you can see in the photo above.

Her we see him pull on his nose , which is a classic signal of deception. He did this just before he tried to spin a lame story. He said that if someone in an audience threw a pie at him, he wouldn’t address it and draw attention to it. He was trying to make the analogy to his particular embarrassing situation but it didn’t work.

The press told him that this was not the same situation and insisted on his giving a yes or no answer/ He refused to do so an became more defensive and more angry.

When people become defensive and angry and refuse to answer direct questions, it usually means they have something to hide. Clearly, no one hacked his account and clearly he sent the embarrassing photo to the college student.

Obviously, he was trying to impress the girl and show her that she turned him on by showing her the budge in his undies. What slipped his mind was that as a public figure, everything he does is public including his tweets. But the most important thing that slipped his mind

was that he was MARRIED! What is a married 46-year-old doing tweeting a photo of his erect crotch to a possible teenager or 20-year-old? While this is bad enough, his evasiveness and deception are making things worse for him. It will not be tolerated by the public.

Lying is what almost got Clinton impeached. He lied about “having sex with that woman Ms. Lewinsky”. Unlike Clinton, Weiner needs to be truthful and admit his shameful error in judgement. If he doesn’t do it, the bad news is that he may get voted out of office. But if he does get voted out of office it may open other doors for him, like his own television show.

Look at Elliott Spitzer, former married Governor of NY who did something even worse. He took up with prostitutes and look where it got him. It got him his own show on CNN. Since Weiner has friends in the media who have powerful positions, he could easily get his own segment on his buddy Jon Stewart’s Daily Show or even his own spin off. www.drlillianglass.com

Kate Gosselin’s Anger, Pettiness, and Signals of Deception on the Today Show As She Discusses Kids Expulsion from School And Blames “The Divorce”

KATE FILLED WITH ANGER WHICH KIDS MIRROR

After watching Kate Gosselin’s latest interview with Meredith Vierra on the Today Show I saw an angry, bitter, and petty woman who just can’t let go of her hatred towards Jon.

She is in such denial that she does’nt have any clue that her inner hatred and anger is being mirrored by those kids and literally destroying them. As she took her anger out on Jon and continues to be filled with hatred, her kids are taking their anger and hatred out on the other kids. at school

They have anger issues because she has anger issues. It’s not because of the divorce. It is because she is so angry about the divorce and that anger carries over to them. Lots of kids are products of divorce and they don[t go around beating on and cursing at other kids.

THE LEG KICK

Kate began the interview kicking her legs. When someone kicks their legs when they are about to be interviewed it means they are very uncomfortable and are not looking forward to the interview because they probably will not be forthright with you.

THE HEAD COCK

Then in a monotone she says ” We are doing great” as she opens her eyes wide. This eye widening is often a signal of deception. Then she says We are very happy and adds the word “actually, ”When you have to add the word actually” it most likely means that things are not actually that great.

When Kate was asked about whether the two of the kids were expelled from school she cocks her head to the side. This is often a signal of deception. She then speaks in a staccato hyper articulated speech pattern saying ” That is false.” When one does that, it is usually signals deception. Also there was a lot of fidgeting with her hands. This is another sign of deception.

Now we hear her convoluted attempts filled with ums. It does not make sense as it is disjointed. She is searching for words as she knows what she is saying is complete spin and nonsense.”

We have a situation where we my kids um are in an academic situation where academics um are pushed and I fully support it. Combined with kids who were having to just go through with a divorce. Their parents suffering some of those normal feelings

When someone speaks in fragments like you see above they are lying, When they speak in tangents they are lying.

The telling thing here is her words ” their parents suffering.” It shows just how narcissistic she is. She doesn’t say the children are suffering but instead brings it back to herself, saying that she is suffering.

‘Then she says and the two collided and they were not doing well with the combination. What about a simple YES THEY WERE EXPELLED BECAUSE THEY ARE TROUBLED EMOTIONALLY!!

Body language wise look at Kate’s upturned palm. What this means is she is begging for Meredith and the audience to to believe her roundabout circumvented deceptive answer.

Look at Meredith’s facial expression. It says that she isn;t buying Kate’s nonsense. either.

KATE’S SELF ABSORPTION AND BRINGING THE TOPIC BACK TO HER DIVORCE

Kate says I felt so alone, I talked to other moms who had gone through the divorces. This is is NOT about Kate and her divorce. It is about the kids but she is obviously too self absorbed to see that.

Then she protests so much as she shakes her head NO, knowing full well what she is saying is complete BS as she says ’Its NORMAL Stuff as she shakes her head no.

Then she suddenly looks down. This is a huge indicator of deception as she says I did what I could do we mutually agreed. I brought them home with a private tutor

Then she says …um um (she smiles as though she remembered to say something she left out as part of her spin) She says and Early education teacher…

Kate is speaking in fragments which means she is most likely reciting some rhetoric she was no doubt told to say . She obviously messed up her lines.’’

Then she shows just how in denial she is as she recites : It is dealing with the very normal results of a divorce.”

WHAt???????? Most kids have parents who get divorced and d they don’t beat one another and curse them like her kids allegedly did. How about admitting that their anger is the result of a hostile hateful and angry mother whom they no doubt mirrored. They saw her anger and abuse towards their father almost every day of their young lives.’

Then Meredith relayed to Kate how Jon apologized on his twitter account publicly for what he did to Kate. Instead of acting like a mature adult and saying I appreciate it or petty Kate says she doesn’t consider interviews and twitters an apology and that she never got a an apology yet.”

HOW PETTY!!!!!!!!!

Kate, get over it! Talking like that is what will ruin your kids forever. Your pettiness will transfer over to them.

Then she disgustingly says ” Strangely and ironically I have forgiven him..’’

