Casey Anthony Craves Jose Baez’s Attention As He Ignores Her

When Casey first saw Jose Baez as she walked into court on Day 27, she lights up. She has a genuine smile with raised cheeks and horizontal lip action. The fact that her mouth is not  open and her lips are together means that she is trying to contain her joy. Jose has a cordial smile. His cheeks aren’t raised and his lips are also closed which means he is pleased to see her but not overjoyed as we have seen earlier in pre-trial  hearings.

He  keeps his physical distance from Casey and his hand is cupped at the knuckles. This indicates that he is feeling ambivalent and anxious.

Then Cheney Mason comes over and steps behind her. She is all smiles. However, she does not smile back at Masson. Instead, she continues to look at Jose Baez, who is busily at work on his computer and ignores Casey. Casey even leans in towards Baez. Then Mason gives her a quick pat on the back as he walks away and heads towards his seat.

When Cheney leaves, she speaks to Jose and he ignores her.He is busy  working and trying every which way to save her life. She ignores the fact that he has no time to speak to her now. Like a child who demands attention, she leans down on the table and looks up in a further  attempt to gain Jose’s attention.

She realizes that her feminine and cutesy ways aren’t working with Jose and she feels embarrassed. She looks down and has a sheepish tight smile  which  is consistent with feeling embarrassment or shame. Her shoulders are rounded, which   indicates submission and defeat that  she was  not able to get Jose to do  what she wanted him to do at the instant she  wanted him to do it.

Casey is clearly embarrassed and defeated as we see by her rounded shoulders and her looking down. She has distanced herself from Jose and has  literally given him the cold shoulder as she raised her shoulder in his direction. She has also turned her body away from his.

This little interaction speaks to what is really going on in Casey’s mind during this trial and what is important to her- attention and control. Instead of being concerned that her life is on the line, she is more concerned whether Jose likes her or pays attention to her.We can see how Casey has used her flirty act and looked up at some man  and batted her mascara laden eyes to get her way.

Her body language  behavior when she enters the courtroom is disturbing to me. She shows a  different side when the jurors are in the room . She will  fake cry on cue when  her new mother  figure attorney Ms. Simms coaches her to do it.  Ms. Simms was hired on to question the medical experts.  She is supposed to be outstanding at this. But she is now a high paid baby sister for Casey.

Casey will use a folded non wet  Kleenex and wipe a non wet spot under her eye oe cheek. She will breathe heavily through her mouth and widen her nasal alae muscles on the side of  her nose which then  gives it a red appearance. It gets red because pulling stretching  the alae causes more blood flow.  Hence,  the red appearance.

The times she does genuinely cry appear to be for herself and not for Casey. I do believe seeing the animated version of what Caylee looked like  with and without duct tape on her skull was shocking to Casey and her emotion was genuine. Like most sociopaths, she didn’t bother to think of think of the consequences of her actions of leaving a body in a bag.

Other times she co the cocks her head to the side and looks angry. She is  not angry at testimony given about her personally. Instead, she exhibits a cocked head and angry face when experts are trying to explain factual data of what they discovered at the crime scene.

They are poking holes in her defense and she is angry about it. She is angry that she got caught and that the body was found. After all she thought she was smarter than everyone else. Now she is coming to find out that there are some very very smart people out there who will prove what she did to Caylee.

In it’s 27th day, this trial is getting more and more upsetting by the day. As I watch her body language and observe her so carefully, I  see a bona fide sociopath, who is both  sickening and frightening . www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony Flirts With Lawyers As They Flirt Back With Baez Sticking Out Tongue, Cheney Touching, Casey Getting iphone Lesson and Her Acting As Assistant

The  court tape of Casey Anthony  and her lawyers flirting was unreal. Had I not viewed it  with my own two  eyes, I  would have NEVER believed what was going on in the courtroom. I am shocked  by everyone’s  lighthearted happy and joyeous  behavior.

Perhaps   they  actually believe that the magic bullett  wand will be the testimony of the two upcoming psychiatrists  who will explain away  Casey’s PSTS - Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome to account for her not reporting  Caylee  as missing for 31 days. No intelligent  person   wil buy that. What about the years before where she told Cindy she had a job and graduated from high school  ?   Is that PSTS ? These therapists can never  crate reasonable doubt with whatever they say. The police goose chase is not a part of Post traumatic stress syndrome. It is blatant lying  and to me  it spells sociopathy! After lookinmg at these photos Caseys does not look like she has any  PSTS.

 She and her attoeneys were in  happy  aughing spirits as you can see from these screen shots below.

 CHENEY AND CASEY PLAY TOUCHY FEELY

 Cheney Mason not only initiates a touch he actually puts in middle finger in  he crook of her elbow and rubs it as you can see in the photo above.In essence he is fingering the crook of  her elbow which appears rather sexual in nature to me.

Casey is coy here and  looks down and laughs as she continues to have physical elbow to elbow bosy  contact with Cheney.

 Now  Then there is two finger touch where  Mason places both fingers on Casey while their arms touch and physical contact  between them occurs.

They continue to touch . Casey puts her arm over her body and holds on to her other arm as she braces it go that she can maximally extend her other arm which is touching Cheney Mason. She clearly enjoys the physical touch as you can see. 

 

 Still clinging  her arm into Cheney Mason, she maintains  physical contact with him as  she reaches her other had over and places her open fingers on his arm. That is way too familiar of a gesture as she is very comfortable touching him. I can only wonder what touching has fgone on between them during the jailhouse visits.

