Baby Lisa’s Mother Shows Much Defensiveness, Signals of Deception and Fake Tears on Dr. Phil

She looks up. She looks away. She immediately begins displaying a “crying face” when Dr. Phil asks her about the Kansas City Police Department giving her a fair shake. But what is really wrong with the picture is that there are no liquid tears as she transitions to a non crying facial expresion within milliseconds.
Then she gets defensive and volunteers in a harsh and defensive tone . “It’s not a circus. It’s not a joke. ” First of all who said it was a circus and who said it was a joke? When someone volunteers extraneous and tangential information that has little or nothing to do with the case it usually indicates that it is a signal of deception and a case of “thou dost protest too much.” Then she goes on to say “This is not a game. This is my baby.” Once again who said anything about a game? In analyzing her statement, when someone is playing games and is the first to bring up the term “game” , it usually is a game they may be playing.
In Debbie Bradley’s case, it seems to be a “cat and mouse game” with the Kansas City Police. Also look at this photo below.
As she makes the statement , you see a facial expression of her crying. But look closely. There are no tears. It is reminiscent of Susan Smith and Casey Anthony. The crying facial expression is without tears. To me that is a huge red flag.
Look how Deborah Bradley clutches on to Jeremy Irwin’s hand. Look at how his index finger is extended.Their fingers do not interlock. It shows some distance between them in my view. Also look at his other hand. It is cupped into a fist, which in my estimation spells anger. Maybe deep down he is angry at Debbie for what may have happened to Baby Lisa on her watch.
Dr. Phil asks her if during the 90 days new light was shed and whether something developed. . Deborah looks down and says said “Yes but I’m not gonna talk about it.”Then WHY bother to appear on Dr. Phil? Why not speak to the Kansas City Police and tell them about the new developments.
Jeremy’s voice is weak and he dies off at the end of sentences, which indicates that he too is confused about what happened to baby Lisa and no doubt Deborah’s possible role in all of this.
As Jeremy Irwin speaks, there is a numb robot- like tone to his voice. Look at his body language in relation to Deborah. He holds on to himself for comfort as he has his fingers interlocked as he speaks. Deborah has her hand on his thigh as if to guide him non -verbally in making sure he doesn’t say the wrong thing. There is not a reciprocal physical connection to her when he speaks which is not a good sign as far as how this couple is relating to one another. It seems to me that it indicates tension and disharmony in the relationship.
As their attorney Joe Tacopina spins his spin and speaks on behalf of the couple, we see Deborah dab her eyes. Only there are no tears to dab. To me that is a HUGE red flag, body language wise.
When Dr. Phil asked Baby Lisa’s mother if she was wrong when she said that all the lights were turned off in the house after her husband Jeremy contradicted her by saying the lights were on when he came home, she immediately went on the defensive and began to attack Jeremy .
She leaked out anger as she looked up and said that ”what he said was a it was a huge exaggeration“. Her looking up during his crucial statement along with her anger and defensiveness could be interpreted as a signal of deception.
When Dr. Phil asked her about the cadaver dog’s hit we could see her squirm and fidget , indicating that she was very uncomfortable about this line of questioning. Then we see her lick her lips, no doubt due to a case of ”cotton mouth” it may be due to anxiety and is often a signal of deception. We then see her bite her lips which indicates she was no doubt holding back information.
Throughout the interview the attorney kept interjecting. When a person has nothing to hide in my view,they speak openly sans attorney.
Prior to appearing on Dr. Phil , Deborah Bradley was vey inconsistent in her story.Now she is highly defensive. When someone is highly defensive it is often a red flag.
While I am not accusing Deborah Bradley of wrongdoing, her body language and facial language and speech content and Jeremy’s voice patterns and body language speak volumes. In my view fake tears are always cause for concern.

Joran Van Der Sloot’s Insincere Body Language During Courtoom Confession Lands His 28 Years In Prison

We see a very different looking Joran Van der slot when he was first arrested and frightened after being arrested for killing Stephanie Flores in Peru and paraded around. Then we saw a wide eyed frightened Joran. Today we see a heavier and more cocky Joran. The cocked head to the side and the tight lipped appearance indicate his insincerity.
His shoulder shrugs as you can see int his photo when he spoke the words Yes I want to plead guilty. I wanted from the first moment to confess sincerely. As he states these words you can see many signals of deception. The statement analysis indicates deception as well based on the words he chose. It is not true that Joran wanted to plead guilty from the first moment to confess.He was adamant from the beginning that he was innocent and then claimed he was coerced into a confession by the Peruvian authorities. Also the word sincerely is also significant as there eis nothing sincere about his confession.
Also the repetition of the word ”wanted” speaks to yet another issue- his seeing himself as a victim in all of this. In essence he says that he wanted to do so at the beginning but no one would let him. We clearly know that this is not so based on reports of his actions early on during his arrest and subsequent incarceration.
His monotone voice along with his cocked head belie his words as he continues to say I am truly sorry for this bad act. He shrugs his shoulders looks up, away from the three judges as he cocks his head. Not only does he shrug his shoulder, he keeps it in the same raised position which indicates that he is literally giving the “cold shoulder” to match his cold monotoned voice pattern.
His words indicate the opposite based on his body language behaviors. He is not sorry at all and does not consider this a bad act. he has no feeling and no remorse whatsoever and it shows.
Then he immediately switches up the words and says I am truly sorry for this act. I feel bad. The fact that he repeats his apology as he alters the word order confirms that he is lying about feeling sorry for his “bad act”.
But now he is actually showing signals of honesty when he makes this latest statement. He now focuses his eyes back on the judges as he l looks directly at them as he now bows his head in sorrow. Yes he is sorry, but NOT for killing Stephanie Flores. He is sorry for getting caught . In fact he is truly sorry he got caught. Now he does not call it a bad act as he did initially. Now he simply calls it an act .In essence he is saying that he is sorry he was caught for his act of killing Stephanie Flores which he does not consider bad , but merely an act.
Then he says I feel very bad. This is true based on his body language. He feels very bad because he was caught doing this act that he did not consider bad. Note how the position of the words bad and act have changed in his statement. It is not longer a bad act. Now he feels bad he was caught in the act.
He is still nervous and anxious as she shows signs of this rocking back and forth freighting movements which his legs constantly moving as he sat and waited to speak, through his profuse sweating and itching as you can see int he photo above.
However he cannot help but leak out his arrogance and self righteousness through his erect posture and raised shoulder literally giving the judges a cold shoulder via his insincere confession . He does however feel vulnerable as you can see by his hands clasped over his private area. While he believe he was justified in what he did to Stephanie and feels forced to confess for the reward to a lighter sentence, he is still nervous and frightened by what the sentence will be. Also if you look at the muscle tension of his hands as he clasps them over his groin area you can see that he is indeed exhibiting a lot of nervousness and tension as he is holding on to himself for dear life.
Another change in Joran is that there is a lot of puffiness under his eyes which may indicate he is not getting a lot of sleep in prison and/ or possibly doing drugs. It has been said that for the right amount of money one can get just about anything in this prison.
Joran’s legal defense was that he had Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome from the Natalie Holloway incident because he was hounded by the press for her alleged killing. Perhaps this was the best defense that his attorney could come up with because there was certainly no other defense as to why Joran would kill a lovely Peruvian girl with a bright future ahead of her. This lame defense got him two years less than the maximum 30 years he would have received had he not confessed.
As we see from Joran’s photos, prison life has not been good to him. He looks bad and as he lingers in prison for the next close to three decades, he will look even worse and prison life will be worse to him. Based on his actions during his court proceedings he knows this as well.
His slovenly appearance shows that he did not care how he looked or came across. He may have been told by his attorney that his confession would result in less prison time. because of his arrogance he may have interpreted this less prison time to be only a a few years. That would explain why he was visibly angry when the judge ordered him to 28 years in prison. He was reported to have cursed out loud as she was also ordered to pay $75,000 in reparations.
But Under Peru’s laws, however, van der Sloot could get out after serving half of his sentence. This means the 24 year old could be out when he is 38. That means he would have a long life ahead of him to live freely. With book, film and TV interviews he could be a very wealthy man, continue his gambling lifestyle and life like nothing ever happened.
But that will not be the case if the US has anything to do about it. He may be extradited to the US for extortion in the Natalie Holloway case. If found guilty, he would be put away for more time and serve it in the US.
It is unclear to date whether Joran will stay at Castro Castro prison where he has been isolated from the other prisoners or whether now that he has been sentenced, he will be among the general population there. it is unclear as to whether he will be transferred to a more harsher prison in Peru and placed int he general population.
If placed the general population Joran will be a walking dead man as there is fierce loyalty even among prisoners when it comes to a national hero- Stephanie Flores’ father.If another prisoner does not kill him, disease such as TB and AIDS may do it, thus making it doubtful that we will see Joran on the streets of Aruba, the Netherlands or any other place int he world.
If by some fluke of nature he does come out of prison alive at age 38, he will no doubt suffer the same fate as OJ and so many others where they commit another bad act to land themselves in prison for life.
While nothing can bring back Stephanie Flores, justice was finally served as she can now rest in peace. Let’s hope the same justice can be served for Natalie Holloway so she too can rest in peace and so her loving mother Beth can also have some peace.

