It does’t matter if it is a coffee mug, sheets, underwear, pillows, a keychain, a shirt, pajamas,  a dress or a tie , polka dots make you feel happier. If they are colorful they especially put you in  a better mood.

Maybe it is the contrast of circular shapes that brings us back to our childhood. Maybe it is the fun we associated with polka dots as children like when we saw  clowns or  played with toys in that pattern.

8. Everlast Cardio Punching Bag

To go along with my Toxic People book,  get an Everlast Cardio Punching bag. They stand upright and you can punch away as you use my fantasy technique which I describe in my book Toxic People.

Just  fantasize who’s head you would like to punch off. Never use  actual physical violence on anyone because you don’t want to ever get yourself in any trouble. You have to water them and keep then out of the direct sunlight. I love them.  the purple ones are gorgeous and there are others a well with all kinds of beautiful patterns.

They last all year long if you care for the and they create an elegant addition to any room in any home or in any office. But they aren’t cheap and can run up to $100 with a nice vase attached but they are worth it. I have several orchid plants around my home and one  in my office.  They make me happy to look at  as they are so visually pleasing.

1o. Colorful Wall Clocks

The best way to add some fun and excitement to any room is with a colorful wall clock. They don’t have to be expensive. They just have to be colorful. Ikea one of my favorite stores and  favorite places to eat ( I love the Swedish meatballs and lingen berries and mashed potato lunches for $5) has them in various colors. You can put different colored clocks in very room and  the colors will make you happy.

A lot  has been written about the psychology of color and I am a huge supporter of this theory. I have experienced it on a personal level. That is why my office and my home are decorated in specific colors to bring out the various moods I want in each  living and working area.

Here is a little  color gift for you. If you are dieting or don’t want to eat a lot,  keep your kitchen blue . If you have a red or orange kitchen it tends to stimulate your senses as well as your appetite.

So there you  have it.  The best gift would be to get yourself all of these gifts I suggested. Maybe you can get yourself one each month so every month is a holiday  for you except for the real holiday months of November and December.

Omar Sharif’s Toxic Body Language Typical of An Abusive Man

When I saw the video of icon and leading man heartthrob back in the day, Omar Sharif of Dr. Zhivago fame ,I was beyond shocked. He abusively slapped  a woman simply because she wanted to have her photo taken with him. It was appalling. What was more appalling was looking at the video frame by frame and seeing how he gets enraged, slaps her, goes off on her, feels guilty about it, tries  to make nice but he is still  angry as he considers her the catalyst  for making him angry.

Meanwhile, like many abused women, she smiles through it all an accepts it. But the smile is tense and a smile of embarrassment.  Her body language reveals fear. As he tries to make nice, she backs off. He agrees to take a photo with her but his body language shows that he still habors resentment towards her.

Several years ago a study was done which showed women in Qatar tend to overlook when they are abused. That is devatsating news. The woman Sharif slapped seems to demonstrate this .

Below are the shocking series of events.

Sharif’s body language shows he is enraged  as he slaps this poor woman and yells at her that she needed to wait her turn to have her photo taken with him.

The woman fears him and his rage as she holds up her hand defensively.

The woman smiles and continues to smile throughout the ordeal.This is typical of abused women who may believe that they “deserved” it. No one deserves this kind of treatment-EVER!

He continues to berate her.He gestures wildly to ask her what he was thinking. All she did was try to get a photo with  him. An Egyptian, Sharif is considered one of the biggest  Middle Eastern  actors of all time. So for this woman to get a little excited and perhaps not wait her turn to get his photo is understandable.

He continues to berate this poor woman unmercifully. It is so embarrassing that the woman standing next to him who is most likely a handler bows her hed in shame as she wears an ambivalent smile.

Sharif now has a sudden change of heart as he realizes what he has done in front of the cameras. Can you imagine what this Toxic man must do when there are no cameras present ?

You can actually see him thinking about what he just did as the expression on his face  dramatically changed. His handler on the right has now distanced herself from Sharif as she looks downa nd away. Meanwhile the abuse victim continues to wear a mask like smile of embarrassment in order to save face..

As he has second thoughts as to what he did he bows his head in sham and walks over in the slapped woman’s direction. The photographer in the corner appears to be nervously amused and surprised . Hence the tense  ambivalent smile. He wonders what Sharif will do and whether there will be some more berating or slapping.

He comes over to her and this time the abuse victim cannot even beaar to look at him as she holds up her hand with the palm of her hand showing in an defensive gesture. He looks at her with hate and disdain. She creates a barrier between them with her hand as she looks away , yet continues her ambivalent smile. In essence she is guarding herself from another potential slap and or verbal abuse from Sharif.

He tried to “make up” by allowing her to have a phot with him. She obliges as that is what she wanted in the first place. She continues smiling her mask like smile as she did throughout the entire ordeal.  Meanwhile he turns his body away during this photo op as he really doesn’t want to have his photo taken with her but he does it to make himself feel better in trying to right his wrong in slapping her.

He now turns to look at her and says something in Arabic which causes her  to have a genuine smile. Look at the crinlking around her eyes. It is no longer mask like. She is  clearly taken aback as you can see by her retracted chin. This leads me to believe he may have even apologized to her. This is tyoical behavior of so many abusers. They las.h out, feel guilty and try to make things right.

Now they get ready to pose for the photographer. The woman is back to her mask like smile. He leans in for the phoo and looks at her to see how she is reacting to all of this. There is a look of  remorse  on his face  as he leans into her and looks directly at her. She does not look at him. Instead she looks in the direction of the photograher. Even though she has a slight smile on her lips, her eyes reflect sadness.