After removing her hand from him she looks down with a  very self satisfied facial expression and as you can see  Cheney is all smiles.

They are back to arm touching and sitting very close when they don;t ned to as there is no conversation.

And they  continue  that touch so that there is definite physical contact between the two.

Finally Casey  attentively looks into Cheney’s eyes in order to get his attention. It is  a seductive look. 

The bottom line is that Casey obviously craves attention and  physical contact from any man even if that man is old enough to be her grandfather or great grandfather. There was no need for her to be touching him and less of a need for him to be touching her , let alone sticking his fingers in the crook of her arm and rubbing them around.

  

CASEY FLIRTS WITH BAEZ AS SHE LAUGHS, SHOOTS HIM THE BIRD WHILE HE STICKS OUT HIS TONGUE AND IS AMUSED WITH HIMSELF

Jose Baez shows up and stands to the right, in front of Casey and the TV camera. Casey is excited to see him as you can tell from her wide eyed look and genuine raised cheek smile. She knows she shouldn’t be so happy and smiling so she puts her thumb over her lip in an attempt to repress the smile. She clearly adores Jose and he loves it.

Casey is very flirty as she coquettishly places one hand over the other and coyly looks at him wide-eyed wile cocking her head to the side as you can see .

Next Casey mouths the words NO and looks down as she raises her middle finger up to the side of her head at the temple and keeps it there. The other attorney thinks it is funny. So does Jose as he smiles back.

Casey thinks it ois funny too as she looks over at Jose all the while keeping her finger in the vulgar bird like position as if to say “F You” to Jose.  The other attorney thinks it is funny too.

Now Casey has taken her bird finger down and laughs. Cheney Mason is amused as is the other attorney. Casey is loving all of this drama and attention as Jose is smiling too as he has his back towards the camera in an attempt to block th view.

Jose and Casey are clearly flirting ands Casey’s demure hand position with one over the other and her raised eyes and cocked head confirm it/ From the looks of Jose’s raised cheeks he is happy and smiling away.

Casey now shows Cheney Mason something under the table? Are they her hairy unshaven legs because they won;t trust her with a razor blade or is it her crotch? At any rate, Jose looks on as Cheny Mason smiles. Jose’s cheeks are no longer raised as the attention is off of him. He is not smiling but rather looking at Casey and Cheney. Is this an attempt to make Jose a bit jealous in her immature schoolgirl way?

Jose now smirks and turns to the camera, His expression says that he is about to do something mischievous.

He sticks his tongue out to the camera! Why in the world would he do this > Doe she not care that the whole world is watching him? is he trying to be funny and playful> Well here is a new  flash Jose, your client may get the death penalty because she killed an innocent little girl. That is nothing to laugh about  and clown around. This is NOT the place or the time.

 Jose is clearly amused with himself. Why is this man being playful and joking around when his client is in such serious trouble? He needs to take his playfulness out of the courtroom and not act like an immature schoolboy.

  

CASEY GETS LESSION IN iPHONE 101

 

While Jose stares at Casey, the other lawyer gives Casey a tour of the latest iphone G4. No doubt Casey is not up on the latest phone gadgets since she has been in a cage for two years with minimal human contact. So the other attorney is explaining what the new phone can do.

LEGAL SECRETARY CASEY TO THE RESCUE

Casey looks right at Jose and gestures to his with her pinkie and thumb as if she was holding a phone, that Jose has a phone call on his cell phone.

Casey even extends her hand to indicate as an attempt to show Jose the phone  in case he didn;t understand her previous ign gesture language as the other attorney is now involved and reaches out to  physically pick up Jose’s cell phone as Jose with his cocked head begins to process what is going on.

Jose has picked up the phone and put it to his ear while Casey has a self-satisfied grin on her face by doing something useful as his legal assistant and letting him know he had a phone call.

Now Jose checks his  text messages  as Casey looks on with her now vacant eyes. This whole scenario of Casey and Cheney’s flirtation, her flirtation with Jose and his odd behavior is very disturbing, It is obvious that her attorney like her and may be the only two people in the world that two aside from some sickos whoa re enamored with her.

There is now talk on other blogs and some news reports that Casey will be dressed differently and there will be a change in her image when the trial starts. While I gave my opinion that she needs to  be dressed  in all black for the whole trial in one of my blogs, of they follow my advice it won’t really make a difference because Casey is bound to leak out who she is – a sociopath and no doubt the jury will feel it. As they say you can put a dress and lipstick and pearls on a pig but it is still a pig.

She has clearly manipulated Jose and Cheney as they seem to be enamored with her and titillated by her. After all she has spent her whole life flirting and manipulating men so why should she not turn on what she knows how to do best with the two men who happen to be around her all the time and give her the attention she craves.

A jury will hate Casey, You can only be on your best behavior for so long until you leak out who you really are.. Even the most accomplished Academy Award winning actor can’t do it for as long as Casey will have to be under scrutiny during all these months during her trial.

Casey Anthony’s Crocodile Tears As Her Mother Testifies and Final Snub

  The media has wrongly reported that  Casey Anthony got emotional and cried when her mother was onthe stand . But the truth is that she  DID NOT CRY and was NOT emotional. Her  tears were fake as was  and any semblance of emotion .  Casey was doing her manipulative crying act with no  tears even before Cindy spoke.

 Casey wiped away non tears and immediately recovered  from her fake  non teary eyes as she carried on her charade for the first seven  minutes her mother  was on the  stand . Then Casey. anger emerged. But for the most part  Casey  showed = her  usual blank facial expression while her mom spoke .