KATE FILLED WITH ANGER WHICH KIDS MIRROR
After watching Kate Gosselin’s latest interview with Meredith Vierra on the Today Show I saw an angry, bitter, and petty woman who just can’t let go of her hatred towards Jon.
She is in such denial that she does’nt have any clue that her inner hatred and anger is being mirrored by those kids and literally destroying them. As she took her anger out on Jon and continues to be filled with hatred, her kids are taking their anger and hatred out on the other kids. at school
They have anger issues because she has anger issues. It’s not because of the divorce. It is because she is so angry about the divorce and that anger carries over to them. Lots of kids are products of divorce and they don[t go around beating on and cursing at other kids.
THE LEG KICK
Kate began the interview kicking her legs. When someone kicks their legs when they are about to be interviewed it means they are very uncomfortable and are not looking forward to the interview because they probably will not be forthright with you.
THE HEAD COCK
Then in a monotone she says ” We are doing great” as she opens her eyes wide. This eye widening is often a signal of deception. Then she says We are very happy and adds the word “actually, ”When you have to add the word actually” it most likely means that things are not actually that great.
When Kate was asked about whether the two of the kids were expelled from school she cocks her head to the side. This is often a signal of deception. She then speaks in a staccato hyper articulated speech pattern saying ” That is false.” When one does that, it is usually signals deception. Also there was a lot of fidgeting with her hands. This is another sign of deception.
Now we hear her convoluted attempts filled with ums. It does not make sense as it is disjointed. She is searching for words as she knows what she is saying is complete spin and nonsense.”
We have a situation where we my kids um are in an academic situation where academics um are pushed and I fully support it. Combined with kids who were having to just go through with a divorce. Their parents suffering some of those normal feelings
When someone speaks in fragments like you see above they are lying, When they speak in tangents they are lying.
The telling thing here is her words ” their parents suffering.” It shows just how narcissistic she is. She doesn’t say the children are suffering but instead brings it back to herself, saying that she is suffering.
‘Then she says and the two collided and they were not doing well with the combination. What about a simple YES THEY WERE EXPELLED BECAUSE THEY ARE TROUBLED EMOTIONALLY!!
Body language wise look at Kate’s upturned palm. What this means is she is begging for Meredith and the audience to to believe her roundabout circumvented deceptive answer.
Look at Meredith’s facial expression. It says that she isn;t buying Kate’s nonsense. either.
KATE’S SELF ABSORPTION AND BRINGING THE TOPIC BACK TO HER DIVORCE
Kate says I felt so alone, I talked to other moms who had gone through the divorces. This is is NOT about Kate and her divorce. It is about the kids but she is obviously too self absorbed to see that.
Then she protests so much as she shakes her head NO, knowing full well what she is saying is complete BS as she says ’Its NORMAL Stuff as she shakes her head no.
Then she suddenly looks down. This is a huge indicator of deception as she says I did what I could do we mutually agreed. I brought them home with a private tutor
Then she says …um um (she smiles as though she remembered to say something she left out as part of her spin) She says and Early education teacher…
Kate is speaking in fragments which means she is most likely reciting some rhetoric she was no doubt told to say . She obviously messed up her lines.’’
Then she shows just how in denial she is as she recites : It is dealing with the very normal results of a divorce.”
WHAt???????? Most kids have parents who get divorced and d they don’t beat one another and curse them like her kids allegedly did. How about admitting that their anger is the result of a hostile hateful and angry mother whom they no doubt mirrored. They saw her anger and abuse towards their father almost every day of their young lives.’

Kate obviously knows what she is saying is complete BS. That is why she purses her lips in an attempt to hold back all the BS.
STILL BITCHING ABOUT JON
Then Kate Gets bitchy as she has to say how Good she is and how BAD Jon is. She just has to tell one just how she reached out to him first, and how it depend on the day and the hour , thus giving him yet another zing . This is a man she not only emotionally destroyed and emasculated throughout her marriage by hitting him and belittling him, but now she has removed his voice
The man isn’t even allowed to go on the airwaves to defend himself or he will get fined and lose what little he does have.

Why does she have to go there? Why can’t she leave him be? If he is the father of her kids and always will be as she made sure to say on the show, then she needs to leave him alone and stop trashing him.
He loves his kids and is the reason they will probably have a chance at life. He has only given them love nd affection.
Now that he has a beautiful lovely and beautiful woman in his life – Ellen Ross, those kids will finally know about a healthy male female relationship. They will see a man and a woman who respect one another not a man and a woman who constantly bicker like they saw with Jon and Kate .
Then she says And Honestly when I think of the old days I try to email him and write him and give him a call. When someone starts a sentence with Honestly chances are they are not being honest,
Then Meredith relayed to Kate how Jon apologized on his twitter account publicly for what he did to Kate. Instead of acting like a mature adult and saying I appreciate it or petty Kate says she doesn’t consider interviews and twitters an apology and that she never got a an apology yet.”
HOW PETTY!!!!!!!!!
Kate, get over it! Talking like that is what will ruin your kids forever. Your pettiness will transfer over to them.
Then she disgustingly says ” Strangely and ironically I have forgiven him..’’
If you have really forgiven him then why the shoulder shrugs which indicate deception. Why all the high drama? In my view Jon is the one who needs to forgive you for abusing and emotionally torturing him until he went over the edge.

Then she leaks out ” people who are close to me are upset that I don’t get that angry. And who are those people, Steve Neild the bodyguard?
Then on the next breath she leaks out “I am angry,” Then she changes her mind and says What good does it does it do I don’t have time to waste”
But her expression and vocal inflection say it all. She scrunched up her face and goes up at the end of the statement as though she is asking a question. She clearly knows she does not believe what she is saying.
Kate, here is a very valuable message to you. Since the therapist is allegedly already in the house to take care of the two angry home schooled kids, why not have a session with the therapist as well? The therapist can help you get over your anger towards Jon.’
Your anger is making the kids angry which is destroying their little lives. Your anger is being mirrored by them in school. You talk about sending them back to school . Well here is a secret. They will never make it back and succeed there unless you get to the root of the problem-your deep rooted anger.
ADDITIONAL PETTINESS FROM KATE
Kate haven’t you done enough to punish and destroy Jon? You have silenced the man so he cannot speak up or speak back. You have taken away opportunities for him to make big money on the media and now you are suing him for 125K for child support.
Please tell us how this man is supposed to earn a living when you have destroyed his opportunities. Tell us how he is supposed to have a full time job and have no money for nannies and maids and still take care of the kids when you are out and about?
JON IS RIGHT!!!! GET THE KIDS OFF THE AIR
Jon was apparently livid when Kate left their kids with a teenage babysitter whom he did not know and the sitter was instructed by Kate not to talk with Jon.
Kate just dismissed these concerns. The fact that two of the children showed behavioral problems would be a red enough flag for any parent to take their kids off the air. Tiffany Hartley’s Body Language, Facial and Vocal Tells-Do They Reveal Deception?