The photo is snapped and the woman is elated. Here she wears a genuine smile. It was a huge price to pay, but she finally got what she wanted- a photo of her with Omar Sharif. He leans in but does NOT smile. He is not happy with himself that he acted like a complete jerk for the world to see. His hunched over shoulders show embarrassment,  He feels even worse that this woman seems so happy now that the photo is taken, despite her slap.

The woman is so pleased and says thank you to him several times. In true Toxic Man form he turns away from he  and doesn’t even acknowledge her  thank you. He can’t wait to get away fast enough.

This is HORRIBLE! He is lucky the slap took place in Quatar. had it happened in the US, this woman would be very rich and he would be facing criminal charges as he would be hauled off to jail.

Having written the book Toxic Men which was released last year, I can assure you that Sharif shows all the characteristics of an abusive man. Here we all saw it frame after frame. Having seen the real Omar Sharif, there is no way I would even consider viewing any film he was in. This image of him slapping a woman is in my mind forever and that is the image I would see every time he would come on the screen for his acting scene.

This incident shows up a lot. It shows us how we idolize people for no good reason. We idolize them simply because they were in a film or on TV or they played well in a sport we like. If we admire and look up to  someone we should know a lot more about them-like their character. Apparently this was no an isolated incident.

Apparently Sharif has a long history of  getting physically abusive  with people  . In fact less than a decade ago, he attacked a policeman in a Paris casino and four years back, he pleaded no contest to” misdemeanor battery” for beating up a Beverly Hills parking attendant.

No Sexy Body Language For 10 Year Old Girls!

Just when we have been outraged by Casey Anthony, her TOXIC PARENTS George and Cindy, the Jurors and the BS manipulative games from her attorneys concerning her whereabouts, there is something else which will now outrage us- a ten year old all sexed up as a new Vogue model.

This ten year old child is particularly upsetting specially on the heels of the self proclaimed prophet Warren Jeffs who essentially raped and molested young girls two years older than this model under the guise of spirituality.

There is something very perverted about seeing a sexed up little girl, especially when she is not developed sexually. What is a child doing selling sex who has no sex hormones and no sexuality?

The body language in the first photo is especially disturbing to me as it showcases her long legs via some F me heels. This is horrible. It’s not a little girl dressing up in mommy’s big heels and an outfit. Instead, it is a professional model  who is only 10 and wearing the most expensive clothing in an elite magazine.

The reason they chose a 10 year old is to develop her until she is 18 and then get rid of her for a younger model. Gone  the days when a model’s career began after they finished high school or college. Fifteen and sixteen year olds are  now the norm. Why? Because they can  work longer and save the magazine money by not  having to spend it on photo retouches of a wrinkled or party ridden face. They can  now have a fresh young look on their covers because their models are 10 years young.

The body language in the second photo is even worse with her snarl. Ten year olds need to smile not snarl.  Snarling indicates a certian type of sexual aloofness that a 10 year old should never know about.

Then there is ths body language  where she is on her tummy with her butt showcased with cut out patterns at the hip in a contrasting color.  This is a sexual  pose  as her leg is up which makes her tush more full looking. She’s got the snarl and is laden with jewelry that is way too old and too expensive for anyone, let alone a 10 year old.

And if you disagree with what I am saying then you need to take a good look at yourself. You are either an open or closeted child sex pervert in my view .

And don’t tell me  Brooke Shields starred in Pretty Baby where she was in a bordello scene when she was this girl’s age and tuned out fine. Brooke is the exception to the rule. She is bright, Princeton educated and had to grow up very fast as she became the parent to her alcoholic manager mother.  Her mother played havoc on her nerves and in her life. It was her luck that she had an agent who believed in her ,that got her the job with Suddenly Susan that put her back on top.

Even though the little model has famous parents, it means zero unless she has the ability to make something of herself on her own.

Brooke knows firsthand the horrible side of being a working child actress and model. That is why you never see her kids following in her footsteps.

I don’t like what I am seeing. Vogue  definitely got eyeballs to pay attention to them  at  a time when   magazines are barely surviving  and are going under.  But as I see it, the only ones motivated to buy the magazine with the 10 year old in provocative poses are child predators. www.drlillianglass.com

Child May Be Psychologically Traumatized Forever By Toxic Teachers Abuse Calling Boy Pig and Encouraging Other Students to Do The Same

Everything which happens to us in our childhood has a lasting effect on who we grow up to be and what happens to us in life, especially if it is tramatic and abusive. As a communications and  body language expert I cannot begin to  tell you  just how many private clients I have seen in my life who had public speaking problems and who were terrified of speaking in front of others- no matter how small the group, just  because some insensitive  ignorant teacher humiliated them in front of the room.

I have seen grown men- CEO’s of major corporations break down and cry in my offices knowing they had to present the annual report for their company. I have seen beautiful women shake with fear and dread also cry when they had to go on an interview or speak at a presentation.

Consistently  in all of these cases it appeared to  stem back to a teacher who humiliated then in front of the classroom. They suffered a lifetime of  emotional  trauma as a result.

I also know of  someone   who hates anything to do with athletics every since  they  were traumatized by their  first grade  gym teacher who screamed at then for not knowing their right from their left  when they marched in the opposite direction during a class exercise.  As it turned out the boy who was dyslexic .Not only was his academic progress challenged, so was his athletic progress because of this ignorant  teacher.

So when I read that yet another ignorant and insensitive  teacher was guilty of causing psychic trauma to yet another student, I was livid.

This kindergarten  teacher Debbie Hayes at Bowers Elementary  was nothing more than a paid BULLY in my view. She had the audacity to tell the other students to encircle  their classmate and call him a pig while making pig noises and oinking at the boy simply because he had a messy desk. This BULLY needs to be fired and never be allowed to teach again.