 Casey;s true feelings emerged  when Cindy  walked past Casey as she left the stand.  Cindy turned to get  Casey;s attention was  Casey  ignored her and continued to write madly indicating ther was  no love lost towards her mother. Cindy

Before the proceedings  Casey begins her grooming ritual .

 Although her hair is pulled away from her face  in  a pony tail , she still manages to paly with her hair as an integral part of her grooming ritual.

As her mother first  takes the stand , Cindy, who is a lot heavier than she was the last time she testified,  turns around to look at Casey, who ignores her

Before Cindy testified , Casey began with  her  fake tear wipes as she   sticks her thumb into  the corner of her eye so she can   irritate  the eye and get it to water.

Here  Casey is  trying to conjure up some emotion but  it is  not working. So  she bites her lip  to look  sad and upset, but  fails miserably. If she was really in tears  the corners of her lips would be coursing down not straight across as you see here, Adding to the false  emotional expression are her eyes  not squinting  as one  ususally does when crying. Instead the eyes are     opened wide. Her raised forehead also shows  the falseness. When one cries their forehead isn’t  raised but  lowered.

Casey shows no sadness  that would indicate crying, however  she continues to  wipe away fake tears from both  cheeks.

Here Casey tries her best to conjure up  the cry, However,   there are no tears. When one cries, one always  tears . Clearly she  has used this phony crying act all her life to manipulate her mother  to get  her way .   Casey’s  hand is also  covering her cheek in  order to  to catch a  phony non tear.

Here is the tearless wipe as she tries to wipe away a  non running nose.

There is a too  immediate of a  recovery from the teary expression indicating falseness. Casey is also  pursing her lips which indicate  deception - crying real tears of emotion.

Here is more bad  acting from  Casey. Look at how  she presses her  two fingers  right up under her right eye  to try and  press out a tear. Those crying  real tears,  cry bilaterally, not  one eye individually.

Casey  wipes away non tears from her other eye where   no tears were evident  on either eye.

Here we see Casey checking out  her non tear . Observe her  blank  non emotional facial expression . This is NOT indicative of a somoene   showing real and genuine  emotion.

Here  we  observe Casey’s false attempt to show her  emotions as she closely  examines a fake non tear which obviously  did not land in the palm of her hand.Once again, note her blank unemotional expression and she focuses on the non tear in the palm of her hand.

Here we see how Casey really feels about her mother . A true leakage of her real emotion of ANGER  is evident as she listens to her VCindy’s testimony. Observe   the jaw tennsion  at the side of her face. Look at her glaring  eyes ,  angry pursed lips and  tight muscles around the lips  which clearly  indicate disdain towards her mom.

Within seconds Casey shifts back  into her blank emotional facial expression as she start s to write things down on her pad .

As Cindy says  that she cried and put her head in her husbands chest, Casey looks up. She is wide eyed but has a  blank emotion. When Cindy said she was crying this is when Casey  should have been crying and showing some empatuy towards her mother , however  Caset showed   no feelings or empathy.

When her motehr  was  asked if she was the one who brought the officers into her house,  Casey detached and stared    vacantly  at her non tear she was  squeezing between two fingers. This is the point  Casey  should have been showing  some emotion as it  was the turning point in her life. This was when her mother invited the police over home.

Casey starts to  hair groom around  27 minutes into her mother’s testimony where she became completely detached from Cher mom while continuing to  focus on what she is writing .

AS Cindy speaks of the officers coming to  her home  Casey leaks out an expression  showing disdain.  She looks   up at her mother with a  tight lipped appearance which  indicates anger.

Now we observe  Casey scribbling on her legal pad for  45 minutes into the trial and  rarely looking up at Cindy.

This is where we clearly observe how Casey really  feels about Cindy. Cindy is  conflicted but  needs to answer every question honestly and openly. She obviously  has  feelings towards Casey.  But as she leaves the stand and walks in front of her saughter and  turns her face and body towards Casey, she  hopes that Casey will look up and acknowledge her. But that dopes not happen as  you look at the right corner of the screen. Casey’s head is down as she refuses to acknowledge her mother at all, indicating her  passive aggressive anger towards her mother.

IN RETROSPECT CASEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SHOW  COMPASSION FOR ANYONE BUT CASEY

Months ago I wrote a blog where it looked like Casey was genuinely happy when one of her lawyers who got sworn in.

In retrospect , especially after I  observed  this video of Casey  I see that she  was  most likely not happy for anyone else other than  herself. Maybe  she was amused  by the excitement  or  thrilled  because now there would be t another person to  break up up her boredom and pay some attention to her while she is in jail.

At the time  I said she may be compassionate, I  tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but after watching her at a time where genuine  emotion  and concern were supposed to occur, especially  when her  own mother took the stand, a  much different  picture of Casey emerges .

It is a picture of a young womann   devoid she is of compassion and  real motion when her own mom  took the stand. Her   manipulative phony  crocodile tears convince me  that Casey Anthony seems to be absent  of  any genuine emotion and most likely is a sociopath. www.drlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony’s Body Language Showed Her Tears Were Fake in Court

FAKE NON TEARS FOR CASEY

Contrary to news reports which stated that Casey Anthony  cried in court, my intensive  body language observations were that Casey did NOT  cry in court . Sociopaths are incapable of real tears. Since Casey is a sociopath in my view, she did not cry any  real tears.