With the illegal immigration issues and anti-Mexican sentiment that is prevalent in so many US border communities, the news story of Tiffany Hartwell, who alleges her husband was shot in the head by some Mexican pirates on Falcon Lake, seems to have hit a nerve.
It generates the fear that if you go into Mexico you may not come out alive. In fact Texas Governor Richard Perry has even rallied behind the incident. Jane Velez Mitchell even went so far as calling the woman a “hero.”
But in my view I see nothing heroic about this woman. In fact what I see are many signals of deception in her body language and communication patterns that I find disturbing.
While there been reports of Mexican pirates in the past, those who had any encounters were all unharmed, as the intention of the pirates were all about robbery, not shooting for sport.
SIGNALS OF DECEPTION
The shoulder shrugs, lip licking, like um and ums, monotone, verbal inconsistencies in her story and choice of words make me question what really happened to her husband.
In her 911 call, she is asked if she is sure her husband has been shot, She said “yes in his head” .But she doesn’t go on to elaborate about him- the alleged victim. She doesn’t say that he was bleeding or incapacitated, which would happen if someone was in the head. Instead, she provides herself with an excuse or an alibi for his non survival and for her actions by saying she is too weak to pull his body unto her Jet Ski. She was forced to abandon him there.
When something tragic happens to someone, you focus on the person, not on yourself and what you did in the incident, unless you are perhaps involved in the incident.
Also how did she abandon him? Did she abandon him as he was frantically paddling in the water? Did he go underwater and drown? If a person is shot in the head as she said, especially with an assault weapon, brain damage would likely occur and the person may become unconscious and sink to the bottom of the lake.
DISTURBING INITIAL ABC INTERVIEW
When I saw the initial ABC interview of Tiffany Hartley it left me with a very negative feeling and here is why.
The ABC interviewer says to Tiffany that one of the reasons Mexican authorities aren’t helping her is because they don’t believe her- that they didn’t find a body or a jet ski and don’t even think there is a body.
Then she looks away and says that she can understand it from their point of view and has to put herself in their point of view to see how they could think that . WHAT???? There is no point of view if someone you love has been shot.
The fact that she stuck out her tongue and did some lip licking as she said this is a signal of deception in my view.Her monotone voice as she said this was also disturbing.Then there is a HUGE signal of deception.
She looks down and shakes her head as she says It’s not only to immediately contradict herelf and say It is true He is over there ( as she licks her lips while looking down) and I know the pirates or whoever did this (shakes her head NO) did this have him.
Wait a minute! How does she know the pirates have him if she abandoned him in the lake as she said she did because was too small to get him on her jet ski? Also her saying whoever did this may possibly reveal that someone else did this. Was that someone whoever did this -Tiffany?
Now here is where it really gets suspicious body language wise, voice and speech pattern wise. Oftentimes and overly defensive tone or righteous indignation indicate deception. This was evident as she leans her body back and in a defensive tone says I would never think about hurting my husband said in a monotone as we suddenly see her jaw move in a chewing motion as though she is causally chewing gum ! When you see this sudden type of jaw movement it is often a signal of deception.
Then she asks the rhetoric question “Why would I do this? as she leans back shrugs her shoulder and dies off in volume at the end of the sentence. This is a clear signal of deception. Oftentimes when one asks a question like this in a defensive tone, it usually indicates deception.
CONTRADICTIONS ON THE EARLY SHOW
A week after Tiffany called 911 and said she abandoned her husband because he was too heavy for her to get up on her jet skis he now says I do believe they have him and they are hiding him WHAT????? How would she know this if she allegedly abandoned him in the lake as she initially said she did.
When asked about damage to the jet skis, she reports on the show that there were no bullets on her jet ski. This was too much information and often indicates deception.
Besides the defensive tone, the like um’s peppered throughout her speech, monotone devoid of emotion, faux tears and lip licking were major giveaways throughout the interview that did not instill confidence as to whether or not she was telling the truth.
LOVING HER INSTANT FAME
Tiffany is supposed to be talking about the alleged tragedy to that occurred to Fox and Friends but manages tell Gretchen Carlson that her show was her husbands favorite show and how he watched it every morning. That is rather inappropriate considering the circumstances.She immediately became star struck.
MORE SIGNALS OF DECEPTION AT PRESSER
Now we really see Tiffany all spruced up at her press conference. She clearly seemed to be enjoying all of her new-found attention. As she defensively says I know what I saw, we see her tell-tale tongue protrusion.
Then she says that people don’t know how it feels to see a barrel of a gun pointed at you.WHAT??? This is the first time we heard about a barrel of a gun pointed at her. How could she be so close to seeing a barrel of a gun – an assault weapon as she first described without being shot herself. Didn’t she say that her husband was on his jet ski when he was shot in the head- in the back of the head?
As she says this you see her looking down and you see a shoulder shrug which is indicative of deception.
How could he see a barrel of a gun if the gun was pointed at her husbands back of his head? And speaking of head, why did she point to the front of her own head in one of the many interviews she gave when describing where her husband was shot.
Why didn’t she point to the back of her own head instead of pointing to the front? Could it be that her husband was shot in the front of his head and not the back as she initially reported? Could it be that she was possibly the shooter and not the alleged pirates or teenagers or whomever has him?
Then as she says she is there to honor her husband, we see her leak out an interesting signal of deception. She shakes he head NO in the negative while she says this. Is she really there to honor her husband orto honor her own 15 more minutes of fame?
EYE WITNESS?????
I also don’t buy into the fact that there was an alleged eye witness who has now come forward with the claim he saw the man’s panicked wife as she fled to the American side of the lake. He doesn’t say that he saw the man who was allegedly shot.He doesn’t say that he saw exactly what happened. And how close was he to her in order to see her teaars and sobbing?
He said “ The way I saw her come around it looked like something terribly wrong happened. I mean, she was jittery, frantic. … She was crying, sobbing.”
Why was she crying an sobbing? Was she crying and sobbing because she hd just killed her husband and life as she knew it was now over? The fact that the witness spoke in shadow and with voice alteration to avoid identification because he said he feared for his life is also disturbing to me.
SHE “MAY” TAKE A POLYGRAPH!
If someone has nothing to hide they will not only insist on taking a polygraph. they will even offer up blood or hair samples. So the fact that she uses the word “may” and is hesitant is cause for concern. There are so many inconsistencies in her story that a polygraph test test could validate.