Apparently Debbie Hayes, is a veteran educator who should have known better as she had taught kindergarten for 38 years in Roane County. Who knows what other harm  this abusive bully in my view  did to other children in her close to four decades as an educator.  In fact Dr.Toni McGriff the director of Roane County Schools, called the March 16 incident “simply unbelievable”

In her reprimand letter, McGriff told Hayes she was “appalled with the actions in this situation.””It’s a black eye on the profession,”. “It’s a black eye on our schools.”

Apparently another educator walked into Debbie Hayes’ classroom March 16 and saw kindergartners encircling their crying classmate.”The students in the circle were ‘oinking’ and making pig sounds at the little boy,”

A teacher  who witnessed the incident told Principal Candace Lett that afternoon. Hayes and Lett met the next day in McGriff’s office to discuss the episode.

During that meeting, Hayes said she was “tired of the student’s messiness and had repeatedly warned the child to be neater , However, the students in the classroom told authorities teacher   Debbie Hayes told them to encircle the child “and call him a pig and make pig noises,” according to the reprimand.

Hayes only received  one received a  one-day suspension from her job.

This is horrible, in my view. Hayes needs to be  fired for causing  abuse  and potential of lifetime psychic  trauma to this boy. She also needs to be sued by the boys parents and she needs to pay all of his psychologists bills that he will no doubt need to recover from this abusive trauma, if he ever recovers.  This  incident may have long lasting traumatic effects on this child for the rest of his life.

In essence this bully of a teacher taught the other children how to bully and she needs to be held accountable.

All this ignorant creature teacher needed to do was send a letter home with the boy or have a parent child conference or find out why he was being so messy. Oftentimes messiness is a sign of creativity. It may also be that this is how he lives at home in a messy environment. So he many have thought it was normal to be messy.

Apparently Hayes was  forced to  apologize to the students. Personally, I don’t think her apology is enough. It means nothing in the scheme of things. She traumatized this poor child to the point that he was crying. She needs a taste of her own medicine and needs to be ostracized from her school community and lose her pension that she worked so hard to obtain all of these years. She needs to see how she would like it if she was cut off  from ever working at a teaching job again.

She is the real pig in this situation.  The real messy person who messed with a  child’s psyche , That is worse than any messy desk or messy room.

Apparently the  school principal offered to transfer the abused  child  to another classroom, but the mother declined. I think the mother  did the right thing.  In the end , the teacher was made to look like the fool and the boy may come out to be  a hero. I also think that every child who called him a pig and surrounded him needs to be made to personally apologize to him, look him in the eye, say I am sorry and shake his hand. This way the boy will feel better and the other kids will now see him in a different light- someone they can respect.

I do hope that the parents of the boy don’t minimize this egregious act. They need to understand that this incident can have lasting repercussions. It is bad enough when one student bullies another but when the whole class is made to bully a child by a disturbed teacher it is a different matter. They need to lawyer up and sue the teacher, the school board and the school system in their community because there is no doubt that they  will need the money to pay for this boy’s psychological care int he future.

The boy cried which showed that he was upset and traumatized. Those tears run deep and can course through his psyche for a lifetime. Shame on this Bully Debbie Hayes who must never be allowed  teach again. Like a child abuser or child molester, she must never be allowed to  come in contact with children  again in my view. www.drlillianglass.com

Ex Presidental Candidate John Edwards Selfishly Threatens Suicide If Sent to Prison -Organ Donation Should Be His Final Unselfish Act

Former Senator and VP and Presidential Candidate John Edwards may  face criminal charges for  violating   Federal campaign laws. He allegedly removed some of his  campaign  funds  to pay for  mistress Rielle Hunter and their baby’s expenses. There is evidence put forth by his  former assistant Andrew Young who confirms what he did, saying   he lied for Edwards in a cover up where he claimed to be the babydaddy.  The FBI and IRS have done extensive probes, leaving no stone unturned.

That was why Edwards kept denying that he was the babydaddy. But I figured out he was the babydaddy anyway and was the first to call it publicly in the media. 

 

WHY DID HE HAVE TO USE CAMPAIGN FUNDS WHEN HE COULD HAVE DONE SOME SPEAKING AND RAISED THE MONEY?

I don’t know what this Toxic Man didn’t sell some of his assets or do a few speaking gigs to pay for his mess. He made millions and millions of dollars when he was an attorney. He could have spoken to his money manager and worked things out. But in sick mind he may have believed that the mess he got himself into occurred while he was campaigning, so why not have the campaign funds take care of this!

 He  could no doubt get  50 to 100 thousand dollars  per talk and a few talks could have taken care of his financial woes instead of  his doing something illegal.

If a jury finds Edwards  guilty, could end up being cellmates with Bernie Madoff. It might not be such a bad thing since he is one of few people in the world with whom Edwards shares so much in common. They sociopaths in my view-  both liars, heartless, cheaters, soulless creatures who have no feelings of remorse. They even  both lost their  sons.  

CRYING AND SCREAMING SUICIDE BEFORE HE WOULD GO TO JAIL

Apparently, last month, his , legal team told him there was a strong chance he could be indicted. According to sources he “completely lost it” and sobbed non stop and said  .”I won’t go to jail. I’d kill myself first.”

Edwards has allegedly mentioned it over and over again that he would rather do  himself  in than go to prison. This wimp would probably get a maximum of five years and he would be 62 when he got out. He would probably do less time for good behavior so he might even be 60 when he got out.

PRISON MAY NOT BE SO BAD FOR HIM AFTER ALL WITH A MEA CULPA BOOK TOUR TO SATISFY HIS EGO AND POCKETBOOK

 Also I am sure they would isolate him so he wouldn’t have to worry about being shived or beaten or being someone’s girlfriend.