 News accounts said that Casey broke down as soon as her brother Lee took the stand. But that was not the case at all. Her facial expression  especially her mouth, did not indicate a person who was sad or grieving or crying.

As you can see in the photo above she is wiping a way a non- tear. Her facial expressions consistently do not show the mouth and eye movement that is present when a person is truly crying.

But before  I discuss Casey’s reactions  when when her mother Cindy took the stand and her reactions when Lee took the stand, I want to discuss her courtroom demeanor in general

A HAPPY SMILING CASEY ENTERS THE COURTROOM

While Jose Baez has apparently done a good job in coaching her to stop the laughing and smiling, her smirks still manage to leak out as you can see in the photo below when she entered the courtroom .

Maybe she is smiling and smirking because she is so happy to get out of her jail cage where she has to remain 23 hours a day.

Maybe she is smiling and smirking because as a   self consumed  narcissist, she gets to have all eyes focusing on her and that makes her happy.

But in my view one of her major reasons for her genuine smile is that she  is  about to take her seat at the defendant’s and  gets to sit next to her crush and attorney- Jose Baez.

UNBUTTONING THE BUTTONS, SHOWING SOME SKIN AND SEX APPEAL

There is no question in my mind,  now that her former death penalty attorney Andrea Lyon is no longer in the picture and  forcing her to wear those   unsexy ruffly clothing  she hated, Casey is now dressing with  Baez in mind.

Now there is a sexier look as she is now longer buttoned up. She is now showing a lot more flesh as she unbuttons her blouse to show Jose that she still has it. She still has cleavage and still  wants him to know that she has sex appeal.

But at this point, Jose could care less . The only thing he is focusing on is keeping afloat and doing his best to adequately represent this aberrant creature.  He has no interest in her or her cleavage or her sex appeal.

The only interest he has is doing everything possible so she won’t get a lethal needle. For the most part he comes across collected and in control, but there are times where he  is overwhelmed and his nervous energy leaks out  in his body language.

We can often  see his finger tapping and pen tapping, and fidgeting. He moves around a lot physically.  But in  listening to Cindy’s testimony,   Jose was  clearly  uncomfortable  body language wise. We  saw evidence of a dry mouth and snake like side to side   lip licking as seen below.

This  indcated that his mouth was dry and he was no doubt feeling  a bit unsettled  and uncomfortable.

But Jose is not the only one showing nervousness and discomfort as she listened to Cindy;s testimony .Veteran attorney Cheny Mason was taken aback as well. He appeared to be very concerned , I have no doubt that he was wondering what in the world he was going to do in order to try and defend the sociopathic mess sitting next to him. He furrows his brow and covers his mouth, which indicates that he has no words to express  what he just heard from Cindy.

He  he has no idea what to say or do as he is speechless. When a person places their hands or fingers  over their mouth,  it indicates that they are  speechless and don’t know what to say.

Note the contrast in Casey’ demeanor. She looks blank as if she was listening to a benign weather report as she listeed to her mother .

As the proceeding progressed, Cheney Mason’s body language did not change much from his hand over his mouth position .

 But there was a time as you can see in the photo above that is finger landed in his mouth. This indicated that he was flabbergasted by what he heard. His even more furrowed brow shows extreme concern as to how in the world he was going to defend Casey.

His rounded shoulders showed submission and that he was humbled after listening to the 911 tape. 

His body language was a far cry from the  cocky Cheney Mason with squared shoulders and an arrogance  when  he said that he and Casey  would walk out of the courtroom arm in arm with Casey a free woman. After getting more involved inthecase    I doubt Cheney feels the same way he did when he first began the case.

CASEY’S REACTION WHEN CINDY WAS ON THE STAND

When Cindy  was on the stand Casey  could care less. There was no outward reaction whatesoever. However, there was a lot more hair grooming than usual as you can see below.

Casey repeated hair grooming in her mother’s presence clearly  reflected her insecurities about her physical appearance .

 We know that Cindy has put a premium on Casey’s looks, telling her how beautiful she looks in her jailhouse letters to Casey. So Casey’s grooming is no doubt an automatic reaction towards making  sure she looks “beautiful”  in front of her mother  Cindy.

CASEY’S  STICKING HER FINGERS IN HER EYES AND NON TEARS WHEN LESS WAS ON THE STAND


As soon as Lee hit the stand and obnoxiously and inappropriately he words mouthed the words “  I love you”  to his sister who twice accused him of sexually molesting her, Casey began to stick her finger in her eye in an attempt to draw liquid int the form of a tear.

Jose Baez put his arm around her as of to comfort her. In reality, it   was in my view  to encourage her  fake boo hooing in an attempt to make her look more human than the automaton emotionless freak of nature that she appears to be.

As you see int he photo above, Casey’s fingers are curved in a claw like fashion. The positioning of her fingers are not the position fingers should be in when a person is wiping away their tears. Instead, the fingers should be flat as the tears

are wiped away.

In this photo above we clearly see Casey sticking her finger inside her eye in an attempt to cause irritation of the eye and cause the eye  to tear.

Casey not only uses her fingers, she uses her thumb as well. Here she is sticking her thumb into her eye in an attempt to casue irriation and elicit redness as well as a tear.

CASEY’S FAKE CRYING RITUAL

Cheney Mason hands her a Kleenex. She then tried to fold the Kleenex. Note that she is focused on the Kleenex. There is no crying facial expression, which indicates that Casey must have trouble doing two things at the same time -crying and folding a Kleenex.