Tuesday, August 10th, 2010There was no question that when Mia Farrow first arrived on the stand in the courtroom at the Hauge, her tone was initially shaky as it was peppered with “ums”. There was even some lip licking to indicate that she was indeed nervous when initially questioned.
But when asked key questions by the judges, her tone quickly switched to a much more confident one, complete with a sonorous and rich resonance. Her tone appeared to be indicative of a person who had nothing to hide and who was being forthright.
Likewise, Mia’s body language showed signals that indicated a self assuredness and confidence when she was asked key questions. This, along with her matching body language, made it appear to me that she was very credible on the stand.
Perhaps the most powerful signal that someone is telling the truth is when their words match their body language, tone of voice, and speech content. When she told the judges that Naomi Campbell said the diamond was sent by Charles Taylor, she not only had a strong and definite unwavering solid tone, but she immediately shook her head “yes” as confirmation that what she was saying was truthful.
She then relayed that Naomi said the men had given her a huge diamond. Right after she said it, she turned and looked directly at the judge who questioned her as if to punctuate what she was saying as being the truth and having noting to hide. When someone gives direct eye contact after a statement it is is often an indicator that someone is telling the truth.
Once again Mia makes direct eye contact with one of the judges and with an open faced expression, confirms what Naomi also said about Naomi wanting to give the diamond to Nelson Mandela’s charity.
To me, this photo above speaks volumes in terms of whether I think Mia is being truthful. Notice that she is smiling as she reiterates how excited Naomi appeared at the breakfast table when telling about the everyone at the table about the diamond, which Naomi said she secured the night before. In essence, Mia appears to be re-living the moment of Naomi’s excited state. That leads me to believe that she is telling the truth.
Now we see and angry and upset look with a great deal of tension in the jaw indicating anger after hearing Naomi;s testimony read by the judge where Naomi accuses Mia of being the one who said that the diamonds must have come from Charles Taylor. As I have said repeatedly, the body does not lie. Neither does the voice or speech.
You can use all the bleach you want to lighten you hair, grow it and style it into a more feminine less severe looking hairdo, the real you will always leak out.
You can even follow a coache’s advice and speak in slow and soft measured tones void of anger and upset, but the real you will always emerge.
Your real voice will always leak out and so will your lies in how you move. How you sound and what you say will always give away the lies you tell.
CINDY’S MULTIPLE SIGNALS OF DECEPTION
People are not stupid.For the most part they know if someone is telling them the truth or not.
I believe in her GMA interview with Ashley Banfield, Cindy was not being honest and forthright as there were so many signals of deception which leaked out when she spoke.
Her first signal of deception was when Cindy gazed upwards up after Ashley confronted her with You didn’t say that?”
Ashley’s question was in response to Cindy’s denial about the 9ll tape. During the 911 tape, Cindy said that she found her daughter’s car that was missing and it smelled a dead body in the” damn car.
As Cindy gazes upwards as you can see in the above photo, it is evident that she is trying to manufacture an answer that is most likely not true.
She said she lied to police when she told them she smelled a dead body in the car in order to get police out quicker. As she said this, she not only looks up and not directly at Ashley,she shrugs her shoulder,
Her looking up. along with her shoulder shrug, indicate two huge “tells” that show deception.
George even knows she is lying as he looks at her with a scrunched up facial expression showing disdain at her lie.
Suddenly, Cindy gazes looks down, also another tell of deception and says “ there was never… I never thought that….”
When people repeat words and speak in changed fragments, rest assured they are usually lying.
Another major tell that indicates she was most likely not being truthful was that her voice pitch rose up higher as she spoke those fragmented statements.
CINDY’S SEMANTICS
Cindy then looks straight at Ashley as she says in a strong and full voice “ a liar doesn’t make you a murder.”
The operative word here is the word “you”. It make not make “you” at home who is watching the show. a murderer.
But repeated lying may very well make anyone a sociopath and a sociopath has often been found to be a murderer.
So in Casey’s case, using the associative property applied to Cindy’s language, lyingto police about her missing daughter’s whereabouts may very well make her a sociopath and also murder.
THE REAL CINDY LEAKS OUT
When asked about Casey accusing George of molesting her, Cindy replied in measured unemotional tones, “ I read the letters and they were hurtful.”
As she says this she looks to George instead of maintaining her direct eye contact with Ashley
As she looks at George. it may be that she may perhaps be giving him the message that what he allegedly did to Casey did indeed hurt Cindy.
Then Cindy is back to her old Cindy ways – in running George and speaking for him as she adds “ It was hurtful to George”
GEORGE’S TELL’S OF DECEPTION
Next, without one hint of emotion, as if on cue, George nods and does his “golly gee shucks lip pursing, chin scrunching. I want everyone to like me,
” facial expression. And as if it was rehearsed a hundred times says “It still is.”
Well if Casey did manage to eek out the truth and let it be known what George did her- sexually molest her. then it is even more hurtful to Casey.
Maybe what is “hurtful” to George is that Casey may have betrayed their family secrets and in doing so, let it out for the world to know.
Then Ashley asks if what Casey said hurt him. What George does next is very telling body language wise.
First he shakes his head no when he should be shaking it yes and says “ I’m still gonna be there for my daughter. “ He then closes his eyes as you see in rhe photo above and looks down, as if to shut Casey out.
His words say one thing but his body certainly belies him.
He says “I‘m still gonna be there for my daughter.” It is said in a soft tone that dies off at the end.
He adds “That’s unconditional love. “ Now we see his most telling tell. He shrugs his shoulders as he says these words.
This clearly indicates that he is NOT telling the truth here. His shoulder shrug indicates that he is not only lying to us, but lying to himself as well.
MESSAGE TO GEORGE
Here is a reality check George Anthony. When your own daughter accuses you of sexually molesting her and if as you say, it isn’t true, then maybe it is high time you put some conditions on what you call “ love.”
On the other hand, if it is true and you did sexually molest your daughter, then you need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If that is the case, it is no wonder your daughter is such a TOTAL mess.
THE ONLY TIME CINDY SPOKE THE TRUTH
The only time anything Cindy said in the interview rang true was when she looked directly at Ashley and said how much she misses Caylee. She said that Caylee was gone for as long as she had been alive.
You could heard the true heartfelt emotion and grief in Cindy’s voice and see it in her face. She was clearly distraught and her emotions were genuine.
CINDY GETS BACK INTO DENIAL AND GEORGE JOINS HER
Then Ashley asks Cindy “ Are you prepared for the outcome?” Both Cindy and George look down without a hint of emotion.
To me it is apparent that they have no doubt prepared for the worst outcome but refuse to admit it.
That is when Cindy in a measured unemotional tone says that she has
dreams where Casey as home.
I believe that deep down Cindy knows that the only time she will ever see her daughter come home again is in her dreams. I think that this may be Cindy’s way of coping with the brutal truth.
CINDY’S DENIAL AS SHE CAN’T RELATE TO THE MIRROR IMAGE OF JORAN VAN DER SLOOT’S MOTHER
Cindy continued to be in denial when she told Ashley that she identifies with Beth Twitty, the mother of Natalie Holloway, but NOT with Joran Van der Sloot’s mother.
I can certainly understand why she would identify with Beth Twitty from the standpoint that they both lost daughters forever and will never see their daughters live out their lives ands share experiences together.
On the other Cindy tried desperately to draw a line with the differences between Casey and Joran and between herself and Mrs. Van der Sloot. “
In fact she said to Ashley, “You know, there have been issues where she saw his angry side. I don’t know that of Casey. I don’t know Casey as being anybody that could hurt anybody.”
Cindy must have a very short memory. There certainly were instances where Casey went off on her mother and got very angry.
She just needs to go back and look att he jailhouse tapes. Casey is absolutely livid with Cindy. It looked as though Casey was so angry, that if she could get through the glass partition, she may have smacked Cindy.
There has also been a reported history of violence between Cindy and Casey. In fact brother Lee addressed it as did bounty hunter Leonard Padilla.
Casey’s anger was also directed towards her father on multiple occasions. She even told him to act like a father for once and not a cop.
So it is clear that Cindy is in denial here. Looking in the mirror and seeing another mother who will soon face seeing her child on trial and knowing that her child may probably end up dead because of being killed in prison or dying in prison for some other reason, hits Cindy too close to the bone.
The similarities between Anita Can Der Sloot’s situation and Cindy Anthony’s situation is clearly evident.
Mainly, they have both been enablers and have let their children get away with too much for way too long.

Lindsay Lohan’s Lying Body Language to In Hollywood.com Interview Shows Defensiveness and Anger