If you have really forgiven him then why the shoulder shrugs which indicate deception. Why all the high drama? In my view Jon is the one who needs to forgive you for abusing and emotionally torturing him until he went over the edge.

Then she leaks out ” people who are close to me are upset that I don’t get that angry. And who are those people, Steve Neild the bodyguard?

Then on the next breath she leaks out “I am angry,” Then she changes her mind and says What good does it does it do I don’t have time to waste”

But her expression and vocal inflection say it all. She scrunched up her face and goes up at the end of the statement as though she is asking a question. She clearly knows she does not believe what she is saying.

Kate, here is a very valuable message to you. Since the therapist is allegedly already in the house to take care of the two angry home schooled kids, why not have a session with the therapist as well? The therapist can help you get over your anger towards Jon.’

Your anger is making the kids angry which is destroying their little lives. Your anger is being mirrored by them in school. You talk about sending them back to school . Well here is a secret. They will never make it back and succeed there unless you get to the root of the problem-your deep rooted anger.

ADDITIONAL PETTINESS FROM KATE

Kate haven’t you done enough to punish and destroy Jon? You have silenced the man so he cannot speak up or speak back. You have taken away opportunities for him to make big money on the media and now you are suing him for 125K for child support.

Please tell us how this man is supposed to earn a living when you have destroyed his opportunities. Tell us how he is supposed to have a full time job and have no money for nannies and maids and still take care of the kids when you are out and about?

Jon was apparently livid when Kate left their kids with a teenage babysitter whom he did not know and the sitter was instructed by Kate not to talk with Jon.

Kate just dismissed these concerns. The fact that two of the children showed behavioral problems would be a red enough flag for any parent to take their kids off the air. Mia Farrow’s Body Language and Vocal Patterns Indicated She Appeared To Be Truthful In Her Key Testimony About Naomi Campbell

There was no question that when Mia Farrow first arrived on the stand in the courtroom at the Hauge, her tone was initially shaky as it was peppered with “ums”. There was even some lip licking to indicate that she was indeed nervous when initially questioned.

But when asked key questions by the judges, her tone quickly switched to a much more confident one, complete with a sonorous and rich resonance. Her tone appeared to be indicative of a person who had nothing to hide and who was being forthright.

Likewise, Mia’s body language showed signals that indicated a self assuredness and confidence when she was asked key questions. This, along with her matching body language, made it appear to me that she was very credible on the stand.

Perhaps the most powerful signal that someone is telling the truth is when their words match their body language, tone of voice, and speech content. When she told the judges that Naomi Campbell said the diamond was sent by Charles Taylor, she not only had a strong and definite unwavering solid tone, but she immediately shook her head “yes” as confirmation that what she was saying was truthful.

She then relayed that Naomi said the men had given her a huge diamond. Right after she said it, she turned and looked directly at the judge who questioned her as if to punctuate what she was saying as being the truth and having noting to hide. When someone gives direct eye contact after a statement it is is often an indicator that someone is telling the truth.

Once again Mia makes direct eye contact with one of the judges and with an open faced expression, confirms what Naomi also said about Naomi wanting to give the diamond to Nelson Mandela’s charity.

To me, this photo above speaks volumes in terms of whether I think Mia is being truthful. Notice that she is smiling as she reiterates how excited Naomi appeared at the breakfast table when telling about the everyone at the table about the diamond, which Naomi said she secured the night before. In essence, Mia appears to be re-living the moment of Naomi’s excited state. That leads me to believe that she is telling the truth.

Now we see and angry and upset look with a great deal of tension in the jaw indicating anger after hearing Naomi;s testimony read by the judge where Naomi accuses Mia of being the one who said that the diamonds must have come from Charles Taylor. She is also looking directly at the judge as she loudly and confidently stated ” Absolutely Not! Naomi Campbell stated they came from Charles Taylor.”

To me, it looked and sounded like Mia Farrow was being truthful in terms of everything she relayed in the courtroom. www.drlillianglass.com

Al Gore Accuser’s Voice, Sarcasm, Editorial Commentary Showed Signs of Lying As Oregon Authorities Finally Close Case

When I heard that former Vice President Gore was cleared of all assault charges in the case against him by the massage therapist Molly Hagerty I was not at all surprised.

I retrieved my notes from the first time I listened to Ms. Haggerty’s delivery and her voice pattern, I immediately thought her story was very questionable and strongly doubted that she was telling the truth .

After listening to the lengthy bland monotone diatribe where she made editorial comments after certain statements I knew something was terribly wrong. I was hearing way too much extraneous information and not enough emotion.

Based on key words she spoke and the tone in which she spoke them it was clear to me that she had a “chip on her shoulder mentality” right from the beginning. By that I mean that she was clearly looking for a way to equalize a powerful indiviudual and beinghim down.

MONOTONED VOCAL TONES, SIDE BAR TELLING COMMENTS AND SARCASM

The sarcastic and monotone in which she spoke her editorial comments was also disturbing to me. The tone of sarcasm was peppered throughout what she read and it was evident in her spontaneous comments.

When someone exhibits sarcasm on such a consistent basis, it often indicates passive aggressiveness and a lot of masked anger.

BLAND MONOTONE

She did not sound like someone who was truly victimized and traumatized . The bland monotone, where there should have been emotion also disturbed me. If this was so traumatic why did she sound so objective? Even of it happened years ago, why didn’t some of those words she read trigger some type of emotion in her ?

NO TEARS OR VOCAL CATCH IN RELIVING AN ALLEGED TRAMATIC EVENT

The fact that there were no tears, not a catch in her voice or a glitch in her tones as she described an alleged traumatic event in her life very much concerned me. Even if it happened years earlier, if it was that traumatic, she surely would have had to re-live some of that emotion as she read the document.

. Throughout the years in listening to countless clients re-live some of their most traumatic events in their lives, they usually show some type of emotional state in their tone, unless they are in complete denial.