 He would have plenty of time to relax, work out and exercise, and write his” mea culpa I found Jesus ”  book in prison . They might even give him  a prison job like picking up trash, cleaning toilets or picking  weeds just to humble him a bit. He may even do some jailhouse consulting with other inamtes on their cases. But he has to never have their legal papers in his cell or he will get additonal jailtime.  

 Since he has no conscience, he wouldn’t be spending anytime crying over Elizabeth or the past. His tears would only be for himself and his predicament. His anger would not be at himself but rather at those horrible people who did this to him.  He could never accept any accountability for his actions.

POST PRISON FAME

Also when he got out, there would be the mea culpa tour to feed his ego and put him back in the limelight to promote the book he would have written in prison. He will no doubt have found Jesus and become a minister of sorts and  preach the gospel of forgiveness on his media tour.

Then could  convince himself that he is loved  by the public and that all is forgiven. Even though the reality is that most  will hate him, his kids – legitimate and illegitimate will probably forgive him and love him. It might be harder for the oldest daughter though as she was old enough to see what torture he put her mother through.

He could get 50 to 100 K a pop for lectures on the  lay speaking circuit  or the religious  speaking circuit, He could be  speaking about how bad he was and  how he destroyed so many lives by his cheating and how Satan made him do it. He can say how Satan made him break Elizabeth’s heart which killed her. He can then say how now that Jesus is in his life full-time  he is a changed man . He can tell us how being in prison made him take a  good hard look at himself and see the light.It may sound repulsive but there are many public speakers out there who have been cheats and swindlers who have written books on how bad they  once were and  ended up in prison and now make a good living at telling the world to give them a second chance int he world. 

Characterwise they are often still the same and just found another way to manipulate people. Edwards is no doubt the same type.    

HE MAY EVEN GET A REALITY SHOW – WHY NOT? OTHER BADLY BEHAVED PEOPLE HAVE IT SO WHY NOT JOHN?

Who knows, he may also be offered a reality show. Look at how bad behavior  appears to be rewarded  these days from Charlie Sheen to Kate Gosselin.  The teen moms can beat up on their babydaddys and all sorts of drama can occur complete with jail time and they still have a show.

 Kate Gosselin  can beat up on her husband, verbally abuse her kids and lie all over  the airwave,  be obnoxious and still gets rewarded with a show, a DWTS appearance, and co-hosting the View. The same thing can happen to Edwards. Having a show would feed his ego and his pocketbook. 

POLITICAL ADVISOR?

Since he has had so much experience as a politician, he could be a political advisor to some up and coming candidates and share his knowledge with them.

READ HANDS ON DAD AND NOT JUST A PHOTO OP ONE

Most important of all when he gets out, he could be a real hands on father not just a photo op for political pictures dad. He can go to  recitals and plays and ball games with his kids, who will still be of ball game  and recital age. He can make amends and do right by them- especially with his oldest  and already grown daughter.

 He could help the kids with their homework and watch them grow. He may even decide to have more babies with Rielle or with someone else he finds more fetching and more “Christian” now that he has a new image to uphold.

NEEDS TO THINK THROUGH  HIS FINAL ACT

But obviously Edwards is too small minded to think these things through. He obviously  has a pattern of not thinking things   through like his cheating with Rielle and how it would devastate Elizabeth and  his not admitting the baby was his, which will have last repercussions on the baby as she matures.

 Clearly he is not thinking through his suicide plan either. Suicide is not the answer. If he is depressed then he needs to get some antidepressants and a good shrink to work things out.

He actually could turn his life around. While it will be an embarrassment for his kids to have a dad who is a convicted felon, who fell from grace, if he lives they can at least say they have a dad.

It will be even more heart wrenching for them to know that they had a weak coward of a dad who was so selfish that he did himself in  during hard times, rather than have a future with them.

Edwards may want to meet with Reverend Jim Baker  of  Jim and Tammy Faye fame, who had a similar fate. He went to prison, came out, got  remarried, started a new family, lectures and is doing quite well these days.

IF HE KILLS HIMSELF HE NEEDS TO LEAVE HIS ORGANS TO OTHERS

But if Edwards insists on being his selfish stubborn foolish TOXIC self and makes good on his  suicide threat when he is indicted, I hope that at least he will do one unselfish act for once in his life-give his organs to others.

Each of his kidneys , heart, lungs, corneas, pituitary gland, ear bones, jaw bone, facial skin, body skin, heart, and other organs can be used to save or better someone’s life.

Casey Anthony Flirts With Lawyers As They Flirt Back With Baez Sticking Out Tongue, Cheney Touching, Casey Getting iphone Lesson and Her Acting As Assistant

The  court tape of Casey Anthony  and her lawyers flirting was unreal. Had I not viewed it  with my own two  eyes, I  would have NEVER believed what was going on in the courtroom. I am shocked  by everyone’s  lighthearted happy and joyeous  behavior.

Perhaps   they  actually believe that the magic bullett  wand will be the testimony of the two upcoming psychiatrists  who will explain away  Casey’s PSTS - Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome to account for her not reporting  Caylee  as missing for 31 days. No intelligent  person   wil buy that. What about the years before where she told Cindy she had a job and graduated from high school  ?   Is that PSTS ? These therapists can never  crate reasonable doubt with whatever they say. The police goose chase is not a part of Post traumatic stress syndrome. It is blatant lying  and to me  it spells sociopathy! After lookinmg at these photos Caseys does not look like she has any  PSTS.

 She and her attoeneys were in  happy  aughing spirits as you can see from these screen shots below.

 CHENEY AND CASEY PLAY TOUCHY FEELY

 Cheney Mason not only initiates a touch he actually puts in middle finger in  he crook of her elbow and rubs it as you can see in the photo above.In essence he is fingering the crook of  her elbow which appears rather sexual in nature to me.