As a body language expert being able to read between the lines can be very upsetting when you see someone who was once so gorgeous and talented headed for destruction. Lindsay Lohan’s one on one interview with Hollywood.com was very sad and disturbing to me.
As Lindsay answered the very blunt and direct questions posed to her, there was nothing about it that rang true except for one part.
That was the part when she spoke about how negatively she feels about her father and how she can’t stand him. She called him a convicted felon and said with regard to her father that “enough is enough.”
You can see this in the above photo. That was the only time that her body language showed that she was direct. She faced forward and leaned out and looked directly at the interviewer.
Her facial expression was congruent with what she said. She looked pained and angry based on the tension in her lips and jaw area and on her forehead.
It makes one wonder whether father Michael Lohan’s negative actions stimulate Lindsay’s very disturbing and destructive behavior.
If she does have an alleged alcohol and or drug problem, is his going to the press and sharing her private conversations adding to her aberrant behaviors?
What rings very true is when she says she has nothing to do with him.
LINDSAY’S “ TELLS” WHICH INDICATE LYING
The rest of her interview was filled with signals of deception, which indicated that she was lying about almost every one of the issues about which she was questioned.
Here were the lying “tells” which were observed throughout the interview :
1. Shoulder shrugging
2. Pulling back
3. Looking down and away from the interviewer
4. Looking up to indicate that she was manufacturing answers to the questions
5. Excessive eye blinking
6. Repetition of words and phrases
7. Repeating the question at the beginning of the sentence
8. Using “uh” um’s a lot
9. Telling way too much information
10. Going off on tangents
11. Making countless excuses for actions and behaviors
12. Pulling the head and body back
13. Squirming in her seat
BODY LANGUAGE ANALYSIS IS DEFINITELY NOT “PSEUDOSCIENCE” OR “JUNK SCIENCE” . INSTEAD IT IS BOTH AN ART AND A SCIENCE
And for those of you who are:
a. contentious,
b. die hard Lindsay Lohan fans who can see nothing wrong with her behavior, or
c. who just plain like to argue, please take your fight somewhere else . ‘
Don’t waste your time or mine or show your lack of knowledge by telling me that body language analysis is a pseudoscience or junk science.
I can assure you that it is not. It is based on science and behavioral analysis.
Look at the work of one of the greatest body language researchers of our time, Dr. Paul Ekman, of Stanford University. who’s work on facial tells and micromovement analysis is showcased in the Fox hit television show “ Lie to Me.”
While body language analysis is based on scientific evidence , there is also an art to it. It takes a long time to learn it and an even longer time to be really good at it.
I liken it to what a surgeon does. Based on his education, knowledge and experience, the surgeon, knows exactly what to do during an operation. But the success of the operation depends on his skill as a surgeon and how well he uses and manipulates his hands. In that respect, it is an art.
The same holds true in body language analysis. Anyone that tells you differently that it is a junk science or that it is a pseudoscience is completely ignorant and/ or has a personal axe to grind like a certain self proclaimed Tourette syndrome psychologist named Leslie E. Packer PhD who writes the blog called pogowasright and “ Chronicles of Dissent” with the operative word being on her moniker “dissent.”
DR.LILLIAN GLASS HAS NEVER BACKPEDDLED, AS ” PSYCHOLOGIST” LESLIE E. PACKER AUTHOR OF “CHRONICLES OF DISSENT” AND POGOWASRIGHT, ERRONOUSLY STATES.
I first encountered this psychologist, Leslie E. Packer Ph.D , author of the blog “Chronicles of Dissent” and pogowasright , after I read a very nasty and defamatory blog where she wrote an internet headline that I backpeddled in relation to my series of blogs about Britney Spears . Britney if you remember, had had some issues at the time.
I wondered who would anonymously write such untrue and defamatory comments about me, be such a hater towards other media psychologists, in show cowardly behavior by not signing their name, and even go as far as admitting she wrote to the Board of Psychology (who by the way ended up ignoring her hostile efforts).
This blogger continued her personal vendetta by attacking my work as a body language expert, thumbing her nose at it and calling it junk and pseudoscience.
But what she didn’t count on was how I ironically used my scientific skills as a body language expert to uncover this formerly anonymous blogger’s identity. In doing so it completely refuted her ignorant claims that body language analysis is junk or pseudoscience.
DR. LILLIAN GLASS’ BODY LANGUAGE ANALYSIS WAS USED TO UNCOVER THE IDENTITY OF ANONYMOUS BLOGGER, TOURETTE SYNDROME PSYCHOLOGIST LESLIE E. PACKER. AUTHOR OF BLOG CHRONICLES OF DISSENT AND POGOWASRIGHT
After analyzing various “tells” in her blog writings, I discovered that all of this Toxic verbal venom towards me and my profession came from a 70 something New York based psychologist ( a non- media psychologist) who in my view had a definite axe to grind.
In fact, to me it seemed like nothing else but a clear case of professional jealousy. Based on my analysis of her specific “tells” I discovered her name was Leslie E Packer a PhD who reportedly dealt with patients with Tourette’s Syndrome . She was also the author of a blog called Chronicles of Dissent” and pogowasright. When I punched up her name on the internet it appeared that she was no stranger to her activity as there were numerous allegedly derogatory headlines over the internet which several others made about her.
So, the bottom line is that anyone who calls body language analysis a pseudoscience or junk science is to be ignored.
They may allegedly have “issues” or a personal axe to grind.
WHAT LINDSAY REALLY SAID
ANGER. DENIAL AND DEFIANCE
When Lindsay was asked point blank whether she should be in rehab , the most telling signal was that she looked away, In a defensive facial move, she slightly wrinkled her forehead as she lifted her shoulder (as in giving the cold shoulder)
In an angry clipped staccato tone stated “ I don’t see why I have to go.” Her answer clearly indicated that she was in denial. She was angry at the question and even more angry at the notion that someone would think of sending her to rehab .
As she looks away her face reflects her defiance as she continues on making lame excuses.
SIGNALS OF DECEPTION AND VULNERABILITY WHEN DISCUSSING “MISSING” PASSPORT
When someone repeats the question you asked and manipulates one of your key words, chances are they a re not telling you the truth.
The interviewer bluntly asks Did your passport really go missing or was it an excuse.?”
Immediately you notice a shoulder shrugs she repeats the same sentence. These are two definite signals of deception.
Then she continues , as she touches her neck. “ and says “ other thing a piece of jewelery and items that were in my possession, so I thought.”
The volunteering of that much information which was not requested, along with her shoulder shrug were two more signals of deception, making it a total of four signals in just a sentence .
When Lindsay denied that her passport didn’t go missing but rather was stolen, this change in semantics shows that she has definite problems with getting things straight. She had no proof the passport was stolen.
In the photo above you can clearly see that notice that Lindsey holding onto her neck and chin. The neck is one of the the most vulnerable parts of our body
So when someone holds onto it it usually reflects that they are indeed feeling vulnerable. Lindsay may very well have felt vulnerable after being asked this question which she most probably knew was not true.
Finally her shifting her eyes to the side as soon as she was asked the question is further indication of deception.
WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT MISSING PROGRAMS’
When someone gives you too much information and makes excuses and gets into excess detail, they are usually not telling you the truth.
Lindsay is full of justifying her behavior and that is a huge signal of deception.
LYING ABOUT TAKING DRUGS
When Lindsay was asked if she was still taking drugs the telling signal of deception was a shoulder shrug and her looking away as though she didn’t want to face the truth. The muscle tension in her forehead indicating that she as angry she was asked this question. d
Her cocking her head to the side and looking own to the side indicates that she is attempting to manufacture an answer.
DEFENSIVENESS
Perhaps the most telling thing throughout the interview was Lindsay’s defensiveness,. This was really evident when she was asked about missing her programs.
Instead of a simple yes or no answer as to whether she attended all of her programs she looks worried and terrified and is full of excuses about how she stayed in NY and did another class and something about a funeral.
THE INDIAN EMBASSY ???
When people lie their excuses often get more and more creative. They make no sense whatsoever min terms of their decision making process.
When Lindsay said she tried everything to get back to LA for her court date she said she even went to the Indian embassy.
This makes no sense at all. An American has no business going to an Indian embassy. They can only help their Indian citizens not American ones.
ANGRY CHIN JUT WHEN ASKED ABOUT HER PARTYING IN CANNES
In this photo above we really see a very angry Lindsay Lohan who looks very defiant as she juts her chin forward and glares at the interviewer who asked her about her partying in Cannes. She completely denied it stating that she was working.
She was extremely defensive body language wise with a raised shoulder indicting that she was ready for a fight. It;s much like an aggressive animal does with raised hackles when they are ready to attack.
The odd thing was that the movie that she was allegedly promoting a movie on which she says she was working hasn’t even been made. So in essence she was there to promote an idea for a movie that has no production date
LINDSAY AND HER NEW ADDITON – A SCRAM BRACELET
The whole thing is so sad. It was so sad to see Lindsay looking so devastated in the courtroom as she was sentenced to wear a SCRAM bracelet to determine if she would be free of alcohol in her system.
She was then told that she would be subject to random drug testing. I certainly hope that Lindsay can accomplish these two things. I hope that she will not drink or take drugs. I hope that if she is addicted to either of these substances that she take advantage of this situation to get herself sorted out in a 12 step program or get herself to an addiction specialist who can help her. Rehab may also be a good choice for her. Even though she failed at it in the past, she just may succeed this time around. Oftentimes it may take many stints in rehab to get clean of drugs and alcohol.
FAMILY DYNAMICS
I pray for Lindsay. I would love to see her succeed and become an inspiration to others. I know that this talented and beautiful young woman has suffered a lot of emotional distress due to her relationship with her TOXIC father.
Instead of taking it out on herself and self destructing, she needs to get some professional help so that she can turn her pain outward and not inward.
DAD
Personally, I believe that the damage between Lindsay and her father is irreparable. When he shared her personal audiotapes with the world and allegedly received payment for doing so I believe that was the ultimate betrayal. There are some things which are unforgivable and in my view that is one of them.
I believe that she needs to continue to unplug from her father and continue to keep him at arms length from her. He does not need to be in her life. I believe that there are some people who are so TOXIC to others that they can wreak havoc on their psyche and restimulate self destructive behaviors.
MOM
While Dina her mother is clearly an enabler based on her actions and denial of Lindsay’s issues, there is no doubt that Lindsay loves her mother. You can see her love for her mother when she talked about her mother in the Hollywood.com interview.
You could even see the affection the two have for one another in the latest ET interview where Lindsay surprised her mother with having her mother’s house cleaned by a professional organizer. I think that their relationship could be a lot healthier if they both had some joint counseling together and Dina learned about boundaries and not enabling her daughter.
SIBLINGS
There is also a lot of affection between Lindsay and her siblings. In fact she became teary eyed when she talked about not being able to attend her younger brother’s graduation because she was going to be in court .
I believe that Lindsay can turn this negative experience into a positive one and use the time to get herself sorted out.
I hope that she gets counseling to help her deal with the pain that appears to be gnawing inside of her. Nothing would be more inspiring than to see a positive comeback for this beautiful and gifted actress. www.drlillianglass.com