The emotional state may surface openly in the form of audible tears or a vocal flash in the form of a tonal glitch or a pitch break where the vocal muscles would have tightened and the voice would have cracked even ever so slightly.

The vocal pitch could also go up as well due to the tightening and tension of the muscle. But this did NOT happen in Ms, Hagerty’s case.

15 MINUTES OF FAME AND THE POTENTIAL FOR LOTS OF MONEY

There was nothing revealed by Ms. Hagery that indicated veracity to me with the exception of perhaps a person who wanted both her 15minutes of fame and a hefty amount of money.

Before I even listened to the tape this thought also crossed my mind when it was reported that the woman was trying to shop the story for million dollars to media or take what she could get from the highest bidder.

What also turned me off a bit was the fact that she didn’t come forth years earlier. Instead she only came forth when Gore was in a crises and weak mode- when he and wife Tipper were quitting their marriage after four decades.

But I eliminated those thoughts out of my mind. I strongly do not believe in the blaming the victim mentality, so I objectively set forth with an open mind and listened to the tapes.

TOO MUCH INFORMATION

As soon as I heard her mention Gores VIP status and how the hotel wanted her to keep the guests happy said with a tone of sarcasm, I got the tone of whole story. The woman resented having to serve a VIP client whom she perceived as being better than her.

Then she gave way too much information about Gore asking to have his abductor muscles massaged. Most people don’t usually ask for the specific muscle groups to be worked on before hand . If you have been traveling a lot and are tense and aching, you usually let the masseuse do their job. If they aren’t reaching certain hurt muscles, then you tell them what you would like for them to do while you are situated on the massage table.

IF SHE WAS THAT CONCERNED SHE HAD MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO LEAVE BUT DID NOT LEAVE

When she went on to explain the abductor muscles and how it was known to cause an “involuntary” erection, I knew it was complete BS because if that was the case and she felt that he was just concerned about her giving him a sexual massage, she would have known it right then and there and said she couldn’t do that or leave which she didn’t.

When she describes his moaning and groaning and request for abdominal massage, she says shewas uncomfortable. If so, she could have left at that time as well. When she said she was SHOCKED, she needed to leave at that too, but didn’t .

When she says that he got angry, because she didn’t massage him where he wanted to be massaged and that she was shocked, she could of left right then as wellm but didn’t.

She claims to be such a professional and yet she is not acting professional. If she wasn’t thrilled with his actions, she needed to pack up her things and leave durig the beginning of his massage, but she didn’t .

BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEXUAL “FAVORS” OR SEXUAL “BEHAVIORS”- CHANGE IN TERMINOLOGY IS SIGNAL OF DECEPTION

Then she said Gore demanded sexual FAVORS but then quickly changed it to BEHAVIORS. The immediate change is a signal of deception. There is a big difference from demanding a sexual favor to having a sexual behavior. If what she said was true and it made her feel so uncomfortable she could have left right then, but didn’t .

She says he got so freaked and then she got mad. Well a person who is mad speaks up or leaves. She did neither. So what she is saying is clearly not true.

VOCAL THROAT CLEARING TELL OF DECEPTION AND EXPLAINING HERSELF AS ANOTHER SIGN OF DECEPTION

She says he got angry with her for not doing what she wanted him to do. Strangely she then asks him to SHOW HER. That is ridiculous.

When on her next breath she says in a softer tone .“That was nuts.”she clears her throat, demonstrating a clear sign of deception. The only thing that is nuts in my view is her story.

When she describes how he pulled her hand hard towards his public crest region she could have left then but she didn’t. She says “It all happened so fast as you can imagine.” In making that editorial comment, she is pleading with the listener to agree and aknowledge her false statement.

The truth is no one can imagine anyone not leaving the scene if someone was doing what she said Gore did to her.

GORE WOULD HAVE KICKED HER OUT IMMEDIATELY IF SHE WHAT SHE SAID SHE DID

When she then tells how she slowly pulled her hand away and tells him it was a counterproductive massage technique, that would never happen.

If what she said was true, Gore would have been so frustrated and told her to leave because he wanted a masseuse who would do what he wanted done . He would not have lay there silently listening to her nonsense about massage techniques if he was intent on what he wanted done.

TANGENTS AND TOO MUCH INFORMATION EQUALS LYING

When she editorializes and tells him she was speaking to him diplomatically and like she was dancing on the edge of a razor, it is a clear lie. If he was ANGRY as she said, and DRUNK as she said, he wouldn’t be quietly lying there and listening to his explanations in trying to calm him down.

She said he BELLOWED at her. If that was the case she could have left, but didn’t. She then goes on to explain how she never had a client yell at her except for one who was brain injured and drunk five feet tall and would cry. That was just WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION. She was doing too much going of on a tangent self explanation which is a clear indication someone is not telling the truth.

CHIP ON HER SHOULDER MENTALITY

When she said he YELLED that he wasn’t asking her to do anything improper, she made a point of saying in a hyper-articulated pattern of speech ” no impropriety was inferred SIR.” She repeated herself as she relayed this comment, which was also a signal of deception.

But more interesting was that she called him SIR said in a sarcastic tone. That along with the earlier VIP comment and sarcastic tones indicate that she obviously had a problem with his fame.

In essence, the sarcastic tone reveals “ a who do you think you are, you are no better than me chip on her shoulder mentality.”

For the second time she explains how none of her hotel clients never yelled at her or acted out with her .As she said this you could hear the glottal fry in her tone as she dies off at the end of the statement. It was a creaking sound that indicated the voice muscles tightened, It is a clear signal of deception.

She said that it was “then and there” she was in a “perfect storm” and was in a room with someone who was “Teflon coated.” That editorial comment about Gore’s persona being “Teflon coated” indicates her issue with those more powerful that herself. It indicates that she had another agenda which was to bring him down.