Casey is coy here and  looks down and laughs as she continues to have physical elbow to elbow bosy  contact with Cheney.

 Now  Then there is two finger touch where  Mason places both fingers on Casey while their arms touch and physical contact  between them occurs.

They continue to touch . Casey puts her arm over her body and holds on to her other arm as she braces it go that she can maximally extend her other arm which is touching Cheney Mason. She clearly enjoys the physical touch as you can see. 

 

 Still clinging  her arm into Cheney Mason, she maintains  physical contact with him as  she reaches her other had over and places her open fingers on his arm. That is way too familiar of a gesture as she is very comfortable touching him. I can only wonder what touching has fgone on between them during the jailhouse visits.

After removing her hand from him she looks down with a  very self satisfied facial expression and as you can see  Cheney is all smiles.

They are back to arm touching and sitting very close when they don;t ned to as there is no conversation.

And they  continue  that touch so that there is definite physical contact between the two.

Finally Casey  attentively looks into Cheney’s eyes in order to get his attention. It is  a seductive look. 

The bottom line is that Casey obviously craves attention and  physical contact from any man even if that man is old enough to be her grandfather or great grandfather. There was no need for her to be touching him and less of a need for him to be touching her , let alone sticking his fingers in the crook of her arm and rubbing them around.

  

CASEY FLIRTS WITH BAEZ AS SHE LAUGHS, SHOOTS HIM THE BIRD WHILE HE STICKS OUT HIS TONGUE AND IS AMUSED WITH HIMSELF

Jose Baez shows up and stands to the right, in front of Casey and the TV camera. Casey is excited to see him as you can tell from her wide eyed look and genuine raised cheek smile. She knows she shouldn’t be so happy and smiling so she puts her thumb over her lip in an attempt to repress the smile. She clearly adores Jose and he loves it.

Casey is very flirty as she coquettishly places one hand over the other and coyly looks at him wide-eyed wile cocking her head to the side as you can see .

Next Casey mouths the words NO and looks down as she raises her middle finger up to the side of her head at the temple and keeps it there. The other attorney thinks it is funny. So does Jose as he smiles back.

Casey thinks it ois funny too as she looks over at Jose all the while keeping her finger in the vulgar bird like position as if to say “F You” to Jose.  The other attorney thinks it is funny too.

Now Casey has taken her bird finger down and laughs. Cheney Mason is amused as is the other attorney. Casey is loving all of this drama and attention as Jose is smiling too as he has his back towards the camera in an attempt to block th view.

Jose and Casey are clearly flirting ands Casey’s demure hand position with one over the other and her raised eyes and cocked head confirm it/ From the looks of Jose’s raised cheeks he is happy and smiling away.

Casey now shows Cheney Mason something under the table? Are they her hairy unshaven legs because they won;t trust her with a razor blade or is it her crotch? At any rate, Jose looks on as Cheny Mason smiles. Jose’s cheeks are no longer raised as the attention is off of him. He is not smiling but rather looking at Casey and Cheney. Is this an attempt to make Jose a bit jealous in her immature schoolgirl way?

Jose now smirks and turns to the camera, His expression says that he is about to do something mischievous.

He sticks his tongue out to the camera! Why in the world would he do this > Doe she not care that the whole world is watching him? is he trying to be funny and playful> Well here is a new  flash Jose, your client may get the death penalty because she killed an innocent little girl. That is nothing to laugh about  and clown around. This is NOT the place or the time.

 Jose is clearly amused with himself. Why is this man being playful and joking around when his client is in such serious trouble? He needs to take his playfulness out of the courtroom and not act like an immature schoolboy.

  

CASEY GETS LESSION IN iPHONE 101

 

While Jose stares at Casey, the other lawyer gives Casey a tour of the latest iphone G4. No doubt Casey is not up on the latest phone gadgets since she has been in a cage for two years with minimal human contact. So the other attorney is explaining what the new phone can do.

LEGAL SECRETARY CASEY TO THE RESCUE

Casey looks right at Jose and gestures to his with her pinkie and thumb as if she was holding a phone, that Jose has a phone call on his cell phone.

Casey even extends her hand to indicate as an attempt to show Jose the phone  in case he didn;t understand her previous ign gesture language as the other attorney is now involved and reaches out to  physically pick up Jose’s cell phone as Jose with his cocked head begins to process what is going on.

Jose has picked up the phone and put it to his ear while Casey has a self-satisfied grin on her face by doing something useful as his legal assistant and letting him know he had a phone call.

Now Jose checks his  text messages  as Casey looks on with her now vacant eyes. This whole scenario of Casey and Cheney’s flirtation, her flirtation with Jose and his odd behavior is very disturbing, It is obvious that her attorney like her and may be the only two people in the world that two aside from some sickos whoa re enamored with her.

There is now talk on other blogs and some news reports that Casey will be dressed differently and there will be a change in her image when the trial starts. While I gave my opinion that she needs to  be dressed  in all black for the whole trial in one of my blogs, of they follow my advice it won’t really make a difference because Casey is bound to leak out who she is – a sociopath and no doubt the jury will feel it. As they say you can put a dress and lipstick and pearls on a pig but it is still a pig.

She has clearly manipulated Jose and Cheney as they seem to be enamored with her and titillated by her. After all she has spent her whole life flirting and manipulating men so why should she not turn on what she knows how to do best with the two men who happen to be around her all the time and give her the attention she craves.

A jury will hate Casey, You can only be on your best behavior for so long until you leak out who you really are.. Even the most accomplished Academy Award winning actor can’t do it for as long as Casey will have to be under scrutiny during all these months during her trial.