Joe Overstreet’s Body Language Analysis Shows Signals of Deception. But What Did Haleigh’s Father Ron’s Previous Body Language Show ?
Sunday, April 18th, 2010JOE OVERSTREET, MISTY CROSLINS COUSIN SHOWS MULTIPLE SIGNALS OF DECEPTION WHEN HE SPEAKS ABOUT HALIEGH CUMMINGS
As soon as Misty’s cousin Joe Overstreet opened his mouth at the presser, he says ” I can’t imagine what they’re going through.” On the next breath he says “ I didn’t do it,” as he purses his lips and blinks excessively. Body language wise, these are two major signals of deception. “
LIP PURSING AND LOOKING DOWN
Speech wise when he says “I can’t imagine what they are going through.” He is making a statement of sympathy. But there is no body language or facial language to demonstrate that sympathetic feeling or emotion. That is a huge “tell” as well.
Then a reporter immediately repeats his words in the form of a question “You didn’t do it? Joe, says no and purses his lips and looks down which body-language wise means that he is holding something back and that he is ashamed or embarrassed about something.
PULSATING JAW
You also see the side of his jaw pulsating, which means he has tension there because he is clenching. When people do this, it means they are usually not telling the truth. We saw this a lot with OJ during his first trial where he was accused of killing his wife Nicole.
VOCAL FRY
Vocal fry means there is a creakiness in the voice. When it happens at the end of statements, it is the body’s way of taking over and not wanting to lie. It is the vocal muscle tightening up during he lie and thus closing off the airstream. As he says “ if I knew who did it I would go straight to the cops and say who did it.”His voice is completely raspy and closed off as he says this. His voice completely dies off at the end.
JOE’S ATTORNEY SIGNALS HIS CLIENT AND SHOWS SIGNALS OF DECEPTION
Watching Joe’s attorney was also very telling. Even though he said all of the right words in an attempt to defend and protect his client, his body language said it all. It belied his words.
Attorney Sigro had his hand on his clients leg as you can see in the photo in an attempt to signal to his client not to talk. The attorney, when speaking about his client, also shook his head no when she should have been shaking it yes in the affirmative. When someone does this incongruent head shaking, chances are pretty high they are not telling the truth.
The attorney does this when he says that his client’s alibi can be corroborated. When the attorney says the words “that as his scheduled time to leave, the attorney not only shakes his head no when he should be shaking it yes, he purses his lips which means he is holding back information and like his client Joe Overstreet, the attorney exhibits consistent glottal frying, He speaks in a monotone without passion or conviction for his client. This is also very telling. Perhaps his lack of vocal conviction translates into his knowing that his client may possibly l get a conviction.
REPEATING A QUESTION IS A SIGNAL OF DECEPTION
Then a reporter asks Overstreet, “Do you know who did it?” Overstreet immediately parrots back the question “Do I know who did it?” That is a HUGE signal that he may not be telling us the truth. When a person answers a question with a question, it usually means that they are buying time to make up some response. They are usually trying to formulate a made up answer in their mind.
MISTY’S GRANDMA FLORA HOLLARS SHOWS NO SIGNALS OF DECEPTION
One thing is for sure, there sure is strong family resemblance between Misty’s grandmother, her mother and herself. Her grandmother seemed very sweet and down to earth and extremely politer and cooperative. She also did not appear to show any signals of deception when she spoke with Nancy Grace during her televised interview.
During the interview where Nancy looked absolutely devastated to have to listen to what Misty’s grandmother was saying, she gave three horrific scenarios as to what she heard happened to little Haleigh. She begins saying that one scenario was that Joe and a friend threw a yellow rope around Haleigh’s neck and “throwed her into the river .”
The next scenario us the one that I believe the most and that is that “Misty knocked her in the head and killed her got Joey and Tommy to get rid of her.
Then she told Nancy “ I was told first thing Joe killed her I don’t know if she was dead when she hit the water. May have came from Misty,”
BEGINNING TO MAKE SENSE
Now the pieces seem to be falling into place. There was no question in my mind that Misty knew what happened to little Haleigh. He body language showed us that she wasn’t telling all.
Someone did something to little Haleigh that caused her to not wake up. Was it Ron, who had an alleged history of violence towards his daughter? Did Ron strike the first blow to his daughter? When he went to work, did Misty continue where Ron left off or did not not do anything to the little girl and was it Misty alone as he grandmother reported that Misty may have hurt the girl? Did Haleigh not wake up after allegedly Misty hit her in the head as the grandmother said ? Is that why Tommy and Joe and perhaps someone else came over to get rid of Haleigh to manufacture a story that the little girl was kidnapped?
Was their attempt at stealing Ron’s shotgun designed to make it look like a robbery and kidnapping gone bad? Did they put a yellow rope around a comatose or lifeless Haleigh’s neck, so they could weigh her down so her body wouldn’t float back up in the river? Was she dead all along? Was she alive?
IS RON TELLING EVERYTHING ?
First and foremost I am not accusing Ron of doing anything harmful to the girl. I do have some questions. There is no doubt that Haleigh’s father Ron’s body language was a bit odd from the start. While it was obvious that 17 year old girlfriend who later became his wife Misty Croslin’s body language indicated that she was not sharing all that she knew, was ron sharing all tht he knew?
Misty showed multiple signals of deception throughout her various interviews. But there were also many body language signals I was picking up from Ron Cummings that I found disturbing as well
RON’S ODD BEHAVIOR
First off was his hurrying to marry Misty to no doubt to protect him from perhaps being prosecuted as a child molester and being with an underage Misty at the time?
His control over Misty during the Greta van Sustern interview and Today show interview and inconsistent statements were odd as well. Did he didn’t already know what happened to his daughter? Why was he so controlling over Misty in her speakimg?
His ingratiatinging politeness towards Miss Nancy while he as interviewed by her disturbed me as did the time Ronddramatically hurled himself on the ground for what seemed to be the camera’s sake and there were non- tears. It was odd behavior to me.
RON WAS TOO “SURE” HALEIGH WAS TAKEN
What I found most disturbing and odd was that he kept saying he was SURE Haleigh was taken. There was no wavering that his daughter was still alive in his view.
Most people who’s daughter was missing for a year would at least wonder if their daughter was still alive or had been killed, but not Ronald. That struck me as being peculiar.
“I WAS AT WORK ! ”RON’S CONSTANT STATEMENT THROUGHUT HIS INTERVIEWS
Then there was a verbal theme that permeated EVERY interview- his statement that “ I was at work.”
He even had a Chesire cat grin when he spoke on camera about how he was at work. Now that we have recently seen footage of him in the car selling drugs to an undercover officer, you hear the same ”I was at work” theme.
Apparently there was evidence that he was indeed at work, but he sure brings it up a lot.
HALEIGH NOT A VICTIM OF A DOPE BOY ACCORDING TO RON
According to the Urban Dictionary, a Dope Boy is a term mainly used in the South to describe a young male that moves hard drugs (ex. cocaine, crack), as well as the standard marijuana and prescription pills to a specific geographic area or neighborhood .
In the undercover tape, Ron is offering up to the “cop” why his daughter was not the victim of a “dope boy.” He says
“ Dope boys don’t come out to get your kid like that. If you owe the dope boy that much money they come in right here. They come in and kill right there. They kill your daughter your girlfriend and your son and when you come home then you be the one to see it. You know what I mean.”
In his scenario he is no doubt saying that a drug mover would not have taken Haleigh but, instead would have killed her, Misty, and his son so when he got home from work he would have seen what happened.
DID GERALDO RIVERA’S IN YOUR FACE INTERVIEW WITH RON REVEAL ANYTHING ABOUT RON ?
Love him or hate him, no one can do an interview like Geraldo Rivera. Having watched Geraldo up close and personal back in the day when I was a regular on his show in New York for years, I can tell you that he knows how to ruffle feathers, make compelling TV, and get right to the heart of the matter.
Geraldo boldly says to Ron as he interviewed him that he talked to Marcus and Chad during the vigil who said that Ron said he was 75 percent sure who took Haleigh.
RONALD CUMMINGS : There is no way — I do not know who took Haleigh. If I had — if I had, uh, five percent of where Haleigh was at, I would be there now and not here.
RONALD CUMMINGS : Yes, they’re absolutely lying. No, for no reason have I ever told anybody that I have any clue where my child is at. If I had any clue where my child — you know, national TV, they’re a bunch of liars. Chad and whoever told you this are a bunch of liars. I never even spoke with them.
When people speak in fragments it’s often a signal of deception. Ron has told everyone else on national TV that he is SURE Haleigh is alive, so why wouldn’t he say the same thing to Chad and Marcus? That struck me as odd.
GERALDO ASKS IF RON HIT HALEIGH
GERALDO RIVERA : They told — they told me that you hit Haleigh. Is that true?
RONALD CUMMINGS : No. Never, ever have I ever hit my child. Me and my child have an agreement. Daddy, daughter. She has been spanked on her behind the way DCF says that you can take care of disciplining your children.
This fragmented statement with way too much information leads me to question as to whether Ron may have possibly hit Haleigh.
GERALDO RIVERA : You never backhanded her to the face?
RONALD CUMMINGS : [OVERLAP] Never. Never have I ever backhanded my child in the face, ever.
(When someone repeats your exact words ie. “ backhanded child to the face” chances are that this is a signal of deception and that they are not being forthright). Once again I am not aaccusing Ron of doing this, I am merely pointing out a body language tell.
GERALDO RIVERA : Did you hit Crystal when she was pregnant?
RONALD CUMMINGS : No. I did not. Never.
GERALDO RIVERA : You didn’t hit her in the back of the head and kick her?
RONALD CUMMINGS : No. No. I never have.
GERALDO RIVERA : You swear to God you never hit your pregnant woman?
RONALD CUMMINGS : [OVERLAP] Never. Never, never have I ever hit any woman, period. Never. And I’d like to know where all these allegations are coming from because I would like to talk — talk to law enforcement and have these false allegations, um, known that, um, the false allegations against me, somebody needs criminal charges pressed against them.
GERALDO BUSTS RON IN A LIE REGARDING HIS DRUG INVOLVEMENT
GERALDO RIVERA : What about the allegations of cocaine use, methamphetamine use?
RONALD CUMMINGS : There’s nothing. I do not do drugs.
GERALDO RIVERA : You don’t do drugs? All those arrests were all —
RONALD CUMMINGS : No.
GERALDO RIVERA : Do you work for the police? Are you an informant?
RONALD CUMMINGS : No, I am not an informant. I do not work for the police. I work for PDM, which is a, um, bridge building company. That’s who I work for.
GERALDO RIVERA : And you’ve never been involved in the drug trade?
RONALD CUMMINGS : No.
GERALDO RIVERA : And when they tell me they saw bricks of marijuana that you had in the house, plants all around the house, is that a lie?
RONALD CUMMINGS : It is absolutely a lie and I would like to know where the information is coming from so that I can get, um, the proper authorities to take care of this.
GERALDO RIVERA : You’re — put all this stuff aside. If some associate of yours, some associate that had something to do with drugs and this is not about drugs but if these people are on the dark side of life, don’t you think that you should share that information? Share — tell us about — when you told Marcus and Chad that you were 75 percent sure and you had your gun ready and your — and you had your gun ready and you were gonna go get em, didn’t you say that? Isn’t that a fact, Ron?
RONALD CUMMINGS : No, it is not a fact.
GERALDO RIVERA : Why would they make that up? Why would they make that up?
RONALD CUMMINGS : I don’t know why they would make [OVERLAP] for you. But I — I am fixing [OVERLAP] to have the law called right here, right now because you’re making up things or they’re making up things and you’re getting into —
GERALDO RIVERA : I am — I am relating to you what they are saying.
RONALD CUMMINGS : [OVERLAP] My face, man.
MALE : You need to back off, man. That’s my son.
GERALDO RIVERA : Alright. Well I’m sorry — I am sorry for what has happened.