To confirm what I am saying she even mentions his celebrity status once again.

FAR FETCHED RIDICULOUS EXCUSES FOR NOT LEAVING

She then gives ridiculous far fetched excuses for why she felt to helpless and didn’t remove herself from the situation.

She tells how she couldn’t yell and scream down the hallway or she would be accosted by his security detail. This comment shows how obviously Gore’s status intimidated her . She didn’t have to run and scream she could have calmly left but she didn’t, She used his security detail as the reason why she didn’t leave.

When she goes on to say she could have been tazered or shot by them as an immediate response it clearly shows how her mindset is working. Also she says that she thought she could be arrested for attempted soliciting or for attempted assault. This added information speaks volumes about what she was thinking and how she built up a non existent scenario in her mind.

She also says that of Gore complained about her to the hotel staff he could have done irreparable damage to her livelihood and to her personal reputation . This is clealy nothing more than a fantasy in her mind.

She then asks ” Does this make sense to yall? Once again she is asking for the reassurance that her lies are being believed.

NOW HER LIES GET MORE INTENSE

Then she said he suddenly changed his tactics and pleaded for sexual release of his chakra. But she doesn’t go on to explain if did so or not. That would have been the most significant part of the ordeal, yet she leaves it out, This further indicates she was lying.

FURTHER INDICATION SHE WAS SET ON BRINGING GORE DOWN

For the third time she mentions who Gore something about Gore’s persona. She says she “thought he was a great guy that cared about people” but “wanted to prevent any of his weirdness from happening.”

In this statement she is in essence saying that he may be a great guy but he is not any better than her. In fact, she sees him as worse than her- as weird, while even seeing herself as the more superior one.

EMOTIONLESS AND COLORFUL TERMINOLOGY INDICATE DECEPTION

When she uses the terms “Inescapable embrace” “with a come hither look” and allegedly says” You’re being a sex crazed poodle.” It is clearly a lie or wishful thinking on her part. It sounds like words you would read in a romance novel.

If someone called you a sex crazed poodle you would laugh. It is funny. You wouldn’t continue with come hither looks.

When she said her resistance was making him giggle and pursue her more strongly it shows her off base her perception. The laughter of Gore she allegedly describes would have been for the poode comment, not for her being resistant.

The reality of the situation is that there are so many young and beautiful women who would be more than happy to not resist Gore’s sexual advances. If he was all about satisfying his sexual release, like she said he was, why would he have to work at it so hard with an unattractive middle aged resistant woman?

Why couldn’t he have called the concierge where he was getting discrete VIP service and ask for a discrete escort service? It is clear that the story she told is an illusion in Ms. Hagerty’s mind.

REPETITION AS A SIGNAL OF DECEPTION AND CONTRADICTION

When she repeats herself and says “This, This resistance was a tactic I had to use, if I wanted to avoid being raped.” The repetition of the word this is an indication she was lying. Gore had no intention of raping her and she knew it.

When a person is being forceful as she described Gore as being, they are suddenly not going to be romantic and stick a chocolate in a glass and give you a sip . It is absurd.

BOTTOM LINE

Ms. Hagerty probably did give him a massage but nothing as she described went on. Seeing him without his clothes and lying down on a massage was an equalizer in her mind, But nevertheless, she was no doubt intimidated by his status.

But now she figured out a way to elevate her own status so she wouldn’t feel so dwarfed by his status. She planned to bring him down and even showed the press a plastic bag with a pair of black semen stained trousers that she allegedly kept for years.

Perhaps she felt that no one would do a DNA test on the semen and that just having pants in a bag would cause so much embarrassment that she would get a hefty financial settlement. But the lab test done on the semen proved it wasn’t Gore’s semen.

And if it was his semen who is to say, she didn’t find it in a condom in the bathroom and smear it on her pants? I wouldn;t put anything past this woman who waited years to come forth.

So now Gore finally by the Oregon Authorities. But even so the egregious actions of Ms. Hagerty has not only caused him a lot of grief and embarrassment, it has caused Tipper and his children horrible anguish.

While he certainly has his global warming critics, it made people lose even more confidence in him as they wondered if he did indeed try to rape this woman. It has tarnished his name and all that he has worked for all his life.

Lindsay Lohan’s Lying Body Language to In Hollywood.com Interview Shows Defensiveness and Anger

As a body language expert being able to read between the lines can be very upsetting when you see someone who was once so gorgeous and talented headed for destruction. Lindsay Lohan’s one on one interview with Hollywood.com was very sad and disturbing to me.

As Lindsay answered the very blunt and direct questions posed to her, there was nothing about it that rang true except for one part.

That was the part when she spoke about how negatively she feels about her father and how she can’t stand him. She called him a convicted felon and said with regard to her father that “enough is enough.”

You can see this in the above photo. That was the only time that her body language showed that she was direct. She faced forward and leaned out and looked directly at the interviewer.

Her facial expression was congruent with what she said. She looked pained and angry based on the tension in her lips and jaw area and on her forehead.

It makes one wonder whether father Michael Lohan’s negative actions stimulate Lindsay’s very disturbing and destructive behavior.

If she does have an alleged alcohol and or drug problem, is his going to the press and sharing her private conversations adding to her aberrant behaviors?

What rings very true is when she says she has nothing to do with him.

LINDSAY’S “ TELLS” WHICH INDICATE LYING

The rest of her interview was filled with signals of deception, which indicated that she was lying about almost every one of the issues about which she was questioned.