Chris Brown’s Body Language on DWTS Screams Anger As He Punches With Spiked Glove

As the Body Language Expert for Dancing With the Stars   on Season 8 and doing analyses for Entertainment Tonight and various magazines, all I can say is that I am appalled that Chris  Brown was allowed back into the ABC Family after his window punching incident last week.

I am not alone in  my disgust that he was allowed on DWTS  as host Tom Bergeron and top female dancer Cheryl Burk were equally disgusted. Although Tom tried to be the pro that he is, his stiff body language and half smile gave away his displeasure. He even mentioned publically that he wasn’t thrilled about Chris being there and it showed in his  ambivalent half smile and  in Tom’s tight  body language on the show.

Cheryl who publicly spoke of her own abuse was disgusted that an abuser would appear on the same show are herself. She said that even though she could do nothing about it she wasn’t happy  but did what she could do to in speaking out and expressing her displeasure.

CHRIS BROWN- THE ANGRY PERFORMER

His anger not only appeared off the stage it appeared on the stage as well with his punching dance moves that looked like he would be better in a boxing ring than on a dance floor. In the photo above you can see the anger in his clench fists and extended knuckles.

Before Chris appeared in his devil red and black suit with chains on the  there was what I thought a very contrived and cheap shot. A little boy in a white suit yelled out “ Hey it’s Chris Brown” as the little boy  began to tumble on to the stage and break danced.

That disgusted me that a little kid was being used to promote  Chris Brown. I think associating Chris Brown with the little excited kid was a  disgusting ploy to enroll other kids. The fact that a kid essentially introduced Chris Brown’s performance and then began to perform himself was merely used as a distraction to help mollify Chris’ negative perception. After all who can;t feel warm and fuzzy towards a little break dancing kid in a suit?

As Chris took to his singing and dancing he began what I thought was indicative  of who he is as a person– an angry hostile man.   His punching moves in his first dance were a complete a turn off  and highly inappropriate .  If he was there to rectify his image he certainly didn’t do it with his dancing moves.

While his acrobatics were impressive I still couldn’t shake the photos etched in my brain of Rihanna’s face  that was pummeled by him.

As I recalled what he did to the window at ABC I got even more disgusted by him. To  think of the  force he used in breaking this sealed and reinforced  window was also repulsive to me. Anyone else would have been arrested  and put in jail but celebrity justice is no doubt what kept him free. I kept thinking of that and it was maddening.  He was even invited back to GMA to explain himself which further sickened me as anyone else would NEVER have been invited back to GMA or to any show ever again for that  hateful and dangerous antic.

Thus, it was impossible for me to appreciate any of  his talents. When I heard the audience clapping loudly and standing to their feet , there was no doubt in my mind that this was choreographed as well. It further disturbed me as to why this nasty violent creature was being celebrated in any shape or form.Why he was allowed on the DWTS stage in the first place was beyond my comprehension.

But clearly, someone high above made sure that Chris would be successful in spite of himself. It no doubt appears to be  all about  dollars and cents.

But to me, this violent out of control creature simply looked   like a  mean devil dressed in red and chains. I would never purchase anything  with he was associated. In fact I would encourage others to boycott him as well. We simply cannot showcase and honor those who  are violent. There is enough world violence out there and we certainly don’ tneed it in our artists who’s aim is to entertain and bring us joy.

Then he was introduced for his second song set as he wore a white suit with lights on it that changed colors designed to  distract people . I did like the lighted suit that changed colors as I did like the  backup dancer’s neon looking outfits and the choreography. But that still didn’t change the reality. To me he is still a  Toxic Man who happened to be wearing a lighted suit that changed colors.

Then Chris was done performing and  I saw Chris Browns face drenched in sweat as he held  his  silver metal spiked fingerless  glove up to his face as he as in a praying hand position with his hands clasped together. I found this incongruity of  prayer and violence sickening  and hypocritical. Brown was thrilled the  DWTS audience received him well and pressed his praying hands together as an act of humility and forgiveness. But to me it said cockiness with is head even cocked to the side. He ”got over” on everyone.  His mindset was that even though he was violent and out of control, he was  still loved and revered !

As a violent creature who beat up Rihanna a beat up a window, in my view Chris Brown should not be wearing  that glove as it could prove to be a lethal weapon if used  inappropriately on someone.

His handlers  who were so concerned about his image forgot a crucial element. They forgot to not allow him to dress in a spiked  metal violent  glove. So their image makeover with his hair back to black and his DWTS appearance backfired as the boxing like punching dance moves , hostile hands and  hateful and hostile weapon- like glove said it all!  www.drlillianglass.com

TOXIC MEN Chris Brown, Michael Lohan, Mel Gibson, and Charlie Sheen Continue

Chris Brown  has a tantrum  breaks a window at GMA  and  freely walks away as he leaves the studio shirtless. He performs at a concert that evening as though nothing happened and is  even scheduled to perform at DWT. Michael Lohan allegedly holds his ex fiancé hostage, get arrested and then walks away with a misdemeanor. Charlie Sheen acts nutty and as a result  makes  even more  millions . Mel Gibson knocks off his baby mamma’s dental veneers and smacks her only to get  a slap on the wrist , no jail and only community service to work  children.

 What do each of  these TOXIC MEN have in common?  They have all physically and emotionally  abused women. They have disrespected women, They  have never beenb held accountable by the public.

 Is it because they are rich  celebrities ?

It is unconscionable  to allow these Toxic Men to get away with such horrible behavior  and to not be held accountable. It speaks volumes about what we tolerate when it comes to women being abused and degraded.These men need to be ostracized and not be regaled as heroes in my view.

 I would NEVER see another Mel Gibson film again and I encourage everyman and woman to do the same. The fact that actress Jodi Foster, who  has supported women’s causes for years,  supports Mel speaks volumes whn it come sto her own needs and pockebook.  She is his producer of his Beaver film  and obviously her investment in the film and the money spent means more to her than not supporting a man who abuses women.  