FEMALE : We are — [OVERLAPPED CONVERSATION] Listen. You wanna come up here and make [OVERLAP] allegations. Why don’t you go back to —
GERALDO RIVERA : These are not my allegations, maam. These are not my allegations. You have to understand that.

RONALD CUMMINGS : [OVERLAP] I wanted you to see that all this is about is my daughter. I love you, baby. [OVERLAP] If you are out there, I want you to know that I love you and I will find you, baby. I love you. And two, whoever — whoever has you, please bring my daughter home to me. I love my daughter. I love you, baby. I will find you.
GERALDO RIVERA : You believe she’s alive then?
RONALD CUMMINGS : I’m always gonna believe that my daughter’s alive until they find
GERALDO’S INTERVIEW RAISES QUESTIONS
Based OON Gerlado, questions and what we know now about Ron lying that he was involved in the drug trade, if he lied about that did he lie about backhanding or cracking Haleigh across the face? We know that recently in his interview he said he would kill the person who took Haleigh.
RON SAYS HE WILL KIND THE PERSON WHO TOOK HALEIGH
Does he keep saying that Haleigh is alive and that he would kill the person who has her to take the onus off of him?
He says that he picked Haleigh up from school and then went to work but did he? We do know tht he went to to work.Did he pick her up from school , get mad at her and backhand her as Geraldo? Or worse did he hit her and and possibly cause any damage to her which late accidentally kill her? WE have al herd of incidents where a person may have sustained an earlier injuryt and then subsequently died a lot later from tht injury. Once aain I am not accusing Ron, I am merely asking.
Did he place her on the bed? Did Misty try to wake her from a sleep like she and did Haleigh not wake up ? Did she hit Haleigh to try to wake her up? Or was Haliegh Ok and did Misty hit her with a board like her grandmother said? Did she freak out because Haleigh was not breathing? Did she then call her brother Tommy and cousin to make it look like a robbery and dispose of little Haleigh’s body?
Did Ron accidently kill her and leave her on the bed for Misty to deal with? Did he go to work all the while knowing that his daughter was comatose or no longer alive? These are simply questions to this mystery of a missing child and not accusations.
Or did he pick her up from school and take her home. While she was in the house, did she get into some drugs, thinking they were candy and overdose on them? Did Misty discover that Haleigh got into the drugs and try to dispose of her body ?
9ll CALL IS SUSPICIOUS
When the 911 operator talks to Ron, he says “ I JUST GOT HOME FROM WORK, IF I FIND WHO TOOK MY DAUGHTER I WILL KILL THEM.
He then repeats this threat several times
WHAT????????? Most people who were missing a child would go into the woods even in the dark or wonder why she walked off . His behavior was odd.
Also why was then 17 year old Misty calling 911 instead of father Ron? It was after all HIS daughter, As we all saw in the Greta tapes, Ron is a “ take charge kind of guy.” So why didn’t he take charge that night?
GRETA INTERVIEW AND REVELATION
He tells Greta “ Someone stole my child when I was at work.” Ron makes sure to always mention at work as his alibi.
He then says “ I know someone took her I know for sure she didn’t wander off. She’s afraid of the dark.”
RON’S FIRST JAILHOUSE INTERVIEW TO REPORTER DAN TREEN
SS soon as Ron ends up in Jail, and does an interview with journalist Dan Treen, he makes the threat with a lot of bravado that he is going to kill the person who has Haleigh. He is too sure that someone has Haleigh which makes me once again wonder if that is not his way to mislead authorities who so they will take the focus of f of him
TOMMY CROSLIN
Why did Tommy Croslin get a headless rat in the mail allegedly from Ron? A headless rat means “don’t rat me out.”
Also why was he allegedly knocking on Misty’s door at 10 PM Was he aware that Haleigh’s dead body was being displaced by a a man in black? Did he stop by at that late hour to on his sister to see if things were OK ? Was he checking to see if his sister was home from disposing of body with the man in black who may be Cousin Joe?
WAS COUSIN JOE THE MAN IN BLACK?
We KNOW FOR SURE THAT THE MAN IN BLACK WAS NOT Johhny Cash. But who was the man whom the the 4 year old boy said he saw take Haleigh?
When Geraldo confronted Ron about it. Ron said that it was his ex wife’s doing in telling the boy to say that . But 4 year olds are smart and they know and they see and they remember.
Was the man in black cousin Joe? Was the man in black then man who moved the body?
WHAT DOES RON’S MOM KNOW?
Ron’s mom is supporting her son, but there is something about her body language tells with shoulder shrugs that are strange to me. She is over protective of Ron to the point that she gets in Geraldo’s face after he hits Ron with what may possibly be the truth that hurts too close to the bone?
In a Julie Chen interview on CBS she is a monotone and nonchalant as she is by . Misty’s side. Misty looks drugged out of her mind and shrugs her shoulders . a signal of deception, But Ron;s mother shows no emotion whatsoever. It makes me wonder if she already knew her draaddaughter was dead.
MISTY’S INCONSISTENCIES
Misty told Greta Van Sustern she did not sleep with Haleigh.
Misty told Nancy Grace Hailey was not in bed with her, indicating they slept together
Misty also said at one time Hailey was asleep in the same bed with her brother.
Misty said she checked all the bedrooms, but there is only one room in the trailer.
Misty said she was washing the sheets and put a blanket over Haleigh when she was sleeping.
Misty told Meredith Viera she was in her bed.
Misty told Nancy Grace that she and Haleigh were in bed together.
Misty also said she went to bed at 10 PM and woke up at 3. Ron said he called Misty at 3:25 as he was pulling into the driveway.
I want to know a. what happened in those 25 minutes when Misty reported she woke up to the time Ron called her as he pulled into the driveway. And WHY would anyone call anyone as they were pulling into the driveway when they would see the person in a matter of seconds?
BOTTOM LINE
While Cousin Joe looks very suspicious, nothing happens in a vacuum. There is always a cause and an effect. Something caused him to allegedly come over to the Cummings trailer after dark. Did Misty, Ron or both of them or someone else harm this innocent little girl before her body was disposed of? Once again these are not accusations. Casey Anthony’s Body Language in Court Reflects Phony Non- Tears, Fake Sniffles, and An Empty Apology