Here were the lying “tells” which were observed throughout the interview :

1. Shoulder shrugging

2. Pulling back

3. Looking down and away from the interviewer

4. Looking up to indicate that she was manufacturing answers to the questions

5. Excessive eye blinking

6. Repetition of words and phrases

7. Repeating the question at the beginning of the sentence

8. Using “uh” um’s a lot

9. Telling way too much information

10. Going off on tangents

11. Making countless excuses for actions and behaviors

12. Pulling the head and body back

13. Squirming in her seat

BODY LANGUAGE ANALYSIS IS DEFINITELY NOT “PSEUDOSCIENCE” OR “JUNK SCIENCE” . INSTEAD IT IS BOTH AN ART AND A SCIENCE

And for those of you who are:

a. contentious,

b. die hard Lindsay Lohan fans who can see nothing wrong with her behavior, or

c. who just plain like to argue, please take your fight somewhere else . ‘

Don’t waste your time or mine or show your lack of knowledge by telling me that body language analysis is a pseudoscience or junk science.

I can assure you that it is not. It is based on science and behavioral analysis.

Look at the work of one of the greatest body language researchers of our time, Dr. Paul Ekman, of Stanford University. who’s work on facial tells and micromovement analysis is showcased in the Fox hit television show “ Lie to Me.”

While body language analysis is based on scientific evidence , there is also an art to it. It takes a long time to learn it and an even longer time to be really good at it.

I liken it to what a surgeon does. Based on his education, knowledge and experience, the surgeon, knows exactly what to do during an operation. But the success of the operation depends on his skill as a surgeon and how well he uses and manipulates his hands. In that respect, it is an art.

The same holds true in body language analysis. Anyone that tells you differently that it is a junk science or that it is a pseudoscience is completely ignorant and/ or has a personal axe to grind like a certain self proclaimed Tourette syndrome psychologist named Leslie E. Packer PhD who writes the blog called pogowasright and “ Chronicles of Dissent” with the operative word being on her moniker “dissent.”

DR.LILLIAN GLASS HAS NEVER BACKPEDDLED, AS ” PSYCHOLOGIST” LESLIE E. PACKER AUTHOR OF “CHRONICLES OF DISSENT” AND POGOWASRIGHT, ERRONOUSLY STATES.

I first encountered this psychologist, Leslie E. Packer Ph.D , author of the blog “Chronicles of Dissent” and pogowasright , after I read a very nasty and defamatory blog where she wrote an internet headline that I backpeddled in relation to my series of blogs about Britney Spears . Britney if you remember, had had some issues at the time.

I wondered who would anonymously write such untrue and defamatory comments about me, be such a hater towards other media psychologists, in show cowardly behavior by not signing their name, and even go as far as admitting she wrote to the Board of Psychology (who by the way ended up ignoring her hostile efforts).

This blogger continued her personal vendetta by attacking my work as a body language expert, thumbing her nose at it and calling it junk and pseudoscience.

But what she didn’t count on was how I ironically used my scientific skills as a body language expert to uncover this formerly anonymous blogger’s identity. In doing so it completely refuted her ignorant claims that body language analysis is junk or pseudoscience.

DR. LILLIAN GLASS’ BODY LANGUAGE ANALYSIS WAS USED TO UNCOVER THE IDENTITY OF ANONYMOUS BLOGGER, TOURETTE SYNDROME PSYCHOLOGIST LESLIE E. PACKER. AUTHOR OF BLOG CHRONICLES OF DISSENT AND POGOWASRIGHT

After analyzing various “tells” in her blog writings, I discovered that all of this Toxic verbal venom towards me and my profession came from a 70 something New York based psychologist ( a non- media psychologist) who in my view had a definite axe to grind.

In fact, to me it seemed like nothing else but a clear case of professional jealousy. Based on my analysis of her specific “tells” I discovered her name was Leslie E Packer a PhD who reportedly dealt with patients with Tourette’s Syndrome . She was also the author of a blog called Chronicles of Dissent” and pogowasright. When I punched up her name on the internet it appeared that she was no stranger to her activity as there were numerous allegedly derogatory headlines over the internet which several others made about her.

So, the bottom line is that anyone who calls body language analysis a pseudoscience or junk science is to be ignored.

They may allegedly have “issues” or a personal axe to grind.

WHAT LINDSAY REALLY SAID

ANGER. DENIAL AND DEFIANCE

When Lindsay was asked point blank whether she should be in rehab , the most telling signal was that she looked away, In a defensive facial move, she slightly wrinkled her forehead as she lifted her shoulder (as in giving the cold shoulder)

In an angry clipped staccato tone stated “ I don’t see why I have to go.” Her answer clearly indicated that she was in denial. She was angry at the question and even more angry at the notion that someone would think of sending her to rehab .

As she looks away her face reflects her defiance as she continues on making lame excuses.

SIGNALS OF DECEPTION AND VULNERABILITY WHEN DISCUSSING “MISSING” PASSPORT

When someone repeats the question you asked and manipulates one of your key words, chances are they a re not telling you the truth.

The interviewer bluntly asks Did your passport really go missing or was it an excuse.?”

Immediately you notice a shoulder shrugs she repeats the same sentence. These are two definite signals of deception.

Then she continues , as she touches her neck. “ and says “ other thing a piece of jewelery and items that were in my possession, so I thought.”

The volunteering of that much information which was not requested, along with her shoulder shrug were two more signals of deception, making it a total of four signals in just a sentence .

When Lindsay denied that her passport didn’t go missing but rather was stolen, this change in semantics shows that she has definite problems with getting things straight. She had no proof the passport was stolen.

In the photo above you can clearly see that notice that Lindsey holding onto her neck and chin. The neck is one of the the most vulnerable parts of our body

So when someone holds onto it it usually reflects that they are indeed feeling vulnerable. Lindsay may very well have felt vulnerable after being asked this question which she most probably knew was not true.

Finally her shifting her eyes to the side as soon as she was asked the question is further indication of deception.

WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT MISSING PROGRAMS’

When someone gives you too much information and makes excuses and gets into excess detail, they are usually not telling you the truth.

Lindsay is full of justifying her behavior and that is a huge signal of deception.