Just seeing photos or videos let alone a film of Mel Gibson  repulses  me  becuase of  his abuse towards women and his racist rants. There   is no way that I would ever  patronize anything  in which  he was involved with unless it had to his giving money to abused women’s shelters,  the Anti Defamation League, the NAACP, or La Raza .

 I would never  but let alone listen to a Chris Brown song because just knowing who he is and how he behaved outweighs any talent he may have. There are too many other well behaved talented people I could listen to . Chris did the whole interview with Robin Roberts without incident. There was body language signs which indicated his  annoyance , He let her know he wanted to move on and discuss his album byt he never looked at her when he said it. Instead he gave a nervous smile so it may have semed that he was cool  bout it. Instead, he carried that anger with him and it escalated. Thus he became a SILENT BUT DEADLY ERUPTING VOLCANO which is the most dangerous of all Toxic People.

 Chris Brown can’t be trusted in my view as I seem him as a wild animal who is out of control.

 
 

As for Charlie Sheen, just knowing what he did to so many women turns be off to him completely. The fact that he put a knife to the throat of his two  babies  mother is enough to make me never want to see his face ever again. The fact that he physically and emotionally abused so many women and knowing how he  manipulated the public with his“crazy like a fox” act  makes me  tuned off forever as  I can’t see anything  appealing or entertaining about him.  

 

  And as far as Michael Lohan goes, whenever I find him  yapping away on any show I  turn the channel. To me he continues to  ride on his daughter’s coat tails of fame. I find that he has nothing to offer. His latest stunt of going on Celebrity Rehab for his alleged anger management needed to be dealt with in a specific anger management program not on a program  featuring celebs going through rehab. First of all he is not a celbrity and secondly he willnever succeed in any rehab in my view.

 Personally, I also think  that Michael Lohan may turn out to be a  physical danger to others to the point that he may be eventually be spending a great deal of  his  life behind bars. To me he is a train wreck waiting to happen.

NO FREE PASSES

I am not going to give these TOXIC MEN a free pass by saying that they have  alcohol or substance abuse issues and that is why they behave so horribly. Many have these same issues and don’t abuse women.

Alcohol and drugs are not the underlying reason they are  angry and violent towards women. To think so is to think naively. becuase their   anger issues are  deeper , Their  alcohol and drug use is clearly only  a symptom of the real problem – self hatred, mother issues, and other psychological constructs.

The more the public  refuses to support these  four TOXIC MEN, the more the publci  will be sending them a clear message, that their behavior will not be tolerated.  They must be held accountable for their awful behaviors- celebrity  or not ! www.drlillianglass.com

Anthony Family’s Body Language and Image Leaves Bad ImpressionIn Courtroom

Like it or not, image is essential when it comes public perception you. It can make a huge difference in terms of whether or not  people believe what you say. This is especially important in a courtroom where a jury decides your fate.

As I see it the whole Anthony family needs  a complete makeover in how  they comport themselves . This  will in my view have a negative impact on  the jury .

Casey, Cindy, and Lee  appear  slovenly.  The entire family including George dress and act in an unacceptable way. which makes them perceived as not likable.

GEORGE ANTHONY

While George may be the tidiest of the group,  he needed to show some respect by dressing   in a suit,  or shirt and tie instead of  a casual colored shirt.

The most unacceptable thing George does is constantly chew  gum  inthe courtroom !

I have a  direct message  to George:

“ George you aren’t observing a ball game or sporting event.  You are observing a trial in a courtroom where Casey  may get sentenced to death for killing Caylee.

Being respectful in a courtroom  is NOT CHEWING GUM So spit it out before you enter.

Also sto with the  annoying  nonverbal mugging and “poor me victim” face  You did it as   Yuri Melich  testified which made you look ridiculous.

Jurors would frown on that so act like a man not a boy.

Also why do you even show up to watch the proceedings? Is it entertainment for you?

Casey accused  you of sexually molesting her on several occasions which  a very serious charge. If found guilty you could go to jail  for a long time. So if you never molested her , then   how can you show up in the to even  look at anyone who falsely accused you of this crime?

If it is true how, how can you  show up?  If you did what  Casey said you did , then you may very well be part of the reason she is in the mess she is in and deserve to be in prison for the rest of your days.

The bottom line is that you have no reason to show up unless you find it to be a masochistic type of entertainment for you.”

LEE ANTHONY

Lee is disgusting and repulsive to watch on the stand in my view and made a  horrific impression by  showing up slovenly and dirty appearing in inappropriate clothing. One never wears a tee shirt to court but a shirt and a tie or suit.

He was disheveled and unshaven, He kept picking his face like he was ready  to squeeze a zit and  scratching himself  like someone who  had  scabies or crabs which was a complete disgusting   turn off.

IHis testimony revealed a  self absorbed, lying two faced betrayer , without  boundaries, and who was more concerned about getting a career as a PI than helping find Caylee.

CINDY ANTHONY

Cindy gained weight from  stress eating  or possible medications . If you have put on the pounds, never wear short hair.

Cindy  dressed in a white sweater ,  a mismatched  long dress, and  flat  sandals that looked like she was going  walking on the beach instead of walking into a  courtroom. She needs a closed  toe shoe not  sandals.

All of this  counts in terms of  jury perception and likability of a witness.

Cindy  needs to lose the “attitude. ”  with her  negative defensive whiny tones and answer  questions  directly without interjecting like she did .Cindy’s controlling nature emerges way too often and it is a turn off and may affect her credibility with jurors .

Her defensive tones and hyper precise answers and slow and over articulated speech  are also turn offs as they will tune her out.