She attempts to wipe a non tear. She misses and wipes the non year off of the bridge of her nose. Once again, note the non crying facial expression.

Then she wipes the other non teary eye  with the Kleenex.

In summary,  first she wipes a non tear on one side and then wipes another non tear on the other side.  It;s all ridiculous as no one cries  and tears one eye at a time . When people genuinely cry. they cry with both eyes at the same time, not one at a time as Casey’s behavior reflects.

Then she looks at the non tear on her hankie.

 Then she grooms her hair one side and then grooms the other side. When someone is that distraught, the last thing they are thinking about is how their hair looks.

BROTHER AND SISTER SHARE A CHUCKLE

Besides brother Lee Anthony’s inappropriate  mouthing  of “I love you” to his sister who twice  accused him of sexually molesting her. another sickening thing to witness was their shared smiles chuckles at the expense of Cheney Mason and his hearing aid issues.

When Lee didn’t focus on Cheney Mason’s question,  he attempted to make  a joke by saying that there was static  is his ears too. He proudly laughed at his own joke.

Sister Casey was also  enjoying the laugh as well,  as you can  see in the photo below.

Casey is clearly enjoying Lee’s attempt at a joke as she smiles, while at the same time tries not to show her repaired dental work. This speaks to her vanity and narcissism. She stifles her  laugh and smile,  only  because she is self conscious of her dental condition. The fact that she is laughing at all is very disturbing to me .

There is absolutely NOTHING funny about the fact that she is in this courtroom. She always  needs to be reminded  that she is there for the fight of her  life.She always needs to be reminded that she is there because the state believes she murdered her innocent daughter.

She always needs to be reminded  that if she loses that fight and gets the lethal needle, it will not feel very pleasant.

Jose Baez needs to stop coddling her and give her a sober reality check concerning her courtroom behavior.

He needs to tell her that she will be scrutinized from every angle by the jurors and they will be taking everything she does very seriously. He needs to tell her that if she  wants a fair trial she needs to take everything that goes on in the courtroom very seriously  and wipe off any smirks or smiles for good.

And while he is at it, Jose  needs to tell her to stop the boo hooing it. It’s not working and  people see through it. It’s fake and odd looking. While at first glance she may look like she is crying , if a jury is stuck looking at her for weeks and notices her every move and every nuance of her behavior, they will pick up on how fake it is. It does not elicit pity for her. In fact is has the opposite effect. It makes her even more disliked and even hated.

Joran Van der Sloot’s Body Language- His Moist Eyes Don’t Show Remorse or Sadness But His Stunned Look Shows How He Did Not Expect To Get Caught

Any moist eyes you see on Potential serial killer, Joran Van de Sloot, (and I use the term potential serial killer because the definition of a serial killer is having three or more killings under their belt and in Joran’s case there are only two of which we know)  are not tears of remorse or sadness .

Instead, they are tears  which reveal his body’s adrenalin rush  in both the shock and excitement over the new situation where he is the focus of being captured for killing a young Peruvian woman, Stephanie Flores .

In fact that is why it has been reported that Joan looked stunned. He is no doubt in complete shock that he was caught. His narcissism would never allow him to imagine what the consequences would be if this happened to him.

The tears are due to his autonomic nervous system essentially taking over and expelling tears in his system. The reason I say this is because serial killers and would be serial killers have no emotion. They do not feel the same things as we who are not serial killers feel. They shallow affect, lack of empathy, incapacity for love, and a definite  lack of guilt or remorse. In essence Joran is not at all capable of normal emotions in relation to situational appropriate events.

BAD BODY LANGUAGE SIGNS FROM THE GET GO

When you look at the photo of Joran Van Der Sloot at the front desk to pick up his room key after a long night out with Ms. Flores in tow, there is the exact same sadistic smirk that he had when he told an undercover reporter that he killed another young woman, Natalie Holloway  him several years back.

The fact that Joran is walking in front of Ms. Flores  and doesn’t acknowledge her in the surveillance tapes  is not a good sign. It shows a detachment from her.

He doesn’t even look at her when he enters his room with her  which is also a bad sign as it shows he doesn’t care about her. There is not politeness of gentlemanly consideration of letting her enter the room ahead of him.

Once again it speaks to his extreme egocentric and narcissistic behavior ,which most psychopaths demonstrate.

CALM COOL AND COLLECTED AFTER LEAVING A MURDERED BODY IN THE ROOM

If you look at this surveillance photo of Joran leaving the hotel room 4 hours  after he allegedly killed this young  woman as he is dressed in a fresh set of clothes,  his demeanor shows a calmness. There is no muscle tension in his face whatsoever.

There is even that sick smirk on his face that we saw when he admitted  killing Natalie and when he got the key from the front desk four hours earlier when he knew exactly what he was going to do to unsuspecting Sephanie Flores.

There is no tension, or upset or nervous reaction in his gait as he leaves the hotel. His strike is calm and relaxed and not hurried, In fact  His  He looks like he was going for a stroll without a care in the world, carrying a bag and a backpack.

JORAN’S  EXCITEMENT KICKS IN  WHEN ON THE RUN

But he taxi drivers to whom Joran paid $640 to transport him from Lima to Vinya de Mar Chile where he was apprehended, reported that they noticed that their passenger showed signals of nervousness.

No doubt Joran  moved around and squirmed a lot in the back of the cab as he was reported to continuously chain smoke.

Even though they interpreted his behavior as nervous the truth was that Joran was no doubt more excited than nervous and all the extraneous  movement the cab drivers observed  was the result of his autonomic system taking over.