LYING ABOUT TAKING DRUGS

When Lindsay was asked if she was still taking drugs the telling signal of deception was a shoulder shrug and her looking away as though she didn’t want to face the truth. The muscle tension in her forehead indicating that she as angry she was asked this question. d

Her cocking her head to the side and looking own to the side indicates that she is attempting to manufacture an answer.

DEFENSIVENESS

Perhaps the most telling thing throughout the interview was Lindsay’s defensiveness,. This was really evident when she was asked about missing her programs.

Instead of a simple yes or no answer as to whether she attended all of her programs she looks worried and terrified and is full of excuses about how she stayed in NY and did another class and something about a funeral.

THE INDIAN EMBASSY ???

When people lie their excuses often get more and more creative. They make no sense whatsoever min terms of their decision making process.

When Lindsay said she tried everything to get back to LA for her court date she said she even went to the Indian embassy.

This makes no sense at all. An American has no business going to an Indian embassy. They can only help their Indian citizens not American ones.

ANGRY CHIN JUT WHEN ASKED ABOUT HER PARTYING IN CANNES

In this photo above we really see a very angry Lindsay Lohan who looks very defiant as she juts her chin forward and glares at the interviewer who asked her about her partying in Cannes. She completely denied it stating that she was working.

She was extremely defensive body language wise with a raised shoulder indicting that she was ready for a fight. It;s much like an aggressive animal does with raised hackles when they are ready to attack.

The odd thing was that the movie that she was allegedly promoting a movie on which she says she was working hasn’t even been made. So in essence she was there to promote an idea for a movie that has no production date

LINDSAY AND HER NEW ADDITON – A SCRAM BRACELET

The whole thing is so sad. It was so sad to see Lindsay looking so devastated in the courtroom as she was sentenced to wear a SCRAM bracelet to determine if she would be free of alcohol in her system.

She was then told that she would be subject to random drug testing. I certainly hope that Lindsay can accomplish these two things. I hope that she will not drink or take drugs. I hope that if she is addicted to either of these substances that she take advantage of this situation to get herself sorted out in a 12 step program or get herself to an addiction specialist who can help her. Rehab may also be a good choice for her. Even though she failed at it in the past, she just may succeed this time around. Oftentimes it may take many stints in rehab to get clean of drugs and alcohol.

FAMILY DYNAMICS

I pray for Lindsay. I would love to see her succeed and become an inspiration to others. I know that this talented and beautiful young woman has suffered a lot of emotional distress due to her relationship with her TOXIC father.

Instead of taking it out on herself and self destructing, she needs to get some professional help so that she can turn her pain outward and not inward.

DAD

Personally, I believe that the damage between Lindsay and her father is irreparable. When he shared her personal audiotapes with the world and allegedly received payment for doing so I believe that was the ultimate betrayal. There are some things which are unforgivable and in my view that is one of them.

I believe that she needs to continue to unplug from her father and continue to keep him at arms length from her. He does not need to be in her life. I believe that there are some people who are so TOXIC to others that they can wreak havoc on their psyche and restimulate self destructive behaviors.

MOM

While Dina her mother is clearly an enabler based on her actions and denial of Lindsay’s issues, there is no doubt that Lindsay loves her mother. You can see her love for her mother when she talked about her mother in the Hollywood.com interview.

You could even see the affection the two have for one another in the latest ET interview where Lindsay surprised her mother with having her mother’s house cleaned by a professional organizer. I think that their relationship could be a lot healthier if they both had some joint counseling together and Dina learned about boundaries and not enabling her daughter.

SIBLINGS

There is also a lot of affection between Lindsay and her siblings. In fact she became teary eyed when she talked about not being able to attend her younger brother’s graduation because she was going to be in court .

I believe that Lindsay can turn this negative experience into a positive one and use the time to get herself sorted out.

I hope that she gets counseling to help her deal with the pain that appears to be gnawing inside of her. Nothing would be more inspiring than to see a positive comeback for this beautiful and gifted actress. www.drlillianglass.com

Tommy Croslin’s Voice and Speech Patterns in Jailhouse Confession Ring True. What Does Ron Cummings Know?

TOMMY’S NON DECEPTIVE VOCAL TELLS

Tommy Croslin, brother of Misty Croslin, the ex step mother of missing five year old Haleigh Cummings, told his grandmother, Flora Hollars that he knows how Haleigh died. Based on his vocal tells during his phone conversation with his grandmother he appears to me to be telling the truth.

He is fluent in speech, without hesitation, repetition, and does’t use ” like um and ums” – tells which can often be heard when there is deception. He has a fluidity to the rate of speech. His tone of voice is appropriately inflected, especially when he speaks about being scared. He says that he is scared of anyone hurting his kids and I believe him. In fact, n you can actually hear the fearful emotional state reflected in his vocal tone.

I especially believe Tommy when he tells his grandmother that he was threatened to keep quiet about what happened. Perhaps that would seem to explain the headless rat that arrived in his mailbox, which Ron allegedly sent as a reminder to not “rat him out”.

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO HALEIGH?

Grandmother Flora Hollars questioned her grandson Tommy about that horribly fateful night that Haleigh was last seen. She said:

“I was told that Ron come home, and Haleigh and found one of his pills and took it and was dead … Ron called you to get you to come up there and help Misty clean the house while he disposed of Haleigh,”

But then Tommy denied this scenario which his grandmother presented and said it simply wasn’t true.

He said he was threatened to stay quiet about what happened, or risk being killed. He told his grandmother he feels more safe in jail.

Tommy then asked his grandmother about his sister Misty and if she has told investigators all she knows about Haleigh.

This line of Tommy’s questioning definitely leads me to believe what I have said all along that Misty knows a lot about what happened to the little girl.

I read it in her vocal pattern during the 911 call and saw it in her body language on every subsequent television interview she did where she discussed how she didn’t know what happened to little Haleigh.