CASEY’S ENTRANCE
Casey Anthony entered the courtroom with a nauseating smirk. The smirk and smile did not leave this sociopath’s face as she looked “excited” to have all the attention focus on her. She was wide-eyed and consistently maintained her smile, as she finally said to Andrea Lyons “I’m excited.”
Even though the sound wasn’t up for anyone to hear, my Utley lip-reading skills that I learned about as an undergraduate speech pathology major, back in the day, stood me well.
I was able to read Casey’s lips as she mouthed those words, as she smiled all the while. At first, I didn’t believe that I actually read those words on her lips, so I rewound the video. Low and behold, my eyes were not playing tricks on me after all. She definitely spoke those words. I was even more nauseated and disgusted by Casey Anthony then ever before.
EXCITED ???????EXCITED ABOUT WHAT???
Was Casey EXCITED by the fact :
that she is the center of attention?
that she had some lines to memorize, courtesy of “screenwriters” Andrea Lyon and Jose Baez and didn’t want to flub those well rehearsed lines during her verbal acting debut in court.
that she had her lines down pat and was excited to recite them in court???
All of the above ???
VOCAL “TELL”S OF DECEPTION
When anyone is not being forthright or sincere, you can hear it in their voice.
One of the main “tells” is that pitch of their voice raised, It goes up an octave or two like you just heard in this video when Casey spoke.
Her high-pitched voice was a far “cry” (we’ll get to the crying bit in a moment)) from the lower tones we all heard while she was sending officers on that infamous wild goose chase and when she was telling them about the fictious” Zanny the Nanny.”
Next, when someone is not being sincere or forthright, you hear the voice closing off and cracking. It is the vocal muscles way of shutting itself off from the obvious lie.
THE BODY’S GIVEAWAY COMPLETE WITH UNCONTROLLED HEAD JERK AND GULP
In Casey’s case, you even see this visually. As she speaks a few words, out of the blue, her head jerks itself back.
In essence it is her body’s visceral reaction to her lies and rehearsed lines and insincerity. You even see her gulp. Her vocal muscles are betraying her and staring to close off as she recites her ”bullshit” (sorry, if I offended anyone by saying “bullshit” but that is the only word that best describes what was going on here.)
When she says “I take full and complete responsibility” with her raised eyebrows it is a clear signal of deception and a clear indication that she is saying something she does not believe at all.
When Casey says “I’d like to sincerely apologize to Amy , and wipes away a non tear on her cheek you can see right then and there it is a fake apology. There was no tear so why was she flicking away a tear before one emerge?
It was because of what came next. Her following rehearsed line was “I wish I would have been a better friend.” Puhleeeeeeez. Then we see more fake non tears and the book hooing it. The cracking of the voice when she says this shows how the body is closing off as it doesn’t want to speak those lying words.
Casey was only a friend to Casey. Casey only thought about Casey. The only friend Casey could have is a friend she could use, manipulate and of whom she could take complete advantage.
One more thing, you see a lot of upper chest breathing in this non apology Casey made This is the body working overtime and trying to oxygenate itself. She is” excited” at having to perform and this is her body’s way of trying to maintain a homeostatic balance in the body. It is also an indication that she was clearly not being sincere in what she was saying.
INSINCERE TONE AND FACIAL TELLS
There was no sincerity to her apology as indicated by her voice tone. It sounded like she was asking a question with her upward inflection. Her raised eyebrows indicated that it was new information that her body was processing.
It was foreign to her system and as a result her body language reacted in a questioning manner, complete with raised eyebrows and upward inflection. Her body and her system was not used to this foreign experience of apologizing or taking responsibility for anything. This was no doubt the first time she ever did anything like that and it clearly showed in her body language.
JOSE BAEZ LOOKS ON LIKE A PROUD PAPPA AS HE MAKES SURE SHE DOESN’T FLUB HER LINES
As Casey was reciting her lines of bullshit, Jose Baez’s eyes did not leave Casey’s face. He looked like a proud papa at a grade school play, making sure that his kid didn’t flub her lines. Casey may have memorized her lines and not flubbed them verbally, but she sure flubbed them vocally and body language wise.
LIP PURSING AT THE END OF HER BS REHEARSED SPEECH
Whenever you see someone purse their lips after they tell you something, they are usually lying. It’s the body’s way of closing off. That is what Casey did. She pursed her lips after her rehearsed lines.
CASEY’S “ SIX STEP BOO HOO RITIUAL” COMPLETE WITH NON TEARS, NON MUCOUS, FAKE AUDIBLE SNIFFLES, AND HAIR TOUCHING
If listening to Casey’s fake apology wasn’t bad enough, it was even worse having to endure looking at her obsessive ritualistic behavior in the courtroom with regard to her boo hooing it. Here is what she does:
1 She wipes away non tears either with her finger or with a kleenex
2. There is no facial distress often associated with tears.
3. Then she looks at her finger or her kleenex for non- liquid that comes out of her non- tears.
4. Then she sniffles audibly so that everyone can hear her.
5. Then she dabs the non- mucous and non- liquid from her nose where she makes her fake sniffle noises
6. Then she touches her hair, pats it or flips it.
She repeats this ritual ad nauseum.
JOSE IS SOOOO OVER CASEY’S FAKE TEARS HE IGNORES HER, BUT ANDREA PLAYS MAMMA HEN
As soon as Casey sat down after her rehearsed bullshit apology, Andrea Lyons acted like the mother hen as she put her arm around Casey. Casey ignored Andrea’s nurturing and maternal attempts as Casey began her Six Step Boo Hoo Ritual complete with non tear wiping and tissue examining.
My Utley Lip Reading Skills were used once again as Andrea mouths the words to Casey asking her is she was OK? Casey ignores Andrea and continues her ritual, Andrea asks her again and Casey is way too busy with her ritual to answer. She finally nods her head as if to indicate she is OK after her rehearsed “apology” debut.
Casey’s non- answer speaks volumes. It shows how very much into herself she is and how self- absorbed she is.
Meanwhile Jose could care less. He’s seen it all before. He’s heard it all before. He’s hip to the fake tears and fake sniffles. He doesn’t even look at her.
At first he used to be very attentive to Casey—maybe too attentive! Now he would never think of comforting her let alone touching her. That’s the last think he needs to deal with in regard to this Casey Case.
There was a point where Jose has his hand on his forehead as if to nonverbally say” how did I get myself into this mess representing this sociopath next to me with her fake tears. I wish she’d stop already. I told her to show some emotion but this is ridiculous already!”
Then Jose’s hand leaves his forehead and his hands now appear on his desk in a lawyerly stance. He back to the reality of defending this miscreant and probably thinking “ What the heck, it’s been good PR for my career. I’ve got to do everything possible to defend her because everyone in the world is watching me”
CASEY’S ICE FACE
Halfway through the tape around 13.00 you see the real Casey Anthony up close and personal. You see what I call her ICE FACE. There is no reaction. It is scary to look at. It is devoid of emotion. It is for lack of a better word”creepy.” Her ice face reflects what is really going on inside of her- nothing!
There is no reaction except for some grooming behaviors where she pats her hair or straightens her collar.These grooming behaviors reflect her narcissism and wanting to look good to others- something sociopaths often do.
CINDY ANYTHONY’S TEAR WIPING AND LOOKING AT HER OWN HANKIE
The apple does not fall from the tree. Cindy Anthony does the same thing Casey does, except her tears are probably a bit more real than Casey’s. They may be tears of guilt for letting her sociopathic daughter run her all these years and stear from her and her own mother (Casey’s grandmother) not putting a stop to Casey’s aberrant behaviors.
They may be tears of reality that her daughter is now a convicted felon and that this little court date will be a piece of cake compared with what is in store in the murder trial.
The bottom line is that no matter what kind of tears Cindy had, she too examined them just like Casey does.
GEORGE DOESN’T RESPOND TO CINDY’S I LOVE YOU” IN THE COURTROOM
George looked like a miserable mess with puffy eyes so you know his tears were for real.
My Ultey Lipreading Skills came into use once again as Cindy as she mouthed the words to her husband George- “I love you.” He didn’t respond. He didn’t say I love you too or I love you back, He said nothing and looked ahead.

OSE BAEZ’ BODY LANGUAGE LEAKED THAT HE DIDN’T BELIEVE CASEY WAS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER ACTIONS
Watching and hearing Casey speak and watching her fake boo hoos in the courtroom and her ritualistic behavior were both sickening and maddening.
It was maddening to see the obvious manipulation by the attorneys in making her apologize to Amy for not being a better friend. Puhleeze!
What was even more maddening was when Jose Baez (whom I must admit does look rather dapper and handsome and does try to maintain his professional composure through his well spoken sonorous voice) spoke to reporters outside the courtroom. He continued his manipulation as the cameras were pointed at him. But no matter how clever or convincing he thought he was being, he clearly leaked out his true thoughts and feelings the end.
As his final words said that Casey’s apology showed that she was taking responsibility for her actions, his head shook ‘NO” when it should have been nodding “YES ” in the affirmative. So Jose’s body language betrayed him. It revealed that he knows very well that sociopaths NEVER take responsibility for their actions.
He knows very well that he put those words of apology in her mouth for her to regurgitate.
While Casey may have regurgitated his words, no matter how many times she rehearsed them, her body language and voice spoke the truth! Her apology was insincere and contrived! www.drlillianglass.com