Joran was excited that he was on his way to getting away with yet another murder to satisfy his sick appetite.

JORAN ACTUALLY  BELIEVED HE COULD GET AWAY WITH MURDER

Joran’s narcissism and eccentricity allowed him to assume that he would get away with murder. He was so sure that he would not get caught that  didn’t even do anything to hide the brutally beaten body complete with the neck he snapped and broke. He didn’t even take the time to check out of the hotel. He just went on his merry way.

Why should he think of the consequences? Five years earlier, to the day, he got away with the murder of another young beautiful girl, Even though he was arrested repeatedly, he beat the system.

NO DADDY TO PROTECT AND  ENABLE JORAN

His father  Paulus also had his back at the time enabling him in his sickness. But now that daddy , who suddenly  died of a heart attack  four months earlier is gone, Joran has no one to cover for him or to tell him that he is loved unconditionally.

Perhaps Joran’s going out of his way to kill again had something to do with the recent death of his father. Since he cannot mourn  his father’s death because has no feelings, he  wants to feel something.

So he kills again to feel something, he kills to feel the excitement and the adrenalin rush he no doubt felt when he killed Natalie Hollyway.

PARADED AROUND TO REPORTERS

Three times, Joran  wearing a green  bullet proof vest,  was paraded around to hundreds of people, including reporters.

No doubt authorities wanted everyone to get a glimpse of this real live monster who killed a lovely innocent woman who did not deserve such a horrific fate.

So now that daddy isn’t there to protect him, 22 year old Joran is reaching out to mommy as  told authorities to call his mother in Aruba. My heart does go out to his mother whom I am sure had no idea that she spawned a monster.

Of course  Joran  denied any involvement in Stephanie’s death. Little does he know about the surveillance cameras. The fact that he didn’t check out yet left with his bags and belongings, and took a cab to Chile instead of to the airport and flying directly  to Argentina and his cropped short dyed red hair at attempts to disguise himself,  does not bode well for him.

Even one of the best defense lawyers Joe Tacaopina won’t be able to help him. Tacopina was heard on television shows saying how it is easy to blame Joran because he has a bullseye on his back from the Holloway incident. But no one will be able to defend Joran this time- especially in Peru.

JORAN’S NEW HOME FOR THE REST OF HIS PATHETIC LIFE

A Peruvian prison is not anyplace anyone would want to be, especially when they are only given on e blanket in the freezing cold of the Andes Mountains. Since Peru does not have the death sentence, the rest of Joran’s  life will be a living  hell.

Just ask former American college student  Lori Berenson who was accused of political activism in Peru. She spent  15 of the   best years of her life in this hell and she didn’t even  kill anyone.

So one can only imagine what will happen to Joran when he is locked up. The fact that he killed the daughter of a beloved national hero- a Peruvian race car driver and Presidential candidate  won’t sit well with prison guards and other prisoners. Neither will the fact that he is an outsider and a foreigner.

And let’s say he does get 30 years and is released when he is in his 50’s, no doubt he will be extradited  to the US where he will face extortion charges in Alabama and spend the remainder of his life in a US prison. He tried to extort $250,000 from  an associate of the Holloway family in exchange for revealing the whereabouts of Natalie.

One of Joran’s buddies  who was interviewed said he had a gambling and drug addiction. That is no doubt because those are the only times his adrenalin kicks in and he can feel anything. He also apparently has a killing young innocent women addiction which thankfully has come to an end. Now both Natalie and Stephanie can rest in peace!  wwdrlillianglass.com

Casey Anthony, Smiling As She Enters and Leaves Courtroom And Wipes Away Fake Non- Tears, One Eye At A Time At Death Sentence Hearing

The most telling thing about today’s hearing when Judge Perry denied  Casey Anthony’s defense team all four motions against the death penalty,  was Casey’s non- rection when Judge Perry gave his ruling.

It was in sharp contrast to her mother Cindy’s reaction who’s true emotion of grief surfaced as she heard Judge Perry’s words.

At first Cindy looked down with her hand over her face as   she braced herself for what she hoped would not  happen.

Then as Judge Perry spoke the words Cindy  did not want to hear, she immediately put hr hands up to her face and   showed  sudden facial signs of being distraught about the fact that if her daughter is found guilty she could be sentenced to death.

As you see in the above photo, Casey on the other hand,  did  not react at all. In fact she had a deadpan expression showing no emotion whatsoever.  It was as though she as listening to someone speaking in a  foreign language that she did not understand. In fact Casey .

Jose Baez on the other hand was quite disturbed as you can see from his furrowed brow. He was clearly upset and it showed.


What was even more   disturbing was when it was over and when she and her defense team  all stood up, Casey managed to groom herself  in  front of the object of her flirtation- Jose Baez.

As you can see in the above photo,  she brushes her hand against her hair when it is already tied back away from her face. Evidently Casey is more concerned  about looking good then dying.

Then when Casey directly  looked at Jose Baez she was actually  SMILING !!! Yes, there is actually a smile as  her cheeks  are raised and there is  a smirk on her face  after learning  that if she is found guilty she can be sentenced to death!


CASEY IS ALL SMILES AS SOON AS SHE  FIRST WALKS THROUGH THE DOOR

After  scrutinizing Casey’s behavior I  see  a full blown sociopath based on her body language tells from her smiling as soon As she stepped foot into  into the courtroom.

to her fake tears,. There were no sobs. There was no chest heaving. There was no whimpering.  There was no liquid coming out of her eyes. There was no facial expression that would indicate sadness or angst or upset.