DID HALEIGH OVERDOSE ON OXYCONTIN?

Even though Tommy denied Flora’s scenario that she heard Haleigh and found one of his pills and took it and was dead …and even denied the rest of her scenario that “ Ron called you to get you to come up there and help Misty clean the house while he disposed of Haleigh,” the real question is, what part of the scenario is Tommy denying? Is there any part of the scenario which is true? Is he denying the part that:

Haleigh found one of his pills and took it and was dead, or that
Ron called him to come up there and help Misty clean the house, or that
Ron disposed of Haleigh?

Was Tommy saying “no” to all of this story or only to a part of it?

This is not the first time we heard something about Haleigh in relation to drugs. It was one of the three stories that Flora said that Misty shared with her grandmother as to what happened to Haleigh.

It was also a scenario that we read about in one of Misty Croslin’s friend’s jailhouse letters. Apparently her friend Kristina Prevatt aka Nay Nay made reference to Haleigh getting into some “oxycottin.”

If it was true that Haleigh got a hold of the drug and ingested it, did she first become unconscious before she died? As soon as she was unconscious why wasn’t she immediately taken to the emergency room where her stomach could have been pumped and her life could have possibly been saved ?

The reason may have been simple. If it was discovered that she ingested oxycontin, authorities question would be where she got the drug. There would be no doubt be an investigation and Ron’s drug dealing business would be over. So nothing was done to save her, if indeed she did ingest the drug. If this is the case, she was obviously neglected and left to die.

Could this be the reason that Ron acted so odd throughout this entire situation? Did he know what happened to Haleigh as he had Misty call 911 and as he subsequently went on television to do all of the interviews?

RON’S ODD BODY LANGUAGE AND BEHAVIOR SINCE THE 911 CALL

I have always been troubled by Ronald Cummings’ body language and behavior ever since I first heard the 911 tape where he had his then 17 year old girlfriend Misty reported his daughter Haleigh missing.

To me, his behavior seemed very confusing and not congruent. Did he know a lot more than he was saying during his interviews? In my view, his behavior was very odd. Here are the elements which have troubled me about Ron’s behavior.

The 911 call was made by a 17 year old girl and not by Ron, the parent of the child. As we all saw in the Greta van Sustern interviews, Ron is a “ take charge kind of guy” as he appeared to direct Misty as to what to say and not to say. So why didn’t he take charge that night and call 911?

In the brief moment he speaks to the 911 operator, Ron said ” I just got home from work. If I find who took my daughter I will kill them. He then repeats this threat several times, which is very odd. Most people who were missing a child would go into the woods, even in the dark and start to call out to the child. They would wonder why she would have walked off.They would plead with 911 to help them locate their child. They would not make threats.

3. During the 911 call he told Misty to hang up because he had” better people to talk to.” Who were these “better” people to whom he was referring that were more important to speak to other than law enforcement?

4. His sudden rush to marry a legally underage 17 year old shortly after the child disappeared was also cause for concern. Was his rush to marry Misty done so that his wife could not testify against him? Did he marry her so quickly because he did not want to get arrested for being with an underage girl?

5. His controlling behavior over Misty during the Greta van Sustern interview and Today show interview and inconsistent statements make one wonder whether he already knew what happened to his daughter. Why was he so controlling over Misty in her speaking? Did he not want her to reveal something relevant to the press?

6. Ron’s hurling himself on the ground for what seemed to be for the effect of the camera and his non tears were also odd.

7. Ron was too sure that Haleigh was taken and still alive. After a year, most people would at least question whether Haleigh had been killed.

8.Ron’s constant verbal theme that he was “at work,” said throughout all of his interviews was odd. It was as though he mentioned it to everyone who would listen so they would be sure to know he had nothing to do with Haleigh’s disappearance because he was somewhere else- “at work”.

While it was documented that Ron was indeed at work, what happened before he went to work? During one interview, he had a smug Chesire cat grin, when he spoke about how he was”at work.”

He even made the same statement to the undercover officer to whom he sold the drugs in the car as he also told him that he was “at work”.

9.Ron’s volunteering too much unsolicited information that “Haleigh was not a victim of a dope boy”- a young male that moves hard drugs (ex. cocaine, crack), as well as the standard marijuana and prescription pills to a specific geographic area or neighborhood, was also odd.

10. His deceptive verbal tells of hesitation, fragmentation, and the repetition to Geraldo Rivera’s interview were also concerns.

11. Ron made a disconcerting statement to Geraldo when Geraldo tells him he was told that Ron hit his child. Ron’s answer was fragmented as he repeated Gerlado’s exact words in the beginning of the question .Ron then goes on to say “ Me and my child have an agreement. Daddy, daughter. She has been spanked on her behind the way DCF says that you can take care of disciplining your children.”

First of all what is this daddy daughter agreement? This fragmented statement with way too much information leads me to question as to whether Ron may have possibly hit Haleigh or possibly backhanded her to the face as Geraldo asked.

12. Ron lied to Geraldo about having nothing to do with drugs when in fact we know that he did, based on his recent drug bust.

13. Finally, Ron’s bravado when he was first arrested, telling reporter Dan Treen that he will kill the person who killed Haleigh makes me once again question if this was his way to possibly mislead authorities who so they would take the focus of of him.

DID MISTY HARM HALEIGH?

One of the other possible scenarios that Flora Hollars said that Misty relayed to her in relation to what happened to Haleigh was that she hit Haleigh over the head with some wood.