Cindy comes across as  mean and the jury will see that .Should she do her  “Caylee is still alive” number , a jury will think he is manipulating them and hate her.

CASEY ANTHONY

The first day of trial, Casey  wore a red  V necked  pullover that had no place in a courtroom . It was clearly worn to show off her figure. Someone  may have said to put on a jacket but  it was an bad fitted grey jacket that was ay too big.

Casey had her hair pulled back in a ponytail on day one , yet she managed to play with it and  constantly groom herself which will turn off any jury.

Day three Casey had on the same  jacket with a  too big  blue blouse underneath  that was not flattering and which she  kept fiddling with. You can see her playing with her collar  in the photo above.  Casey never  tucked in the blouse which made her  look slovenly.

Also gray is never the color to wear if you are  a death sentence because it is perceived as a sad and depressing color .

Jose Baez’ dresses so well so why does he not help out his client in the wardrobe department.  Maybe his inexperience shows  he doesn’t realize how important this is to a jury ? Why doesn’t the jury consultant he hired say something?

This extemely important and as a  jury consultant myslef, wehwnever  when I pick a jury or prepare a witnedd I make certian they are always appropriately dressed and  groomed   so that they can get the fair trial they deserve as the jury is always watching them. That includes their demeanor and their dress.

Dr. Lillian Glass Win Against Copyright Infringer, Marsha Petrie Sue Lends Support To Photographer Dave La Chapelle in Rihanna Suit

A few months back, I won a  Copyright Infringement case two against a professional speaker from Scottsdale, Arizona, Marsha Petrie Sue, who was found liable in a US Federal Court in Los Angeles of  willful copyright infringement, by a unanimous jury of eight. Therefore,   I have a  tremendous amount of  admiration and lend my support to famed photographer Dave La Chapelle for going after singer Rihanna and her team, including her her video director  Melina Matsukas.


In my case  defendant and  Marsha Petrie Sue did word for word copying of my materials and placed it  in her 2007 “Toxic People” book,

which by the way is the same name as my 1995 “Toxic People” book. She not only used my copyrighted material in her book, she placed it on her website  and took credit for it as her own.

Appalled at seeing my very own material  in her  “Toxic People” book in addition to seeing it on her website, where she welcomed people to use my material if they wished as long as they gave her credit, I had  absolutely no recourse but to  protect my rights legally.

MY FIGHT FOR FOR EVERYONE WHO  CREATES

In fighting my legal battle, it was not   only for myself, Instead it was was everyone who shares the creative spirit. I was inspired and motivated by keeping in mind  all other  authors, screnwriters, songwriters,  artists, designers, and photographers.

Therefore , when I just discovered that the  famous and talented   photographer Dave Chapelle decided to stick up for his  legal rights I was thrilled. It showed me, how like myself there was someone else out there would would not allow anyone to take credit for what what not rightfully theirs.
Dave LaChapelle is suing singer Rihanna, her record label and  video director Melina Matsoukas, for  allegedly using his copyrighted photos as the basis for Rihanna’s most recent  video, entitled S&M. His   photos  were also apparently used without his permission or  any  reference  made to to him.
Similarly, Marsha Petrie Sue, who was also accused of plagiarism by a university professor for word for word copying of Lars Dahlgren’s work,  claimed my material as her own, She did not give me or Lars Dahlgren for that matter any  credit for our respective work. Likewise, Rihanna and her video director and record label have allegedly claimed David LaChapelle’s material as their own without giving him proper attribution or credit.

Dave La Chapelle states the  similarities between his copyrighted work and the costumes and poses used in Rihanna’s video as  he  alleges they were “willful, wanton and deliberate” acts of copyright infringement.

In my case, a unanimous jury found  that there were “willful, wanton and deliberate” acts of copyright infringement with regard to Marsha Petrie Sue.

LA Chapelle alleges Rhianna and company used his  copyrighted image “Latex”  where  in Rihanna’s video, noting a the left side of  her   face  is against a blue background as she is wearing false eyelashes and close-fitting, shiny, pink latex hood, with her mouth open as a  small candy is placed on her tongue  which was  a striking similarity to his work.

Allegedly Rihanna and her team wanted the video director to create a “LaChapelle-esque” music video. Dave  LaChapelle also found  that the storyboards which were apparently used for the video had prints of his photographs.
He said “Musicians commonly pay to sample music or use someone’s beats and there should be no difference when ‘sampling’ artist’s visuals.”

He is absolutely correct!  As a writer, people have paid me to use my quizzes or the lists in my books, especially those in my “He Says She Says” book.

So when Marsha Petrie Sue claimed my material as her own she paid the ultimate  consequence of  being found liable by a unanimous jury of 8  in a US Federal court  in Los Angeles as a “willful copyright infringer”.

In the past, Dave  LaChapelle has made  millions of dollars for his videos such as the ones he directed for  Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears, For him it is not just about the money.

It was not about the money for me either.  In fact because Marsha  Petrie Sue didn’t sell that many books, my award wasn’t that high.

But it was the principal of the situation that meant the most to me as it no doubt is with Dave  La Chapelle.
No doubt the funds will be affected by 11  countries refusing to sell the video which they consider  offensive.
Going all the way and taking any case through the legal system until it ends up in  a US Federal Court is not simple and is not for the faint of heart. It requires a lot of mental, emotional and physical fortitude  to deal with the emotional roller coaster  that takes place. In the end, it has been my experience that  it  well worth it.

After winning my case against  Marsha Petrie Sue I have become even  more  empowered as a human being.

It has not only given me  peace of mind, but  the inner  strength  and self esteem that I will never allow anyone to take from me what is not rightfully their. I stuck up for myself and what I created and I won.

Eadh day of the three day trial I say a huge American flag standing in front of me. It moved me emotionally and it motivated me.