There was no indication of grief  as determined by the  non action of  her facial muscle. There was no downturn of the lower lip, a classic facial tell which shows that someone is distraught and overcome with grief a facial expression which Cindy  showed when Judge Perry denied the defenses motion against the death penalty.

As soon as Casey saw Jose  Baez when she walked into the courtroom  she gave him a very big and genuine smile complete with raised cheeks.

Casey continued to smile even when she heard the words ” All  rise”  before the Judge walked into the courtroom.

She still had a smirk on her face as the Judge entered the courtroom and she stood next to her two attorneys.

Only a sociopath would smile when they were facing such a serious hearing to learn whether or nor  they would be sentenced to death.

Finally the smirk left her lips and Casey remained expressionless as she sat int he courtroom watching  Andrea Lyons, her death penalty attorney and fashion consultant spoke  in front of  Judge Perry.

Casey Anthony sat there looking  ahead.  At first she showed no emotion.

Then at one point she  showed  a flash of anger as determined by the muscle twitch of her tightly clenched jaw.

Suddenly Baez turned  to Casey and said something to her. It seemed like he told her to turn on the waterworks for all to see, because moments later she began her FAKE TEAR CRYING RITUAL.
FOUR STEPS OF CASEY ANTHONY’S FAKE TEAR CRYING RITUAL.

Here is how Casey’s non emotional fake crying ritual goes.

STEP l- She wipes her finger under her right eye.

Step2 She wipes her finger under her left eye.

Step 3. She looks at her fake non tears  her on her fingers.


Step 4.  She engages in hair grooming between fake tears.

When Casey wipes away her “tears” there is no liquid to wipe away because there are no tears coming out of her lacrimal ducts.

Also, people do not cry tears, one eye at a time. Tears run from both eyes simultaneity.  So her  wiping one eye and then immediately wiping  the other screams to how fake her tears are.

CASEY FINALLY USES A KLEENEX IN HER FAKE CRYING RITUAL

It appeared to me that Baez , looking down at he desk and slightly turning in her direction, gave Casey some kind of subtle cue to use a Kleenex , He  probably pointed to a Kleenex on the desk for her to pick up and use. Until then she was fake crying sans Kleenex.

Casey then took the neatly folded Kleenex and patted an eye.  Actually she missed the eye and ended up patting the side  and the bridge of her nose as you see in the photo above.


Casey then looks at her fake tear on her neatly folded Kleenex.

She then repeats the ritual going from eye to eye after looking at her fake non tear that  she wiped away on the Kleenex.

And then of course there is the hair groom after she looks at the non tear.  dry Kleenex.

VARIATIONS ON A THEME OF FAKE TEARS-”THE THUMB WIPE:” AND THE “EYELID PAT”

Casey not only uses her fingers to wipe away the fake tears, she will use her thumb  exclusively to wipe away the non tear as we see in the photo above. She follows the same ritual after doing the “THUMB WIPE”  with the examining her dry, non tear stained thumb, and  then grooming her hair.

THE “EYELID PAT”

Casey appears to get bored with the under the eye pats. So she changes it up a bit.

She now goes for the eyelid pat as you see above. First she  pats one eyelid with her index finger.

Then she pats her other eyelid with her pointer finger. Sometimes she changes up the fingers as well. Sometimes it is an index finger and other  times it is a pointer finger.

Then of course , she must look at the results that the eyelid pat yielded,  in terms of her examining these non tears.

What Casey doesn’ t realize is that tears run  down from your eyes. They do not run  not up  from your eyes.

I guess she must have  played hooky from school that day  when  there was a lesson about gravity.

It is ridiculous for her to pat her eyelid and expect a tear coming from her eyelid. This is further evidence  why her tears are phony.

NO FACIAL EXPRESSION WHEN  HER FAKE TEARS ARE EXAMINED

When someone is genuinely  crying, even if they take  break from that crying to look at their Kleenex, they usually still have an expression of  upset on their face. They do not look  blank and  expressionless as Casey does in this photo.

When someone is genuinely crying, even when they wipe away a tear, you will still see a micro expression  of  sadness or despair as evidenced by a turned down lowe lip or a furrowed forehead or brow. You will see some type of indication that the person is upset.

In Casey’s case, there is non of that indication in her facial language that she is upset or feeling bad.

BOTTOM LINE

After looking closely at Casey’s  non crying, non teary eyed behavior, I can say without a doubt that all news reports and headlines which have appeared in the media stating that Casey got emotional during t he hearing, or that Casey cried  in court are false.

Based on these body language findings which I have shared with you, Casey has once again managed to try to manipulate.  It is something that she has  no doubt done her entire life. But now, her manipulation will not work.

Her lack of  honest and genuine tears show that he has no remorse for what she has allegedly done to Caylee. It shows a frightening  cold hearted person.

I have no doubt that a jury will pick this up. It doesn’t  matter  if that jury is in Orlando or Miami.

No matter how hard Casey tries to muster up those tears, she can’t. She can’t because, like most sociopaths,  she has no feelings. You need feelings to produce genuine heartfelt tears.   www.drlilllianglass.com

Casey Anthony’s Body Language Shows Dramatic Transformation In Court For First Time In Two Years

Several of my loyal readers have written to  inform me that they have noticed a  significant change in the body language of Casey Anthony, the  accused murderer of her three year old daughter Caylee.  They observed that  Casey Anthony’s body language during her latest  court appearance, where  she appeared in front of the new judge  presiding over her case, Judge Belvin  Perrry  was completely different.