The inconsistencies with regard to Misty during her interviews since Haleigh went missing are a follows:

Misty told Greta Van Sustern she did not sleep with Haleigh.
Misty told Nancy Grace that Hailey was not in bed with her, indicating they had not slept together.
Misty then said at one time Hailey was asleep in the same bed with her brother.
Misty said she was washing the sheets and put a blanket over Haleigh when she was sleeping
Misty told Meredith Viera that Haleigh was in her bed
Misty told Nancy Grace that she and Haleigh were in bed together.
Misty also said she went to bed at 10 PM and woke up at 3. Ron said he called Misty at 3:25 as he was pulling into the driveway.I want to know what happened in those 25 minutes when Misty reported that she woke up to the time Ron called her as he pulled into the driveway. And why would anyone call anyone as they were pulling into the driveway when they would see the person in a matter of seconds? It didn’t make any sense at all.

TOMMY IS THE FIRST

During one interview where I was on a panel with Leonard Padilla, the famous bounty hunter, he said that”:Tommy would be the first to crack.” He said that Tommy would be the first one to tell what happened and Leonard was absolutely correct.

Tommy is frightened to losing his wife Lindsey and his family and keeps mentioning this. In fact in his last conversation with Tommy, grandmother Flora Hollars reassured Tommy that Lindsey loved him and wasn’t leaving him.

So it seems to me as though Tommy is highly motivated to get back to the wife and family he loves. No doubt that is why he has decided that it is in his best interest to tell the truth and to tell all that he knows and , finally cooperate.

Jermaine Jackson Shows Many Signals of Deception While Trying to Cover Up for Son Jafar in Dutch TV Interview

Jermain Jackson’s interview on Dutch TV showed numerous signals of deception. These these signals included lengthy pause time, out of sync phrasing, shoulder shrugs and long pauses between words, breathing, upper chest breathing, shaking his head “no” when he should be shaking it “yes,” mask-like pulled back nervous disingenuous smile, and “um’s,”” ang uh’s”, head jerking. and drawn out vowels.

Therefore, it appears to me that Jermaine Jackson is clearly showing signals of deception in an attempt to cover up for his 13 year old son Jafar. Allegedly Jafar was chasing Michael Jackson’s youngest son Blanket around the house with a Stun Gun which he purchased online.

In Jermain’s attempt to cover to Jafar, he implicates himself by saying that Jafar was buying a Stun Gun for him and that he knew about it! I doubt that was the case ? What kind of parenting is that? How in their right mind would let their 13 year old son but them a Stun Gun over the Internet?

JERMAIN’S EXACT WORDS AND DR. GLASS’ COMMENTARY

Here are Jermain’s exact words from the interview. In parentheses you will see the signals of deception that he exhibited

“That’s not true there was no accident.” “That was my son.” (upper chest breathing- signal of deception ready to take place next). “He was, he was (repetition- signal of deception) getting this , this (repletion, signal of deception) little thing ( minimization of not saying what this “”little thing” was—-a STUN GUN!!!) As Jermaine says this he has a tight mask-like smile indicating deception.

As Jermain says he was getting this little this little thing forME. His voice gets louder to emphasize the word ME and he suddenly jerks his head down into his chest which indicates deception. It is no doubt that the “little thing (STUN GUN) was NOT purchased for him but for his son.

Then Jermain turns away as he tries to blame put the blame on the press and says in a very slow labored speech pattern, “Some how some one alerted the press and it got out of hand and there was no encounter with Blanket or anything” ( said with a mask like smile indicating deception). What does he mean by “ no encounter with Blanket ( a person) or any thing? “ The fact that he added the word “any THING” after mentioning Blanket is yet another signal of deception. It is too much information. If someone was being forthright they would have stopped after the word “Blanket.” They would have said without a mask-like smile “ Nothing happened to Blanket.”

Then Jermain goes on and gives way too much information, clearly another signal of deception.

“ But my son feels very very bad (repetition as a signal of deception) (upper chest breathing indicating deception), because he told me ( his pitch of voice suddenly goes up) that he was going to get me something online ( shoulder shrug – a signal of deception along with shaking his head “no” as he says this indicating yet another signal of deception)” that before we left to come out here and uh (signal of deception along with upper chest breathing indicating further deception) it got out (drawing out the vowel for longer than normal indicating deception) of hand ( THIS MAKES NO SENSE!!! When something makes no sense the person is most likely not telling the truth)

Also why was Jafar feeling very very bad? You say it is because he told you that he was going to get you something online.” Was he feeling bad because he used your gift which you claim he was getting you on line to scare his baby cousin? Was he feeling “very very bad” becasue his gift was a surprise for you and after he used your alleged gift to chase around his cousin, it was no longer a surprise- that you learned your gift was a stun gun?

Then Jermain continues “Somehow it got out out” (repletion indicating signal of deception as he is also shaking his head “no” when when should be shaking it “yes” as another signal of deception) of hand. But but ( repletion) Blanket is fine….”
What got out of hand? Was it the fact that Jafar was allegedly chasing Blanket around with a stun gun and frightening this innocent child? Was it the fact that Dept., of Child Services Spent 6 and ½ hours at the home? And what in the world was a 13 year old doing buying you a STUN GUN? Why in the wqorld would you need a STUN GUN? Who were you planning to STUN with your GUN? And the fact you said you KNEW that Jafar was buying you a “little something” like a STUN GUN online and you allowed it is unconscionable and speaks to your parenting!!!

You, Jermain, would have been much better off to tell the truth instead of your BS spin.

Why didn’t you just come out and say” I am appalled at what happened. I am appalled that my 13 year old son bought a STUN GUN on line. I have discussed this with him and he has been reprimanded and dealt with for his unacceptable behavior.

But to say that he bought this STUN GUN for you and that you knew about it is completely ridiculous.

Little Blanket has been through so much that the last thing in the world he needs is to be traumatized by his cousin, your son. The last thing he needs is to experience fear of being STUNNED by A GUN! No child should have to experience this. It is abusive behavior! If this is the case, I say he and his brother Prince and sister Paris should not be living in the same household as you or Jafar. http://www.drlillianglass.com/