Many shared with me that they believed that Casey Anthony’s team may have been studying  my  past Body Language Blogs  blogs where I discuss Casey’s inappropriate  and disturbing body language.  After looking at how Casey comported herself  in court today, for the first time in two years, I may very well agree with them, I  could see no laughter, no smirking, no smiling  and no OCD- like ritualistic behavior of palm rubbing, hand fiddling, self  grooming, self, clothes brushing with her hand, or hair flicking with Casey.

CASEY  STILL  MANAGED TO LEAK OUT A CHUCKLE

But  before the court proceedings began, Casey did leak out some chuckles when attorney  Jose Baez, who was equally as stoic,  spoke to her. No doubt he must have cautioned  her to watch her body language and not laugh or smile.  But she chuckled anyway. Perhaps it was a nervous  chuckle in response to his telling her that she better show no emotion, especially in front of this new “no-nonsense” judge.

CASEY’S STOIC EMOTIONLESS BODY LANGUAGE

In watching the proceedings Casey did not move. She sat there like a statue. She was emotionless.  She barely moved. She reminded  me of those people  that  you see in shopping malls who are human mannequins and are frozen into position, not moving for hours at a time.

But it didn’t work. If a jury sees her stoic and mannequin like  the way she appeared today and she appears that way throughout the trial, the jury  will definitely see her as the cold blooded  calculating murderess  the prosecution will paint her to be.

COACHING CASEY ANTHONY

I am sure many of  probably saying to yourselves,” stop right there!” Don’t give away your professional secrets. Don’t let  Casey Anthony’s defense team in on any information which could help her or mislead the jury.

Instead,  let her keep looking  serious and stoic and not move throughout the trial. This way there will be no doubt  a jury  will see that Casey is a cold- hearted mother who  killed her daughter.  This way they will not have to deliberate for long as they  find her guilty in a matter of minutes. “

THE BODY DOESN’T LIE AND THE TRUTH WILL PREVAIL

I am not worried about giving away my information to the defense team via these blogs which could potentially be helpful to Casey. The reason is  because “ the body does NOT lie!” The face does NOT lie and neither does the voice or speech patterns.

What goes on in your brain, as research has shown repeatedly, manifests in the way you move and in the way in which you  communicate.

That is why all the coaching and jury preparation in the world  can NEVER work with someone who is guilty or who has something to hide.Eventually,  the truth will leak out in some behavioral, vocal, or speech “tell.”

WHAT ABOUT THE  “TELLS”  OF A “SOCIOPATH”?

Many who have observed Casey throughout these past few years believe that Casey shows signs of sociopathic behavior. A “sociopath is an obsolete term for what the DSM- IV defines as an Antisocial Personality Disorder. Below are Diagnostic Criteria of such a person, according to the DSM-IV


1. Since the age of fifteen there has been a disregard for and violation of the right’s of others, those right’s considered normal by the local culture, as indicated by at least three of the following:
A. Repeated acts that could lead to arrest.
B. Conning for pleasure or profit, repeated lying, or the use of aliases.
C. Failure to plan ahead or being impulsive.
D. Repeated assaults on others.
E. Reckless when it comes to their or others safety.
F. Poor work behavior or failure to honor financial obligations.
G. Rationalizing the pain they inflict on others.
2. At least eighteen years in age.
3. Evidence of a Conduct Disorder, with its onset before the age of fifteen.

Based on all that we now know about Casey Anthony and her history, it seems that she fits these criteria.  But even if she is a “sociopath” or antisocial personality disorder, there are specific “tells” in her behavior that will definitely leak out to a jury.

They will see it over time as she sits in the court room. They will see it in her body language if she testifies on her own behalf. They will certainly hear it in her speech pattern and in her voice.

These signals in her behavior that will LEAK out to a jury  and they will  readily pick them up. They may not know specifically what they are picking up in terms of the nuances related to her body and facial language or voice and speech patterns. But they WILL be picking up that something is off, They will perceive that something about Casey is not quite right.

No coaching in the world  or spending countless hours of witness preparation can stop it from happening. That is why savvy defense attorneys do not like to put their “sociopathic” clients on the stand to testify.

That is no doubt, why we never saw accused wife and baby killer who now sits on San Quentin’s  Death Row, Scott Peterson on the stand. That is also why most likely never saw OJ Simpson on the stand during his first murder trial where he was accused of brutally killing his wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman.

WITNESS PREPARATION AND COURTROOM COACHING

After spending over  two decades of coaching  to  people to get ready for a trial in terms of their speaking and voice skills and body language behaviors, I have learned that no matter how hard  you train someone, who they are and how they  really think  ALWAYS leak out.  This has to do with the limbic system, located deep within the brain. It is responsible for controlling various emotions. Our emotions are then reflected in our facial and body language and voice and speech patterns.

This is especially true is the person is not forthright or they aren’t telling the truth. There  are body language “tells” which occur that usually show up.

CASEY’S “TELLS” WOULD EVENTUALLY  SURFACE ON THE STAND AND  IN COURT

No doubt, if and when Casey gets on the stand to testify , there will be “tells” will which emerge, over which she will have no control, no matter how hard  she tries to control them.

As an example, Jose Baez no doubt coached her to keep a stoic demeanor, but Casey  still managed to leak out a chuckle anyway.

Even though she managed to stay stoic for the remainder of her time in the courtroom, that one little chuckle is memorable and highly significant to a jury.
